לא להתקרב, חדרים ישנים המצעים והמגבות בלויים עם ריח של רקבון. המסעדה שעל החוף שקשורה למלון האוכל גרוע ביותר. עובדים לא דוברי אנגלית. לקחנו את 2 הקומות של הוילה ל4 לילות כולנו התחלנו להתגרד, יצאנו אחרי 2 לילות ללא בקשה להחזר, למרות ששילמנו עבור 4 לילות הבחורה מהקבלה ( לא הייתי קוראת לזה קבלה שולחן עם ניירת) רדפה אחרנו עבור כוס שלא מצאו בחדר, שהסברנו לה שהכוס על הדק בחוץ אמרה שהוא לא שם וביקשה תשלום של 100 באט כמובן ששילמנו. פשוט לא להגיע מלון גרוע ביותר מכל הבחינות. הוא רק נראה יפה.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß insbesondere die Badezimmer was mich sehr gefreut hat. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand etwas ab von dem Trubel und Dieter wohl mit Familie etwas relaxen will ist hier gut aufgehoben.

El sitio es muy bonito al lado del río, el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son amplias.

Si o si necesitaba lavar ropa, he estado en varios hoteles en tailandia. La ropa siempre fue la misma, la media eran 13 euros, aquí fueron 58. El desayuno muy bueno si eres asiático pero para europeos casi no hay nada, el café ☕️ lo tienen en una jarra, el peor de tailandia, a no ser que lo pagues a parte y te traen un expreso estupendo a 2 euros. El desayuno lo hacen al aire libre en un jardín muy bonito con mucha vida de insectos. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y como tengas la suerte de tener una familia numerosa/grupo al lado los vas a oír, es un hotel muy bonito pero con muchos peros para clientes internacionales...

Réception de l’hôtel pas très agréable. Personnel pas toujours des plus sympathique mais nous avons oublié de récupérer la caution versée lors de notre check in, la personne de la réception nous a contactés et nous avons pu finalement trouver une solution pour qu’elle nous soit restituée ! Petit déjeuner pas terrible et cher. Salle de restaurant qui manque terriblement de charme (d’ailleurs elle est toujours vide)

Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr sauber, großer Balkon, Licht dichte Vorhänge, sehr schönes Bad, warmes Wasser, hoher Wasserdruck, super leise und sehr gut einstellbare Klimaanlage, Safe im Zimmer, sehr großer Pool, einige gute Restaurants, gute Supermärkte, toller Strand, sehr sicher, super für Familien.

Nagyon szép, igényes szállás, nyugodt, partszakasszal. Ajánlom midenkinek, aki kikapcsolódásram vágyik vagy kedveli a természetet, a búvároknak, mert elérhető könnyen a Sail Rock, és ott jókat lehet merülni.

A szállás előtti földút és a közeli csatorna nem igazán túrista csalogató látvány.

De locatie is vrij afgelegen, in de buurt van het hotel een paar restaurantjes en een supermarktje. Voor alles moet je een taxi nemen, en die zijn niet goedkoop op dit eiland.

Personal war spitze, hat auf alle Anfragen sofort reagiert.

Las instalaciones no hay servicio y personal en la piscina y el restaurante es abierto a todas la escusrsiones, no es propio del hotel. Falta personal para dar la calidad al hotel de 4 esyrellas. La recepcion parece del tercer mundo ainque el persoonal es amable en general. Le faltan detalles importantes para considerarlo un resort

Lovely room with a nice balcony view. The restaurant downstairs attached to the hotel had the most amazing food. The hotel is right next to the beautiful sand bar beach. The pool was huge and doesn't shut so a late night swim with the stars was beautiful. Would highly recommend staying!

200 baht per person per way to get the taxi bus anywhere which is fine for a few days stay. Would recommend renting a scooter if you stay here although Koh Phangan roads are steep and windy so the taxi was fine for my stay. The taxi comes within 5 minutes which was convenient! Nothing bad really.

Fijne locatie met prima restaurantjes op loopafstand. Aan het strand gelegen en zwembad is groot. Fijn kinderbad.

