Staff were unfriendly . Room was not that clean

Friendly, helpful staff at reception.Heating was switched on 24/7regarding to cold weather.. central location and clean rooms

24 reception good wifi hot water easy to find parking for my car.

Bathroom was not clean and had bad smell all the time (one of the rooms) none empty the garbage can (only a small one in the wc for 4 persons) and there were only 2 towels for 4 persons BUT price to quality was ok

It's does the trick, the beds are nice. Not that expensive.

The personel barely speaks English. They don't know a lot about the area. Friends of the personel use the lobby sometimes to watch a football game. The bathrooms are not good. The elevator is uncomfortably small. And with the highway just 20 meters away you can't let the window open at night.

Loud, I could not sleep as people were always walking outside my room due to it being 24/7. Bathroom and bedroom dirty and covered in dust and there were holes in the bedsheets. I have been to many hotels in Turkey and this one was by far the worst.

The staff, the beds were nice. Really comfortable

The area isn't the safest, but the hotel offers great value for the price. While the sink was broken and the ceiling had some damage, overall, it was a budget-friendly option that met basic needs.

It was a good stay the only thing missing was the facility to make a coffee in the morning: maybe a kettle up in the room or having a small pantry at the reception where one can make a hot drink or eat something would have been more than enough

NO KETTLE AND CUPS in the room. Table too low to properly work. Furniture is generally much older than appears in the photos.

I like the location , it near to public transportation and Market centre. The Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. I would like to thank all of them, specially Mr. Yavuz Selim for their cooperation.

I do not like the noise of other rooms in some days, some customers made noise at night.

No breakfast provided for customer, when I was booking this hotel they were saying they will provide breakfast but unfortunately not happened

the bed was not comfortable at all, the wi-fi was not working everywhere in hotel, my children room aircon was not working at all and room ceiling was vey dirty

There was nothing to keep thé soap and thé toilet paper in thé bathroom. Thé mattresswas a little bit dirty

- unfreindly staff at all, they don't like even to smile . - After checking-in, I found that the AC in the room was not working , asked the staff to fix it or to change me to another AC'd room , but I was informed that no room available but another room in the ground floor that is too noisy , any way it was not such hot weather in that period . - Location is not really good , not interesting area .

Bed was nice, and I could charge my phone from the bed. Bathroom was ok too.

I did not like when the staff threatened to call the cops on me for not checking out 12 hours before the agreed upon time. Also I got no blanket, and when I asked for one they said they were all out so I got a bedsheet instead as a blanket. Fridge didn't work, they claimed it did even tho my room was cooler. No conditioner as mentioned.

Not clean at all. The neighbours are making noise till 3-4 AM. It was impossible to take a shower without being burnt by the water. It was horrible experience but i was out of this hotel most of the day.

The hotel offers guests tea and coffee. The staff impresses Cihan, who is very kind, responsive, attentive and always smiling.

The staffs are fantastic and helpful. I have used this hotel in the past but they have gone from good to worse. The hotel facilities and condition is poor and nothing to look forward to.

You are met with horrible smell of cigarette once you open the door, had to open the windows which unfortunately gives so much noise from the cars on the main road.

I liked the reception/management not the least. They kept the room for me, though the credit card did not pass.

I wish there were bottled water in the fridge. A kettle would be desirable too. Although I would probably get it if I asked.

3 gün kaldım metrobüs durağına çok yakin, otel güzel yerde bulunyor sakin sokak. Istanbula geldiğimde yine bu otelde konaklamayi düşünyorum

Hello, I am so disappointed from this hotel. The hotel should not be even at your page. Once I reached the hotel we found cockroaches every where. Moreover, the AC isnt working and they programmed the Ac to switch off every 30 min. In addition no blankets and many other issues . I have pictures and videos as evidence. I am asking to get fully refund but they refused. In addition, it’s far away from main cities.

Sejour tres bien passé, le staff est tres aimable et serviable. Chambre confortable, propre et merite son prix.

This was a last minute decision and I needed a stay, this is out of my home country and wasn't familiar with the area so decided to book here for one night before continuing my trip to another town...You get what you pay for, I guess so in that case, it was good, but the hotel overall was on the lower end of where anybody would want to stay, the staff was polite and helpful however.

The staff was very friendly and supportive, the location is near to public transportation and markets, the hotel is neat and clean, surely will be on my list next visit.

There was no water boiler inside the room only available on hotel lounge, also refrigerator was small size which you may somewhat suffer if you intend for long time stay.

Sono realmente sconcertato dalla comunicazione errata che si ha su un sito “serio” come expedia che ho frequentato per anni in precedenza ha fatto di questo albergo. Prima di tutto non è affatto in centro ma a 50 km dal centro città di Istanbul, le condizioni igieniche dell’albergo sono allucinanti, lo stato della struttura è fatiscente e il personale non sono non parla inglese ma addirittura non è assolutamente adeguato. In 5 giorni non mi è stata mai pulita la camera, una cosa incredibile, ho anche un book fotografico completo a testimonianza della situazione tragica del mobilio e della igiene ignominiosa del bagno che posso fornire a testimonianza. Sono realmente sconcertato dalla mancanza di servizi dell’hotel che è anche molto rumoroso e ha parte delle camere al piano interrato. Credo sia veramente importante togliere le 3 stellette di cui è accreditato perché nemmeno l’ultima pensione in stazione in Italia sia ridotta così. Gradirei sinceramente un confronto con qualcuno di voi per esporre la situazione grave delle foto mostrate sul vostro sito e la realtà che ho fotografato dal vivo. Saluti

The hotel was very clean. A family run hotel. Rooms were spacious.

Our room was lower than ground level The window was against a wall Our reservation was cancelled because they didn't have payment before we arrived they had to find us rooms, hence the basement rooms The rooms didn't look like the pictures

first of all the place is good value for money there is no breakfast, the staff was friendly and helpful but i think the owner should spend more time at the hotel .

the vending machine outside was broken, the room was smelly and i asked to change the room but all the hotel was full,the hotel was a little bit far from the market

Close to the metrobus.

There was smoking smell in the room . Maybe I should have asked for non smoking room.

The location is nice, very close to the Metrobus and very central. The staff were cooperative, they helped a lot in ordering food and other things.

During one week of stay, the rooms was only cleaned once. The room was supposed to be a garden view, I found it right on a side street which was very exposing and noisy.
