Reviewed Sep 4, 2026

This property is completely ridiculous. It is the worse experience that we had as this is a 5 stars hotel. The expectation was not there. Nothing worth for 5 stars. Pools are dirty with many leaves, bugs and it is just old and not good quality facility. The stuff was unhelpful when the air conditioning was not working in our room and refuse to get us a new room right away until I throw a fight, then they got us a new room.