Personeel bij receptie niet zo vriendelijk. Bij uitchecken wordt de borg neergelegd en er wordt geen woord gewisseld. Schoonmakers waren wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wonderful location! Beautiful beach and excellent snorkelling. Food at the restaurant was priced well. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially YeaYea at the beachfront restaurant. We would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately, there is a long term resident who lives in one of the beachfront villas. She is extremely rude, loud and uses drugs. We were there 8 days and for the entire time she would play loud music on her balcony, swear and shout at others (including our children) and appeared very manic. It’s unfortunate, as other than her it is a very family friendly location.

La ubicación, en una de las playas más bonitas e icónicas de la isla en la zona norte, alejado del bullicio de la zona de fiesta y las playas más concurridas, con una piscina enorme accesibilidad a todos los servicios, restaurantes, lavanderías, etc.

El personal era eficiente y funcional pero no esperes una sonrisa de parte del personal como en el resto del país, son muy parcos, quizás están hartos del turismo o no sé a qué se debe. Por ejemplo en el bar de la playa intentamos alquilar un equipo para hacer snorkel y me pedían 700 baths por día, cuando en cualquier otro lugar de la isla el precio medio es de 150 baths, un sin sentido y un timo total.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sich jeden Tag gereinigt worden. Der Strand war sehr schön. Bei den Korallen muss man allerdings aufpassen, dass man sich nicht schneidet an den Füssen. Ruhige Lage, aber auch einige leckere Restaurants rundherum.

En revanche 9 ans plus tard tout est devenu vétuste : literie déchiré, les savons pas remplis et avant c’était de beaux produits maintenant on voit que les bouteilles datent elles même d’il y a 10 ans et n’ont pas été changées. Le personnel peut aimable mais pour le peu d’échange que nous avons eu cela convenait. La piscine, qui n’existait pas à l’époque, était occupé par les résidents et non résidents avec des transats mais peu de nettoyage effectué après le passage des gens : état vraiment salle y compris la piscine plus troublé qu’autre chose.

Large comfortable room and bed. Housekeeping staff cleaned the room each day for us and replaced towels and drinking water. The pool is large so you can have a proper swim and there are plenty of sun beds. The location on the beach is beautiful.

A number of the staff were rude, stroppy and service was poor. In the restaurant we were made to feel unwelcome, it took forever to order and often the wrong food was delivered or items from the order forgotten. The only exception was Yeye who worked in the evenings and wanted to chat and share a joke. The lady on reception was really rude, no welcome, just a demand for our taxi fare and key deposit.

Grosses, sauberes Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Auch vom Hotel hat man einen schönen Ausblick Richtung Meer. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön, der Pool gross mit tiefen Stellen und auch weniger tiefen Stellen für Kinder. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist top!

This is an absolutely stunning resort, right on the beach with modern comfy rooms that are so comfy. I had a huge balcony and felt so relaxed here. The staff were great too.

Esta zona de la isla es muy tranquila, quizá demasiado, pero cuenta con la mejor playa para hacer snorkel de toda la isla y eso en un must a tener en cuenta. El hotel es muy grande, por un lado una edificación en U con una hermosa piscina en medio, y luego otros dos edificios, y algún chalet, con otra piscina en medio. Lo que más me gustó fue el desayuno, aunque había muchos más camareros que clientes que hacían que fuera un poco incómodo el café. Está en un restaurante precioso, junto a la playa y es muy completo y muy rico. Como en todos los hoteles en Tailandia de esta categoría, tienes café y te gratis y dos botellas de agua, que renuevan cada día

Las camas son súper duras, les pedí que si podían hacer algo, porque teníamos tres noches pagadas, y me pusieron unas bajeras que algo ayudaron, pero aún así seguían siendo unos camas muy duras. La habitación tiene el tamaño justito pero una buena terraza. La habitación es oscura porque tiene las palmeras muy pegadas y muy altas. No tienes la sensación de estar en la playa porque hay demasiado cemento.

The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The beachfront restaurant was a lovely place to watch the sunset, and the resort is within walking distance of the zipline, which our kids loved. The rooms were clean, and the location is convenient if you have a car to explore the island.

The rooms are quite dated, and our room door only opened halfway because it caught on the floor tiles. No smart tv. The restaurant food was average. The beach has coarse sand rather than soft sand, and we were disappointed that it wasn’t possible to snorkel from the beach during our four-night stay because the tide was too low throughout.

We stayed in a beachfront villa which is definitely the way to go. The location of these is literally beach front. We counted 9 steps onto sand & 40 to the water. They have staff sweep up leaves on the sand in front of the villas every day. Snorkelling was great! Sunsets are wonderful!

