Our stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri Resort was a truly wonderful experience, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect holiday spot in Mauritius. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was of an exceptionally high standard—from the accommodation, the resort's layout and amenities, and the beautiful surroundings and beach, to the service as a whole. The room was spacious, tidy, clean, and very comfortable, and the entire resort was beautifully designed. We particularly appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that everything was organized to allow guests to fully unwind and enjoy themselves. The staff is undoubtedly one of the resort's greatest assets. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and always smiling. At every moment, we felt that they genuinely cared about our well-being and ensuring we lacked nothing. We would like to extend special thanks and praise to Vinay Koomar. From the moment we arrived at the resort, Vinay ensured we had everything we needed and was always available to assist us. His kindness, professionalism, and amazing helpfulness made our stay even more special. We were particularly impressed by the effort he put into explaining the island to us, recommending places worth visiting, and helping us make the most of our time in Mauritius. He went far beyond simply doing his job—he demonstrated genuine care and a sincere desire to ensure we had the best possible experience. That kind of attitude towards guests is truly memorable, and it is precisely because of people like Vinay that this resort leaves such a positive impression. Our stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri Resort & Spa in Mauritius was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. One of the highlights was having our own private swimming pool, as well as direct access to the beach right from our room—an incredible luxury that made the stay feel very special. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room provided plenty of space to relax and unwind. The setting was beautiful, with the combination of the private pool, beach access and tropical surroundings creating a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. The staff were another highlight of our stay. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful, and their warm and attentive service made us feel genuinely well looked after. We also enjoyed the food, which was of a good standard with a pleasing variety of choices. There was enough selection to cater for different tastes, and we particularly appreciated the opportunity to enjoy different dishes throughout our stay.

While the beach itself was pleasant and beautiful, the water was not quite what we had expected. It is more of a shallow-lagoon environment, and the water is not ideal for swimming. For guests who are looking for the clear, deeper ocean water and good swimming conditions often associated with a tropical island holiday, this may be a slight disappointment. We nevertheless enjoyed the beach setting and found it a lovely place to relax, even if it was not our preferred spot for swimming.

I went there for my birthday and hats off to the hotel to make this moment memorable. They upgraded my room to a suite with private pool, decorated my bed and got a yummy cake. Will surely come again

The breakfast was medioker nothing exiting, they also did not have enough crockery for all the guests and had to provide carboard cups for the coffee. There was also a race every day to grab a spot by the pool as most places get taken quickly, again have too many guests. vs pool loungers available.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and feature private balconies with beautiful ocean views, which adds a relaxing atmosphere to the overall experience. The resort has a beautiful, spacious beach, and one of its best features is the variety of daily activities available for guests. There are plenty of options such as kayaking, pedal boats, football, volleyball, hiking, and walking activities. The activities were well organized and, during our stay, were not overcrowded, which made them even more enjoyable. Upon arrival, guests are provided with a daily activity schedule, making it easy to plan each day. Another important point for guests who consider this facility essential: the bathrooms are equipped with handheld bidet sprays (shattaf). Overall, Radisson Blu Azuri is a very good choice for those looking for a relaxing beachfront resort with spacious rooms, private balconies, beautiful ocean views, a wide beach, and plenty of daily recreational activities. A comfortable and enjoyable resort experience in Mauritius. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Regarding the food, both the breakfast and dinner buffets were somewhat limited in variety and could become repetitive, especially over several days. However, the food was adequate and generally served its purpose.

4 star hotel in a smaller resort with 5 star service. Food was lovely with good variety and not the biggest selection which we actually liked. Heated outdoor pools were very nice and great facilities.

Rooms could do with some maintenance but indicative of a 4 star hotel.

A very special mention to Ramesh. What an amazing human being! His attention to detail, genuine care, and complete ownership of the guest experience are truly one in a million. He has that rare ability to make you feel genuinely looked after, and his warmth made such a difference to our stay. I also have to mention Amisha, who checked us in. Her vibrant personality, warmth and enthusiasm were our very first interaction with the resort, and honestly, we knew right then that we had made the right decision choosing Azuri. ❤️ The staff are what truly make this resort. Every interaction felt warm, genuine and welcoming, and it’s clear that customer service here isn’t just a requirement, it’s part of the culture. If I had one area of constructive feedback, it would be more variety at the buffets, particularly at dinner. As someone who enjoys having a good selection of protein options, I would have loved to see a little more variety in that area. Even simple breakfast options such as hot oat porridge would be a lovely addition.

