Nous avons aimé la propriété du studio, sa décoration, très spacieux. L'amabilité du personnel et l'opportunité de pouvoir deposer et recuperer nos bagages à la conciergerie. L'aspect sécurisé de l'établissement et du logement est très rassurant. Petit dejeuner copieux et diversifié dans un lieu agréable. Situation géographique au top!!!! Merciii pour tout

La population présente à l'extérieur en bas de l'hotel peu parfois surprendre.

Localização excelente. Já chegámos tarde e as instruções para entrar foram muito claras e precisas. Gostei muito da sala do pequeno-almoço e este era completo e com produtos de qualidade

Die Wohnung war zur Straße und es gab bis spät in den Abend laute Geräusche (Auto, Motorrad, Straßenhändler)

Die Lage ist top und die Betreiber sind super nett und hilfsbereit .

Es gab keine Klimaanlage und die Fenster konnte man auf Grund der Lautstärke auch kaum öffnen und auch bei offenem Fenster hat es kaum abgekühlt. Es war so heiß im Zimmer, dass wir sehr schlecht geschlafen haben.

Super zentral, damit aber auch laut und geschäftig. Feines Frühstück, super liebes Personal.

Sehr heiß im Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage, wenig Platz, null Stauraum, viele Stufen (für Städtetrip mit kleinem Gepäck voll ok, mit unseren Koffern für 2 Wochen haben wir uns geplagt...)

Central location.

Our fault we hadn't read the description of the property. There was no air conditioning and was a shared bathroom. Completely our own fault not the property. Staff are lovely and the place is spotless.

The place is super cool. The staff is amazing and the breakfast lovely.

The room is very small for 2 people - the lugagges couldn't barely open. It was also too hot and it only had a fan.

No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, solo ventiladores, lo que puede ser un poco agobiante cuando hace mucho calor.

Top locatie, vlak bij metrohalte en centraal gelegen. Mooi ingerichte kamers, licht en luchtig. Erg netjes. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit.

De bedden zijn aan de harde kant, maar we hebben er toch goed in geslapen.

Really lovely little guest house in very convenient location! We had a room on the third floor, it was small but cozy. I think it would be tricky to stay there for longer than couple of days and if you had big suitcases. We traveled light and didn't need much space, so it was perfect for us. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was good! The atmosphere in the whole place was warm and all the staff extremely friendly. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Sehr netter Empfang, super zentral und sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Es ist sehr zentral und daher auch Nachts noch sehr laut. Im Sommer sollte man dann doch lieber das Zimmer mit Klimaanlage buchen, bei geschlossenem Fenster konnten wir super schlafen.

The staff is wonderful and so very accommodating.

The neighbors were loud outside in the alley. Not the guesthouse’s fault.

The rental unit lacks air conditioning, which is particularly problematic considering the climate of Lisbon during the summer months. The temperature inside the unit was hot when we checked in, which was not disclosed fully during the booking.

La ubicación y la simplicidad. No falta ni sobra nada. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno es bueno y las camas cómodas.

Las escaleras por las que hay que subir las maletas Ojo, no hay aire acondicionado... En pleno julio o agosto, se pasa mal seguro. El ruido de la calle llega a la tercera planta. Una mejora sería insonorizar un poquito

La personne de l accueil est très agréable et avenante. Petit déjeuner très bon. Logement spacieux.

Casa de huéspedes muy muy céntrica, lo malo es la calle para acceder un poco conflictiva. El desayuno de lujo todo casero y muy surtido. La habitación pese a no ser muy grande era completa, camas cómodas y ventilador en el techo que hacía la noche de verano muy agradable. Te daban una botella de agua filtrada gratis y podías pedir que te la rellenaran sin límite. Tenían una pequeña cocina para uso de todos.

El acceso a nuestra planta era para gente con bastante agilidad, cuanto más subías más empinadas eras las escaleras, no es para gente mayor. Te cambiaban las toallas previo aviso el resto de la habitación ni la tocaban. todo tal cual habías dejado al irte por la mañana.

Posizione ottima. In centro e vicino a servizi e mezzi di trasporto. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bagno in comune con un'altra stanza, pulito e molto grande. Fornito di prodotti e phon. Ottima colazione varia e buona. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum. Bardzo miła obsługa. Idealne miejsce na krótki pobyt. Smaczne śniadania.

Brak klimatyzacji.

Staff were so lovely , breakfast was good , nice and clean , lovely area to explore from .

Accueil parfait et déco soignée pour être cosy en plein cœur de Lisbonne. Chambre spacieuse et confortable quant on a gravît les marches d’escalier ! Calme bien que placé dans un quartier animé. Merci à toute l’équipe.

Supercentrale locatie met heel veel restaurantjes en winkels dichtbij. Het appartement was volledig en gezellig ingericht en de bedden comfortabel. Het ontbijt 's ochtends was erg goed. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Wellicht een dekbed of deken op de bedden. Nu was er alleen een laken om onder te liggen. Duidelijkere instructies over waar te parkeren. Parkeren is serieus lastig in Lissabon, dus aanbeveling voor welke parkeergarage en welke kosten daaraan verbonden zijn, zou welkom zijn geweest.

