Doccia non funziona bene e vetro scorrevole non funziona bene e letto non era comodo

Ottima sistemazione, strategica per visitare il lago di Como. La camera, pulita e confortevole, era abbastanza spaziosa e ben arredata. Acqua calda immediatamente disponibile, aria condizionata efficiente, buona insonorizzazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante annesso è attualmente in ristrutturazione, ma lungo la strada, nelle immediate vicinanze, ci sono varie possibilità per pranzare e cenare (fast food, bracerie, sushi restaurant...).

Le tende alla finestra non sono totalmente oscuranti perché non a tutta altezza, per cui la mattina filtra parecchia luce.

The restaurant is highly professional staff. Food was excellent for this hotel. Lovely balcony off the room. Staff were friendly and accommodating The room was nice and clean

No way to control aircon. Floors seemed to be heated.. which countered the aircon. The bed was very basic, and I felt like I was sleeping with my head downhill. Shower is very small. Aircon shut off the moment the door outside opened. Maybe tea cups instead of plastic half teacups could be provided. When tea, coffee etc are offered, milk should be left in the refrigerator.

La colazione é abbondante e variegata. La struttura è facile da raggiungere e il personale è davvero cordiale. Posizione davvero comoda soprattutto per raggiungere comodamente il motoraduno senza trovarsi immersi nel traffico.

Il parcheggio è molto ampio ma purtroppo non ha un cancello che lo renda più sicuro.

La struttura è in un contesto dove vi è silenzio Le camere sono confortevoli

Pulizia nel complesso e organizzazione dell'accoglienza. Bagno complessivamente pulito e dotazioni di asciugamani completa. Parcheggio interno alla struttura anche se liberamente accessibile dall'esterno. Colazione discreta con ampia disponibilità di prodotti dolce/salato.

Arredamento molto modesto e piuttosto datato delle camere, acqua sporca alla prima apertura del rubinetto acqua calda, asse del WC danneggiato e rigonfio proprio nella parte dove si appoggia il corpo. Fortissimo odore di cucina proveniente dalla tromba delle scale fin dalle primissime ore del mattino. Assenza di ascensore per raggiungere i piani superiori

Hotelul nu are lift, iar camerele peretii deteriorati. Aerul conditionat este slab, dar peste noapte a reusit sa raceasca camera.

Colazione molto ben fornita OTTIMO il ristorante, davvero ottimo

La parte delle camere appare molto datata nell'arredamento La porta della camera inoltre era letteralmente sfondata nello stipite all'altezza della serratura, in sostanza bastava spingere la porta per aprirla anche a porta chiusa. Il resto passi ma questo, che a una verifica pareva affliggere anche le porte delle camere accanto, è inaccettabile

Ristorante top, anche i piatti riservati agli ospiti potrebbero essere serviti in un ristorante stellato, Hotel pulito, aria condizionata ben funzionante.

Infelizmente tinha uma barata na casa de banho e formigas.. a almofada não é boa e o ar condicionado não funciona bem.

L'hôtel se sert des photos de son restaurant rénové pour vous attirer. mais la partie hôtel et chambres c'est du vieux des années 2000 "rafraichis" un peu à l'arrache avec 2-3 sous. la chambre est petite, l'isolation est mauvaise. le lit n'est pas double mais deux matelas simples collés ensemble. les meubles sont vieux et moches sans charme et dépassés. La climatisation fonctionne mal et fait un bruit de camion diesel. impossible de dormir avec allumé sans bouchons pour les oreilles. il y'avait de la moisissures sur les murs et le pire de tout notre chambre (228) PUAIT LE TABAC FROID comme je n'ai jamais subit ça de ma vie. si nous n'étions pas aussi fatigué par la route nous serions reparti. pour 150 euros la nuit c'est une pure arnaque. notre chambre valait 80-90 euros MAX . vous pouvez trouver bien mieux dans la région. ne gâchez pas votre expérience magique au lac de Côme dans cet hôtel. heureusement que nous n'y restions qu'une nuit...

Tutto lo staff gentilissimo, dal personale più giovane fino a quello con maggior esperienza. A disposizione per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Hanno anche un ristorante di livello dove con la formula per gli ospiti dell'hotel si può avere un assaggio del loro menù con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Attenzione la struttura non dispone di ascensore e ha alcune camere al secondo piano

De bedden waren kei hard gewoon niet om op te slapen, totaal niet hygiënisch, lagen dode vliegen op de grond stopcontact bij het bed waren heel slecht gepositioneerd boven je hoofd waar je ligt

Le lit queen side est en fait 2 lits simples coller mais du coup on dort quand même dans un petit lit parce qu’il y a 2 duvet séparés. C’était pas super pour moi qui a l’habitude de domir dans un vrai lit 2 place, 1 seul matelas.

Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und vor allem sehr sauber. Was uns besonder gefallen hat, war das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Restaurant, schöne warme Töne und sehr gemütlich. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Appertiv für 2 Personen.

Colazione varia e adatta a tutte le esigenze. Possibilità di avere varianti anche senza glutine, molto fornito. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante ma comunicava un' atmosfera molto accogliente ed elegante. Posizione comoda per visitare i principali paesi che si affacciano sul Lago di Como

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast and bar were good. We didn't eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on the food.

The rooms need updating and fixing. The toilet seat was broken on arrival and during the stay the frame to the bathroom door came off unexpectedly. It was fixed the next day. The showers are too small. These minor issues did not ruin our stay though.

Personnel très sympathique. Propre. Parking. Chambre top à part la douche. Bon petit déjeuner avec choix. On a très bien dinner au restaurant de l’hotel.

Mi è piaciuta tutta la struttura, sia hotel che ristorante. Lo staff è giovane, cordiale e disponibile. Ambienti raffinati Ampio parcheggio di proprietà. Possibilità di rientrate tardi con card magnetica

We love this hotel ,its clean and at a very peaceful place and the lady at the front desk was very nice too

整体来说酒店很安静也很干净，最棒的是餐厅。这个的晚餐很棒，餐厅环境优雅，菜品美味，摆盘漂亮，服务员热情周到，价格也很实惠。早餐种类丰富，各式面点很美味。很棒住宿体验。

没有电梯是一大难题，抬大件行李上楼很费劲（虽然只有两层楼）。

Op goede afstand te berijden na mijn doorreis door Zwitserland. Hotels in Como bleken erg aan de prijs en met half uurtje doorrijden was dit een goed alternatief.

La colazione non l'avevamo prenotata però abbiamo potuto aggiungerla sul posto perchè ci ha ispirato, la posizione direi che è perfetta perchè non è al centro di lecco che potrebbe risultare più turistica e caotica ma a pochi minuti di macchina, comunque vicino una bella passeggiata lungo il lago con parchetti, un chioschetto e tanti cani da incontrare ( noi ne abbiamo uno), personale gentile e preparato, donne delle pulizie gentilissime. Diciamo che abbiamo passato proprio un bel soggiorno.

If you like to sleep with the windows open, request a room at the rear of the hotel, away from the noisy main road.
