personnel vraiment gentil, tres propre, spa agréable
Cleanliness and the service is very good. Breakfast spread is also very good.
Nice environmenr and great service However a bit far from pub street / night market
The WORST 5 star hotel that I've ever stayed. 1. I asked free airport pick up, but the driver didn't show up. so I took Taxi to get hotel. 2. Wi-fi connect is too bad in the room. 3. It's very very very noisy when the next room taking a shower. 4. The fitness machine is almost broken at the fitness room. 5. Chinese people are too noisy in the restaurant at breakfast. Although I spend very high accommodation fee, I couldn't feel satisfied during my stay. Just one thing that I felt good is the stuffs were very friendly.
free shuttle from/to airport friendly and helpful staff nice food and good view
Service was excellent , hotel facilities are very well kept . Wish the gym can be better and more free weights
I am stay here on my holiday, staff nice and polite room a bit old facility are okay but great. Over service Inwould give it 3 star out of 5 star. Anyway the stay was pleasant stay.
From the moment we met our driver at the airport, to the point when we entered our hotel room door, we had nothing but great service. The breakfast buffet was superb with a lot of choices for westerners and easterners alike. They also managed a tour to Angkor Wat for us. The price was quite reasonable. My 14 year old son was pleased the moment he saw the lobby of our hotel. Definitely want to stay here again!
Good hotel with reasonable price, recommend this hotel
Nice PATIO Cabana Club, Access to Pool. Great for families with kids. Room & bed is big enough. Breakfast is ok. Tried the mango tea drink (with fresh mango cubes) at the small lobby cafe, not too sweet, very nice!
The staff were fantastic, the pool was nice and big and had the best kids area I have seen (nice and big and separate from the deeper pool). Was close to the main town and also to Angkor Wat. We did get worried initially as there is a new building being constructed next door and we heard hammering when we first entered our room (so if that worries you ask for a pool view). However that became background noise and there is only noise in the daytime plus they don't use any heavy/ loud machinery.
Excellent resort with a beautiful lobby, restaurants, swimming pool and other facilities. Quite an average neighbourhood, though. So stayed in the resort and did not go for walks. Close to the airport but quiet and relaxing. Worthy recommendation.
Staff at the higher level not at all nice no welcome drinks ,no personal touches.very disappointing . Were charged for the new year eve even requested earlier not be there for that evening. Bit of a con.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in Siem Reap. The temples are worth repeated visits.
relaxing and.comfortable
everything good beside swimming pool a bit small. the people can speak both chinese & english, very helpful. they prepare us the breakfast set for taking out if we went out too early..service fantastic....
After a few nights at a guesthouse closer to the "Old Market" area, and a few weeks throughout Cambodia, my girlfriend and I splurged on four nights at this lovely resort as a 'respite' from Cambodia. The hotel is lovely, the pool facility is wonderful, and the food was great. Although quite expensive by Cambodian standards, its still much cheaper than US and everything we ate and drank was lovely. Best Singapore Slings I've ever had. Breakfast Buffet was impressive and always very fresh. Service went out of its way to make us comfortable. Only a few potential cons: - The hotel is a on the outskirts of the more densely populated Hotel areas of Siem Reap. Its a small city so not a big deal, but it does create a psychological barrier to experiencing town and there is really little if anything that is worth walking to. - They charged me $2.50 to make a 1 minute local call to my preferred ToukTouk driver with whom I had a good relationship. Not only that, they required me to go to the front desk to make said call. That's really out of line on both price and convenience. Bottom line: If you want to feel like you're in Cambodia, don't stay here. If you want to feel like you're in a world class resort, DO stay here.
Had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
Excellent hotel staff, everyone always smiling and asks how are you doing. The staff actually came to me and bend down when I checked in to pass me the signing sheet and showed me around the hotel as well. Friendly tuktuk driver named Tim. Even tried to help us find a local restaurant after dropping us off at downtown during shuttle service. Best service I ever had in any hotel.
We splurged and paid for a suite to make this visit "special". It was very "special" but not in a good way. The room was so dirty we purchased thick slippers to walk on the floors (hiking boots would not have been out of place there was so much dirt); however, the worst aspect was the wake up call at 7am every day. Despite multiple calls and complaints to the front desk and manager, NOTHING was done and we had to endure very loud maintenance work in the room every morning (we had foolishly paid for four days) completely eliminating the possibility of sleep. Only consider staying here if you WANT to get up at 7am - we, unfortunately, did not. Finally, the free breakfast, well, you get what you pay for...
