Buona posizione, in venti minuti a piedi si è in centro. Il proprietario/gestore ci ha offerto un upgrade con terrazza vista mare senza sovrapprezzo. Appartamento spazioso e luminoso in un contesto semi-nuovo.

Pulizia tremenda (ho dovuto ri-lavare tutto il bagno; polvere ovunque; finestre sporche; muri segnati). Posto auto molto costoso (200 NOK al giorno; attenzione che stando due notti fanno pagare 3 giorni) e senza possibilità di ricarica veicolo elettrico.

We hadden het appartement aan de haven geboekt. Helaas kregen wij bij aankomst van de dame die de sleutels beheerde te horen dat de gasten in het appartement 2 dagen langer hadden bijgeboekt. Dus kregen wij een ander appartement zonder parkeergarage uitzicht op gebouw totaal geen privacy. De eigenaar deed wel iets van de prijs af. Omdat we er om vroegen en er op dat moment ook niks anders te krijgen was in Stavanger.

Geen privacy erg vies. De borden en glazen waren vies incl de pannen. De handgrepen van de keukenkastjes waren vet.

De locatie inclusief parkeergarage.

-Het was erg vies. -Het douchputje liep niet door waardoor de hele badkamer blank stond. -Bedlampjes deden hiet. -Magnetron deed het niet

Propriétaire très aimable et accueillant. Appartement tout confort, très propre ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien ! C'était super, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!!

Die Lage war perfekt in der Stadtmitte, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Das Apartment war groß und gut ausgestattet.

Leider waren die Töpfe und der Backofen sehr schmutzig und fettig. Eine gründliche Reinigung wäre angebracht. Es gab keine Spültabs für die Spülmaschine.

Beliggenheten var perfekt. Kort vei til sentrum.

Det var kun store badehåndklær, ingen i mellomstørrelse til ansikt/hår. Det manglet brødkniv, men det skaffet verten raskt da vi sa ifra. Det var ingen tørkeruller og håndsåpen var "utvannet" så vi kjøpte ny. Ikke håndhånkle på badet, ei heller "dusjmatte".

Beliggenhet, fin leilighet, godt utstyrt men litt skittent ,mikrobølgeovn, fryser,støvete litt her og der. Fett og støv oppå stikk kontakt på kjøkkenet.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Veldig praktisk leilighet. God seng. Smooth innsjekking.

Det kunne vært litt renere, men det er bare småpirk. Kjøkkenet kunne vært bedre utstyrt

Läget och storleken på lägenheten. Att allt fanns som vi behövde. Lätt att få kontakt med personal som var hjälpsam.

Inte så välstädat. Skulle behöva uppdatera stekpannor.

We were really happy when we booked this accommodation 1 1/2 months before our stay.

We received a really abrupt phone call the afternoon before our stay informing us that we couldn't stay there anymore. Someone else was already there and had to stay longer and so we were not allowed to come. There was no apology whatsoever.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen hat uns gefallen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr schlecht. Selber Kochen erfordert einiges an Improvisation, weil die Utensilien nicht vorhanden sind. Zudem müsste die Küche gründlich gereinigt werden. Man kann zum essen nicht richtig sitzen, weil unter dem Hochtisch ein eingebauter Schrank ist. Die Parkgebühr in der Tiefgarage ist sehr hoch. 200 NOK pro Tag.

Das Apartment war sehr verstaubt. Für Leute die sensibel auf Staub reagieren ist es ungeeignet.

Apartamentul este mai mult decât ți ai putea dori , are absolut tot ce ai nevoie atât în bucătărie cat și restul casei . Balconul este divin, îți poți bea cafeaua, bucurându-te de priveliștea liniștită a oceanului, in special seara este un peisaj foarte frumos. Gazda o persoană foarte amabilă și prietenoasă , extraordinară ❤️ Recomand cu mare încredere 🙏

The location is good. But it sometimes it gets noisy because of drunk people.

Its a little dusty and a not properly cleaned.

It was in a great location and we could walk everywhere. The unit was quiet. Nice afternoon sun. Nice balcony with sun.

The bed was a double. So if 2 people a bit tight. Also the bed was very soft. The amenities were very limited. Blackout curtains in the living room would have been nice.

Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon, nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt und angenehm ruhig. Man hatte einen eigenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz.

Zuerst mussten wir mehr als eine Stunde auf den Gastgeber warten, obwohl wir ihm wie vereinbart eine halbe Stunde vorher Bescheid gegeben hatten. Die Wohnung hätte gern etwas sauberer sein dürfen. Die Filter der Dunstabzugshaube scheinen seit Jahren nicht gewechselt worden zu sein. In der Küche gab es keine Pfanne. Obwohl wir den Gastgeber darauf angesprochen haben, stand nur ein sehr kleiner Topf zur Verfügung. Es wäre hilfreich gewesen, das vorher zu wissen, damit wir selbst etwas hätten mitbringen können und nicht extra etwas kaufen mussten. Im Badezimmer funktionierte nur eine Lampe. Da wir den Gastgeber nicht erreichen konnten, mussten wir die Glühbirne selbst austauschen.

