Un servicio au uqe autónomo, les funciona muy bien y la verdad que cuando tuvimos la oportunidad de ser atendidos por el personal, como siempre, los sigue distienguiendo la gentileza y la atención de primera.
Nos quedamos en la habitación 106 y nos molestó la descarga del servicio sanitario de la habitación de la planta alta, la cual genera un ruido alto , sobre todo durante la noche.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Lo mejor del alojamiento son sus instalaciones; el lugar es bastante aseado, de fácil acceso y tiene una excelente ubicación a solo tres cuadras de Corferias. Un gran punto a favor es la comodidad de la habitación: pensamos que pasaríamos frío en la cama, pero al contrario, mantiene muy buena temperatura y no se siente frío para nada. Además, la ducha cuenta con agua caliente, lo cual se agradece mucho.
El servicio dejó mucho que desear, especialmente en cuanto al estacionamiento y la atención. Al principio nos indicaron que el parqueadero sería por convenio, pero al llegar el lugar estaba completamente lleno. El espacio del supuesto convenio es demasiado pequeño como para anunciarlo como un servicio incluido.Por otro lado, la atención es sumamente impersonal. Al llegar tuvimos que tocar el timbre y esperar unos 10 minutos en la puerta antes de que apareciera el encargado, quien se limitó a entregarnos la llave y hacernos firmar, sin dar mayor información. No hay personal de servicio permanente en la recepción. Para el check-out, llamamos para que revisaran la habitación y la respuesta del encargado fue: "Ah sí, todo está en orden, deje la llave encima del mostrador". Esto nos generó mucha desconfianza, ya que nadie recibió formalmente la habitación ni había cámaras de seguridad visibles que respaldaran que dejábamos todo en orden. No lo recomiendo si buscas una estancia segura y con buena atención.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2024The hotel was clean overall, but the breakfast was very disappointing. The options were extremely limited, despite booking the room with "breakfast included." I even had to get my own bread. Water was charged extra, and there were no basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers. There was also no fridge in the room. These shortcomings, especially with the breakfast, unfortunately impacted my overall experience negatively.

O único problema é que a região pode ser um pouco barulhenta de noite porque tem alguns bares com música na região. Não tem ar condicionado mas o clima estava agradável.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2015Quando cheguei ao hotel não havia mais quartos, todavia a reserva foi honrada, quando fui encaminhado para um outro hotel do mesmo proprietário. BLACK TOWER, o nome do hotel. Muito conforto e gentileza em ambos os hotéis. O bairro não me agradou pela ausência de bares e restaurantes próximos, as opções são muito poucas. Trata-se de um bairro hoteleiro, perto do aeroporto.

Sirven un rivo desayumo,excelente conexion wifi,articulos de baño incluidos y servicii permanente de cafe te y agua gratis.la habitacion hubiese sido perfecta si la que me tico no tuviexe un vidrio esmeeilado qye dejaba penetrar luz del pasillo.El precio esta super bien. Reviewed Jun 28, 2015Buen hotel, moderno, decorado de forma hermosa, cercano a la estación Corderias del transmilenio por el cual te puedes desplazar a muchos puntos fácilmente, la tarjeta cuesta 3000 pesos colombianos y el viaje 1500 o 1800 dependiendo día y hora. El desayuno es rico, no tan variado pero bueno. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, en especial el baño, es medio incómodo porque es muy angosto. Excelente relación calidad/precio/atención/servicio

Je voyage énormément et JAMAIS je n'ai eu affaires à un personnel aussi gentil. Toujours souriant, hyper disponible. Je donne 20 sur 10 pour le service. En résumé: super adresse.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2014Had James Bond decoration in my room.. very appropriate, was on my way to England :) There was an issue with the water according to the breakfast staff, so there was no breakfast or coffee that morning, had to leave to the airport on an empty stomach. Taxi to/from the airport (considering Bogota's traffic) takes about 20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff.
