La pulizia non era delle migliori, ma credo dipenda anche dalla vecchiaia della struttura (che necessiterebbe di lavori di rimodernizzazione, bagno specialmente) + rumori assurdi da fuori, ma questo dipende più dalla gente che sosta sulla via e non dall’hotel stesso

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Personnel super ! À l'écoute bienveillant serviable. Pour le lieu et le prix rien à redire pour passer une nuit c'est amplement suffisant et on dort bien.
Il y avait des odeurs de remontée d'égout dans la salle de bain mais ça arrive et ça ne m'a empêché de dormir. Le personnel en était désolé.

Odalarda klima yok ve bina da asansör yok bunu da göz önünde bulundurun.

The room was not in good condition. As nice as the staff were, they often didn't fulfill requests to clean the room in a timely manner. They never fixed the window in the shower, which we could not get to close. We had to wedge the window closed so the neighbors wouldn't see us showering. Loud people were hanging out right outside the hotel until 2 or 3 in the morning most nights.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026De receptionist, Gino, was ontzettend vriendelijk en stond dag en nacht voor ons klaar. Het hotel zelf is gelegen in een zijstraatje waardoor het niet erg druk is onder je raam.
De kamer is op zich schoon, het trappenhuis en de receptie doen je alleen twijfelen over de schoonmaak van de kamers. Het matras is erg goedkoop maar ik heb er op kunnen slapen.

Il y avait des vendeurs de drogue qui stationnaient sous la fenêtre une bonne partie de la nuit, avec beaucoup de bruit. La ruelle est sombre et devoir passer au milieu de ces groupes pour rentrer le soir n’est vraiment pas rassurant. Concernant la chambre, la première avait une tache de sang sur les draps. J’ai donc demandé à changer de chambre, mais dans la seconde, le lit était cassé et tenait grâce à une pile de planches à la place d’un des pieds. Enfin, la propreté laisse clairement à désirer : les emballages de savon de la personne précédente étaient encore dans la douche à mon arrivée.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026We booked this hotel last minute as our previous booking got unexpectedly cancelled so I didn't have big expectations but our stay was great! The location was great, walking distance from Gare du Nord. It took us max half an hour to get to all places we had on our 'must see' list and to the Stade De France to attend the concert which was our main focus when looking for the place. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a budget stay in the well connected area.

Gatan var full av stökiga människor som förde oväsen högt hela nätterna. Det var omöjligt att sova. Jag bodde där i en vecka, men under hela veckan kom städpersonalen bara en gång. Badrummet hade svart mögel och trapporna var mycket slitna – de kändes så gamla att man nästan trodde att de skulle rasa. Jag rekommenderar inte det här hotellet.

Présiser svp sur le site Booking.com , l'absence d'ascenseur pour l'accès aux chambres d'un hôtel comptant 5 étages. Cela évitera à l'avenir une mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée à la réception de l'hôtel aux clients en découvrant que l'accès avec bagages aux étages ne se fait que par les escaliers ( 90 marches pour accéder aux chambres du 5ème étage!) Seuls les sportifs aguerris à ce type d'ascension seront comblés!

We got a room on the top floor, which basically meant it had been baking in the sun all day. It was July, so the weather was very hot. Despite that, people in France seem to be afraid of air conditioning. We stayed for one night, but we couldn't sleep because the room was unbearably hot. In addition, the people in the room next to ours kept going in and out until 2 a.m., and we could hear the door slamming constantly. Judging by the noise, the constant footsteps, and the number of times the door was slammed, it seemed that several people were living in that room, possibly as a way to reduce housing costs by sharing the space. In our opinion, this is completely unacceptable in a hotel, especially when it causes so much disturbance to other guests. And one final message to the French: please clean your streets. Thank you.

We stayed in summer, they did not have AC, the room was unbearably hot. Ventilator was too small. Some of the stuff was rude. There is no list but staff helped to carry bags. The sheets were filthy, sink was broken and had bad smell. The room was in the attic and was hotter than outside. The room doesn’t look like what is shown in the photos.