Grundsätzlich sehr hübsch gelegen.

Insgesamt war die Abwicklung etwas problematisch. Gebucht hatten wir ein App. mit 2 Zimmern, der Vermieter kam persönlich mit den Schlüsseln und zeigte uns ein Zimmer, das weder den gebuchten Meerblick hatte (was ja noch verkraftbar gewesen wäre) noch das zweite Zimmer, das uns zuerst gar nicht so bewußt wurde. Als der Herr schon gegangen war, wurde uns bewusst, dass ein zwischen Sofa und Wand gequetschter Schlafplatz (sehr niedrige Matratze, wirkte fast so, als würde man unmittelbar über dem Boden schlafen) wohl das zweite Zimmer ist, da sonst kein weiterer Schlafplatz mehr auszumachen war in der eher kleinen Wohnung. Wir kontaktierten dann Booking, nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten zwischen der Dame von dort und dem Vermieter wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser eigentlich gebuchtes Zimmer einen Wasserschaden in der Küche habe, deshalb bekamen wir dieses kleine Appartement zugeteilt. Man bot uns dann an, dass wir einen Preisnachlass bekämen. Da meine Tochter aber auf keinen Fall im letzten Eck am Boden schlafen wollte, meinte man, wir könnten es ja woanders versuchen (sicher ganz leicht, in der Sommerzeit augenblicklich etwas Geeignetes zu finden), im Weiteren dann, dass es noch 2 Appartements scheinbar vom selben Vermieter gäbe, die frei wären, die wären nebeneinander gelegen und wir könnten beide zum ursprünglichen Preis beziehen, - was wir dann auch taten. Dies war ja grundsätzlich okay, wir finden es nur im Nachhinein sehr unverschämt, dass uns dies nicht von Anfang an mitgeteilt wurde, der angebliche Schaden war ja wohl nicht ein paar Minuten vorher aufgetreten, und hätten wir uns nicht beschwert, hätten wir weder Geld noch Ersatzangebote bekommen. So nach dem Motto: mal sehen, vielleicht geht das ja so durch…für den Vermieter dann ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis…).

Location excellent. The apartment is in a block which is secure so no one can access it unless they’re living/staying there. The apartment was fully functional from the fully fitted kitchen, to a washer and dryer in the bathroom, large bedroom, comfy bed, nice living area etc.

It only had one pillow each, and we would have liked two each.

Small apartment with view over the harbour and small balcony. Ideal size for one or two people, all facilities available. Great service.

Det kunne kanskje vært litt renere, men det var ikke slik at jeg ikke kunne bodd der igjen. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake!

Ruim appartement midden in het centrum.

Het bed was erg zacht en het dekbed rook niet fris. Alsof " het weer" erin zat. Tv konden we niet aankrijgen er was ook geen gebruiksaanwijzing.

You have to park the car in a parking lot so you have to pay. The address wasn't very clear. A bit noisy on friday night.

L’appartamento non corrispondeva alle foto nella descrizione della prenotazione. Non chiare indicazioni fornite dai proprietari. Al nostro arrivo l’appartamento era preparato per 2 e non per 4.

Die Lage direkt am Hafen mit Meerblick und kleinem Balkon sind top. Der Weg ins Zentrum und zu diversen Ausflugzielen ist super. Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern gebucht und haben zwei Apartments mit nur jeweils einem Schlafzimmer erhalten. Ein No-Go mit zwei Kleinkindern. Einsicht vom Vermieter gab es keine. Zu viert in einem kleinen Bett schlafen lies keine Urlaubserholung aufkommen. Sauberkeit der Unterkunft lies mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Wir mussten zuerst mal eine Grundreinigung durchführen, bevor wir die Wohnung nutzen konnten. Dies scheint ein grundsätzliches Thema hier zu sein, da es in zahlreichen anderen Bewertungen ebenfalls zu lesen ist.

Sehr gute Lage der Appartments

Haben nicht die gebuchte große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern bekommen, sondern wegen Wasserschadens (!) 2 kleinere Appartments, was für eine Familie mit 4 Personen suboptimal war. Mit unseren schon größeren Kindern ging es, aber wir haben in der 2. Wohnung nur das Schlafzimmer genutzt. Sauberkeit in beiden Wohnung verbesserungswürdig (Küche ok, Handtücher fleckig, im Wohnraum Boden nicht gereinigt), in einer Wohnung kaum Lampen vorhanden, in der anderen funktionierte der Backofen nicht. TG- Parkplatz kostete bei 3 Übernachtungen 4x 200 NOK.

Firstly it wasn't the apartment that we booked, and we weren't advised of it until we discovered about it on our own. The house that he gave us was dirty, full of spiderwebs, and looked like a warehouse.

The location, secure parking, fully equipped apartment.

I only had a 2 night stay but was charged 3 days parking as my arrival to leaving spaned 3 days. I've never experienced this before either staying in hotels or apartments.