Reception staff & some restaurant staff were indifferent. Not rude just not interested to be honest. In saying that some of the restaurant staff were lovely, engaging & helpful people. Not a lot of restaurants in the area but we managed to find a couple. I think this resort could be great but the grounds need a big effort to keep everything well maintained & manicured.

Heerlijke ruime mooie kamer. Mooi ingericht. Heerlijk groot bed, ook comfortabel en niet te hard. Prachtige locatie. Mooi strand met veel bomen voor wat schaduw. Prachtig snorkelen vanaf het strand. We hadden echter veel golven en niet altijd zon waardoor je niet veel zag.

Situado en una de las mejores playas de la isla, con acceso directo e inmediato a ella, el hotel está súper bien, con habitaciones muy amplias, terrazas hermosas y una cama grande y cómoda. Me encantó todo porque pese a estar en una de las habitaciones en edificio, se veía el mar. La piscina está genial, no así el restaurante. Repetiría.

Que no tuviese desayuno. La recepción parece de un hotel cutre y no lo es en absoluto.

Ce ressort s'intégre bien dans l'environnement très naturel de l'île Le personnel est très sympathique La cuisinière est à féliciter, j'ai trouvé ses plats très savoureux J'ai pris une chambre de 40m2 la moins chère de toutes les propositions qui était juste pas hyper bien située dans le resort (normal si moins chère) mais très quali.. Juste s il vous plaît : prévoyez au moins quelques fauteuils relax pour la plage... Pas forcément des sun bed top qualité mais un minimum d'équipements pour qu'on puisse rester près de l'hôtel et profiter de cette magnifique plage ! Tous les sun bed sont à la piscine.. on a traversé la moitié de la planète, on veut profiter du cadre. Nous avons du coup été plus loin, au bar de plage d'un autre hôtelier qui proposait des chaises relax, c'était pas dingue mais on pouvait se poser confortablement. Et c'est eux qui ont profité de 500 bath par tête...pas votre hôtel, c'est dommage On a bien vu qu'il y avait des chaises longues enchaînées à côté, elles appartiennent on l'a su à un privé, vous ne pourriez pas faire un petit deal avec lui ? Ou proposer quelques équipements même légers à la demande de vos guest ?

Très bel hotel au bon rapport qualité prix. Grande chambre de 40m2 en face de la plage pour le prix franchement ! Belle piscine et contrairement à ce qu’on a pu lire des autres avis le restaurant est très bon. Meilleur spot de snorkeling de l’île juste en face ! On est hors saison en juin donc c’est très calme à voir en plein Fevrier ! On avait hésité vus certains avis et finalement on a pris 4 nuits. Location de scooter par l’hôtel c’est un plus

Un petit déjeuner buffet serait le bienvenu. L’arrivée à l’hôtel et la réception donne une mauvaise impression mais des qu’on arrive à la chambre c’est un autre monde

Super schöne gepflegte Anlage, traumhafter Strand, immer freundliches Personal - haben auch sehr darauf geachtet, dass keine "fremden" den Pool benutzen. Hatten in der Nebensaison - Mai ein ganzes Stockwerk allein, Rollerverleih und Taxiservice absolut gängige Preise. Ohne Roller und mit Kindern etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum. Würde jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Waren dort für 5Nächte und hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer und viel Platz. Absolute Emofehlung :) KapKunKaaa

Restaurant am Pool, war mit das beste PhaThai, wir hatten anscheinend Glück, was die Bewertungen angeht. D ie umliegenden Restaurants hatten nicht immer offen.

Lage

Wir haben eine Beach von Villa gebucht und die erste war enttäuschend, weil direkt daneben die Thaimassage war mit all den Leuten, die man dann liegend da sieht wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt kein schöner Anblick. Nach einigen Tagen wegen einer Beschwerde haben wir dann eine schöne Unterkunft bekommen allerdings sobald es regnete, drückte das Wasser hoch in der Dusche und es stank bestialisch nach Urin. Wir kamen dreimal nachts heim, und es war nicht mehr auszuhalten. Einmal war Hausmeister Nachts noch da hat geputzt und es wurde unterstellt, wir würden in die Dusche pinkeln. Eine absolute Frechheit. Wir waren so enttäuscht, dass man Kunden so etwas vorwirft. Wir wissen, wo man reinpinkelt und wo nicht. Außerdem waren wir gar nicht da einfach ekelhaft und die andere Rezeption und auch der Chef wollten uns nicht entgegenkommen. Wir haben gesagt, wir würden gern einen Tag kostenlos erhalten. Es war einfach eine Frechheit.

