הצוות היה ממש ממש נחמד יש שירות של מוניות הלוך חזור פעמיים בחינם ובקופנגן זה ממש חשוב למי שלא לוקח אופנוע

אנחנו היינו באזור של הוילות וחשוב להגיד שהאזור של הוילות יותר רחוק מהמקומות המוכרים בשונה מהמלון שקרוב יותר להכל. אז חשוב שתבחרו את המיקום של המלון ולא של הוילות אם בא לכם להיות יותר במרכז כי זה משמעותי

Personale molto efficiente, rispondono immediatamente a qualsiasi tipo di necessità. Eravamo nella Villa quindi in una posizione più dislocata ma l’hotel era disponibile a portarci gratuitamente alla spiaggia. Noi abbiamo noleggiato il motorino per comodità di maggiori spostamenti, direttamente presso l’hotel. La villa è un bilocale e condivide la piscina con altre poche ville quindi da un senso di esclusività. Tra i set bagno c’era anche il balsamo oltre allo shampoo e bagnoschiuma.

In generale è stato un soggiorno molto positivo. Consiglio alcuni dettagli per renderlo migliore: La pulizia essendo prevista ogni 2 giorni, sarebbe comunque preferibile che il cestino del bagno venga cambiato ogni giorno non potendo buttare la carta nel water. La villa presenta una cucina ma non ci sono fornelli/piastre, potrebbe un bel plus se rifornita. L’acqua della doccia rimaneva troppo calda.

I loved staying here, the staff were so friendly, the room was great and there are free bikes to help you get round the island!

Lo staff è stato super gentile, ci ha aiutato in ogni nostra necessità. È disponibile una corsa tuk tuk che ti porta gratuitamente nel raggio di 2km, le bici sono gratuite ed è possibile noleggiare lo scooter a 250 bath al giorno.

Terrible experience and disrespectful service – Avoid this place! We arrived with high expectations, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. As soon as we entered, the TV literally fell off. Instead of handling it professionally, they expected us to stay in the room and waste our vacation time while they fixed it. At the same time, the refrigerator stopped working, even though they claimed "everything was checked before arrival." After we complained, their "solution" was to move us to a much smaller room. We told them this wasn't acceptable since we paid for a specific room size, but they didn't care. The breaking point was in the second room: we wanted to take a shower and realized there was no water. They had shut off the water for a period of time and didn't even bother to inform us in advance! When we asked what was going on, they casually said, "Oh yeah, it's fine, we just shut off the water." This is something guests MUST be notified about beforehand! The staff's attitude was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. When we brought up these legitimate issues, they basically dismissed us, saying they had nothing to do about it, and walked away. Zero customer service, zero accountability.

Loved it, good location, comfortable bed, welcoming stuff. Geetings to Pock, really helped me out with taxi serviss and many tips.

חדר שירותים ומקלחת מיושן. יש פח אחד בחדר (בשירותים) כספת מאוד קטנה ופשוטה. ריהוט ישן

Die Liebe im Detail.

Wir waren in einer der Villas in Moon Shadow und der Aufenthalt war empfehlenswert, preis-Leistung super und fernab von Trubel. Die Villa war sehr modern eingerichtet und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Ohne Roller würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Enorm genoten van deze accommodatie. Wij hadden de 1 gezinswoning. Heel erg mooi met een hoop faciliteiten, enorm krachtige airco's, prachtige slaap en badkamers met Disney tekeningen in de tegels. Fijne keuken en leuke overloop waar je in de avond prima kan vertoeven. Personeel is aardig, behulpzaam en spreekt goed Engels. Alles wat je over het eiland te weten wilt komen kun je aan ze vragen. Scooters zijn ook via het hotel te regelen en zijn prima betaalbaar. Geen gezeur en gedoe achteraf. Locatie is ongeveer 10 min lopen van het "bruisende" gedeelte maar ik zou lekker de scooter pakken ;)

Het zwembad zit wat ver weg van de hoofd accommodatie. Het hotel brengt je gratis daar naar toe met de TucTuc.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage.

I stayed at their new villas. This place is perfect for couples looking for a nice airbnb-like getaway. The place is new and feels well made, with tons of space, a nice bathtub, good view with a large window outlooking the forest from the bed. Staff were amazingggg (shoutout to Po!). They offer a free shuttle service from the villa to anywhere within 2 km (important to note that the villais located in a somewhat difficult road on the forest side of sritanu).

