Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Giada. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die tolle Aussicht, die den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für uns da. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Le buffet du dîner est à améliorer Utile à savoir si des difficultés de déplacement ,l’hôtel est en espaliers à flan de colline. Donc à signaler pour avoir une chambre en conséquence.

Un certain entassement dans la partie restaurant/déjeuner, ainsi que pour ce qui est de l'espace autour des piscines avec chaises longues. Plus de 100 chaînes tv en italien et aucune en français!!!

vue sur la mer à 3.5km rien d'exceptionnelle car ternie par un immense viaduc autoroutier Bonne literie. Petit dejeuner diversifié mais de qualité moyenne , Idem pour le buffet demi pension . Pizza excellente Appartement agréable avec terrasse mais très isolé, à l'écart d'Impéria.

Le parking non securisé à 18euros/jour, sachant que l'on a pas le choix pour le prendre car il n'y a pas de places de stationnement autour de l'étabissement situé à 190m d'altitude, sans transports en commun et navettes pour se rendre en ville à 2.5km ou plage à 3.5km, je trouve cela très abusif. La chambre seule étant située dans un appartement, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser la kitchinette, vous devez payer 15€/jour. ce n'est pas définie dans la réservation initiale, Propreté laissant plus qu'à désirer, trace de peinture dans le bac à douche, radiateur rouillé, ménage journalier mal fait (lavabo, poubelle non vidée) , climatisation bruyante ( vieux matériel). Chaines TV françaises inaccessibles. La chambre 17 étant placée face au jeux d'enfants et le passage distribuant les autres appartements, ce qui nuisait à la tranquilité du séjour en soirée. Donc bien lire la description de la réservation, mais celle ci ne correspondait pas complètement à la réalité, photos enjolivées. Trop de choses décevantes pour conseiller cet endroit.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Giada. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schöne Umgebung und die tolle Aussicht, die unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und alles wurde mit viel Sorgfalt erledigt. Insgesamt war es eine sehr schöne Erfahrung, und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

What impressed us most was the attention to detail and how well the whole property is looked after. Everything was clean, fresh, and very well maintained. The apartment was bright, cozy, and really comfortable. For families, it is a wonderful place to stay. Our children loved spending time at the playground, mini-golf and tennis court, and we felt safe throughout our stay. It was a peaceful and stress-free experience that we would happily recommend

Nella prenotazione non ti informano che devi pagare il parcheggio 18 euro al giorno, e non ci sono posteggi liberi elle vicinanze. La piscina è appena passabile e mal tenuta. L'accoglienza incommentabile, decisamente ho pagato troppo per quello che é.

Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war die Liebe zum Detail und die sehr gute Pflege der gesamten Anlage. Alles war sauber, frisch und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Apartment war hell, gemütlich und sehr komfortabel. Für Familien ist es wirklich ein toller Ort. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß auf dem Spielplatz, beim Minigolf und beim Tennis, und alles war sehr sicher. Ein entspannter Aufenthalt ohne Stress, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

A nice atmosphere with one good pool and another fun small pool. The staff were friendly. The facilities provided good distractions for the kids. There were some nice touches like the outdoor gym with a view. The old town of Port Maurizio and the incredible seafront cycle path are great to have nearby.

Unfortunately, we had to wait almost an hour for our room (after an already inconvenient 4pm check in) and the rooms weren't very clean. There were also a few surprising hidden costs - we would have had to pay more to use our kitchenette despite the booking listing one in the apartment, there were no drinks included with the half-board dinner despite it being quite expensive. The location is up a steep hill with difficult parking (leading to arguments!) and walking. The view is unfortunately blighted by the motorway. Finally, things like the mini golf and table tennis weren't well maintained for use.

We were genuinely wowed! L’appartamento si è rivelato ancora più spazioso di quanto sembrasse nelle foto, arredato con uno stile costiero caldo e rilassato che ti fa entrare subito nell’atmosfera della vacanza. Le pulizie sono da 10/10: tutto era impeccabilmente pulito al nostro arrivo, con lenzuola fresche e pulite fornite regolarmente. Mentre i bambini si divertivano giocando a tennis e a minigolf, noi trascorrevamo le serate sorseggiando vino sulla terrazza e ammirando la splendida vista. Un soggiorno davvero perfetto, da 10/10!

