Professional staff, very helpful. The rooms were clean, and the cleaners were all pleasant and polite.

There's nothing I didn't like.

Its my 3rd time time staying and i really enjoy my stay, looking forward towards my next visit after the hotel undergo renovation

Maybe the overall design...looks rundown...but it make it up with its good services

Very rude staff, asked to pay extra as we took half an hour long to vacate, and then he literally shouted at us, he kept mum when we took a video of him. Rooms were not very comfy, AC took hours to cool the room. overall bad experience

Electricity broke in my room, I know there are renovations planned, these are desperate in areas. Bedrooms need updating, more clothes hangers needed. Better chairs for the balconies, need to recline.

The ocean view from the room seven eleven close by i would stay here again thumps up for the hotel

It was only near a beach and delicious food

All broken, dirty stains impossible to use the shower not friendly staff worst stay ever.

Personalet var venligt og imødekommende. Beliggenheden fin og der blev skiftet sengetøj og håndklædet hver dag.. fin udsigt.

Hotellet meget slidt, døren til balkon utæt og kunne ikke lukkes rigtigt (derfor meget støj) Sengen trænger til udskiftning. Og morgenmadsbuffeten list sølle.

Hotel is not maintained, old painting& furniture ,windows are locked not opening, smell of damp. Expensive for what is offering.

Der Blick aus dem Zimmer zum Strand und auf das Meer. Sonnenuntergang vom Zimmer aus zu sehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man auch an den Möbeln, dem Kühlschrank( Rostflecken) und im Badezimmer ( kaputte Duschkabine und sehr sparkig). Außerdem ist es durch die Strandstrasse sehr laut, da auch die Balkontür nicht richtig schließt. Die Aircon ist sehr laut und bringt wenig Kühlung, ausser das man, während sie läuft, nicht auf dem Balkon sitzen kann weil dort der Generator steht und heiß und laut ist. Beim Frühstück hat mir persönlich verschiedene Obstsorten gefehlt. Es gab jeden Tag nur Ananas und Wassermelone, kein anderes Obst.

Ranna ääres, toidupoed, söögikohad, turud lähedal. Tuk-tukiga saab kesklinna.

Enamus külastajatest meie idanaabrid. Hommikusöök oleks võinud olla vähe mitmekesisem.

Large LG tv in room with HDMI. Fridge and WIFI good. Nice location right on beach.

A/C worked correctly about half the time. Other times it would blow warm humid air into room. Unable to resolve with staff. Cleanliness and beds also not great for this price range.

Очень уставший отель с ремонтом 80х годов, кровать скрипит состоит из двух матрацев соедененных неудобно спать, душ частично работает благодаря изоленте, кондер шумит как боинг спать лучше с открытым окном. Завтраки не рекомендую брать.

The location was very good just yards from the beach.

The breakfast.was ok, although not much of a selection, for the egg haters among us.

The location is great; it's right across the street from the beach. And it is close to shops and restaurants.

It is outdated in the shower has mold around the sliding doors that should be cleaned.

The location and staff are nice. It's directly across the road from the beach. Transport via Grab (same as Uber) or Baht bus can easily be accessed from the doorstep.

The hotel and room in general is more than ready for a refurb. It's not dirty in any way but looks a bit tired with noisy aircon. There's also no pool for those that aren't keen on swimming in the sea.

Room cleaner was lovely. Cleaned every day. Front of hotel staff very nice Food ok Great location opposite the beach

Otele biraz, yenileme gerekiyor,bakımsız kalmış.fakat temiz ve rahat odalar. Lokasyonda iyi,her yere tuk tuk lar ile ucuza gidebiliyorsunuz.

We had picked a cheaper room and was an awful smell we were give another room and aircon was leaking another room and shower water was cold so we upgraded to a larger room with sea view and was good

No hot water, bed not comfortable, water pressure bad, would not recommend unless you are on a very tight budget .

It is at the perfect location with all good facilities, and I enjoyed living in 50m from the beach.

Wasn't so clean... unfortunately and too noises! There are too many shouting on bar areas... too noises from the street as room on 1st floor

The location is great. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. The room was a good size. The decor of the bathroom (ceramic tiling) was nice.

The staff was uninterested in any service when we checked in. It was almost as if we woke him from a nap when we arrived. The room was damp. Everything felt ... damp. The aircon was fine, but it never really dried things out in the room. The bed is an old spring mattress, and was not comfortable. The pillows must've been stuffed with sand, as they were heavy and hard. There were mosquitoes in the room, including a dead one squashed on the bathroom wall. The extractor fan was falling out of the bathroom ceiling, and the shower door was corroded at the base (causing it to get stuck when my husband was in the shower). The furniture in the room was fine. Old, but functional . Honestly, I had high hopes for Jomtien 12, based on how it looks from the front. We have a place nearby, and wanted to be able to host friends at the Jomtien 12 when they visit. We will not be recommending this hotel, and will find another for when friends come to town.

Location next to the Beach, short walk to the Chinese and Jontiem night markets, on a baht bus route, organised taxi to airport, friendly staff!

At breakfast they need to be quicker at restocking fresh fruit, make better use of front of hotel

Close to Jomtien Beach but far to everything else. but they were nice and it worked well still. Open 24 hrs.

No included breakfast. The window was 1 meter from another house...

Had a room with a balcony overlooking the beach which was great. The room was well equipped and clean and the bed was big and comfortable. All of the front of house staff were really friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff were quick and thorough. There were lots of local shops, bars and eateries all along the beach road. I’d definitely use this hotel again

The people who claim the room were great they were excellent

The people who checked you in at the front desk for terrible but Wi-Fi every night at 9:30 went out during the daytime it was intermittent the lady who was I guess was the boss always wanted to interject herself into whatever was conversation that was going on they wanted to charge you for having one of the front rooms extra I will never stay there again this was my second time staying there first time they said the Wi-Fi was being replaced this time the Wi-Fi was just as bad as it was the first time I stayed there