A localização, limpeza e decoração do espaço. Todos os funcionários foram acessíveis e simpáticos.

O acesso aos quartos superiores do edifício não é de fácil acesso para pessoas com alguma dificuldade de mobilidade. Deveriam ter isso em consideração no momento da reserva e atribuição dos mesmos. O facto de estarmos em Portugal e não haver uma pessoa portuguesa do staf durante a estadia.

An apartment in the middle of Lissabon. Nice room., great breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Car parking is 200m away. Public transport is very close. All you need for a city trip to one of the oldest cities in Europe.

Un hotel muy familiar y acogedor, perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de unos días de tranquilidad. El ambiente transmite mucha paz, ya que es un lugar muy tranquilo y, además, todo está muy limpio y cuidado. La atención ha sido excelente, siempre muy amable y cercana. El desayuno es sencillo, pero tiene justo lo necesario y todo estaba muy bueno. Sin grandes excesos, pero más que suficiente para empezar bien el día. Una estancia muy agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos.

No tiene ascensor y el último piso está muy empinado.

La gentilezza e la cordialità la della ragazza all’accoglienza Beatrice. Struttura centrale, pulita, con una bella zona comune per colazione e relax. Poca plastica in struttura, tutto vetro , molto attenti all’ambienti.

Le scale un po’ ripide per valigie pesanti.

Staff eccezionale! Beatrice ci ha messo a nostro agio ed è stata impeccabile in tutto! Posizione molto centrale. Bagno comodo con prodotti bagno a disposizione e phon ottimi. Ventola silenziosa e regolabile, sia di intensità che durata (timer).

La via è piena di senzatetto & co, sia di giorno che di notte. Non sembrano essere aggressivi ma rendono il contesto estremamente degradato. Letto non comodissimo. La colazione è piuttosto basica, per non dire misera. Strada sottostante rumorosa, quindi impossibile aprire le finestre. Qualità/prezzo non all'altezza.

Non c'era il servizio di pulizia della stanza, nonostante soggiornassimo 3 notti. Inizialmente ci han detto che l'unica servizio offerto era la pulizia giornaliera del cestino, ma in realtà non è mai successo

Colazione deliziosa, posto accogliente e pulito. È situato in posizione centrale, ottima per muoversi e visitare i principali luoghi di Lisbona.

Purtroppo avevamo delle valigie grandi e la nostra stanza era al quarto piano con scale strette e senza ascensore: è stato un po' faticoso portare i bagagli.

Room at the last floor not very spacious/comfortable

Warm and young vibes, very central and near public transport. Breakfast was good, and the staff was also nice and helpful with a lot of knowledge about the sorrounding areas.

A lot of noise coming from inside (due to older stairwell and not so soundproof walls/doors) and outside (noisy people at least until 1am).

Staff accogliente, ottima posizione e appartamento essenziale ma curato, ideale per un soggiorno breve. Colazione abbondante portata dallo staff in appartamento.

Bagno troppo piccolo, la via sotto molto rumorosa durante la notte e scale ripide difficili da fare con valigie troppo grandi.

Posizione ottima per visitare la città anche a piedi. Colazione molto buona e staff disponibilissimo. Io avevo la camera l’ultimo piano, come sempre lisbona da grandi emozioni in invenzioni di scale, ma si ama anche per questo! Assolutamente consigliata

Avevamo due camere, una con bagno e una con bagno condiviso. Il problema della camera con bagno condiviso è che non aveva l'aria condizionata

Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue c'est compliqué de dormir. Petit déjeuner servi uniquement à partir de 8h10, nous avions un bus pour Faro à 9h nous n avons pas pu en profiter pleinement

Molto curata ed ecosostenibile. Carino il bookcrossing e la colazione molto casalinga. Posizione centralissima anche se dalla mattina alla sera sotto al portone è un ritrovo di extracomunitari.

Manca l’aria condizionata. Con le finestre aperte la zona è molto rumorosa. La camera era al terzo piano senza ascensore. Avrebbero almeno potuto dircelo.

We had a very pleasant stay. The guesthouse is charmingly decorated, cosy and very welcoming. The location is perfect, meaning you can do plenty on foot. The staff were always friendly, attentive and able to give us good tips on places to visit. We recommend the guesthouse to anyone who is fit enough to walk (due to the many stairs) and is looking for authentic accommodation far removed from anonymous hotels.

For us it was perfect!

La estancia fue en general correcta. Lo mejor del alojamiento fue sin duda el trato del personal, que fue muy amable y atento, y el desayuno, que estaba bastante bien. Las instalaciones son correctas y la ubicación es muy céntrica, lo que permite moverse fácilmente por la ciudad.

