Divan Gaziantep

Comfortable, clean room and great location. Staff makes all difference. Extremely caring staff members, starting from reception to housekeeping. We felt so at home and definitely want to go back

Very clean rooms and very helpful staff! great welcome gift for kids, my daughter was super happy about it, tesekkürler! Great sports area, didnt used it but they do offer a lot of relaxing activities.

One thing that was a little disappointing was the requirement to wear a swimming cap in the pool. For a 4-year-old child, the swimming cap also came at an additional cost, which felt unnecessary. What made the rule particularly difficult to understand was that many adult guests were in the pool with significant body hair, so from a hygiene perspective, the swimming cap requirement did not seem to make much sense.

Müşteri memnuniyeti

Restorant hizmeti

Everything was Everything was wonderful — exactly what you would expect from a true 5-star hotel. The service was exceptional. Special thanks to Selin for the complimentary room upgrade — it was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. I would also like to thank Eray and Mert for their help during the check-in process. The breakfast was extensive, with a great selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh vegetables. As for drinks, they offered tea (which was excellent), coffee from the coffee machine (not particularly impressive, perhaps due to the choice of beans), and fresh orange juice. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the spa facilities or the swimming pool, but we'll definitely make sure to visit them next time.

Staff

Lovely spacious modern apartment, with great air-con, big bathroom and a full kitchen, and a washing machine The whole apartment was super clean throughout, to a very high standard- not a speck of dust anywhere. All the staff, from the valet parking team, to reception, to managers were very kind and helpful and were always happy to help. All of them offered to help with any issues, and we're genuinely interested in me. The owners should praise all of their staff, because they make the difference, especially to travellers, like myself, who do not speak Turkish.

Regarding one or two of the facilities, there were some technical problems to start with. E.g. Both TVs and microwave oven, and bathroom door handle needed attention from the in-house maintenance team. However, each issue was dealt with promptly and professionally, each time with a smile, even when I had to call late at night. There were limited English language TV channels via the Satellite, only 2 in fact, which I found surprising for a top hotel like this.

Divan brand is always the best.

booking

the room is bad, too small, doesnt feel roomy. Also the hotel location is too far from the center.

Konum gayet merkezi. Otel gayet konforlu.

Excellent location

Nothing

Firstly I need to mention that the reception team is beneficial kind and professional. Also, Spa highly recommend Turkish hamam with Mr Huseyin he's very professional and takes all your stress out. Also, Mrs Siska is an amazing therapist her hand gives you extreme relaxation. Spa receptionist Mr Eyupcan is very kind professional and always ready for help.

Still trust the Divan brand but in this location must pay attention to the housekeeping department because it's the only my unhappy, but when I spoke with the GM he kindly take care of me.

Location is good enough old town not walking distance but not far at all either.

The Divan Hotel in Gaziantep is modern, with all the conveniences one could want in a top regional hotel, including a comfortable lounge in a city where alcoholic drinks are not widely available. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The building itself is generic modern with no particular charm but everything else a traveler might need.

Good location. Close to my appointment and work

Comfortable and clean.

Breakfast and the size of the room

Konumini

Odaya ses cokdi gruldi sesi vardi odayi deyistirdiler

Clean rooms

Very clean hotel and super friendly staff

Çok nazik ve efendi personeli

Odamızda üçüncü bir yatağa gerek olmadığı halde, bunu söylediğimize rağmen maalesef kaldırılmadı. Bebek yatağını da düşünürsek oda maalesef biraz daraldı.

Everything

Nothing

Konaklamam gayet iyi gecti basta odayla alakali birnproblem oldu hemen duzeltilip suit odaya aldilar bizi cok tesekur ederim tum ekibe ve herkes gayet guler yuzli ve yardimcinoldular her konuda

Good breakfast

Fridge-not working, bathroom was flooded while showering, room reserved for two but individual bathroom amenities were present only for one person, had to ask for amenities and for bathrobes, the pool was filled with men with ‘pestemal’s instead of swimsuits. I have slippers from previous Divan stays at home still being used for years but had to threw away two slippers this time, indication of decreased quality. Outside breakfast area is facing the parking area. No indoor garage available. I prefer Divan brand for business trips but Gaziantep Divan was a disappointment.

.

Very nice place and good location

well managed and very kind and helpful staff

Güzel ve keyifli bir konaklama. Yerlesimi çok iyi. Ancak hizmet zayıf. Daha iyisini hakediyoruz. Temizlik de zayıf. Kapımızda parrmak izleri var. Bir havlu istedik iki kere telefon açtık 45 dakika sonra geldi. Hamamın karışık olması mahremiyet açısından eksi not. Hamamdaki arkadaşlarin iletişim dili çok kötü. Lobide içtiğimiz kahve çok iyiydi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Giriş anından itibaren güler yüzlü ilgili personel , temiz geniş oda. Tek sıkıntı 2. yatağın açılan kanepeden olması sebebiyle biraz rahatsız olması .

Helpful staff, clean and good-sized rooms

Banyoda killarvardi

Güleryüzlü personel… kahvaltıda biraz daha yöresel ürün beklerdim…

The reception staff was not very friendly. Especially the female staff. The staff who brought the towels and the parking attendants were very friendly. The refrigerator in the room did not work well, which was inconvenient. The room condition was good, so we were able to stay comfortably.

Service client top / localisation centre

The hotel lobby seems to be newly renovated but the rooms were not.The furniture was old and the bed sheets and towels were too old . Hotel location was good. The city was nice and the food was great .

Alles gut

Tek kelime ile harikaydı

The beds, pillows and bedding was all very comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast at the Pub.

Odaların yenilenmesi gerekiyor
