Movenpick Hotel Malatya

Spacious rooms. Clean with comfortable beds. Very good shower. Good breakfast. Staff is very kind and speaks good English. Hospitality was great. My friends used the sauna and swimmingpool, they loved it. We spend our time in many historic hotels and this hotel was a welcome variation of ease and relaxation.

Unfortunately the one of the previous guests had smoked in one of the rooms, I could still smell it. I don’t blame the hotel for this it’s very hard to get this smell out. It was a non smoking room.

Super breakfast and clean room. Reasonable price restaurant.

Zimmer war auf 19 Grad gestellt und es war sehr sehr kalt, hat lange gebraucht um sich leicht aufzuwären. Obwohl es ein Nichtraumerzimmer war, hat es etwas nach Rauch gerochen. Dusche funktionierte nicht einwandfrei, sehr wenig Druck.

Room didn't get cleaned if we didn't find/see the cleaning staff and ask for it. We had to get toilet paper and water ourselves quite often because of this.

mein Mann und ich übernachten sehr häufig im Hotel. Mein Mann und ich haben diesmal einen frühen checkin gemacht. Der Checkin wurde leider zweimal abgebucht. Ich warte seit drei Wochen auf die Rückerstattung. ich werde jedes Mal vertröstet und warte immer noch auf mein Geld. Das Geld wurde einmal über Booking abgebucht und einmal über die Kreditkarte vor Ort. Wirklich sehr traurig.

Encore et toujours au Movenpick sur Malatya !! Emplacements excellents, juste a coté du AVM et très proche du centre ville Chambre très spacieuse, nous avions un lit d’appoint pour ma fille et malgré le lit, nous circulions facilement dans la chambre Bain et douche dans la salle de bain, un vrai + Chambre très propre, vraiment merci a la dame de ménage Merci aussi a Demet de la sécurité, qui a été hyper gentil avec nous et surtout avec ma fille de 6 ans, un grand merci en espérant la revoir!

Petit point négatif sur le tarif excessif de 3 glace de 1 boule : 20€

Zwembad was alleen maar open voor dames terwijl dat het niet stond onder de voorwaarden.

Está muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son amplias y bien dotadas. El desayuno es muy completo tienes de todo.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und bot eine sehr große Auswahl. Auch Sonderwünsche, wie ein frisch zubereitetes Omelett, wurden problemlos erfüllt. Zudem gab es eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Obst und Desserts. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Nous réservons rarement dans ce type d'établissement et nous avons été agréablement surpris de la très bonne qualité des services par rapport à d'autres hôtels plus chers. Le personnel est très accueillants et très sympathiques. Je recommande le restaurant au 18 ème étage qui correspondait à nos attentes et où nous avons aussi été très bien accueillis.

La connexion internet n’est pas digne d'un tel établissement. La salle de bain mérite un peu d'attention voir un rafraichissement comme le plafond de la chambre

L’emplacement, le stationnement et les équipements. Le personnel serviable et accueillant.

Nous étions 3 et aurions aimé une chambre pour 3. Nous avons dû prendre 2 chambres de 2. Il aurait été intéressant d’avoir un prix pour voyageur seule.

Ben situat. Molt pràctic per la seva comoditat de passar una nit.

What a pleasure staying here! We're on a 30-day car trip through Eastern Türkiye, staying mainly in moderate accommodations along the way. Movenpick was like that long-sought-after oasis in the desert. We've experienced Movenpick in other parts of the world and this one in Malatya lives up to the stellar reputation the chain enjoys worldwide. Cleanliness, comfort, and cared-for from start to finish.

Dirty, smell of cigarettes even in the non-smoking rooms. This is definitely not the standard expected from a Mövenpick hotel. There are also restrictions on the use of the pool and sauna for men.

Breakfast was exceptional, lots of variaty with a wonderful staff service. Hotel has a wonderful swimming pool and gym and general atmosphere is well designed in terms of colour and material choice. I should mention the wonderful panoramic view from 18th floor with a nice restaurant.

I could see some cracks on the wall , especially in the bathroom as they must be from earthquake , I think they should have had been fixed but they are still there and its not a good feeling to see them. some of them randomly closed but its just a cover not a fix.

Heizung schwierig einzustellen, Dusche hat separaten Drehknopf für die Wassermenge, was mit schaumiger Hand schwierig zu bedienen war.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Odaların ve tesisin temizliğini beğendim. Kahvaltı çok zengin, çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güleryüzle servis yapıyorlar. Otelin en üst katındaki restaurant manzarası etkileyici. Bu restaurantta görevli Turan beye gösterdiği misafirperlik ve nezaket için çok teşekkür ederim.

Любим большие хорошие качественные отели, и в лице этого нашли все, что любим. Огромный номер с рабочей зоной: оформлен стильно и добротно. В ванной комнате есть и ванна и душ. Всё необходимое имеется. Халаты под запрос. Утюг и доска в наличии. Прекрасный вид на горы (611 номер). Ю рядом большой торговый центр.

Подушки оказались неудобными, но это не повлияло на мою оценку, так как мнение субъективное

Zeer comfortabele kamer, luxe ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Het ontbijt is ruim en uitgebreid. Absoluut een aanrader om hier nog eens te overnachten.

De hotelkamer was mooi en netjes ingericht, maar de tv viel helaas tegen. Het zenderaanbod was beperkt en in zo’n luxe kamer zou je eigenlijk ook moderne opties verwachten, zoals YouTube, Netflix of andere streamdiensten. Het voelde daardoor alsof de kamer zelf helemaal van deze tijd was, behalve de tv die wat achterbleef.

I loved everything; the room was very clean, the location was perfect and I loved the restaurants and the cafe. I would prefer again.

The hotel has good facilities, including a great pool and a Sauna area. It ha beautiful views. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It as easy to park straight under the hotel at no extra cost.

It is a bit outside the centre although we found some good places to eat nearby. It as not an issue for us, but you would expect better english in such an international chain. The furniture is clearly beyond its prime.

18. Stock der ganze Blick auf ein Teil von Malatya und die Berge zum verlieben. Die Nachtaufsicht, sein Name war Ahmet, ein sehr sehr sympathischer Mann! Mit sehr hilfsbereitem auftreten. Bin öfter in diesem Hotel und muss sagen, der Mann jedes Mal aufs Neue freundlich ich danke dem Ahmet sehr.

Habe nichts zu bemängeln.

Malatya

I’ve paid the accommodation via wire transfer as they forgot to charge me when I checked out. I sent them a proof of payment, but they continue to send me daily text messages advising me that they’ve still not received payment. It feels like a scam. Will not stay again.