Como aspecto negativo, en verano se echa mucho de menos el aire acondicionado. La habitación dispone únicamente de un ventilador de techo, que por la noche resultaba algo insuficiente para estar cómodo. Además, el alojamiento está situado en una calle con venta ambulante y hay un bar bastante ruidoso justo debajo, por lo que era complicado abrir las ventanas por la noche para refrescar la habitación. En general, una estancia correcta, especialmente por la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal, pero mejorable en cuanto a climatización y aislamiento acústico.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, und direkt vor dem Hotel haben untertags viele Menschen herumgelungert , es ist nichts passiert aber ganz wohl hab ich mich nicht immer gefühlt

Location was good in the centre

I was up 5 flights of stairs and very steep as was what looked an attic area , and had to duck to use the toilet and ceilings very low at some points.

Si trova in una posizione centrale vicino a tutto, però purtroppo le vicinanze sono frequentate da persone rumorose. Il personale è disponibile e molto gentile. Buona la colazione. C’è la possibilità di avere sempre dell’acqua filtrata per bere ma non c’è un frigo.

Non c’è l’ascensore, il phon non è presente in camera ma va chiesto alla reception e purtroppo la camera non viene rifatta ogni giorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. La struttura è accogliente e pulitissima. I personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottima colazione ricca di prodotti freschi. Posizione ideale per esplorare la zona e per il tram 28... Consigliatissimo

Meglio specificare ai prossimi clienti che le 2 camere che si trovano nello stesso piano dell accoglienza sono rumorose perché gli utenti della struttura possono fare accesso anche la notte e inevitabilmente sono più rumorose, noi siamo stati svegliati alle 3 di notte

Der var mange mennesker ude foran hotellet, som opholdte sig hele dagen. Det gjorde, at der var meget larm hele tiden og råb udenfor. Oveni at der kun er ventilator i loftet, og jeg ikke kunne åbne vinduer pga den megen larm, gjorde at det var utrolig varmt i lejligheden.

La camera assegnataci al 4 piano si trovava nel sottotetto e questo ha reso un po’ scomodo per lo più l’utilizzo del bagno. Materasso non confortevole. Cattivo odore diffuso in stanza, presumibilmente derivante dagli scarichi della doccia

Notre séjour avait pourtant très mal débuté dans la chambre « Fado » : vendue comme supérieure, elle était minuscule pour 4 personnes, étouffante, avec une seule prise disponible et un bruit direct venant de la rue (bagarres entre drogués). Le décor extérieur n'est vraiment pas rassurant (dealers, marché noir, saleté). Même si l'hôtel n'y peut évidemment rien, c'est important de le savoir. L'emplacement reste néanmoins idéal pour visiter Lisbonne à pied. Après une première nuit sans fermer l’œil, un grand merci à Paola qui a réglé le problème avec autant de gentillesse que d'efficacité : elle nous a relogés dans l'appartement « Mar ». À partir de ce moment-là, nous avons sincèrement pu profiter de nos vacances. L'hôtel est très propre et le petit-déjeuner est correct. En résumé : un environnement extérieur compliqué dont l'établissement n'est pas responsable, mais un emplacement ultra-pratique et surtout Paola qui s’est montrée au top pour sauver notre séjour.

Location was brilliant, Friendly and accommodating staff. The ability to drop our case off prior to check in so that we could explore for a few hours was really useful. As was being able to store our case for a few hours after checkout. Breakfast was great.

Our room was up a lot of stairs! But that’s to be expected in an older building like this.

Eccellente la posizione, comoda e centralissima, a due passi dalla stazione e dalla metro Rossio. Si raggiungono a pochi minuti a piedi anche il Chiado, Praca do Comercio e Praca Martim Moniz. Personale gentilissimo, spazi puliti e ottima colazione con vista su Largo Do Sao Domingos. Raccomandato!

Que para acceder a las habitaciones tenias que subir por unas escaleras que estaban bastante empinadas. Nosotras íbamos con mochilas y ni tan mal pero para andar subiendo o bajando con las maletas era un poco peligroso

Lovely airy living area with high ceilings and large windows looking out over the square. Central location, walkable to lots of city sights. Nice breakfast included too.

Lots of homeless people congregate outside. One of them tried to get into the building when our friends were at the door which was a little intimidating.

Good location. Clean and tidy.

It is very small, poorly ventilated, and lacks air conditioning and a private bathroom.

Cute, tall & narrow building. Just the right size to have the personal touch. My room at top was perfect for one.

Being so tall & space efficient the stairs got tighter as you went higher, can be a bit tricky if tired and not as agile.

Les petits déjeuners inclus sont merveilleux! Les hôtes nous donnent beaucoup d'informations pour se déplacer en ville. L'hôtel est très central et à proximité de deux lignes de métros et du tramway.

Les chambres coté rue sont plus bruyantes. Il y a beaucoup d'activités nocturnes dans le secteur.

Posizione fantastica, in pieno centro di Lisbona; colazione buona, anche se non proprio abbondante. Unica osservazione circa l'altezza del soffitto della stanza: ho alloggiato in una mansarda al 4° piano (carinissima!) ma il soffitto, specialmente in bagno, era bassissimo (sono 1,58 cm di altezza e dovevo stare attenta a non dare testate...). Questo dovrebbero specificarlo, visto che per una persona più alta potrebbe essere un problema. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Asciugacapelli non presente in bagno. Non rifanno il letto a meno che non venga richiesto esplicitamente.
