The building is well-maintained and clean, the staffs are friendly and responsive, and there is a great variety of delicious food available at breakfast. The free shuttle service to and from the Whoosh station was also very helpful and convenient.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was great.

At first, I had my doubts about this hotel. However, after spending 4 days and 3 nights here, I can confidently say that my initial impression was completely wrong. Room – 4/5 Nothing particularly extraordinary, but it offers everything you would expect from a typical four-star hotel. The room was comfortable and met my expectations. Meeting Rooms – 4/5 I had the opportunity to use the Lembang Room, Flores Room, and the Board Room. Overall, they were on par with what you would expect from a typical four-star hotel. The meeting facilities were comfortable and suitable for business purposes. My only suggestion would be to provide a whiteboard or flip chart for brainstorming and note-taking during meetings. Facilities – 5/5 The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, water park, gym, and more. Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I didn't have the opportunity to try them myself. However, my colleagues thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and had nothing but positive feedback. Hospitality – 7.5/5 A score of 5 simply isn't enough to reflect the level of hospitality at this hotel. Every staff member I met went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. My only advice is: don't hesitate to ask questions or request assistance—they are genuinely happy to help. My Best Experience Without a doubt, the highlight of my stay was being given the opportunity to play the grand piano in the lobby. Since I started learning the piano last year, one of my personal dreams has been to play on a grand piano. I never imagined that dream would come true so soon. What made the experience even more memorable was that one of the staff members kindly took photos and videos of me without me even asking. My sincere gratitude goes to Mrs. Iyang for her thoughtfulness and kindness. If I have the opportunity to return, I would gladly choose this hotel again and recommend it to my colleagues. This place gave me far more than I had expected. Overall Score: 8/5

Very funn - a lot of activities for kids

We stayed for 2 nights and as the children request, we add 1 more nights. We have a good stay here. So many compliments like the coffee/tea, and the afternoon tea time. We want to give thanks to Mr Deden Farhan for helping my children with their lollipop cake and for Ms Nurul for the cute elephant towel arrangement near their barbie dolls. So thoughtful of you.

Not much enjoy the service but all was excellent. Especially to Ragil from HK Team, he recognize i bring my kids during my stay and he directly setup animal towel and special arrangement on my bed for my kids. Location near by kcic They have shuttle service so make us easier to reach this hotel:) We stay 2 night and we arenot going any where because they have so much activities for kiddos :)

A beautiful resort, huge pool and lovely kids water play pool with water slides. There were many kid friendly activities. We loved the huge breakfast spread that featured Bandung street food and heritage. Staff were very attentive.

I highly recommend this hotel for families. We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities. Our children had a great time swimming in the infinity pool and the children’s pool, which features slides and a mini waterpark. There is also a spacious playground located nearby. The hotel offers many other family-friendly facilities, including a karaoke room, jacuzzi, sauna, horse riding, PlayStation games, a mini cinema for children, face painting, coloring activities and a mini arcade game room. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a wide variety of food, everything tasted great and the coffee was surprisingly good too. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back again in the future.

Spent a week there for business and this hotel is convenient. Rooms are big, swimming pool is just amazing and breakfast buffet is very nice.

Stayed at Mason Pine Hotel for a family getaway and honestly had such a pleasant experience. The hotel atmosphere is calm, clean, and very family friendly. The swimming pool area is beautiful and relaxing, perfect for both adults and kids. Staffs were attentive, warm, and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast selection was also great with many choices. One thing I loved the most was how many activities and facilities were available for children, making the stay even more enjoyable for families. The location inside Kota Baru Parahyangan feels peaceful and away from the crowded city, making it a perfect short escape from Bandung. Definitely would love to come back again!

All staff were helpful and friendly. We were picked up free of charge from the Whoosh station and were granted early check-in as well as a one-hour late check-out (subject to availability). They even provided a complimentary cake for my mother’s birthday and wrote a birthday note on the mirror despite the short notice. The facilities for kids were excellent and all complimentary, including one hour of bicycle rental. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, including local favorites such as batagor, cilok, and cuanki. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mason Pine.

Note: The property consists of two wings: Pine Wing – the newer building, offering standard rooms (Pine Deluxe, etc.). Mason Wing – the older building, but fully renovated, with upgraded rooms such as Mason Executive. 👉 Suggestion: choose Mason Wing for comfort, or Pine Wing for a more economical option. The Pine lobby tends to be busier during check-in/out. 🌳 Location & Atmosphere The hotel sits right in the middle of Kota Baru Parahyangan (KBP), the largest modern township in Padalarang. The surroundings are green, peaceful, and family-friendly. Access is convenient, especially being close to Padalarang Whoosh Station. ✅ Positives Strategic location within KBP, near Whoosh Station. Refreshing green views and mountain scenery (request “mountain view” when booking, subject to availability). Large swimming pool, very kid-friendly. Cleanliness & staff hospitality are excellent. This hotel close to Bandung city is a very good hotel for family with children. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, clean and well maintained. Each room has a balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool, kid activities area as well as the mountainous area of Bandung. Breakfast was excellent, so many choices and they even had a special area for kids too pick their favorite breakfast meals. Kids pool was heated, very convenient to play the water slides while the pool for adults is probably Olympic size but with a resort vibe. Indoor playground was a real treat for the kids to play. If you want to try restaurants outside the hotel, just cross the road and you can find so many nice restaurants to choose from. We had a very great time and will come back one day !

I do like this hotel however the hotel lobby was quite large, larger than any hotels I’ve stayed and the location of the room from the lobby was quite distant and to be honest I had problem finding the elevator to my room because it was quite far from the lobby I had to ask staff a few times how to locate it
