I’m sure this place was beautiful in the 90’s but it hasn’t been updated since then.

Staff was not helpful and rude.

De locatie vlak bij de winkels, restaurants en mooie watervallen in de buurt was goed.

Het ontvangst was niet gastvrij. Er werd niets gezegd. We waren er om 14.00 uur en wilde vragen of we onze auto ergens konden neerzetten. Maar er werd alleen naar een bordje gewezen waarop stond dat je om 15.00 uur mocht inchecken. Alles zag er wat ongezellig uit en het voelde al niet heel fijn. Kamer was heel ruim. Maar badkamer niet heel schoon, en de airco was beschimmeld. Het was ongezellig ingericht. Het ontbijt was redelijk. Maar personeel niet heel vriendelijk. Wij hebben na 2 nachten zelfs een ander hotel geboekt.

This was like a cozy and cute studio apartment! The only thing that would have made it complete was a stove and a microwave but there was a washing machine and a full-sized fridge - a breath of fresh air compared to the mini fridges in other hotels I stayed in across Korea. It rained a lot during my stay but this was a relaxation and rejuvenation leg of my trip so it made my stay even more comfy. There is a 7-Eleven connected to the lobby area so I didn't have to step outside for food or snacks when it was raining. The breakfast was the most impressive part of it all, as it was a hearty meal that kept me full for the entire day. It was very tasty.

They required you to throw used tissues in a bin instead of flushing, which I found very icky. I know it's common in public restrooms and I'm not faulting the hotel but I just did not expect that in a hotel room. Also, the shower leaked even though there was a closed door.

The location was grate.

The facilities were really bad. They had to move us to another room, which was as bad as the first one. We had to ask for towels twice, because they forgot. We do not recommend this hotel!

숙소가 넓고 위치도 괜찮았음.

방 클리닝 안할때 수건과 물이 인원수만큼 제공되었으면 좋았을텐데 요청해서 다시받긴했지만 바로 씻고 싶었지만 올때까지 기다려야했다. 요청 전 알맞게 제공되었으면 좋았을 것 같다.

Location was great. Our room was huge! In-room eashing machine was a plus.

Entire apartment was dusty and needs a good cleaning! Breakfast wasn't good. Area where food were placed aren't 100% clean. I asked for a fork and was pointed to a container. Fork was sticky and inside the container appeared to be a milk residue.

The location of the hotel was good. Wide spread of traditional and western breakfast. The rooms are huge and that's about it

The hotel is a 4 star and I am unsure how this is assigned as it was below par 1. The rooms were not clean - even had to change rooms and it wasn't better. From the bathroom not being wiped down to sheets 2. The facilities were worn or torn or unkept. Bed frames were broken 3. The bed was not made properly. Never seen this ever before I think we may have booked the wrong Shin Shin, as next door there is another one that looked better kept.

シングルで予約しましたが、部屋がとても広くベッドはクイーンサイズ！コンビニが1階にあり少し歩くとスーパーや焼肉屋さんがいっぱいあり食事に困らなかったです。

シャワールームのスリッパにカビがあり履けなかった。

객실이 넓고 올레시장을 도보로 갈수 있기에 좋습니다! 침대가 큰편이라 킹침대+싱글침대를 붙여 소아동반 4인가족이 잠을 자는데 불편이 없었습니다. 나름 오션뷰라 가격대비 괜찮았습니다.

4인이 숙박예약을 했으나 수건은 4장. 요청하면 더 주긴하나 1박에 인당 수건두장이라 생각하나.. 2박째 교체 시점에서는 수건을 2장만 더주심... 또 요청하러 갑니다. 연박에는 수건두장만 갈아준다는 답변을 받으니.. 이건 아니다 싶네요 세면대 및 욕실에 배수가 안좋습니다! 조식이 이숙소의 장점이였으나. 이번에는 좀 실망 스러웠네요. 냉동고기를 해동을 덜시킨 문제로 안익은게 좀 물컹거리게 씹혀 뱉어냈습니다. 커피 머신은 에스프레소 추출에 문제가 있습니다. 숙소가 넓긴하나 조식이 개선되지 않는다면 굳이 여기를 선택할 이유는 없어 보입니다.

