We had a wonderful stay at Quip Bed & Breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and offered great value for the price. The location is excellent. It's easy to walk to the cafés and attractions in Phuket Old Town. What really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store several pieces of luggage in their storage room before and after our stay. We also accidentally left our stroller behind, and they kindly arranged to ship it back to us. We truly appreciated their honesty, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay with outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again!

The building was very well decorated, made you feel as if you where in a retro style New York old building, the rooms were massive and well decorated

Location was about a 1 minute walk to the very popular old town

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere. We also liked the breakfast it was served in a cute delivery box, which was a nice and unique touch.

There is no elevator, and our room was on the 4th floor. It was very difficult for us to go up the stairs. I have a heart condition, so it was especially tiring and challenging. My partner had to support me going upstairs. It would be better if there was an elevator or assistance for guests with health conditions.

I loved the vibe of Quip! It felt inspiring and artistic. The room was clean, and I love the aesthetics of it. I'd book it again for sure!

The pillows were a bit too hard for me to sleep well. It was also a bit noisy at night as there is a live music bar nearby.

Die lager ist perfekt. Direkt in Old town. Hotel ist super cool eingerichtet. Zimmergröße ist ausreichend.

Bett ist Steinhart. Leider zuwenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auf keinen Fall Frühstück buchen - lohnt sich nicht.

Location and good value for money. Antique deco is great.

Kettle had to be repositioned elsewhere due to it not able to connect to power socket. Found a small cockroach on my third day. Not a fan of combined shower and toilet where water from shower enters toilet area.

Nice place, has everything you need and very good location. Also great value for money.

The location is excellent, with easy access to Promthep Clock Tower and Thalang Road, two of the main highlights in the area.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which caused some inconvenience, such as dust and issues with the lighting (for example, the lobby restroom lights were not working). The room felt somewhat claustrophobic, with only a small window near the ceiling that remained closed. In addition, the mattress was not very comfortable.

It's not possible to have this level of filth in the room. Dead bug casings, hair, stains, bug excrements. It's unacceptable. The pictures speak for themselves

Comfortable, moder museum like, welcoming and clean, good location to Phuket Old Town Centre.

Although centrally located there isn't much to see, but this has got nothing to do with the hotel. I think a couple of days would have been enough.

The location was super central. Also a very clean amd nice room and a very good deal

Internet connection was sometimes slow

Staff was friendly and the housekeepers are amazing.

The bathroom shower got everything wet and didn’t drain the best.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Je nachdem wo man sein Zimmer hat, kann es recht laut sein.

Location and decor was very cute. The front desk person was very helpful and kind.

I did hope for more of a breakfast given it’s a bed and breakfast, but for the price I think it’s on point in terms of value. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Location was reallt good, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Room and facility were clean.

The bed was too hard for me, and as the location is close to a bar, it was abit noisy. It was ok, not too bad. When we run the water tab or neighbors running the water tab, it was very noisy.

The hotel is by the main road and walking distance to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The room size was good.

There was a bit of renovation work right under my room, so it was noisy but they stopped around 5PM, however the renovation caused dust around the the lobby area

The location is great..

The place was under renovation and didn’t have a restaurant or any proper facilities (and we didn't know). Calling it “breakfast included” is quite misleading: they just give you a bag with a croissant, a banana from 7-Eleven, and a sachet of instant coffee. If we had known, we wouldn’t have stayed there.

Muy ruidoso, el bar pegando a la ventana sonando toda la noche, no hemos podido dormir. Deberían del volver nuestro dinero. No había nadie en recepción, el ruido del bar del subwoofer retumbaba las ventanas.

It was in a great location and the staff were lovely

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the bathroom was poorly maintained, it would flood and took a long time to drain and dry

The location is very good. Rooms are also nicely decorated. It was quiet and comfortable.

Unfortunately the staff were unfriendly. Never seen them smile. Place was very empty and we had many technical issues with the rooms. Lights stopped working, hair dryer was shutting off every 5 sec, the drain for the shower never worked.

Quip is in a great location. The room was large in size. The shower was hot and the hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly. Air con also works really well!

The walls are thin and you could hear other guest and the music from the bar next door. But not a major issue.

L’hotel é molto bello le stanze molto ampie e pulite, la posizione su phuket old town andava abbastanza bene ma per raggiungere zone come patong ci vuole circa 30/40 min di motorino i grab.

Principalmente non mi è piaciuto che la struttura non abbia un’ascensore…ci siamo dovuti fare dal piano terra al 4 piano a piedi con due valigie. Poi il resto andava bene.

Muy bien ubicado, decoración industrial agradable. Espacioso, limpio, el baño y la ducha funcionan bien. No cogimos desayuno por las malas opiniones que leímos.

La nevera se desconecta cuando sales de la habitación, lo que para nosotros es un problema. Es el primer hotel que vemos con esta práctica y no nos avisaron hasta que no preguntamos, por lo que si guardas comida podrías encontrarte una sorpresa al llegar a la habitación. No tiene ascensor y las camas podrían ser más cómodas

空間舒適，環境很棒，地點很棒、離鬧區很近，床很乾淨，冷氣很涼，浴室沒有乾濕分離、但是熱水很快來，水壓很足！可惜沒有電梯、行李要自己搬ＱＱ 有全身鏡加分！

Die Lage war perfekt.

Zimmer neben einer Bar( laute Musik) und einem Abflusskanal. Das Bad roch stark nach Schimmel und muffig. Das Bett war leider steinhart.

Super Lage für Stadtaufenthalt in Phuket Old town. Einfach, aber funktionell eingerichtet. Kühlschrank vorhanden, jeden Tag gibt es zwei Flaschen Wasser neu. Leider ist das Restaurant und die beschriebene Dachterrasse, die ein Kriterium für die Buchung war, nicht mehr existent. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind aber fußläufig erreichbar.

Leider war das Personal oft nicht an der Rezeption und sehr wortkarg.

In my experience - I am not happy with our stay in this hotel. We chose this hotel over others, as it states online it has a roof top restaurant/ bar - however this was not open during our stay and this wasn’t told to us when we booked. If we had known this, we would have booked another hotel. The hotel is called “bed and breakfast”, however we were told no breakfast is available due to the restaurants being closed. It also states online that there is a laundry service on site “for convenience” - however upon arrival we were told they don’t have this service either. The whole bathroom floods when you shower. There is no lift - so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with 25kg luggage (although we did know about this beforehand, but still not ideal for a hotel with numerous floors!) The walls are very thin, I could hear those in the room next to us talking & laughing loudly until early hours in the morning. By 2am I had knocked on their room 3 times to ask them to quieten down - there was a big group of them in there, singing, shouting and laughing loudly. They continued to do this into the morning. On our first night we had a problem with the air-con. The room was so hot & the air con was blowing out warm air. We tried to figure out the problem with the air con ourselves (through googling the problem & signs of error). We then went to ask reception for help - a lady came up, played around with the remote (which he had tried ourselves) and told us to wait 5 minutes and she would come back to see if it had changed. After 15 minutes we hadn’t heard back, so went downstairs (3 flights of stairs due to no lift) to reception (at 10 past midnight), to see all the lights were out and this lady had finished her shift and gone home. We had nobody to help us, despite it saying online “24 hour front desk service”. We found a number to message if there were any problems - however I did not get a response.

it was very hard to locate any staff most of the time. and it was also hard to get to the 4th floor rooms with luggage cz there was no lift and any support from staff to carry luggages.
