Todo muy bien, la ubicación privilegiada. El personal muy profesional y muy amable, todos, destacamos especialmente a Domingo y a Mavi en el restaurante, y los demás todos, siempre muy atentos. Hemos pasado una semana estupenda.

Me gustó todo, pero es verdad que el horario de cena terminaba a las 21:30H, y a veces llegábamos muy justos y apurados de las excursiones, porque hay distancias largas. Nos hubiera gustado que hubiera finalizado al menos a las 22h.

Moim zdaniem najlepsza lokalizacja w mieście. Śniadanie było pyszne i bardzo bogate, szampan do śniadania! widok z balkonu na Deptak świetny, słynne piękne baseny za oknem i widok na ocean był wyjątkowy, bar i basen na dachu fantastyczne, obsługa była bardzo miła i serdeczna.

El lugar donde está enclavado el hotel, las vistas una maravilla teníamos la habitación 214 y frente al mar, el paseo con mucho servicio para poder disfrutar sin apenas desplazarte, recepción un 10, el servicio de restauración muy bien, Miguel el metre muy atento en todo, Mavi un encanto, muy pendiente de mi madre, tenía un trato dulce y sobre todo delicadeza con personas mayores, gracias Mavi y Miguel, el resto de personal muy bien y agradables. Sin duda cuando viaje a Tenerife este será mi hotel.

El buffet, tenían mucha variedad pero no me termino de agradar, quizás en la isla son así los buffet pero no es lo que yo busco. No disponían de nada más que mermelada sin azúcar, no está pensado para diabéticos, ningún postre ni helados ni zumos para diabéticos, mi madre lo es.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado del centro del Puerto de la Cruz, en zona peatonal para ir andando a donde quieras. La piscina de la azotea pequeña pero muy buena con vistas a los lagos Martíanez, con sombrilla y cómodas bastante cómodas. Menú de restaurante piscina de comidas muy bueno

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que no tenga aparcamiento para los clientes, es muy difícil aparcar ya que todo está delimitado. Buffet de desayuno y cena escaso y poco variado.

En general el hotel es perfecto. Vistas y ubicación, personal y limpieza de 10.

No tiene parking. Tienes que aparcar en un parking de un supermercado mercado relativamente cerca, y eso a veces es incómodo con las maletas.

Es un hotel con mucho encanto, habitaciones con vistas al océano y muy espaciosas y limpias. El rooftop también es muy agradable, con piscina y bar con vistas. Los desayunos son muy variados, tienen muchas cosas para elegir. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en el paseo marítimo y cerca de todo. El personal fue realmente amable.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The service is truly at a very high level. The food was delicious and offered a great variety. To be honest, I have no idea why some people complain about it. Reading some reviews, you'd think they expected lobster, caviar, and a Michelin-starred chef waiting just for them The swimming pool is fantastic - clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The dinner buffet costs €20 (and there are sometimes discounts), which is excellent value for money. You can enjoy a wide variety of tasty dishes, while in many restaurants nearby you would easily pay the same amount for just one main course. Of course, no place is perfect. Some rooms could benefit from a light cosmetic renovation, but this is a very large hotel, and maintaining such a property is not an easy task. Despite that, everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, my experience with this hotel has been fantastic. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service and great food.

La ubicacion es excepcional, las instalaciones de la azotea -piscina tambien muy buenas. Todo impecable. Desayuno buffet abundante y variado. La cafetería de la azotea (aunque se paga aparte ) también recomendable para comer algo. Y la cama comodisima.

Imposible dormir, hay una terraza enfrente con la música muy muy alta hasta las 00:00 o más y un restaurante con cantantes hasta las 23:00, retumba hasta la mesa del comedor mientras se cena La prioridad del hotel es el huésped pero sí no se puede descansar en condiciones a pesar de las instalaciones, comida, personal...todo esto pasa a un segundo plano, si realmente se quiere cuidar a la gente se le ha de respetar su descanso, siendo esto muy complicado si tiene una habitación junto a esta terraza o restaurante Debería de avisar el hotel por esto, por el precio que tiene el alojamiento uno merece descansar adecuadamente

Repetimos experiencia porque es un sitio ideal, ubicación, servicios y personal muy atento. Retrasamos la salida unas horas en la zona de piscina, compensando el día anterior nublado.

El parking está en reforma pero hay alternativas por la zona, a la llegada tenían una avería eléctrica que fue subsanada sin mayores perjuicios para nuestra estancia.

Petit dejeuner extraordinaire!! Un choix comme nous n en avons jamais vu malgrés de nombreux voyage. Le plus: personnel de l accueil parle le français. Personnels tres souriant 😃, emplacement ideal pour visiter , nous recommandons vivement.