The hotel is simply beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. After a hot day visiting temples it was always enjoyable to go back to our hotel. I rented a hotel driver and vehicle. The driver had cold water waiting for me and had cool wrapped hand towels on ice. Again, the service was amazing. Would stay here again and recommend anyone to enjoy staying here.
I only give 3 stars due to the management skill. In the end they fixed the problem but the experience was not pleasant. However if you are with a tour group and you will be fine.
Breakfast was not great and shower head was not working properly at all really dissappointed.
Fantastic hotel, and facility's, you are made very welcome, they have a bed turn down service, and if you are in your room at that time, we were offered local deserts, as well as anything we needed, ie, bottled water, shavers, toothbrushes, extra shampoo etc, at no cost. all the staff had smiles on there face all the time, and would always get the door for you and say good morning, afternoon, evening, they even gave there apologies for my room not being ready even though I arrived way early (10am) I waited 20min and I was aloud early check in.
Hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport and another 10 minutes to the town. Hotel is very impressive and the greeting received on arrival from the staff simply adds to the quality of experience. Staff were fantastic. Room was really well equipped and decorated. Only downside is the ongoing extension building work that disturbed me in the morning. Nice pool. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautifully appointed and ideally located for the tourist attractions. The hotel took pride in welcoming its guests. We felt really special. Free airport shuttles and transfers to the Old and Night Markets were an added convenience. The hotel arranged our visit to Angkor Wat and Banteay Srey. Both the driver and guide were of a high calibre. A special mention is made of Miss Chhoun Makara whose welcoming smile is etched in our hearts.
my 2nd time in siem reap, this hotel was better than my last. service was excellent and rooms clean.
Awesome stay. Hotel staff always acknowledged you no matter what. The spa was also amazing. Great transportation service to and from airport. ;)
The hotel is beautiful a little old fashion but in a good way. Besides the service is quite slow, the staff is friendly and able to help when is required
It was an awsome hitel neer to airport and town, tottaly stay again there
The people working at the front desk area are the most rude and the least accommodating amongst all their hotel staff. It's supposed to be a rated 5 stars hotel but every single request you make is either a "NO" or there's an extra charge for it no matter how small the request is. We had extended our stay another night and booked through Expedia. Instead of making us stay in the same room, they want us to pack all of our stuff and check out of that room, and move to a different room. The front desk's reason was "another guest is already booked to check in into that room". They need better customer service training for the front desk in that hotel.
Room was nice but I couldn't take a bath/shower because the water was brown! Wish I could upload a picture here. Guess that's what you get in Cambodia, even in a fancy hotel.
Check in was rather slow. Concierge was excellent. Most staffs were polite and friendly. Internet (wifi) was so slow. Nice salt water pool. Noise from hotel extension for project was too annoying at very early time (after 7am). The hotel should control construction time.
The hotel is in very good condition, the rooms are very nice and clean, and the service was amazing. .no words
nice big hotel, but going through growing pains. Lots of construction all around and staff barely speaks english. Tough to recommend.
Siem Reap have many good hotels. We roam around on our many visits here to locate the very best. We travel all over asea on a monthly basis. I can say without reservation that this hotel is the finest, best value anywhere. A TRUE five star hotel. We will only stay here when we are back from now on.
I just recently returned from a 7 night stay at the Miracle Reflection Club in Siem Reap. The hotel is very nice and the staff is going out of their way to accommodate to your needs. Airport pick-up and check-in was quick and efficient. The breakfast buffet is quite big and lots of options to choose from. The location is good too, for just a few dollars you can rent a tuk-tuk to get to the city center and most of the surrounding sights.
It was our first visit to Cambodia. The hotel service is so good that it was really beyond our expectation. All the staff greeted us with a smile that comes from their heart. The hotel is beautiful and facility is very well maintain. We would definitely go back.
The staff at this hotel is its main asset. The rooms are spacious and clean. The spa is great, and I enjoyed a facial and a really relaxing oil massage. My boyfriend however found the massage a bit too soft, so ask at the beginning to have it hard. Breakfast was ok, but not a huge choice of English breakfast or pastries. Lots of noodles, and a really great egg station. Overall, it's a nice hotel but not as luxurious as we were expecting.