Ride cancellations were not intimated. No alternate arrangements were made. Staff didn’t make any attempts to offer other alternatives to the guest and no apology offered Customer service at the Boat house was missing. Breakfast menu was same with no variety or changes. Limited options for vegetarian. One would tend to get bored with the breakfast if staying for few days.

Great hotel with amazing service! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We visited for our honeymoon, and everything was beautifully prepared just as expected. The room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for such a special occasion. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended!

في بعض الأيام الحفل الغنائي بعد العشاء في المطعم كان الصوت مرتفع و يسمع من الغرفة و كان يستمر الى الساعة العاشرة PM حشرات صغيرة وقليلة مثل الذباب نضرا لطبيعة المنطقة ساعة و ربع من الفندق الى المطار ساعة و نصف من الفندق الى حديقة الحيوان

Our stay started on a disappointing note when we were informed that we had to be transferred to the hotel's sister property due to ongoing construction work at the original hotel. While this was certainly not the experience we had booked and looked forward to, the management made a genuine effort to compensate for the inconvenience. As a goodwill gesture, we were upgraded to an all-inclusive package and provided with a complimentary shuttle service between the properties, which was appreciated and helped ease the disruption. What truly stood out was the staff. Every team member we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to make up for the initial inconvenience especially Veena and Sheetal. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help turned what could have been a very negative experience into a manageable one.

At Radisson Azuri, the beach itself was not ideal for swimming, which was a bit disappointing. However, there were plenty of water sports and activities available, making it a good option for guests looking for something more adventurous than simply relaxing in the water. Also, the aircondition unit struggled to cool the room properly especially during mid day. This made the room less comfortable than expected.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Ramesh and Shathan from the café were helpful and were always willing to assist. The evening entertainment and kids club and complimentary water sports are good value adds.

The beds are hard and require upgrading. The winter nights are chilly and there are no blankets provided.

Dans le cadre de notre réservation de deux chambres, nous avions sollicité un départ repoussé de seulement deux heures, jusqu’à 14h. Compte tenu de la période relativement calme de notre séjour, cette demande nous semblait raisonnable et aurait été particulièrement appréciée. Cette attention supplémentaire, lorsque les conditions d’occupation le permettent, contribuerait à rendre l’expérience encore plus mémorable.

Yemekleri çok kötüydü. Restorandaki koku nefesi mi kesiyordu. İçecek kaliteside kötüdü, mesela kola içmek istediğinizde kolalı buz servis ediliyor size. Konumu’dan dolayı olsa gerek plajı ve suyu da hiç hoş değildi. Su bulanık ve yosunluydu. Çalışanların yüzü asık ve hiç yardımsever değillerdi. En güler yüzlü çalışan havlu dağıtan hanımefendiydi. 5 gün kaldık 3 gün odadaki sorunların tadilatıyla uğraştık. Havuzun motoru çalışmıyor diyordum, 30 dk da bir çalışıyor dediler. İkinci gün havuz görevlisi motorda elektrik yok dedi. Elektriği verince motordan yanık kokusu geliyor dedi. Ve motoru değiştirdiler. Odaya girdiğimiz gün klima akıtıyor dedim. Yağmurdan dolayı dediler. 3. Gün falan artık tamir ettiler herhalde damlatmamaya başladı. Odanın içinde karıncalar dolaşıyor, havuzun etrafında ise minik fare tarzı hayvanlar dolaşıyordu. Odanın süpürgeliklerini ise tahta kuruları yiyordu. Ayrıca çok gürültülü bir otel sabah 08:30 da kapınızın önünde Housekeeping’ciler oda kapısında DND olmasına rağmen çok ses yapıyorlardı.

The welcome.. Clean rooms. Garden view. The food amazing. A great quiet place with all your needs cater. Staff is 100/10 Resort gave us a birthday cake. And the surprise birthday decor that we discovered after dinner in our room. They are so caring. The dry cleaning services must. You check in without stress and check out more stress free. We will definitely come back.