Vår familie likte Villa Giada Resort veldig mye. Personalet var blide og hjalp oss med alt vi spurte om. Frokosten var over all forventning med mye godt å velge mellom. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Diciamo che da un livello così alto ci si aspetta sicuramente di più. Le camere come detto sono ampie, ma non curatissime; avrebbero necessità dì alcuni lavori. In più la cucina in camera per chi soggiorna e non la sfrutta, sa molto di B&B. Ristorante bello ma il buffet un pelino scarno

3 clims 1 télécommande quelle galère pour les régler. La chambre nous a été donné avec du retard car ménage plus long et finalement elle n'était pas encore totalement propre. Pleins de sable parterre. Les affaires des femmes de ménage devant notre chambre pendant 1h... obliger d'enjamber.

Die Ausstattung des Appartements war schon sehr retro. Die Klimaanlage war unglaublich laut und der Abfluss im Bad hat stark gerochen.

From the minute we stepped inside, we knew we’d found a gem. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, filled with natural light, and decorated with so much taste. Everything smelled clean and fresh from the polished kitchen counters to the pristine bathroom tiles! While we were still unpacking, the kids were already out enjoying the mini-golf course (we barely saw them until dinner!). We spent our afternoons taking a gentle, scenic stroll up to the pool and tennis courts. It’s rare to find a place that pleases both parents and kids so effortlessly. Esperienza veramente bella, posto veramente bello per la giornata passata.. vista mozzafiato che è veramente una goduria svegliarti e andare a dormire lì!

Peccato per il personale veramente gestito male: pagato tutto online al check-in e nonostante ciò mi viene chiesto di saldare altro perché a loro non risultava niente di tutto ciò: nessun problema, la questione è stata risolta e il pagamento era tutto online! I modi si dovrebbero migliorare. Altra questione, che qui ammetto che in parte sia stata anche colpa nostra: non abbiamo prenotato il parcheggio: parcheggio trovato, parcheggio PAGATO per due macchine 36€ presso la loro struttura per una notte. Pagato assolutamente come gli altri. Il posto? (perché non si può chiamare parcheggio) vicino alla monnezza. Per il check-out abbiamo fatto presente che davanti a noi si è parcheggiata una macchina e che facevamo fatica ad uscire tenendo conto della grandezza di una delle due macchine. “Faccia una manovra, che problema c’è?” Il problema è che ho pagato 36€ per essere piazzata in un posto pessimo e che dovevamo fare pure manovre per uscire.. veramente con l’amaro in bocca questo trattamento e questa esperienza.

The apartment was very clean, and the pool was large and very well maintained. The air conditioning in the apartment worked very well, which was especially appreciated.

However, parking comes at an additional cost, and there are no other parking options available besides the hotel’s parking. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing, as there wasn’t much variety to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

nous avons essayé de joindre à maintes reprises l'hotel avant notre séjour pour reserver une place de parc, et avertir que nous avions un chien (c'est la procédure demandée par booking) malgré des mails et des whattapp, aucune réponse. Le parking est une catastrophe, prévu pour des fiat 500 ou des 2cv. on a eu le buffet, mais aucune mention de ce qu'il y a dans les plats, on ne sait pas ce que l'on mange, par exemple sur les crèmes dessert, on ne sait pas à quoi c'est. Les infrastructures sportives sont délabrées.

