The hotel is wonderful; the food was varied and delicious, and the staff were top-notch—very helpful, well-mannered, and courteous. A wonderful hotel and a wonderful resort—I highly recommend it!

Στο πρωινό δύο μέρες δεν είχε βούτυρο και δεν αντικατάσταθηκε,όταν ζητήσαμε είπαν ότι τελείωσε και δεν έχουν..Απογοητευτικο για ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων.Επισης μείναμε 4 ημέρες και μόνο την μια μέρα είχαν κάποιο δρώμενο..

Bettwäsche wurden nicht gewechselt, angeblich solle man von alleine drauf kommen dass man innerhalb von 5 Tagen neue Bettbezüge benötigt.

Alles !!! echt niet overdreven Slechte organisatie: was daar om 14u 00 moest een 1.30 wachten voor mijn kamer die nog gekuist moest ze wisten op voorhand dat ik kwam met 2 kinderen. Na zoveel wachten slecht gekuist kamer die veel tekorten had namelijk 1 handdoek voor 3 personen. Vuilbak waarvan er geen bakje in zat, gordijn tekort moest nog besteld worden, deken tekort voor bed. Koelkast die niet werktte, geen waterkoker in de kamer, we hadden onze kamer op niet storen gezet omdat mijn kinderen laat wakker willen worden tijdens ik op het strand lag in de vroege ochtend vallen ze 2 keer de kamer binnen door de kuisploeg wat niet gevraagd is mijn kinderen waren bang als ze de kamer binnenvielen, en de dag dat ik wel gevraagd heb om te laten poetsen hebben ze enkel maar de vloeren gedweild weer 1 handdoek achtergelaten, zeep werd niet aangevuld terwijl dit op was, vuilbak niet geleegd , alle klachten heb ik doorgegeven ze gingen speciaal aandacht geven aan ons maar we kregen geen aandacht en geen verbetering !!!!!! Het eten was zooooo slecht ze hebben geen assortiment , jullie hotel is van buiten heel mooi maar van binnen moeten jullie echt verbeteren van a tot z . Personeels tekort dat zag ik direct en leidinggevende tekort in elke ploeg die je hebt !!! Opvolging is belangrijk en structuur dat heeft jullie hotel zeker niet en geen beloftes geven als je het niet waar kan maken. Voor deze prijs kon ik ergens anders iets meer geven maar deze hotel heeft geen verhouding met prijs en kwaliteit. De personeel die tafel opruimden en barmeisje waren heel vriendelijk. Maar al de rest zeker aan de receptie en de vrouw die klachten noteerde zijn zo arrogant en deden de beloftes niet na heb echt mijn dagen afgeteld om er van af te geraken ik had enkel plezier aan mijn strand en zee meer kan ik echt niet meegeven. Wie ik leren kennen heb die het hotel binnen stapten iedereen had klachten er waren erbij die terugbetaling wouden om weg te gaan van het hotel .

De locatie dichtbij de zee, de kamers zijn mooi, ruim, schoon en comfortabel. De staf is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het eten (all-in) was heel slecht!

Very outdated hotel. Lots of broken equipment, food below average and very small choise. Loud Turkish music all day long. Very poor animation. Sunbathing chairs usually claimed by 8am, so if u like to sleep in, you wont get a place near the pool.

L emplacement est ideal avec vue sur le sunset. La piscine très grande et très propre . La réactivité des gens de l hôtel. Tout était parfait . La nourriture était relativement variée pour 1 hôtel tout compris . . Si vous êtes en transports c est à 22km de bodrum city. Mais moyen de prendre des bus ou taxi jaunes sans difficultés. Il y a 1 bazar tt près de l hôtel pour acheter tt le nécessaire et même plus . Je recommande vivement

Unser Schlafzimmer war das einzige schöne u.saubere was uns gefallen hat.

Strandlage war schlecht,keine Liegen waren da , An sauberkeit am Strand hat es gefehlt. Das Duschwasser war kalt dann brutal warm,ging hoch u.runter mit der Temperatur. Es war keine Animation da,unterhaltung war nichts da.es lief von morgens bis in die Nacht nur laute musik,was in deinem Zimmer nicht auszuhalten war Deswegen habe ich einen vorabend meinen aufhentalt abgebrochen.Mittag u.abend essen war auch nicht prickelnd Im grossen u.ganzen war ich sehr enttäuscht .Für Bodrum hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet

küçük bir otel kullanım alanı az. yemekler çok çeşitli değil ama lezzetli. oda temiz ve güzeldi. içki çeşitliliğide iyiydi.

Housekeeping left extra toiletries without me even asking, which was a nice touch since I had forgotten my shampoo.

The room had a small desk and comfortable chair, which made checking my emails in the evening convenient.

The big problem was communicating with the hotel staff because they don't speak English. The hotel employees also seem like they don't care about what they're doing, which affects the service. The food is very poor and there's not much choice. The kettle in the bathroom barely worked. The hotel location and pool are excellent.

The bed was made with care, and there wasn’t a single wrinkle in the duvet when I arrived.

