The rooms are clean and comfortable, the view is nice, the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly.

You should know you will be charged for the parking if you explicitly don't request to put your plates in the system. The parking is claimed to be free but no-one told us during the check in that we have to register for it, so we ended up paying 20 EUR at the exit. The restaurant on the top is overrated - too expensive for small portions of very mediocre food. The view is great but only this - if you go for the view that's fine, but not for the food.

Great option to visit the exhibition right outside the exit. Comfortable room, very good breakfast. fast check in and check out.

At breakfast, if you leave your table (even for 2 minutes!!) to get some more food, it is not sure you will find your things once back, the waiters remove everything and clean up the tables without caring if you finished or not your breakfast, which is NOT good. The price during the exhibition is pretty high.

the location is good if you are working in the exhibition. it is within the same place.

air condition is not working, asking to change the room or repair but the hotel didnt not fix the issue throughout the 4 nights. the water heater not working as well, have also inform to the hotel but the hotel did not offer any change change and fix the issues.

Un hotel a 5 stelle non può non offrire incluso nella colazione il cappuccino; avevano una macchina che erogava solo caffè. E il succo di arancia era di qualità bassa.

Good location for visiting exhibition.

We where staying in king suite. sink was leaking, coffee machine was not working as fas as i understood, room has a lot of dirty spots. Dirty windows ... I was expecting something more for the money.

We visited Beauty Istambul exhibition. The hotel is extremely close to the fair. Rooms are clean.

Staff can not speak English so it is difficult to ask something from them. It is extremely far from the city center.

The location was perfect — we genuinely couldn’t have asked for better. Being right next to the convention centre was a huge advantage, especially after long exhausting days at the exhibition. No waiting around for taxis; we could get back to the hotel and into our rooms within minutes.

Most of the services in the room weren’t functioning properly — the safe wasn’t working, the AC was difficult to manage (the room was extremely hot on arrival and later became freezing cold with no proper temperature control), and even the makeup room buttons weren’t working correctly. Considering the hotel is located next to a busy convention center, it didn’t feel adequately equipped or maintained for guests. Most importantly most of their staff don’t speak English.

Location is great if you visiting tuyap fair center. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok with good selection.

No hot water at all in 12th floor. Icegold water only. Spa pool was tiny, water was in the pool chilly, jacuzzi doesnt work. Shower rooms in spa were dirty and very slippery. If you want to go discover Istambul, this is too far from Citycenter. 2,5 hour by taxi.

Comfortable location for what I needed, clean hotel , staff did not know how to speak English so well and sometimes some of them not so friendly but could be communication problem . Apart from that I was satisfied

Meine Erfahrung mit DERTOUR und dem gebuchten Hotel in Istanbul war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Besonders kritisch sehe ich die Beratung im Vorfeld. Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, ohne darauf hingewiesen zu werden, dass zwei separate Zimmer im selben Hotel zu einem vergleichbaren oder sogar günstigeren Preis verfügbar gewesen wären. Dadurch sind unnötig hohe Kosten entstanden. Auch während des Aufenthalts zeigte sich wenig Flexibilität. Trotz vorzeitiger Abreise und nicht in Anspruch genommener Leistungen wurde keine kurzfristige Lösung angeboten, sondern lediglich auf eine spätere Prüfung verwiesen. Das Hotel selbst entspricht aus meiner Sicht keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Standard. Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit waren deutlich unter den Erwartungen. Im Essensbereich war der Boden klebrig, und in den Fugen der Fliesen befanden sich sichtbare Verschmutzungen. Insgesamt machte das Gebäude einen wenig gepflegten Eindruck. Auch das Personal wirkte überwiegend wenig engagiert. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich hätte bei einem Anbieter wie DERTOUR eine deutlich höhere Qualität und eine transparentere Beratung erwartet.

Comfortable and clean rooms.

Surroundings are not so nice. Location is far from the city center (one hour by taxi). Restaurant on the top floor is very very expensive and the food is not good, should be avoided.

Bliskość terenów targowych. Z lobby hotelowego wchodzi się bezpośrednio na targi. Wygodne łóżka.

Brudne okna. Beznadziejna kawa na śniadaniu.

Ficamos alojados neste hotel porque fomos a uma feira internacional. O acesso interno ao pavilhão da feira é excelente.

O pequeno almoço podia ser melhor, tendo em conta ser um hotel de 5*. De uma forma geral não tinha variedade de opções. A única fruta fresca laminada era laranja. Depois tinha maçãs e peras por descascar e fruta em conserva.

Le séjour à l’hôtel a été globalement très agréable, tout était propre, confortable et bien organisé. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel.

Cependant, j’ai été un peu surprise par le comportement d’une dame au restaurant, qui a débarassé mon assiette alors que je n’avais pas encore terminé, sans même me demander si j’avais fini. Un petit manque d’attention qui contraste avec la qualité du reste du service.

Amazing stay, amazing staff, loved every second at the hotel. Make sure to contact the hotel to arrange a taxi from and to the airport, it's better. The hotel stay couldn't be better.

If you go to the fair, then this is the best option for you. If you do not go for fair then no reason to go there as there is nothing to see arround.

Breakfast was average, the quality and variety of the food was low for this price.

Готель знаходиться поряд з виставковим центром, що дуже зручно. доволі смачний і великий вибір на сніданках, гарний ресторан на 29 поверсі. Прибирають гарно.

Перше, що хочу відмітити кількість ліфтів не розрахована на кількість людей. Спуститись/ піднятих кудись особливо у годину-пік - та ще задача. Друге, це неприємний запах в номері (коли виймається карточка, та перестає працювати вентиляція в номері, не можливо дихати. Особливо після того як тебе не будуть цілий день і ти втомлений заходиш і відчуваєш запах чи то плісняви чи то каналізації - незрозуміло). Та і в цілому готель не з нових, є моменти які варто відреставрувати.

Pentru restaurantul de la etajul 29 ai nevoie de rezervare si nimeni nu zice nimic l areceptie. Nivelul lor e de sub 5 la cunostinte de limba engleza si fac erori nasoale de exprimare. in camera am gasit de la flaconasele utilizate de cei de dinaintea cazarii in baie. Prosoapele le impatura si le pune tot pe acelea la loc ca si prosoape noi. presiune slaba la baie. Toaleta nu a fost curatata nici la intrare nici pe durata sederii. Dar pentru a verifica consumatia de la minibar venea zilnic. Tocul de la usa era desfacut. La intrare nu e niciun cuier pentru a agata o hana, doar in dulap. cana de ceai nu stiu cand a fost curatata ultima data. nici paharele. geamurile aratau ca si cand un copil ar fi pus zilnic grasime pe ferestre, la fel in tot hotelul. mocheta in tot hotelul e de cand e si lumea.
