Hôtel le Voyageur

I’ll start by saying, I’m a picky hotel traveller. This was a last minute trip with limited choices. That being said, it was a good choice overall. It is an older location, a pull up to the door style on the ground floor. Not my cup of tea, but it was clean the staff was friendly and overall a nice quick stay. The shower didn’t drain super well but other tha tha the bathroom was fine with clean towels.

A bit isolated from the town. You are isolated when you are in the parking lot at the back of the hotel. A bit unsafe.

Confortable et très tranqille

Nous avons bien aimé rester là. Bien sûr à cause de la route 138 il est préférable de demander une chambre à l’arrière. Les fans de salle de bain sont bruyantes, alors le voisin nous réveille et je pense bien qu’on doit le réveiller aussi.

Tout est surfait et propre. Cependant chambre de bain a besoin de rénovation. Désuet et look vintage.

Joli petit hôtel, très propre avec chambre confortablement aménagée. Je n’hésiterais pas à y revenir ou à le recommander.

Don’t know about the property. Arrives after midnight and no one at reception so didn’t get the room that was paid for.must be in the fine print to call ahead if going to arrive after hrs.

Nous avons très bien été reçu et la chambre était très propre. Il faudrait cependant réparer la robinetterie de la chambre: toilette qui flush très mal, lavabo et bain ont de la difficulté à évacuer l'eau. Il serait également souhaitable de regarder la possibilité de trouver un endroit pour que les enfants puissent manger dans une salle à manger avec les parents, car avec 2 adultes et 2 enfants qui mangent dans la chambre, la place est manquante.

Extended my stay and it was beyond complicated! The cleaning lady, maintenance and front desk lady kept coming in the room.

This place looks like nothing from the outside but once inside, all is brand spanking new et so clean. They have pic nic tables behind the hotel for star gazing or a meal.

Incapable d’ouvrir la porte extérieur, la serrure ne fonctionne pas. Déception totale de voir des lits 54 pouces dans une chambre supérieure.

I had business for 2 days and the suite was perfect for our needs! It was like an apartment stay.

Nothing wrong with this location. A little bit out of Sept-Iles, but a nice, quiet place to sleep. Front desk staff were excellent as well.

People try hard to help you, my flights been cancelled a few times and staff was helpful to keep me in a room despite being super busy

Staff memebers are lovely. They are very sweet and ready to help anytime. Just need little improvement on breakfast menu. Overall i enjoyed my stay. I was there for 8 nights in superior room, has nice shower.

a little expensive and breakast is not included, you will need to add 10.00$ per person. the room is nice, clean, quiet.

It was clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially nice and made for a great sleep. Walls are thin, so you can hear the person talking next door. Otherwise perfect stay.

Stayed in Sept-Iles many times, but first time here. Spent 5 nights. Overall impression is good, despite few minor things: TV cable connection wasn't good (intermittent loss of connectivity) and noise from early traffic on the street. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

The room was quite expensive for the general age and condition. The bathroom had a musty smell.

Perfect hotel / motel if you need to do a quick stop at Sept-Îles for the night. Rooms are clean and spacious for this price. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean at our arrival.

Reception personnel was very nice, I might not follow advice next time on choice of restaurant (Was recommended an asian restaurant which has only asian the name, food was by all mean below standard but recommendation is subjective so no blaming here) If snowing you might struggle a bit with magnetic key as ice and snow might be in lock. Room was in good condition, bathroom was partially refurnished. Heating was very noisy and same for fridge. I would not say that there is any view of any sort.

It was a nice size room, only stayed one night so I didn't use any of the facillties.

Room was clean and reception staff was friendly. However, note that this hotel actually has more of a motel setup (you park your car right in front). This can be convenient to bring your things into the room or pack it back into the car, but can be a bit annoying if mosquitoes start coming in when you open the door at night. Overall it served its purpose well.
