The staff and location was very nice. It was not too busy on the street.

Our room was not very clean. The nightstand was dusty and had hair tangled in the telephone cord.

Loved the size of room. Atmosphere great and interesting. Only complaint was that it was cold. But 3 warm fleece bed covers worked well. Of course it is January. Overall enjoyed the stay very much. Location good. Could walk 20 minutes to Centro jardin.

Really Clean !! The place is super clean and quiet !!!..The staff is a friendly and helpful. The place is kind of far from downtown,but it still no to far from downtown, probably around 30 minutes walk to downtown. Nice view of the Bufa.......

Las habitaciones son espaciosas aunque un poco frías ya que no les entra el sol. Pero son cómodas. Les falta cambiar las televisiones por pantallas en las habitaciones,al menos en la que me asignaron.

The staff was friendly but it was so frustrating that no one spoke English.

The property is lile an old house, it is clean and has very good taste of furniture. I will said that the bed, pillows and towels need an upgrade.

The Hotel was absolutly cute and outstanded its price. we had some trouble getting hot water but they fixed it, the walk to downtown is nice and safe and just in front of the property but if you dont want to walk, buses all day drop you off center town for only 35cents. The staff was very helpful and kind. Convenience store just around the corner.

La puerta por dentro no tenía manija. Mi amiga se tuvo que salir por la ventana para abrir por fuera. Muy mal eso

Cuando llegue me atendió un jóven de ojos de color güero alto y delgado al que pregunte por mi reservación y al no encontrarla me dijo con desprecio y de manera despota no está y se volteo a seguir viendo su celular. Le aclare que fue por expedia. En la noche igual una señorita bien despota. Liego al entrar a mi habitación el piso era de cantera pero tenía bellos y pelos de perro por todas partes. El cable de la secadora todo lleno de popo de moscas. La cabecera de la cama no está fija y no te deja dormir el rechinar de la cama.

Me gustó el diseño y la decoración. No me gustó mucho la ubicación.

Muy bien, y accesible al centro caminando. Unos 20 minutos a pie, pero se disfruta el camino. Las habitaciones impecables, muy limpias. Y el personal muy atento.

It’s super quaint. The staff is beyond sweet and helpful. The rooms are cold and the showers have no curtains. So when you shower the water gets out and the whole bathroom gets wet. Then it’s just moist. It’s a little far from the center but also an easy walk if you’re willing to walk about 10-15 minutes. What made it ok was how amazing the staff was.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado. el cuarto y el baño están amplios. no se escucho ruido ,la cama comoda. y el cuarto calientito. lo unico que nos falto es estacionamiento para el coche .

Baños no equipados apropiadamente, toma corrientes insuficientes, lámpara de buró deficiente y olor general no agradable

En realidad tenía otra perspectiva... no tienen refrigerador las habitaciones, la televisión es vieja y el control no sirve... los blancos de la habitación estaban incompletos

Decía que tenía café y té en todas las áreas comunes y no fue cierto, no tiene estacionamiento

Muy lindo,cómodo y céntrico lo único el estacionamiento que no tenía y que si fue preocupante dejar el carro a fuera, sería muy bueno que tuviera restaurante ahí mismo para mayor comodidad, pero en general muy bueno.

El hotel es bueno aunque le falta algo de mantenimiento y por su ubicación está bien, relación de costo beneficio, bien !!!!

Cuanto llegamos al hotel me dijeron que ya no había habitaciones que nos iban a mandar a otro hotel que fue error del gerente que no avisó finalmente nos quedamos en el hotel pero después de un largo tiempo

La casa esta muy bonita y la limpieza es excepcional. Esta un poco retirado del centro de san Miguel de Allende pero si se puede llegar a pie. Lo unico raro es que s una casa y pues no tiene servicio de recepcion ni comedor ni nada de eso. Tienen la cocina impecable y esta a disposicion de los huespedes pero es un poco raro poner tus cosas en el refrigerador y hacerte algo de comer. No tiene estacionamiento pero la calle es muy tranquila y se puede estacionar facilmente afuera del lugar y sin pendiente. La verdad es muy comoda y si volveriamos a hospedarnos ahi como familia. Tal vez de pareja buscaria algo mas centrico para poder ir a los bares y salir mas de noche. Pero en general muy buen servicio del anfitrion.