깨끗하고 가성비 있고 좋았습니다. 위치가 좋아서 올레시장등 걸어서 다닐 곳이 많아요.

에어컨 틀기는 애매할 때가 있는데 선풍기 하나 있으면 진짜 좋을거 같긴 합니다.

Large room and wash machine.

Room clean service is joke. Dirty floor, Dirty trash can. Dirty sink. Dust in selves. Bathroom smell bad. I was instructed staff who works at front desk that I have to ask to "clean floor also" when room clean services request. Otherwise, they only empty trashcan and towels. Parking lot also need to be clean. Garbage is everywhere.

房间超级大 还可以看到海景 地理位置优秀，服务员态度专业 早餐比较丰富 可选的样数也多，推荐住这！

可能是开了地暖的关系 厨房的通气管道一直发出咚咚咚的响声。必须要打开抽风机才能避免这个响声，对于声敏型人格来说 可能有一点需要注意

객실이 레지던스호텔이라 아주 넓고 깨끗해요.객실 구조는 휼륭하고 침구도 깨끗해요. 주변 시장과 맛집 올레길과 관광지 접근성 위치가 탁월하고 가성비 또한 최고입니다.조식 식당 쉐프님 친절하시고요. 음식도 맛있어요

Spacious rooms with a lot of amenities. There was a goof up with regards to the free breakfast, but it was quickly sorted by the staff. They speak good English and are very helpful.

위치 상으로 서귀포시를 돌아다니기에 좋았습니다. 조식은 생각보다 종류가 많았구요. 무엇보다 객실이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 배달음식도 시켜먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요.

객실은 괜찮았는데, 주차장 관리가 잘 안되고 있는 거 같아요. 주차장이 넓어서 좋긴한데 전기차 충전소도 몇몇개 마련해주면 좋을 것 같아요.

清潔不佳，馬桶蓋殘留黃色污漬（明明用酒精就能好好擦乾淨，清潔人員卻沒有清潔），冰箱到處都是醬料殘渣，雖然有餐桌但桌面油膩（濕紙巾擦兩遍才乾淨），電燈壞了沒修，枕頭套好幾條棕色痕跡沒洗乾淨，窗簾斑駁。

Huge room for 4 people, with a nice view of Seogwipo city. Just a short walk away were the local markets and plenty of amazing food options in the heart of Seogwipo. Very clean, spacious and very comfortable to stay in. The staff were lovely and even helped us bring our food delivery straight to our door. They do speak some English but we mostly used a translation device and had no issues. Washing machine, refrigerator, freezer and hairdryer were provided. There were plenty of free private parking spots in the hotel basement.

The bathroom has a strange setup. The shower and toilets are in their own stalls while the sink and mirror are located on the side of the entrance. This meant that it was hard to get changed when showering since the shower stall only just had enough space to shower and there was nowhere to hang your clothes other than outside near the sink. Staff sometimes forgot to provide the correct number of towels, or mugs but we simply requested it in the morning and it was resolved.

Even though the room was large, it was terribly smelly and somewhat dirty. I don't even want to mention the hallway, where you might feel like throwing up just by approaching the elevator. 🤢

세명이 갔는데 업그레이드 시켜주셔서 더 편하고 만족스럽게 지내고 왔습니다. 일반 호텔들보다 사이즈가 넓어서 너무 좋았고 일행들도 다 만족한 호텔이예요. 하루 더 머무르고 싶었던 호텔입니다.

다만, 쇼파가 조금 더 청결했으면 가성비등 모든면에서 백점드렸을건데.. 조금 뺐습니다.

Great location and great staff! There is a bus station outside the hotel, the town in walking distance too. The room was really spacious with lots of storage. They also gave me a free upgrade, which was so sweet of them!

It's not something I disliked exactly, but I stayed for 6 days and my room wasn't cleaned during my stay, I got a little sandy because I went to the beach. They did provide fresh towels and complimentary water every day at my door, though!

친절함, 비슷한 가격에 더블1개, 싱글1개, 세탁기, 싱크대, 소파 있는 곳은 찾기 힘듦. 가성비로는 괜찮음.

