Not too far from the walk along the water. A nice little breakfast room. Not far from lots of beachfront restaurants.

I don’t mind walking but it was out in a neighborhood with poor sidewalks and few shops right near by.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the cigar room. They assisted with ev charging. The room was a good size and comfortable.

The location was down a residential street, and the room was quite dark. We had a ground floor room so that meant the view was the next building. The hotel seemed like it needs an update.

Room very very small hôtel water very difficult to obtain you have to wait and then it comes with difficulties. Breakfast lady is nice and helpful but orange juice is cheap cheap.

We stayed one night before flying home. It is about 15 minutes drive from the airport. The beach/waterfront is about 2 blocks away. There is a nice promenade at the beach for walking. Had free car parking. Lot of expensive seafood restaurants along the waterfront.

Not convenient to many stores.

The location is ideal, especially for anyone flying in or out of Rome. Being just minutes from Fiumicino Airport made our travel days effortless, and the surrounding area was easy and pleasant to get around. Despite the convenience, the hotel is remarkably quiet — we slept soundly every night without a hint of noise, which is no small thing for an airport-area stay. There's a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout that makes you feel instantly at ease, and our room was spotless — genuinely immaculate — and clearly looked after with real care and attention to detail. What sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. After we'd already returned home to California, I realized I'd left a personal item behind. I reached out half-expecting it to be gone for good, and instead the team went completely above and beyond. They tracked it down, packed it up, and walked me through the entire international shipping process until it arrived safely on the other side of the world. That's not something a hotel has to do — it's something they choose to do because they genuinely care about their guests.

Very clean and practical, close to the beach and many very good restaurants, 10 mins from the airport but you feel like you’re at the countryside , gorgeous cigar lounge, amazing breakfast. Staff is lovely

La salle de bain présente plusieurs problèmes. La valve de la chasse d’eau des toilettes fonctionnait très mal : il fallait donner un coup très fort pour qu’elle fonctionne. La douche ne chauffait pas suffisamment et le jet d’eau était faible. Par moments, la pression redevenait correcte, puis diminuait à nouveau. Le matelas du lit était également très dur. À mon arrivée à l’hôtel, j’ai demandé à utiliser les toilettes de l’accueil. L’odeur de remontée d’égouts était extrêmement forte et franchement insupportable. Cela ne m’a pas donné une très bonne première impression. Cependant, au moment de mon départ, j’ai constaté que le propriétaire avait fait le nécessaire pour résoudre le problème, ce que j’ai apprécié. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, le fait de ne pas pouvoir se servir soi-même et de ne pas avoir le choix des produits proposés n’en a malheureusement pas fait un moment très agréable. Le propriétaire nous a fait choisir avant à manger et à boire. Franchement, nous n’avons pas appréciés.

The hotel itself is a good choice, especially if you need to stay close to the airport. The room was small, but it had a large and comfortable bed, air conditioning, a fridge, and all the essentials, including a kettle and cups. A big plus is the airport transfer. During the day it costs €20, although for very early transfers (around 4–6 a.m.) the price is €25 per person. The airport is only about a 15-minute drive away. I also liked the breakfast option, as you can adjust it to your preferences, and coffee is included, which is a nice touch. However, I had an issue with the breakfast. My flight was at 6 a.m., so I asked the day before if it would be possible to prepare at least a croissant and coffee for me in the morning. The girl serving breakfast told me it would not be a problem, but after checking with the hotel owner, who was also handling the airport transfers, I was told it was not possible because the kitchen does not operate that early. This was disappointing, as breakfast was included in and paid for with my booking, but I was unable to use it due to the hotel’s arrangements. If you have an early morning flight, I recommend checking this in advance and not assuming that an included breakfast will be available. Overall, a decent and convenient hotel for a short stay near the airport, but the breakfast situation for early departures could definitely be improved.

The issue with the breakfast was definitely the most unpleasant part of my stay. It was especially disappointing because breakfast was included in my booking and I had specifically asked in advance whether something could be prepared for my early departure. I was initially told it would not be a problem, but the request was later refused by the hotel owner.

Very clean, the shuttle service to and from the airport was easy. Very pleasant hotel staff.

No complaints about the hotel it was perfect for our two day stay.

We needed a night close to Rome airport and were happy to find it next to the beach and great restaurants. The room was spacious, super clean and with a nice bathroom. The mattress was very firm but the pillows were just to my liking and not too high. The soundproof windows kept all noice out. Breakfast possibilities are ordered the evening before. Kind and attentive staff.

The mattress was very hard, and I preferred a more soft one.

The rooms were attractive and large enough for one night. The staff was excellent. Breakfast (for which you placed an order the day before) was an unexpected delight -- a light-filled room and good quality food. We were assured that (free) parking would be available and it was. A short drive to return our rental car at the airport, with gas stations long the way.

Everything was exceptionally clean, it was as if the room had just been decorated, aircon was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to stay near to the airport then we recommend this place, they even provide shuttle service for a small fee.

