Sehr gute Lage nah zur Haltestelle für Airport Train und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, nichts besonderes.

Das Zimmer sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Sehr abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Wände waren sehr hellhörig sodass man die ganze Nacht andere Gäste, den Fahrstuhl oder die extrem laute Straße gehört hat.

The location is great. 400 meter walking from Grand Indonesia and Plaza Mall, 200 meter from LTR Metro station and just 2.5 KM to Istiklal Mosque. - All team was friendly but they find it difficult to think out of the box, but managers were helping. - The pillow is very soft and comfort. - Set menu hot breakfast provided at JCO coffee shop at hotel with good options. - Night reception staff was great help and Erfan at breakfast with team was very smart and active

- No Flexibility for late check out. I had to pay 20 USD for late check out at 6.00 pm. - No room service. - No house keeping to clean room after 4.00 pm. - No flexibility. It was to much for them to accept change breakfast morning coffee with hot chocolate.

徒歩圏内にモールがある。 ホテルの下のカフェとパン屋さんがすごくおしゃれ。 部屋やエレベーター、建物自体は古いようだが清潔で、必要なものは全て揃っている。

- Breakfast offers wide variety and it was delicious. It is served at the cozy cafe "J.CO Reserve" in the 1F after going up the stairs from GF. Starting a day with delicious espresso style coffee is so pleasant thing. First of all, Indonesia is an exporter of cacao, so it's no wonder we can taste good coffee. Breakfast is not a buffet style, but there are various selection from the menu, continental breakfast, breads, Indonesian Nasi Goreng with chicken. - I'm glad to enjoy a drip coffee by "J.CO Reserve" even at a room, as a welcome drink. So nice. - Location is convenient - located at the southern part of Central Jakarta. "Grand Indonesia Mall", "Agora Mall", and "Bundaran HI" monument is within 10 mins walk. There is a currency exchange at B1F in Grand Indonesia Mall as well. - Transportation access is also convenient - BNI City station, where Airport Express stops at, is within 10mins walk. Dukuh Atas BNI MRT station is within 5 mins walk. - Many people even local residents say 'Jakarta does not have much to see' but there are nice stores and restaurants at the nearby shopping mall. Visiting "Pacific Place Mall" at business district by MRT is also a good choice. - The room has universal type of electricity sockets, it was so helpful to charge the electricity smoothly.

- Front desk area was too simple to be noticed upon check in. - Front desk looked after my luggage before check in, but they were unable to provide designated space but just placed at the floor near the front desk due to the simple structure. - As written on Booking.com, this hotel does not accept cash. - If you ask a local friend or colleague to pick you up by car, you should be aware of the urban traffic restriction by car plate number each day. Some cars cannot come in the area until 11 o'clock.

Great location, very friendly staff, and comfortable bed

The hotel is in need of renovation. The lift is old, and the carpets throughout are worn. Our room had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet and curtains need replacing. The shower also needs updating. The room was quite dark with poor lighting, making it hard to do makeup. There was no bottle opener, even after asking for two days.

La posizione, è leggermente fuori dal centro e in alcuni orari è difficoltoso spostarsi a causa del traffico intenso.

فندق جيد قريب من المولات ومن الباز الاسواق الشعبيه ، بالنسبه الغرفه فهي جيدة ولكن مساحتها ضيقه جدا ولكنها نظيفه ،الفطور كان جميل ولذيذ وكل يوم تستطيع طلب طبق مختلف ولكنه بالمنيو ليس بوفيه مفتوح .

Emplacement parfait, à proximité de la ligne de train qui va vers l'aéroport, ainsi que des lignes de métro et bus. A proximité également de très bons restaurants et d'un centre commercial (avec des très bons restaurants aussi). Chambre très propre, lit très confortable et bonne douche. Bonne isolation acoustique de l'extérieur.

Le mobilier de salle de bains est vétuste et nécessite d'être renouvelé. Le petit-déjeuner est décevant : l'hôtel semble avoir un partenariat avec un café et pâtissier (JCO Reserve, connu pour ses donuts), mais uniquement des choix de petit-déjeuner asiatiques sont proposés, aucune pâtisserie n'est offerte. D'ailleurs, les plats sont beaucoup trop épicés pour un petit-déjeuner pour des occidentaux, nous avons mangé seulement 1/4 de nos assiettes tellement c'était pimenté.

احساس رائع رغم صغر المكان ولكن تحس بالترحيب على مدار اليوم مع افطار مناسب لك بالأخص في جاكرتا انطباع جديد مع قهوة الصباح أما الغرفة فهي مساحتها صغيرة ولاكن تفي بالغرض كون جلى يومك في التسوق لوجود العديد من المولات بقربك وهذا ميزت الموقع تكيف الغرفة مناسب دون غطاء!!!

The location is excellent, walkable to metro and Grand Indonesia Mall. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was also good with decent options. Rooms are a bit old as some carpet stains were visible and aircon was not as cold as i liked but still acceptable. Other than the minor issues mentioned it was ok.

Nice hotel, but little bit costly compared with the facilities they offering, especially due to its location, centrally located with few meters away from train station n mall including grand Indonesia. Room s ok but tiny. Breakfast is limited with few dishes to select, but all really tasty.

- Location is very strategic, short walk to Grand Indo, Plaza Indo and some other convenience stores - Receptionists - Atta & Alpha are very helpful and attentive, they deserve the recognition from their management

- The menu selection at JCO was very limited, i wish there's buffet :(( - The drainage in the shower area was not effective, causing water to pool while showering. This was inconvenient and could be improved to enhance the guest experience. Apart from these two, everything else met expectations.

出張で泊まりました。 地下鉄Dukuh Atas BNI駅の出口がすぐ近くで、空港鉄道のBNI City駅も徒歩で行けます。 基本的にお勧めできるホテルですが、惜しいのは水回りです。 シャワーは水圧が弱く、洗面台は排水口が詰まりかけていました。 タオルはバスタオルのみで、小さなタオルがありません。

No hot water for the whole stay. I wasn’t told about it when I checked in. Then when I asked staff when it would be fixed. They replied they didn’t know. Terrible customer experience

The staff was friendly and the location was good.

The facilities and the price value were both far below expectation. There is a renovation going on, which I only learned upon arrival. Nevertheless, a refund was not possible as to the policy of the hotel. The staff did their best to accommodate a gym in one of the rooms but it was nothing comparable to the picture. The breakfast was not very varied.

Location - very near to malls and MRT. Staffs are friendly with Daily housekeeping.

Renovation works was ongoing, this is acceptable for a better service. Keep up the good work.

ジャカルタ市内の渋滞を避けるためスカルノハッタ国際空港から空港鉄道で移動し、BNIシティ駅から徒歩圏内だったので非常に便利でした。 スタッフの対応も良く部屋も清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。 朝食のメニューはそれほど種類が多くはありませんでしたが、物足りないというほどではありませんでした。