배드 위 눈썹, 머리카락(사람이 청소하다 보면 그럴 수 있다고 봄)욕실 실리콘 곰팡이(관리 할 수 있음), 수납장 문 물먹음, 소파 이염 지워지는 것도 지워지지 않는 것도 있음 검색하여 나오는 호텔 측 전화 신호와 안내 멘트 있으나 연결되지 않음(전화 좀 받아주세요), 주차장 자리 없는 상황 발생 가능하므로 미리 안내 해주면 좋을 것 같음. 청소 시 전체 수납장 및 냉장고 등등 다 열어 확인 필요 있음(냉동실에 얼음틀, 냉장고에 빨대, 수납장에 이전 투숙객 소지품(니트 옷, 속옷) 있었음)

1/ parties communes = moquettes tachées partout, tâches de nourriture non nettoyées, poubelles alimentaires des chambres devant les portes = odeurs horribles. Murs en décomposition avec des éclats de peinture de partout. 2/ chambres non conformes aux photos, meubles cassés abîmés, poils et cheveux dans la salle de bain et derrière les portes, joints moisis, rideaux malodorants 3/ le personnel ne parle que chinois et coréen, impossible de communiquer même avec des applications de traduction. Ne savent pas indiquer de restau ou de bureau d'information touristique.

Grande chambre et grand parking, bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour.

Ménage à revoir, manque d'équipements dans la chambre (pas assez de verres, tasses, pas de micro-ondes mais il y en a un à la réception)

Grande chambre avec lave linge, espace avec table, toilettes séparé de la douche. L hotel est proche du marché traditionel et des cascades.

Pas de menage systématique...il faut demander à l accueil mais, même dans ce cas, ce n'est pas fait. Les parties communes sont à rafraichir... Le petit déjeuner est peu diversifié et très asiatique... Le personnel n est pas accueillant et ne parle pas anglais.

Excellent position with access to Market, great restaurants and Artists Walk.

I was disappointed I didn't receive the room I requested, but it was still spacious, clean and well air conditioned.

La propreté

La chambre est spacieuse, avec espace cuisine/salle a manger. Mais pas du tout équipé. Beaucoup d’espace de rangement et une lave-linge. Vue bien. Literie bien. Parking bien. Deux choses: l’état des couloirs/tapis est mauvaise; et il y a une forte odeur qui envahit tout l’hotel et parfois peut etre deguelasse

The location isn’t too bad

Location of the hotel is fantastic. There are plenty of food options around. It is just 5 mins walk to Ollie Market street, 10 mins walk to the Cheongjiyeon Waterfall and 20 mins walk to Jeongbang Waterfall. Breakfast wasn't to expectation but it is good enough just to fill our stomach. The hallway smells of cigarettes even though the rooms are non-smoking. Rooms size is great, it has a washer in every room. That's a deal changer for us. Plenty of carpark lots too.

Breakfast is nothing to shout about. Had breakfast there once and we said we'll eat else where instead. Variety is limited, coffee is not even available, only milk and juice from dispensing machine.

De kamer was zeer groot, had prima bedden, een grote TV, goede airco en een wasmachine. Er was een keuken gedeelte met grote frigo en diepvries. Wel was er geen kookvuur, borden, glazen etc. Er werd ook vriendelijk gevraagd om niet te koken op de kamer.

De badkamer had veel schimmel in de douche: in de voegen, op het plafond en op drie van de vier muren. Het zorgde zelf voor een schimmelgeur in de gehele badkamer.

Ils nous ont donné une chambre pour 4 alors que nous avions réservé pour 5. En gros ils ne tiennent pas forcément compte du nombre de personnes et donnent les chambres par ordre d'arrivée. En gros 4 couchages et un matelas par terre. Et ils n'ont rien voulu entendre. Le reste était correct compte tenu du prix

처음 들어갔는데, 청소가 잘 안되어있어서 땅콩이 굴러다님 조식이 금액에 비해 별로였다

Ok, opphold. Det var rent da vi kom, men det lå igjen noe hår fra forrige person her og der. Hotellet var noe slitt og flere steder trengte oppussing. Hotellet lå sentralt i Seogwipo og det var lett å komme seg rundt. Pluss også for store rom og vaskemaskin på rommet.