Останавливались на две ночи. Заселились раньше положенного срока с доплатой 20 евро, это нам было очень важно. Кондиционер, чистая постель и хорошее отношение персонала , это то, что нужно после бессонной ночи и перелета! Трансфер до аэропорта в 2 часа ночи тоже нам был очень важен! Рядом с отелем несколько ресторанов с отличной кухней!

Не помешал бы мини холодильник для воды и напитков.

The views were beautiful, and that was a main reason we selected this rental. It did not disappoint.

The one bathroom could use some updating. I understand wanting to keep some original character, but clearly the bathrooms are not original to the home per the age of the home. The shower stalls in the lower bathroom are very tiny and need some updating.

I have booked this hotel as result of my flight from Rome got cancelled, so I have paid a very high rate I presume. I can't undestand how people can rate this hotel higher than average. it looks like a highway motel in the middle of a 3rd world country and extremely expensive.

Месторасположение неплохое, до пляжа 5-7 минут, но не первая и даже не 2 линия! Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый, стараются помочь. Номер в принципе неплохой, но душевая очень небольшая. Кондиционер справлялся хорошо.

Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего. Заметно что управляющий весьма экономит. И разумеется никакого "шведского стола"! Необходимо за день заказать продукты из списка, а он весьма скромен. Душевая очень мала. Звукопроницаемость ужасна, мы были напуганы ночью звуками из ванной, когда в соседнем номере смыли унитаз! И до этого мы слышали разговор за стеной очень отчётливо!Естественно на 4 звезды гостиница не тянет. И конечно 500€ за две ночи это нереальная стоимость. 4 звезды на первой линии в Лидо за половину стоимости данной гостиницы, позволяет мне делать подобный вывод! Решение о бронировании было спонтанным, поскольку мы часом ранее покинули ещё более ужасную гостиницу. К сожалению впечатления от отдыха не самые хорошие.

Room was very clean. Breakfast on 3rd floor - simple but perfect coffee, pastries, fruit. Entire hotel was very clean and very nicely decorated. Airport shuttle pickup well organized. Friendly staff.

Fabulous breakfast with exceptional service from the lovely team. The shuttle was great and easy to schedule; just a call and they collect you from the airport within ten minutes. Bonus that there was a lift too. Comfy room, and extremely clean. Very quiet area. Peaceful. Small supermarket is about a five minute stroll.

We stayed here our last night for the how close it is to the airport and the shuttle service they offer. What we received was a quiet, comfortable, clean room, and a amazing breakfast. It is only a couple of blocks to the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay. The airport shuttle arrived on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time.

Ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi dal lungomare e quindi da ristoranti e bar. Il personale è disponibile e cortese e molto attento ad ogni esigenza. La camera era comoda, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Una menzione speciale per la colazione servita in un'accogliente veranda.

Definitely exceeded expectations and we wished we’d had an extra day to spend at the hotel and the beach. We stayed one night since it was close to the airport. But it’s even closer to the beach. The owners were lovely, the morning breakfast overlooking the sea was fantastic, and the sunset + morning walk along the beach was the icing on the cake.

I needed a room near(ish) to the airport, with shuttle service - the hotel provided me a ride to the hotel, and then back to the airport at 3am for an early flight. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and a plus was that the beach was just several blocks away with many choices of places to eat. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A convenient location for the airport.

This was a great place to end our family trip to Italy! The rooms were clean, shuttle reliable and staff was very friendly and helpful! The included breakfast in rooftop cafe was great! Our only issue is that the beds were a bit hard for our taste. We would definetly stay here again!

The front desk people were lovely and kind. The breakfast room was very nicely decorated. The elevator worked. The room seemed reasonably clean.

It is a very, very, very long way from the airport. The cab charged me 35 euros to drive me there, and their shuttle wasn't available at a reasonable time the next morning (7:15 AM) so I had to take another cab back. The hotel is on a grubby side street in a grubby town. The beach is not at all pleasant, and the night I was there, it was so windy that sand was whipping around. There are three restaurants at the end of the block, along the lungomare. I was dismayed with all three. I had traveled alone in Italy for +2 months and been confident and felt safe. But I felt uneasy walking down the street back to the hotel in the dark, although the woman at the front desk had voluntarily assured me that there are "no gypsies" nearby. I don't know anything about gypsies nor how that might be a benefit. There is an additional, only cash, "daily fee" they will ask for. All hotels in Italy ask for this, but the two tired American women checking in just ahead of me were not yet in possession of euros. It cannot be paid by credit card, apparently.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen und auch zum Meer 🙂. Zimmer klein, aber sauber. Der Frühstücksraum liegt im 3. Stock mit Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt allerdings erst ab 7 Uhr Frühstück, das war für uns zu spät.

Permanenter Fluglärm bis Mitternacht, bei geschlossenem Fenster auszuhalten.

Since I have to at airport so early, I couldn't enjoy the breakfast. Stuff was really nice. As soon as they learn I need a travel arrangement to visit a place of interest, they offered the shuttle service. I was able to spend whole afternoon to explore roman ruins and it made me really happy.

It would be nice for traveler who need to leave before breakfast time to offer sandwich or pastry bag to take.