Great location next to the harbour with city & water views. Short walk into the centre, paid parking below the apartment block. Spacious & clean.

Some of the lights were questionable but not an issue as so few hours of darkness. Even though we stayed only 2 nights we had to pay for 3 days of parking.

Excellent location, about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Stavanger. The apartment is a good size for a couple, staying for a few nights and it’s in a quiet area.

The apartment is quite tired and a few things don’t work or are broken. Parking (in the underground parking garage) was expensive at 200 NOK per day. We stayed 3 nights but because that covered 4 separate days (even though we arrived at 6.30pm on day 1 and left at 9.45am on day 4), we were charged for 4 days! We understand this is the parking company’s charge and not the property owner’s but we felt a bit ripped off.

Super location. Incredible view of the ocean. Excellent response from the hosts for a minor problem. Can’t say enough good things about our visit. Highly recommended.

Minor problem with refrigerator, host found it had been accidentally unplugged! Kitchen could use a toaster and a serrated bread knife.

Needs something to put luggage on so that you don’t have to sit it on floor or couch. I didn’t get to tell the person we dealt with but there is something wrong with the freezer. Otherwise apartment was really comfortable and we were happy there.

The leather sofa was really uncomfortable, and the balcony, as well as pillows on the sofa weren’t perfectly clean but it wasn’t a big issue 😊

It was a worn out, poorly maintained and quite dirty flat. The layout was pokey. TV tuner never worked.

Responsiveness.

Superb location, picking up the key was a little unclear and kept me standing in the rain for a little while. But when the host came by, he was very nice and super helpful. Location is perfect (all the best food is nearby), price is better than any hotel, and easy to feel at home in the apartment.

Process for picking up key could be easier. Wasn't clear where I should go. Apartment was a little cold but the heaters are ok.

Located in a very quiet and organized neighborhood, near the seashore, one can easily walk to almost every travel attraction in town, and very convenient to connect to the airport by the airport shuttle bus.

Some of the lights in the room were flickering, and the lighting was insufficient in general.

The pick up of keys was unclear.The address was given as 2B and I went to that apartment expecting to collect keys but no one was there.I phoned the number and a very nice man took me to the correct apartment. i couldnt get the tv to work

I like the location. The room is big. But it all depends on which apartment you are getting.

No on site parking. It was very difficult to meet the owner or agent to get the key. But once we finally explained where Google led us to and met the owner or the agent he was quite helpful.

You have the opportunity to cook small meals. The location is not directly in the center but not far to walk.

The bed is not comfortable at all. The cleanness could have been better. You can see in the couch scrambles from food. And some blond hair was still left to see in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

Peace and quite of the whole building. The appartement were very luminous and spacious.

Beds were really little, in fact, they were tinny. Furthermore, pillows were like cushions and they were really uncomfortable.

Location was perfect! Beautiful view! There is a little grocery store around the corner to pick up essentials.

There were a couple of tea bags and not any coffee. It would have been nice just to a have a little bit more of these basics.

There was no dryer, even though the description said there would be. The loft above the bedroom was dusty which affected our allergies. It was a bit hot and stuffy so we had to open the windows for airflow but then had to sleep with ear plugs due to the street noise.

Easy reach of the city centre and free overnight parking if you time it right. Compact apartment, but contained everything we needed. The landlord was very pleasant and helpful.

The bedroom is very small, but as long as you don't mind getting in the bed at the bottom it's OK. Once you're in it's very comfy. Neighbours were a bit noisy on the Saturday night but to be expected in that type of location with lots of flats.

Very responsive host, great location close to the city centre, fantastic views of the harbour from the balcony. Bed in the main room was very comfortable. Lovely bathroom with great shower - spotless.

I thought the balcony area could have been cleaner - it had a great view so was a shame not to have the area cleaned up. We didn't use the beds in the spare room but the mattresses were very 'bouncy' so not sure what they would have been like to sleep on. Small travel kettle provided rather than a proper larger kettle, and I wasn't able to locate a toaster although the grill on the oven worked as an alternative. There was only one bedside cabinet which seemed strange?

We were in Stavanger over Christmas. It a beautiful apartment, with equipped kitchen, a beautiful view from the balcony. The city is within walking distance in a few minutes. The host was very friendly and accommodating.💯🇸🇯

Location is perfect and the appartment was clean and everything you need is available

NOISE NUISANCE, on friday and saturday nights there is a (huge) disco on the other side of the street, you look at it. We couldn't sleep. The owner and booking.com keep denying it. NEVER EVER go here! Even not at one of the other appartments they have as they DO NOT RESPOND to any complaints

Flat was large (living room with kitchen and large balcony, one bedroom, dressing, bathroom), and equipment was very good and complete (all kitchenware was there and good quality, including cork opener, cissors, etc, micro wave and oven, etc ; washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron machine, etc etc). Flat is in good shape and clean, very quiet, view over the inner garden of the residence, walking distance from the port, the pedestrian area, the bars (5 to 10 min). Parking under the building with direct access. We loved it and would recommend it !