I had been on the road for two weeks in Thailand and Cambodia before turning up at the Angkhor Miracle. Superb service, beautiful facilities, a fine 5-star hotel just outside the main city of Siem Reap.
Being that this was our first trip to Siem Reap we were very surprised at the magnificent lobby area of this resort. The entire resort showcased Khymer artwork adding to the ambience and the pool area was very inviting. The resort had a driver waiting for us at the airport with free transportation to and from the airport which is located about 15 minutes away from the resort. Arranging transportation around town is simply with the Tuk-Tuk drivers waiting outside the hotel entrance and although there are several drivers available, do yourself a favor and ask for number 16 "Mr Sim" was extremely friendly and an invaluable resource during our trip. We hired him for the entire day every day that we were there and definitely use his services again on our next trip to Siem Reap which we are already planning.
Overall I am very happy with the hotel except that I was very disappointed with the buffet lunch. I was offering lunch to a group of monks and was told by the manager to take the buffet because it's faster than the normal meal ordered. However, I found out that the buffet was the left over from breakfast and they don't even have enough white rice. Even though after talking to the manager, I was offered a 10% discount but I think the price of USD13.50 buffet lunch was not acceptable.
Construction undergoing near. They work until late in night and is noisy. Also they resume 7 am in the morning. Apart from this no major inconvenience.
had a wonderful time at the Angkor Miracle Clubstaff very helpful and friendly, the tour to Angkor Wat was made extra special by our tour guide Surep I would recommend him and ask for him again if I came back to Siem Reap.
I had trouble with my rom at the beginning, and the manager ended up upgrading me to a suite! Incredible and I felt so lucky! Thank you! Pool was the best!
Great location and helpful staff - pool was a good size and clean. reasonably priced for a five star hotel!
We only stayed for three nights we wish we had made it longer as hotel and staff were excellent nothing a bother. They organised a trip to the temples with a guide and driver, they were both really good , guide was very knowlagable had a great day. Breakfast in the hotel was very good with a good selection of food, restraunt on a night meals were good also and well priced for hotel standards and service was good to. In all i woud definately stay here again as we are thinking of going back to Cambodia next year and would reccommend this hotel to anyone.
5 star ratings mean different things in different countries. That being said, this is a fine hotel. You are close enough to both the temple sites and the action downtown, yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet and leasure of a resort. For a quick $4 tuk-tuk ride, you can be right in the thick of things on Pub Street. The food was very good right at the hotel and on par pricewise with of restaurants of quality in town (though I suggest eating at varied places...there's lots of good grub). The staff, from top to bottom, was exceptional. If wifi is important, make sure you get a centrally located room within the hotel. The wifi suffers a bit at the edges. Would definately stay here again.
We stayed here for 5 nights in June and loved it! The hotel staff were warm, welcoming and very professional. In Particular, Leng was fantastic and very helpful. The pool is magnificent and there is a lovely big lawn area behind it for kids to run around. Breakfast each morning was great and they were very all tolerant towards our young messy boys! The beds were comfortable and our pool view was lovely. Wifi in the rooms is a little patchy but in the business centre it is much better! It is out of the main part of town but it is not to hard to hire a tuk tuk to take you into town and around the sites. It was lovely to head away from all the hustle at the end of the day and retreat to our beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend for all travellers.
Hotel rooms seems outdated even though we were staying in a "new" wing of the hotel. Customer service was generally very good. Breakfast included a large spread but was nothing to write home about. Location was a bit further from the city center than would have preferred. The hotel only offered a free shuttle to the city center at 7 pm each day, which was disappointing. Fruit smoothies at Pronto Café were the best part of staying at this hotel. WORST part of the hotel experience was the terrible WIFI. After numerous complaints, the hotel sent techs to the room to try to fix the issue, but was unsuccessful. WIFI was bad throughout the hotel and for all four days. If WIFI is important to you, I would strongly discourage booking this hotel. It's definitely not acceptable for a purported 4 star hotel.
Hotel was able to arrange tours and had a regular but also flexible shuttle service to town. Breakfast was excellent!