Well, basically the rooms were ok (excl. the poor balcony) and breakfast wasn't so bad + the view of the bar/restaurant sitting area is nice

the location of the room was different levels below resulting in climbing hundreds of steps, the location of the parking of the car was not easy, we had to drive trough narrow passages which would've resulted in many problems but fortunately we got through it. The staff only has one objective: earn money - as much and as fast as possible. There is a blonde bimbo girl who wasn't helpfull at all and was even offended that we asked her the price of a pint of beer. Direct payments were done but not with a lot of love... they want it charged on the room... its less work for them apparently. There were latin American workers who were very friendly which was a big contrast to the staff at the reception, inlcuding the bimbo girl. We had to wear a bracelet during our stay which wasnt comfy, they really think they are some big shot resort but in fact they don't have a proper space for a swimming pool. We looked forward to playing some tennis, but at alle times this area was filled with kids playing with balls and all kind of games because of lack of space. Prices of food and drinks are not at Italian standards. The pictures on booking.com look good but there are a lot of hidden burdens that you just wont like on holidays: lack of space, location of room, lack of parking space, prices too high, arogant staff, location of building surrounded by narrow roads which are dangerous for your car.

erg mooie omgeving. het park was leuk opgezet maar komt wat rommelig over. Het eten in het restaurant was erg goed. Er was life muziek van een zanger die verrassend goed kon zingen in een variërend aanbod. erg gezellig.

in ons huisje kwam een riool lucht uit de badkamer. waarschijnlijk een niet goed afgedichte aansluiting van het bidet of toilet. de vloer van het huisje was niet erg schoon in de badkamer. witte aanslag aan de vloerranden en de muur achter het toilet was niet schoon. Het was zichtbaar dat dit huisje nog een goede opknap beurt nodig heeft.

Verouderd, keuken plakte, beestjes op de slaapkamer, kwamen we pas achter toen we de koffer dicht hadden gedaan, lagen beestjes onder die onder de plinten vandaan kwamen. Zwembad is ook wel aan een opknapbeurt toe. Ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde. Personeel loopt wel hard.

Lite svårt att ta sig dit med stor bil då vägarna är lite trånga. Trång parkering.

Gratuit si on allait à leur service plage…. - Parking trop étroit et on m’a abimé ma voiture. - On a pris une demi pension et le dernier jour tentative de facture supplémentaire de nourriture . ( heureusement que je demandais des quittances pour tout.

Lage ruhig und schön.

Zimmer war nicht sauber und Tücher wurden nur nach mehrmaligem Bitten ausgetauscht. Abwechslung beim Frühstück hat gefehlt. Fleischauswahl beim Abendessen dürftig.

Utsikten

Vi fick inte rummet i tid och ingen information om varför. Varje gång jag själv frågade sa tjejen i receptionen att rummet städades och att jag skulle få det snart. Bad att bli kompenserad och behålla rummet två timmar dagen efter men fick bara vara kvar en timme. Betalade för halvpension men personalen hade mycket att göra så de hann knappt ta upp beställning. Luftkonditioneringen började låta konstigt på kvällen och då var de snabba att komma men varje gång personal kom slutade det att låta.

Sängyt ovat epämukavat, keittiön vuodesohva montulla ja ikkunaverhot eivät yllä pitämään valoa pois silmistäsi aamulla. Tämä paikka on jäänyt johonkin 20v sitten, ympäristö on epäsiisti ja vailla huolenpitoa ulkona ja sisällä. Uima-allas ei houkuta uimaan, delfiini altaassa on esim. saanut jesaria ympärilleen, laatat rikki ja portaat kuluneet. Puutarha on jätetty vaille hoitoa. Täällä asunnossa olleet astiat ovat likaisia ja älä kuvittele kokkaavasi mitään, siihen ei ole edellytyksiä. Sain 2 pv ennen arvostelua sähköpostin jossa ruikutettiin antamaan hyvät arvostelut, kertoo varmasti lisää. Aamiainen kohtuullinen, kokoajan kaikki loppu ja ravintolassa syöminen on kallista. Tie tänne on lisäksi hengenvaarallinen ajaa puutteellisen näkyvyyden vuoksi useassa kohtaa. Henkilökunta ei tervehdi asiakkaitaan, täällä olet kuluerä ja yleinen ilmapiiri on vaisu. En voi suositella kuin lyhyelle viipymälle.

Il posto è ben posizionato molto panoramico, buona la colazione con ottime scelte, buono il ristorante, camere comode, bagno grande, bella piscina.

Lo staff è pessimo, non spiega come trovare la camera e ti ritrovi in giro a cercarla come un tesoro. Non capisci dove parcheggiare, e la pulizia non è il massimo.