Fabulous stay, we upgrade one more night as we wanted another day to.breath the fresh and breathing moment. Staff goes beyond expectations to helps us to our extend for our full satisfaction.

An exceptional hotel, beautifully located within a luxurious ocean village. Impeccable service, very good food, remarkable hospitality, and extremely functional architecture. Everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. It is the ideal place for a peaceful vacation. I will definitely return with another group, as everyone was truly impressed. The only issue — which obviously is not the hotel’s fault — is the ocean water. There are only 2–3 hours a day when you can really swim in the sea; otherwise, you mainly have the pool. However, the beach is excellent, very well maintained, with plenty of available sunbeds and space. To compensate for the ocean conditions, the hotel offers complimentary transfers to a platform surrounded entirely by turquoise water. Other water activities are also provided free of charge.

I liked the small private pool on the terass of the apartment that was beautiful and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had lot of choise.

It was time maybe for local holiday because lunchroom was mainly families with children and it was a bit noisy.

We celebrate a New Year in this hotel. In general all was ok. We didn’t expect so much traffic and a large queue of people for food at Gala dinner. The most amazing thing was Firework! In was fantastic!

The beach is uncomfortable for a swimming. It too windy and there are a corals on sand.

Location…it’s far from everything

The room was really spacious and comfortable, the private swimming pool was really enough for two guests. Breakfast was pretty good but dinner was absolutely fantastic and delicious every night! The staff were very helpful and so kind!

The toilet which is independent space from the whole bathroom was really tiny and the ventilation system needs improvements. Some Items were taken from the minibar while we were away from the room, and we were initially charged despite explaining we had not consumed them. After a few discussions, the charge was removed, but the situation was unpleasant.

What we loved were the true hospitality of 'Mauritian staffs' they were so welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond our expectations. Mr Heert, Miss Shreeya and couple of other staffs looked after us so well. My 5yo daughter felt comfortable and told me how amazing these people were. So, a massive thank you to all.

I had a disappointing experience at the bar on Saturday night. At 11:02 pm, I asked the friendly bartender for a last drink, but a manager intervened, saying 'PAS DONNE LI' in Creole, which I understood. I politely pointed out that I was asking for the last drink, he insisted they closed at 11 pm, but he finally let the bartender serve me a stubby of phoenix beer I asked for. However, to my surprise, he continued serving other customers after 11 pm. He was making cocktails or mocktails for the other customers! It's unfortunate that a double standard in customer service seems to persist at some hotels in Mauritius. Perhaps, he needs to be reminded of his roles. I rate this guy 0 for his professionalism.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was splendid for a honeymoon. A really relaxing and chilled place.

There could have been more varieties for the breakfast and different foods for consecutive days. The dinner at The Nine did not meet our expectation.

1. There was no place to eat. They organized October fest with fast-food. There was no option for normal food. On top of thar, they were selling street fast-food three time more expensive than it usually price. 2. Noone told us that SPA is closed for renovation during our stay. 3. Staff was quite funny. They were telling us every 30 min that we have check out tomorrow and than mini bar is not included in the place price. Thank you,we know it;) I imagine it is hard to train local people to make any service, but you are international network of hotels and should make it all work. If to compare service in Hilton Mauritius and yours hotel, Hilton wins. Their staff are more conscious, proactive and not so bored.

Le buffet est tres sommaire surtout pour le repas du soir. Plus de variete attendue car finalement la cuisine n’est pas si internationale que ça, la base reste tres axée autour de la cuisine indienne ce qui est limitant surtout quand on reste plusieurs jours. Le sens du service et la formation du personnel aussi doit être amélioree. Des reponses comme « non je n’ai pas le temps ou pas maintenant » ne sont pas acceptables quand il y a 10 personnes debout a rien faire a l’accueil, pour ce niveau de standing.

The waiter Josh was fantastic! He woked at restaurang 9. The restaurat 9 and Blackrock was good.

The staff was not coordinated. Asked the same questions concerning our stay. Their biggest interest was getting as much money from the guests as possible. The true hospitality was not there. The beach was dirty and the first impression was dead flowers in the flowerpots.

Breakfast and dinner meals were excellent. The menu spread catered for continental and Indian tastes. The dishes were very well prepared by expert cooking staff. The service staff was prompt and courteous.