I stayed here at the end of my 3 weeks in South East Asia and it was a great place to relax and unwind before heading home. Great view of the pool, free shuttles to the night market and pub street, loved the afternoon tea and the tuk tuks available onsite to take you to Angkor wat. Staff were all pleasant, weren't able to provide me with a late check out so they moved me to another room for the last day to accommodate me until 4pm. Great hotel and location, again perfect way to end a trip!
Premier club room feel like more exclusive service, pool view better, all new furnitures. special check in by the front office manager, welcome fruit to the room upon check in. The room spacious. Toilet very modern and Clean. Breakfast a lot of varieties. 5-10mins to pub street easily by tuk tuk. Quiet place good for relax & stay.
Great hotel fantastic staff, loved our stay there will go back.
Courteous staff. Good sized rooms. Well maintained property and clean rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Business center basic but functional. Pool and water very clean and good. In all, a very nice experience. Will definitely stay there if we go back to Siem Reap, Cambodia.
This hotel is amazing. The staff are lovely and the rooms are huge and very clean. The pool is great and the breakfast buffet is delicious and massive. I could not recommend this place any more.
This resort certainly has the wow factor.Fabulous atrium with impressive decor, also probably the best swimming pool I have been in in a long while.Great location , a short Tuk-Tuk ride to night markets and pub street . Best breakfast I had in Siem Reap, will certainly be looking to stay here again
Great hotel, upto every 5 star standard that I have stayed at, also got a free upgrade to the VIP suite by Mr. Leng (who assist me during my stay) and the spa and the gym service was amazing! will definitely stay here again if I visit Siem Reap. Also, the conceirge service is very helpful and not a rip off. I feel going outside would be a rip off but the rates offered by the travel desk were spectacular.
Pool room, large pool, excellent service....
Hotel caters to Asian Tour Groups. Everyone else is on their own. Very poor western breakfast. Toxic fumes inside hotel from spray painting with no ventilation and management doesn't seem to care that you cannot be in your "paid room" when they are working.
Angkor Miracle Reflection Club hotel is a great place to stay. Place is new and clean. People are friendly and check in is easy. Location is bit far from down town that we can go to Pub Street and night market by taking the Tuk Tuk is extremely convenient. The driver of the Tuk Tuk was so nice to take us to the nearby restaurant and pick us up on time. He also took us to the old market in the morning and waiting for us during shopping for the hour and take us back. I think his name is Bee. The room in the hotel is big and big bed too. I also tried the spa. It is OK, more expensive than the street of course but much more safer and nice. I would say the treatment is excellent as my wife was given tea to relax after massage. The food in the restaurant is also authentic, service is good, and price is reasonable considered it is in the hotel. We actually tried both restaurants and the bar too. For breakfast, the tables could have been cleaned up quicker when there was tour as we have to wait a bit for a clean table. We are not part of the tours and started later. Overall, good experience and I would recommend for others.
Room was spacious and clean. You can stay in the hotel the whole day.
This is truly a top class hotel. Everything is as per the brochure, especially the pool! I arrived early evening and they still managed to book a great tour to the temples for the next day. The only issue is it's a little far from the centre of town, although they run a shuttle and tuk tuk drivers are usually on hand in the early evening. No problems getting back from town.
My room smelled like cigarettes, I had a pool suite although I couldn't see the pool... The manager arranged a room upgrade into a terrace suite, almost double the size and really comfy! The included breakfast buffet is diverse and good. After and exhausting day visiting the gorgeous temples, I had an oil massage at Hotel's Spa, it was fantastic! They really now what they're doing.
Lovely hotel but a bit far from town center, cost of tuk tuk back to the hotel at night jumped from US$2 to US$4. Staff are friendly and helpful despite limited knowledge of English, I do not think this will hamper their thirst of wanting to better themselves. Rooms are rather basic, not exactly 5 star standard. Disappointed with the Concierge who told me there was to tourist guides during the New Year which was not true.
We recently stayed 4 night in the wonderful Angkor Miracle Reflection Club . It is gorgeous right down to the smallest details. Cool, scented towels whenever guests walk through the entrance, the constant smell of jasmine in the air, little ice blocks by the pool... The list goes on. The staff here are exceptional - so helpful and friendly - and the rooms are as comfortable as one could hope for. The pool is salty water and lovely! A beautiful four nights we spent there that went far too quickly.