The owner was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He was helpful and kind and made sure we were comfortable in our stay. The beautiful view was one of the highlights of our visit and made every morning special. The peaceful atmosphere and the hospitality of the owner made our stay very enjoyable. We left with great memories and would be happy to come back.

The pool was very little, to few facilities for for many people, there were almost nothing in the kitchen and we could not use the kitchen facilities.

Świetna lokalizacja, stanowiąca dobrą bazę wypadową do zwiedzania - autem czy na rowerze. Dużo udogodnień: baseny, rowery, infrastruktura sportowa i rowerowa. Bardzo dobre śniadanie i kolacje. Blisko do morza i do urokliwych miasteczek w pobliskich górach, a także w rejony Monako, San Remo czy Genui. Z ośrodka piękny widok na morze. W okolicy przyjemne plaże i świetna droga rowerowa po trasie dawnej linii kolejowej. Przestronny, komfortowy apartament, codziennie sprzątany.

The check-in was quick and everything was ready for us when we arrived to Villa Giada. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view which we enjoyed during our stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing and the staff were so friendly and always there for us if we needed anything. Although we were there for a short time we left feeling rejuvenated and with good memories. It was a place we felt at home in, from the moment we arrived until we had to leave.

Unfortunately, the place is packed with people in a small area, which gives us an oppressive feeling.

Le petit déjeuner, la terrasse, la piscine couverte, l'étendoir à linge et le jardin privatif de la chambre.

L'isolation de la chambre, les rideaux pas occultants, la piscine extérieure à moitié remplie, le service à table le soir (très long, préférez le buffet).

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Giada Resort. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The location was peaceful, making it a great place to relax. We would gladly stay here again.

The room was nice and spacious(some kind of family suite for up to 6 persons). Nice and well functioning aircondition. The terrace to the room was nice with a dining table some armchairs and sunbeds. Nice and big fridge. The traffic from the motorway was not annoying even though I'm normally sensitive to noice.

The food was terrible. We booked half pension and it was a mistake. Not much vatiety and very boring food. Also the breakfast was not very good. The apartment was missing critical kitchen things such as a few dish washer tablets, a brush to wash dishes and I'm not even sure it had a coffee maker. Too many kids in the pool, only book if you're fine with this.

Le comportement des enfants italiens, qui n’ont pas de respect pour les autres clients. Ils montaient sur les balustrades de la piscine et plongeaient alors que cela est totalement interdit. Et c’est même écrit en italien vietato tufarsi. Même après avoir signalé le comportement a l’accueil, rien n’a changé car ils faisaient partis d’un groupe qui fêtaient un baptême.

Repas et service impeccable , bon emplacement calme et une tres belle vue

La piscine était en panne , le ménage des chambres fait a moitié .La chambre oui mais pas la sdb ni le changement des serviettes

Tutto perfetto ! Stupendo ! Se proprio volete che trovo il pelo nell’uovo direi l’ingresso nel parcheggio delle stanze 103-104-105 stretto, a forma di U entrando dalla strada… Ma ripeto, solo perché insistete a scrivere qualcosa in questa rubrica “negativa” Ma questo resort non dovrebbero neanche avere la rubrica “negativa”

Die Wohnung war grosszügig und sehr sauber. Man hatte dort alles vorgefunden was man brauchte. Es wurde auch täglich geputzt, gebettet und das Bad aufgeräumt, das war richtig toll 😊. Das Frühstück war genial, grosse Auswahl und es gab alles was das Herz begehrt ausser Alternative zu weissen Brötchen. Das haben wir schon vermisst.

Der Parkplatz ist unglaublich eng für ein grösseres Auto, wir wären fast nicht zum Parkplatz gekommen. Darüber hat uns niemand informiert. Zudem finden wir, die Parkgebühren könnte man den Gästen erlassen. Der Aussenpool wurde nach einem Tag gesperrt und wurde nur eine kurze Erklärung abgegeben, dass es wegen Wartungsarbeiten gesperrt ist und das in der Hochsaison. Dementsprechend war der Innenpool immer voll. Die Menükarte am Abend könnte erweitert werden.