Мы, четыре сестры и зять, провели неделю в данном отеле. Все три номера, как я и просила при бронировании, были предоставлены рядом. За что я благодарна. Так как мы все люди 60+ это было очень удобно общаться с сестрами. Балкон с завораживающим видом на океан. Мы пили чай вечерами на балконе. Расположение самого Отеля это просто восторг. Первая линия, кафе, рестораны , магазины, маяк, бассейны - все в пешей доступности. Вечерами из ресторанов слышна приятная музыка в живом испонении, много танцующих , мы тоже потанцевали под испанские ритмы. После 23 ч - тишина и слышен шум волн. Красота. Наверху отеля также есть бассейн и хороший ресторан при нем. Мы там обедали пару раз. Вид сверху вообще неописуемо красивый. Ресторан и бассейн наверху кстати работают с 10-11 до 18 ч, в субботу до 19 ч. Полотенца для бассейна плучаете наверху по квиточку, который выдают на стойке регистрации (оставляешь небольшой залог). Персонал на стойке регистрации очень приветливый, говорят и на английском и на испанском и на немецком. Номера чистые, мусор убирали вовремя, туалетной бумаги достаточно. Обслуживающий персонал номеров приветливый, прибирали номер каждый день. Завтрак в отеле очень достойный. Разнообразные блюда, фрукты, овощи, там тебе и вареные яйца и хорошо прожаренная яичница и омлет простой и омлет с беконом и глазунья и сосиски, жареный сыр и много других вкусностей. Повар стоит тут же и при необходимости исполняет ваши капризы(смайл). Зал большой и уютный. Персонал очень внимательный. Мы благодарны за приятные впечатления. Спасибо.

Хотела бы внести небольшое предложение отелю : чтобы погладить туристу нужно на стойке регистрации отдать вещи на глажку (цены по прейскуранту) и позже забрать. Я бы предпочла бы гладить самой (особенно мелкие вещи и белье) в специально отведенной комнате-гладильне. На каждом этаже или хотя бы на одном этаже. Это было бы удобнее и быстрее для туриста. Но может этого не делают в целях пожаробезопасности. В любом случае мне было это неудобно. Следующий раз возьму свой маленький дорожный паровой утюжок. И второе: еще я бы пососветовала отелю в комнаты ставить бумажные салфетки в коробке. Это было бы приятно и удобно. Это все мелочи и общее впечатление от Отеля не испортило.

J’ai passé un très court moment dans l’hôtel qui m’a servi du lieu intermédiaire jusqu’au départ à ma destination finale, le parc de Teide . Il est face à l’océan, et à deux pas de MacDo, un point de repère majeur pour la petite ville de Puerto de la Cruz. La station de taxi à ces deux pas aussi - ce qui est particulièrement pratique. L’hôtel offre des services multiples, les chambres sont grandes et confortable. .

We have never stayed at the hotel but we visit the rooftop cafe every morning when in Tenerife for morning coffee and enjoy the wonderful view while we spend a very pleasurable hour served by always pleasant staff. Recommend

Nos encantó el hotel, está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo lo imprescindible, el desayuno muy bueno, las instalaciones son ideales destacando la última planta con la piscina y la terraza chillout, las vistas son ideales para ver el atardecer y el lago Martiánez. El personal del hotel es encantador, desde la recepción hasta la cocina, te hacen sentir como en casa. Repetiremos seguro. 100% recomendable

Klassisk, hyggelig og romslig værelse med gode senger og fint renhold. Vennlige og behjelpelige ansatte. Hotell, restauranter og værelser er lett tilgjengelige.

Fasilitetene med basseng, solsenger og uteservering var stengt de dagene jeg bodde der. Delvis pga renovasjon og vind.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was man bemängeln kann. Wenn, dann nur falls jemand Probleme mit dem Ein- und Ausstieg aus der Dusche hat. Da es nur eine Badewanne gab und diese sehr hoch war, war das ein- und aussteigen eine kleine Kletteraktion. 😉 ... aber sonst alles gut. Frühstücksbuffet war okay, nicht überragend.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr reichhaltiges und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen konnte tageweise hinzugebucht werden. Auch hier täglich wechselndes Buffet, mal spanisch, kanarisch, italienisch u.v.a.m. Sehr gute Lage an der Uferpromenade. Dachterrasse mit Pool.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel. Das ist aber bei der Mehrheit der Hotels im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz nicht anders. Mehrere Parkhäuser in der Stadt sind gesperrt und nicht benutzbar. Beste Möglichkeit ist ein großer Parkplatz am Meer in etwa 1 km Entfernung. Bei rauher Witterung verschmutzt das Auto hier allerdings sehr stark (Mischung aus Meersalz und Staub). Angesichts der Verkehrssituation auf der Insel sollte man sich gut überlegen, ob man ein Auto für den gesamten Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Hotel bietet einen Flughafentransfer (rund 130,- € pro Fahrt, max. vier Personen). Der ÖPNV funktioniert sehr gut.

