Hvis man selv skal lave mad til 5-6 personer, så er køkkenet er godt nok indrette i forhold udstyr, og komfur som ikke virker helt efter hensigten.

Durch altmodische Einrichtung etwas dunkel , Geschirr war leicht dreckig , Küche sehr klein, durch Balkone nebeneinander sehr hellhörig und Rauch von Nachbarn zieht teils durch nicht luftdichte Balkontür, Kühlschrank sehr laut und Eisfach kaputt

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Das Studio ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen (siehe Fotos). Insbesondere die Küche wurde extrem "clever" fotografiert. In Summe ist der Preis dafür schlichtweg zu hoch - auch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels vor Ort. Als Entgegenkommen vom Hotel "durften" wir einen Tag früher abreisen. Das mag jeder selbst für sich bewerten...

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Nagyon tetszett a terasz ès a gyönyörű kilàtàs. Minden gyalog elèrhető, pàlyaudvar, belvàros. Mindenben segìtőkèsz szemèlyzet. Patyolat tiszta szàllàs. A hűtő az nàlunk alap, az is volt.. Kufstein maga pedig meseszèp. Mèg szerintem jövünk!

Reviewed May 17, 2026Wonderfully spacious and comfortable flat with lots of character. Staff at the hotel very welcoming and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel and it was the best meal we had in Kufstein.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Lokacija je res super, saj je strogi center dostopen peš. Razgled je lep.Parkirišč je dovolj, je pa na voljo tudi garaža. Stanovanje je čisto. Med vikendom je zelo mirno.
Med tednom je zjutraj kar nekaj prometa. V sobi so tla iz itisona, kar ni dobro za alergike.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Huge space, nice kitchen, two full bathrooms plus one extra toilet, prking possile on the street, only paid 8-18 on weekdays and 8-12 on a saturday, 2 hours for free, so if you go skiingevwry day you can park for free.
Not enough pots in the kitchen, especially large ones, for an appartment with the capacity of 8 people.. And I didnt find the information that it has two bathrooms in the appartment info, but maybe I was looking wrong...

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Familien. Durch die 3 Schlafzimmer hat man genug Platz. Die offene Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Fewo war sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption im Hotel (wo man die Schlüssel abholt) war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Für 4 Personen sind 2 Müslischüsseln und 2 kleine Löffel etwas wenig. Auch 2 weiter Kaffeepötte wären praktisch.

Leider ist das Appartement sehr hellhörig und wir hatten Pech mit den anderen Gästen. Die Schlafsituation für unsere Tochter war so sehr schlecht. Die Ausstattung ist alt und im Bad fehlt eine Belüftung.

There could have been a proper kettle (luckily we had one in the car!) The stove was a little old and quirky to use but once understood OK.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2024The apartment is huge for 8 people (we were 4 people) with an excellent location, unbeatable views of the mountains and the fort, a very quiet and peaceful area, ideal for resting.
The only thing is that the apartment is classic old, nothing modern if you like new things, anyway It worked perfectly for us.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2023The location of this Hotel is close to the center of town, and features a beautiful view. The room had a nice balcony, and sufficient kitchenware to cook simple meals. Concierge at the hotel was helpful, and accommodated us when asked to. Having laundry as an option is also great.
The building itself is quite outdated, and is a bit worn down in terms of carpets, furniture, and plumbing. The shower would fill up with water quite quickly, and the sink in the kitchen seemed very loose. The closet door seemed broken, and couldn't be moved without a good deal of effort. The pillow was very cheap, and way to thin. The wifi in our room was very weak, and would disconnect often. The room features a coffee machine without coffee pods, which, in my opinion are unrealistic to buy while travelling. Likewise, laundry soap isn't exactly something convenient to buy while on a trip in another country.
