Las instalaciones y personal excelentes; el desayuno bastante decente. Sin embargo, el precio me pareció alto comparado vs todos los otros City Express de la República. Otro tema es q alrededor de las 3-4 am, empezó a sonar un ruido muy fuerte en el cuarto de al lado como si se estuviera bañando alguien o dejara el WC corriendo; nunca se detuvo este ruido hasta q nos fuimos…

El hotel es bueno, la atención es verdaderamente desagradable, la persona de recepción Alicia super grosera, nada amable, parece que le está haciendo un favor al hospedarse ahí, realmente jamás volvería....deberían poner mucha más atención en el personal, en qué sea amable y servicial y brinde una super atención al cliente...realmente decepcionante...

El hotel está limpio y tranquilo. El desayuno está pequeño pero es suficiente. Estamos 3 en la habitación y solo dejaron 2 toallas. No había toallas pequeñas para la regadera. Me hubiera gustado tener cafetera en la habitación. El personal muy amable.

The room was not very clean - hair balls on the floor and the shower was not very clean. The hotel rep at check in was very aggressive about signing me up for the rewards program, including grabbing my cell phone to create a password for me because my email app was slow.

This hotel is just a really nice and decent stay...nothing too fancy, but everything is newer, more futuristic, etc. It is a good stay overall. They have a great breakfast, clean rooms, usually not too crowded or busy!! I really enjoyed my stay and they do a great job of wanting you to come back. Thank you.

Room for 2, only one towel in room. Asked for another towel whih was delivered immediately… Next day, went down for breakfast and when we returned, the towels were gone by 8:30 am. What’s up with that??? Don’t have enough towels?

Staff was friendly and breakfast was yummy. No restaurant onsite for you to sit down but they have a small menu for room service. Great location with restaurants, movie theater, cross fit, bowling and a cute pond with ducks. The only downside is that it does Not have a bar! Good hotel overall.

The lady at front desk was nice but then later on the guy in front desk was really moody with a huge attitude problem..not sure why they give this guy a job in the front desk they should put them somewhere where he doesn’t have to talk to people cause obviously he ain’t got no manners

The room had an ugly smell from the sewer and the air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

We didn't get Joel with our check in this time. He is a great help with luggage . The room is clean and has amenities needed. No wash cloth is provide so take one with you. Hand , bath and floor towels are provided. They now have hairblower and iron in room. +

Everything was great, the only problem I had was they ran out of hot water.

I was there for a weekend for a wedding, I rate my experience there a 3 of 5, it's really nice and friendly, it was clean and accommodate just like an average hotel and above average for Mexico. My only complaint is their service as they overcharged for room service and was told I was going to receive my money or services in return but never did and the hallways smelled like drainage and sewer. I tried to call for a late check out but never answered, I just annoyed with the small things but all in all a good experience.

There was a good cordination between City Express and Expedia. Hotel was paid in advance and there was not issures.