Lighting: I had to work on my laptop and the lighting was less than ideal for that. Additionally, there was a window in the room with no curtain, so light got in early morning.

The location was great, within walking distance of beaches and amenities but just outside the hustle and bustle. Peaceful and quiet around the site, very pretty with the beautiful fish. Communication, friendliness and helpfulness was excellent throughout, both leading up to and during our stay. The free shuttle service was a lovely option.

The air con wasn't quite so effective in one of our rooms.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, position is great, 5 minutes driving from everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable for the island standards. Overall, is probably one of the best at this price.

The hotel is on the main road, so if you have light sleep, you'll probably be awaken from the noise of the bikes. During week days, after midnight, is generally quiet until 8-9 am. Would be great if the restaurant would be also open for dinner, but it closes at 5pm.

The staff here are amazing! Seriously, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location is also great, and they even offer free rides to nearby spots, which was a huge plus for getting around easily.

I was really disappointed by the "pool" situation. The hotel listing explicitly says there is an "Outdoor swimming pool" under the property facilities, but there isn’t one on site. It’s actually located at their other hotel. Even though they drive you there, it’s just not the same as having it at your own hotel. Plus, once you’re at the pool, there are no restrooms and no service at all , not even a place to buy a drink. This is pure misinformation, and it’s not okay to list a facility that isn’t physically there.

This hotel is worth it only if u get it for a cheap price (25$) and for a short period of time Otherwise its not worth it

If you are into parties (full moon , half moon , any other moon) this is the place for you. Pay to access the beaches .. No. Pretentious , over priced , finding yourself vibe , everything your looking for .... Hopefully the constant smell of weed is finally diminished by next year. Always illegal in public ! ...by the way. We will not be back to this island.

Die Ausstattung und Lage war gut. Die Straße Abend laut aber nicht störend.

Es war war immer sehr schön und besonders Koh phangan.

Very clean, easy check in, good parking. Pleasant and easy.

The road is quite busy, so the side facing balcony has that, however with the french windows closed there is no disturbance and at night it's quiet.

Great value for money!! Communication for reception was clear, beds are extremely comfy, there's even a free tuktuk service to take you to some beaches. Although we opt to rent scooters from the hotel directly.

The hotel is small and cozy, located in the most central area. The room is large and spacious and meets all our needs. The service at the hotel is exceptional, they help with everything you need, they respond to every request, there is a shuttle service that takes you around the hotel areas free of charge twice a day. The hotel staff is courteous, helpful, available and amazing. The villa complex is cozy, private and well-invested, even if there are small problems, they fix them right away, and everything with love and service.

Ich war in einer der Villen. Das ist etwa 10 minuten vom Hotel entfernt, ruhig gelegen. Man braucht einen Roller, um hin und wieder weg zu kommen, hat dann aber einen herrlichen Rückzugsort mit einem Pool für 4 Villen und Ruhe. Das Team ist super hilfsbereit, Roller wurde mir zur Villa gebracht, Transfer mit dem originellen TukTuk (vermutlich dem einzigen auf der Insel). Und Mr. Chang ist ein wunderbar hilfsbereiter und netter Mitarbeiter. War schon zweimal da und komme gerne wieder.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, mooie ruime kamers en de service van gratis Tuctuc was geweldig! Zeer goede uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen.

Thought my room was lovely, the service just went above and beyond everyone so helpful and welcoming, even to the point of making sure I could get where I needed to go so gave me a lift to an appointment and then a lift to my next stay, I have stayed so many places in Thailand and not had this level of service before made me feel very taken care of and made everything a lot easier logistically thank you so much I will come back again for sure. Wir hatte eine super schöne Woche in einer der Villen, sauberer Pool, gute Ausstattung, grosse Terrasse und Personal war immer super erreichbar. Ein kleiner Familienroller wurde bereitgestellt, da der Weg zum Strand etwas umständlich ist und auch ein super TukTuk Service wurde bereitgestellt.

Very friendly staff, helpful with luggage and showing us around the room. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Construction opposite the hotel which was noisy. But out of their control

Me gustó todo, sobre todo la atención del personal. Han sido super amables en todo momento, ayudando en todo lo posible. Ademas la habitacion familiar es enorme con todo lo necesario. Sin duda volveré a repetir.
