Je weet dat je niet veel bijzonders boekt als je voor deze prijs overnacht. Maar hier kan ik niks positiefs over zeggen.

De kamers stinken enorm van de luchtverfrisser die op vaste tijden zn goedje naar binnen spuit. Daarnaast had ik per ongeluk een dubbele boeking via booking.com. Het hotel weigert het geld terug te storten en reageren nergens op. Ronduit schandalig.

De grootte van de kamer met aansluitend een prima badkamer met douche en toilet. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk bed. Flesjes water op de kamer. Prima wifi.

Amabilidad del personal que nos atendio, nos faltaba una toalla y rápidamente la llevó a nuestra habitación

Instalaciones antiguas. Pero no hay mucho más donde elegir en la ciudad

Le falta capacitación al personal sobre como dar servicio y atención al cliente (hospitalidad.) No saludaban a menos que primero lo hiciéramos. No daban indicaciones, se les preguntaba y entonces daban respuesta. Nos abrieron el cuarto a la 1.30 de la madrugada (era personal ya que tenía llave) en medio de la madrugada se disculpó y cerró. Solo nos quedamos por una noche a descansar ya que salíamos muy temprano al aeropuerto. No quisimos hacer mas grande el reclamo ya que veníamos cansados. Se le notificó a la recamarista de la mañana. Una sola toalla para una habitación doble con tres personas adultas y un niño.

Fue fácil de llegar, también que tienen un vestíbulo con aire acondicionado, mesas y sillas para esperar. Tienen lugares para estacionar. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y estuvo bien para descansar una noche después de un día de trabajo.

En realidad no hay algo que fuera malo, si es verdad que no está en el centro de la ciudad, pero eso ya lo sabíamos cuando reservamos. No me fijé si tenían restaurante o piscina o demás espacios.

La ubicación es buena, el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento, aire acondicionado y wifi. Los precios son accesibles.

La regadera de mi habitación no tenía fuerza y el agua caliente me duró apenas un par de minutos.

Agua caliente jamás tuvimos, a pesar de que se supone fueron a atender esta solicitud...Oferta de alimentos muy pobre

Avevo prenotato una camera per 3 persone ma mi è stata data la suite dagli spazi molto grandi. Acqua dei rubinetti piuttosto scarsa ma per l o meno quella della doccia era accettabile. Per fare scalo un giorno, tutto più che accettabile

The hotel is old, and the bathroom needs to be refurbished. It's OK for one night, but wouldn't stay longer. Staff at the reception very sweet.

Good location. The room is simple, but was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was much better than we expected and was good value for the price paid. Shower was good. The room was quiet. Staff were helpful, but it is useful to know a little Spanish.

We got a flat tire en route and had to delay our arrival by one day. Some hotels were super accommodating and let us change the reservation night without a hitch, but the Hotel Turquesa Maya did not. No discounts, and allegedly cash only (despite signs on the building saying they accept card). I would have stayed somewhere else, but there weren't many other options late at night in the area.

The staff are great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There was also hot water which can sometimes be absent at various locations. There is also a great restaurant right across the street, which is very convenient.

The pictures of the hotel do not accurately represent the hotel. The pictures look they are from several years ago. We pulled into to the parking area and the area was littered with garbage and wasn't cleaned for a couple days. The description of the hotel says restaurant onsite, how we there is no longer a restaurant onsite. The mattresses were old broken and uncomfortable. The kitchenette only included a sink and counter. Me gusta porque, son habitaciónes grandes, facturan, aceptan tarjeta y respetan las reservaciones.

Clean. Spacious. Friendly. The hotel office is basic amenities and is very well located on a main road just outside of town probably one of the better hotels in this small town in Quintana Roo.

The staff at this hotel were great. The receptionist was very helpful and really cared to make sure all of my needs were met during my stay. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Around the hotel are many dogs barking at night which makes sleeping very hard even with earplugs

The room was very simple and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Be prepared for narrow stairs, no elevator. The integrated/adjacent breakfast restaurant has limited options and slow service. But the hotel is close to the downtown area with many dining options.