4.95 STARS.... some minor issues but not serious enough to remove a star. There is a lot of external noise. My room overlooked the side street and in the evening the restaurant opposite closes between 11 & midnight and make an awful lot of noise in the process and in the morning around 6:30am, they're back preparing for opening. There are also a lot of people passing by having loud conversations and in the morning early deliveries to the hotel happen. I understand the hotel has no control over this but a solution would be to install soundproofing of the balcony door. My only other concern is the combined bath and shower. I'm a small person and had difficulty climbing in and out of the bath to shower as it is very high. What I like about the hotel is the comfort, the spaciousness of our room. The breakfast buffet is excellent and finally the wonderful location and the friendliness of all the hardworking staff.

Location of hotel excellent. Rooftop swimming pool and bar super. Hotel cleanliness super. Now the negatives. Although breakfast good evening meals pretty average. Staff in restaurant from top to bottom require serious training in dealing with clients. Despite signs about taking food from restaurant this was blatantly breached without any staff intervention. I was a solo traveller and on approx ,20 per cent of occasions at meals my table was cleared when I returned from buffet Rooms were quite dated and are falling well behind other similar rated hotels. Note there is no hotel entertainment. On the sun terrace the sun loungers should be consigned to museum they were old metal where the height adjusters were mostly broken. In all seriousness what would it take to purchase a dozen new modern sun loungers! In summary hotel in my opinion living on reputation and really needs to have a serious rethink going forward

Zimmer war ok, sauber Allerdings das Brummen einer Klimaanlage oder Lüftung von der Küche war sehr störend und raubte einem den Schlaf. Es war meinerseits nur deshalb akzeptabel weil ich nur zwei Nächte dort verbracht habe.

Nos encantó todo, muy bien ubicado y sobre todo el trato del personal desde el momento en que llegamos hasta q nos hemos ido, todos muy agradables y con mi niña muy atentos, Candelaria y Juanjo en recepción, Andrea camarera en el buffet, Luis el cocinero, Mercedes ayudante de cocina, nos han hecho sentir como en casa, dándonos todo tipo de comodidades con respecto a la comida y todos en general muy resolutivos, si volvemos, de seguro q repetimos, ha sido todo un placer!!!!

Lo único q el tele no se veía bien, pero fuimos a recepción a preguntar y de momento nos avisaron al técnico, aunq tampoco lo echamos a ver porq no pasábamos mucho tiempo en la habitación

Los baños son pequeños para una pareja. Las bañeras son incómodas, sería mejor sustituirlas por platos de ducha más cómodos y seguros.

Het ontbijtbuffet is vrij basic en het eten (eieren, spek, churros, pannenkoeken) was koud/lauw. Ondanks de aanzienlijke prijsstijging van de laatste jaren was dit voor ons een teleurstelling.

Gebucht haben wir das Hotel primär wegen der Lage. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber und obwohl wir die noch nicht renovierte Zimmerkategorie gebucht hatten, war unser Zimmer bereits renoviert (vermutlich wird es irgendwann nur noch renovierte Zimmer geben). Der Hotelpool und die Bar auf dem Dach sind empfehlenswert (Ruhig, tolle Aussicht, tolle Longdrinks & Cocktails, aufmerksame Bedienungen). Auch die Atmosphäre bei Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel ist angenehm und ruhig - sicher auch bedingt durch das eher ältere Publikum.

Folgende Punkte sind nicht unbedingt negativ, aber durchaus erwähnenswert: - Durch die zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz ist die Parkplatzsuche in der Nähe meist erfolglos (das Hotel hat aber einen kleinen Privatparkplatz für 10,-€/Nacht, welcher vorab reserviert werden kann). Kostenlos geparkt werden kann immer in 1-1,5km Entfernung am Hafen - Das Hotel ist direkt an der Strandpromenade gelegen und das Musikprogramm des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss sorgt auch in allen Zimmern zur Meerseite zwangsläufig für Unterhaltung Allerdings war es im Oktober ab 22:30 Uhr immer ruhig. Wen das stört und wer auf den Meerblick verzichten kann, bucht ein Zimmer zur Landseite - Das Abendessen in Buffetform ist für den Preis echt gut, immer mit leckeren Salaten, frischen Fisch-, Fleisch und vegetarischen Gerichten. Allerdings habe ich das Themenabende-Konzept noch nie verstanden, bei dem oft abenteuerliche Kreationen (Exotisches Buffet) herauskommen. Das Abendessen lässt sich aber auch tageweise für faire 25,-€ (oder 29,-€?) pro Person buchen.

Top Lage des Hotels und ganz besonders hat uns die Poolanlage auf dem Dach gefallen. Auch das Personal war durchweg super!