The throw blanket on the chair looked new and clean—not something you see every day in mid-range hotels.

The I could tell the hotel had been recently renovated. Everything, from the floors to the bathroom fixtures, looked brand new and well-maintained.

Comfortable rooms with balconies and sea view. Good room service. Very efficient and friendly staff. Good choice of food.

One of the coffee machines was not in working order

Nothing…the owner needs to make serious renovations in the entire facility.

Some furnitures in the room were broken, the toilet utilities were covered by rust, the speakers were very loud up to late in the night. The staff hardly speaks english. The food was not of good quality.

We were supposed to spend 3days . We got there around 2pm couldn’t check in until 4 almost 5pm . They gave us a room without a blanket and no tv . Concierge doesn’t speak English at all and there two Russian guest who were arguing about the wait time to check in . There was mold in the bathroom . Im not sending this review because I had issues with anybody’s .but I’m warning you . There are better hotels in that area but this one is not good .we decided to check out the next day and change our flight ticket because we deemed unsafe to stay there .

Otel genel olarak çok pisti. Koridorlarda saçlar kalmış tabaklar vardı. Odalardaki telefon çalışmıyordu. Oda temizlik diye bir şey yok. İstediğimiz hiçbir şeye yanıt veremiyorlar haklısınız ama böyle gibi cevaplar. Yemekler özensiz ve kötüydü. Konumu güzeldi tek iyi tarafı bu olsa gerek!

Herşey dahil diye geldiğimiz otelde 2 çeşit yemek var. Alkollerin çoğu yok ve buz yok. Buz sağlayıcı bozuldu diyorlar ama 3 gün yapmadılar. Odanın kliması bozuldu yapacak bir şey yok diyorlar. Herşey dahil oteller arasında geldiğim en kötü oteldi.

Akşam yemekleri hep aynı olmakla beraber , su bulamadığımız zamanlar oldu. Çalışanlar sıcak kanlıydı temizlik idare ederdi

Yemekleri ve temizliği berbat onun harici otel iyi fakat keşke aparatta kalsaydık dedirtti çünkü restorant otele göre çok küçük ve çalışanlar aşırı ilgisiz

We only liked the location, and the sunset view

Staff were very unfriendly especially at the reception desk. Food was horrible (all inclusive). They used bad quality of food and it tasted horrible. The rooms were dirty when we arrived, my pillow case was bot clean at all, it was used by someone else. The bathrooms were also dirty, i found hair in the bathtub when i first arrived

Außen hui,innen pfui...Anlage schaut von außen qualitativ gut und gepflegt aus. Leider ist es dann von innen nicht wirklich so.Gläser und Teller dreckig.Bettwäsche dreckig...Die Speisenauswahl lässt auch zu wünschen übrig...

Fiyat - performans oteli arıyorsanız doğru yerdesiniz. Denize sıfır olması ve kendi plajının olması bu otelin en büyük avantajı. Sahili ince uzun ve küçük ancak iskelesi kullanışlı. Bodrum'da bütçenize göre bir yer arıyorsanız güzel bir otel. Kaydırak yok. Yemekler orta. Odada çift kişilik bir yatak ve çocuk için yatak olabilen bir koltuk vardı. Keşke normal yatak olsaydı. Çocuğunuz iriyse bu koltuk - yatak pek konforlu olmayabilir.

The place is just dirty! They don’t really maintain the place. Dirt everywhere. The plus are the guys who work there, they make very long hours, from 08:00 -23:00 without break! Our room was dirty when we arrived and the frontdesk guy was not really helping out and only defending. The place can be so nice if they put some time in it, clean it and treat guests better. Please avoid this place! Its too god to be true! And i am not the most critical guy.

Yemek malzemeleri tabak çatal vs güzel yıkanmamakta kuru kirler mevcuttu oda temizliği kötü havlu ve pikeler lekeliydi. Otel denize sıfır çok güzel fakat çalışan personel dışı memnun kalmadığımızı belirtmek isteriz.

4 gece kaldık çalışanlar ilgili yemekler standart. Konumu Temizliği cok iyi. Bir daha yine giderim tereddüt etmeden

Gerçekten konum ve otel olarak fiyat performans oteli. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü sıcak. Salih ve Mert bu konuda gerçekten çok iyi ağırladılar. Hepsine ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum.

Otele giriş için saat 14:00’te gittiğimizde odamızın hazır olmadığı, temizlendikten sonra giriş yapabileceğimiz bize söylendi. Tam 1 saat 15 dk bekletildikten sonra 15:15’te, aslında bir önceki misafirin sabah 07:30’da çıktığı ama odanın hazır olmadığı söylendi ve başka odaya yönlendirildik. 1 küsür saat neden boşa bekletildik anlayamadık, ciddi bir organizasyon eksikliği var. Temizlik konusunda çok olumlu konuşamayacağım, yastık yüzleri kötü kokuyordu değiştirilmesini istemek zorunda kaldık. Genel anlamda olumsuz puan vermek durumundayım.