Musste mein Zimmer leider 2 mal wechseln, da sie einfach nicht sauber waren. Das Personal an der Rezeption waren grundsätzlich ziemlich genervt. Schade drum. Ich glaub es lag am Wetter… Der Strand ist sehr grob, dennoch sehr schön.

Schöne Poolanlage. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand, man kann innerhalb von 5 min zur Insel Koh Ma rüber laufen.

Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet. Zu wenig Handtücher pro Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage muss dringend erneuert werden. Diese war Ultra laut und hatte nur die Option Turbo oder „normal“. Wobei „normal“ sich auch schon angehört hat, als würde man von Helikoptern umgeben sein. Man muss wissen, dass die Unterkunft sehr weit abgelegen ist von den ganzen belebten Orten auf Koh phangan. Mit dem Roller braucht man so 23-40 Minuten, je nachdem wo man hin möchte. Wir sind nach 2 Tagen näher ins Zentrum gezogen.

The location is excellent. The hotel is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in Ko Pha Ngan, which is definitely a major advantage.

The hotel is not well maintained, and overall the experience felt below expectations. Many basic amenities come at an extra cost — even simple items like snorkeling masks and kayaks require additional payment. The room setup was also disappointing. There was small sofa in the room (around 130×70 cm), and when we requested an extra bed, the staff simply put sheets on the sofa and still charged 1,000 baht per night. This did not feel like reasonable value for money.

The location was pretty - you’re located right on the beach

The room upon arrival was infested with termites. We didn’t realise at the time as we went straight for dinner. We had one room key so you couldn’t keep the ac on and was impossible to leave the lights on when you weren’t in the room (they told us aggressively that we had left the lights and the balcony door open.. we didnt go onto the balcony even to look at it, we showered and went for dinner) When we came back.. our bags, the bed, all our clothes, the curtain, the floor was covered in termites.. when we called reception they came up swept them up and seconds later they where still there but it didn’t seem to bother them. When we said we can’t stay in a termite infested room they offered us the room 2 doors down.. which was about 8m from the fully infested room. When we expressed our concern that termites multiply and feed of wood (which the hotel was mainly made of) he chuckled saying termites are normal in Thailand. We went to reception and explained we’ve just booked somewhere else thank you for the 2 hours but we are not going to stay. The lady who was at reception had gone home and was on a phone on speaker giving out saying “no refund!” Over and over and getting wound up over it. The guy who was working the reception in the night was friendly and came to the room and apologiesed over and over and some what for the woman on the phone. He even dropped us to the new hotel. He saved the staff reputation however the manager on the phone could not have been more hostile and unwilling to come to a reasonable resolution when we declined the new room When she was on the phone she told us we had to have left the door open and the light on.. after travel in Asia for a while and a general rule of thumb for traveling.. I would never leave the door open and lights on but in this case it was ridiculous as we weren’t even in the room. It would be impossible to leave the lights on as it was powered by the room key which we took when we locked the door and went for dinner.

Restaurant and front desk staff don't seem to care, borderline rude (Cleaning staff were super friendly and sweet!). We called the reception about bugs in the room one night and were told someone was on their way. Nobody ever showed up.

Chambre Deluxe, en rez-de chaussée, avec petite terrasse, grande, propre et confortable, bien équipée. Belle piscine,propore, bien pour faire des longueurs le matin tot Végétation agréable autour des espaces chambres. Plage a quelques pas ( une des plus belles de l'île) et snorkeling direct. Grand parking pour les scooter, à louer à l'hotel ou alentours, largement recommandé pour bouger hors de l'hotel.

C'est une grosse structure, la réception n'est pas là pour vous donner des conseils. Le restaurant de plage est très agréable, mais le service est un peu lascif.

Horrible service. Our luggage fell out of the car during transport and the hotel took no responsibility and told us it was our problem. They refused to do a declaration to send to our insurance. TV not working AC dropping ice into the bed. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Alles war einfach perfekt! Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt.