En relación calidad precio es una buena opción, el personal es amable y las habitaciones están limpias. En taxi al centro son 5 minutos y cobran 50 pesos

도심으로 걷는데 15분 이상 걸리는데 밤에는 걷기 어렵고 버스도 잘 안다닌다. 과나후아토는 안전핰 동네이긴 하지만 도로를 걷기에는 어려운 곳임을 몰랐다. 도심으로의 접근성이 너무 떨어지고 침대 메트릭스가 너무 오래되어 청결하지 않았다. 하지만 친절하고 편안한 분위기라 좋았다.

Hotel de fácil acceso, se encuentra a 30 minutos del centro, caminando. Viajamos a celebrar nuestro aniversario de matrimonio y en realidad no estuvimos en el hotel, regresábamos tarde al anochecer y sumamente cansados. La ventaja de estar lejos del centro es que es más facil encontrar estacionamiento justo afuera del hotel. Nos movimos todo el tiempo caminando. No cuenta con restaurant pero los empleados del mostrador se esmeraron en brindarnos agua caliente para té o café a diario. Fueron siempre atentos. Las habitaciones podrían mejorar en cuanto a limpieza, encontramos cabellos y suciedad en la puerta del baño. Las camas son confortables al igual que las almohadas. El precio y la tarifa por noche están accesibles, sin embargo hay hoteles en mejor ubicación, en cuanto a cercanía con el centro. En general, recomiendo este hotel.

Fue buena, el hotel es muy lindo en general, lo único malo fue que brindan muy pocos accesorios de higiene personal, y creo que eso es algo esencial en un hotel de esa categoria , pero apesar de ellos fue bueno el hotel, ya que se las habitaciones estaban limpias asi como las camas eran sumamente cómodas. Queda situado en un buen lugar tanto cerca del centro como de la central de autobuses. Muy bueno.

Didnt had hot water! They asked us to let run the shower for 10 min! waste of water in bane. Dead Crickets in the bathroom, noisy place, dont have elevator. Don't have parking, you have to leave your car parked in forbiden places praying for not gel tolled

The only magic about this place is its price!!! This rather is a hostal than a hotel, you pay more than 3 times what you get... this is a 500 pesos hostal not a 1800 pesos hotel... They only have one knife in the kitchen, they first cut the onions and then the papaya. That gives the papaya a very nice taste! The parking is a 15 minutes drive away, and then you have to take a taxi to get back to the hotel. After a shower in the pseudo boutique style bath the room is totally flooded. The noise of the street is absolutely annoying all the day and night. There is no air condition ... opening the window will bring even more noise to your bedroom.

This place is beautiful and it is at a very accesible price! Its Seven minutes from downtown but its great because the center gets extremely packed during festivities! Great place, will go back any time!

Well the hotel itself has charm but no air conditioning and it is very warm in Guanajuato. However only 2 rooms have any windows for fresh air which is not very fresh - we had one thank goodness though being on the side of a mountain the view is of a wall 10 feet away - and the traffic right outside the door is horrendous. they keep the big front doors open so the hotel and our room was full of exhaust fumes. They gave us a fan to stir the air around and for us to provide some white noise against the traffic and dogs barking and the spiral stairs which are nice but a huge racket when anyone goes up them. We were offered breakfast the first day and then had to ask for it - sometimes no fruit or whatever which was OK but a bit weird. It is only a 10-15 walk to the Centro Historica so that part was nice. Not much choice of restaurants in the area but taxis are cheap. We tried to open a half bottle of wine in the minibar that the cork was so dry it broke up and would not come out. They charged us 250 pesos for it! The people working there are very nice but the exhast fumes and noise were so bad we went home two days early even though I had to pay a penalty for the plane reservation change and we had prepaid the hotel so did not get that back either. I think the hotel may cater more for business people and not tourists - it just does not have the comforts required for an 8 day stay considering the price they charge - it is not cheap! 1400 - 2000 pesos per night. I would not say it was terrible as the traffic and the air pressure that holds the exhast fumes down is not the hotel's fault but it is not a holiday if you can't relax at your hotel (or breathe)

Great little hotel with only eight rooms located close enough to the center of Guanajuato City, yet far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower is without a door and the bathroom floor gets wet. Parking may be a bit difficult since it's street parking, but the hotel tries to reserve the space in front of the hotel for guests. The "breakfast" that is advertised on the website is not what it is; it's merely coffee and toast. Exit the hotel and go left about 1/8 mile to Cafe Ofelia for a great breakfast. We've stayed there twice and have been more than happy with the property each time.