In the evenings it comes alive and makes it perfect to hangout at a cafe or restaurant with friends. its is definetly not a touristic place yet busy with locals. very popular! We have made a very last minute booking for 3 people in one room. it was a manageable size and great staff with a smile on their face all the time.
Paris is Paris, it is not the most silent location.That being said it has its own back ally charm.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Очень приятное место для отеля уровня 1 звезда. Расположение в 25 минутах пешком от Сены и 30 минутах от Нотрдама, а метро в 1 минуте. Уборка каждый день, чистые полотенца и постельное белье, в душе есть мыло и шампунь. На соседней улочке множество кафе и ресторанов, есть неколько магазинчиков. Отзывчивый персонал. Можно оставить свой багаж после сдачи номера. В номерах нет кондиционера, но есть вентилятор (если жара не очень сильная, то он вполне спасает).
Не было ни одного стаканчика в номере..... Ну, и цена высоковата...

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Schwarze lange Haare im Bad an frischen Handtüchern. Am Abreisetag sollte ich 5,- € für für die Aufbewahrung meines Koffers bezahlen ohne, dass ich vorher darauf hingewiesen wurde.

Reviewed May 28, 2026The staff was very nice! The room was exactly what we were looking for to accommodate 3 without a bunk bed because it would have been hard for my mom to climb into.
The heater could only be turned up so high or it made a noise, beds were a little hard, but soft pillows. Mold in the bathroom on ceiling. The shower wasn’t the best and water got everywhere. Outside of the mold overall appearance of the bathroom was nice. Mirror that lit up, one that magnified and came out close. Hairdryer available.

De badkamer stonk naar de riolering en was niet super schoon. Deze was ook erg klein en je kon bijna niet goed op de wc zitten, want dan zat je klem tussen de wasbak en wc. Het had veel vochtplekken. De verf bladderde af door vochtplekken op de muur en plafond. Bedden waren slecht en ingezakt. Geen koelkastje, geen airco. Erg gehorig. Er wordt gedeald in de straat, ongure types hangen er rond. De straat stinkt naar urine.

Reviewed May 22, 2026Very friendly and comfortable, and in a great location. My room was spacious, simple, and very clean - exactly what I needed. It faced the street, but it was not too noisy. The price for three nights was extremely reasonable for Paris. It's an interesting part of the city that is not too touristy, but is within walking distance (30 min) of the Louvre and Notre Dame. I was visiting a friend who lives nearby, so the hotel was perfect. All the staff were very welcoming.
Not a dislike, but breakfast was a little simple on a tray. Perhaps some fruit?

les finitions de la salle de bain sont totalement à revoir, la literie est vraiment horrible, il y a des fourmis partout .... même au 5 ème étage SANS ASCENSEUR ! Le pire.... le quartier ... je ne reviendrais jamais à cause de ca, nous etions deux femmes de 30ans, impossible de sortir après 18h, une ruelle malfamé, des trafiquants partout, des groupes de 10-15 personnes.En journée ca va mais après 18h hors de question de sortir... pas en sécurité du tout

Une odeur d'égout insupportable s'échappait de la salle de bain. À regarder de plus prêt, la bonde du lavabo était absente et le siphon était plein de cheveux de coton à démaquiller et d'autre ordures. De plus l'inclinaison du sol de la douche ne permait pas d'évacuer l'eau convenablement ce qui fait que de l'eau stagne en continue dans le bac de douche. Bien évidement la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas bien et donc on ne peut pas se protéger de l'odeur durant la nuit. De plus, les murs de la chambres sont fins comme du papier à cigarette (j'entendais les conversations des chambres d'à côté ainsi que les ronflements) Pour finir, il y avait des trous de cigarettes dans les draps du lit...

Reviewed May 8, 2026Quando chegamos estava tudo bem cheiroso, principalmente a cama. O atendimento com o primeiro rapaz tentando falar espanhol foi bem simpático e prestativo, check in super simples tambem.
Tinha um banheiro ao lado do nosso quarto, e por algum motivo o nosso quarto (principalmente o banheiro) ficava fedendo pura mijo e cigarro, oque deixava muito desconfortável de usar.

Reviewed May 6, 2026A proximité des endroits importants de PARIS et puis surtout de la gare du Nord. Cet HOTEL est fait que pour une nuit pas plus. Par contre , les personnes qui nous ont accueillis étaient très sympas, à notre écoute ,nous donner des bons conseils précieux, disponible , souriant.
