水曜日大浴場を使えないことを予約前に知りたかった。

目の前が海で凄くキレイだった。 最高のロケーション。

夜にチェックインしたが、スタッフが無愛想で、とても感じ悪かった。ホテルの接客とは思えない！

Location was great. The views were exceptional

The rooms were incredible hot. Even with air con on the lowest setting was 19 degree Celsius but it wasn’t working fully. Hard to sleep in such a hot room.

房间很不错，很大而且可以看到大海，酒店总体感觉都很好，入住的时候还遇到台风了。就是出门需要打车，有点不太便利，不过公共交通就在门口，需要算好时间出门，要不然等很久。海滩很不错，有很多寄居蟹。

Having the beach just outside the back of the hotel and it being private, jet ski rentals there as well along with a banana boat, and other options for different reasonable prices. A great breakfast included in the cost, 2 elevators that were adequate. The mini-kitchen in the room, room size and shower/bath were excellent. Having the ability to use the sauna and fitness room was nice too. The three beds in our room were awesome and the air conditioning was amazing! Hot water blasted out like a rocket going off to the moon! The picnic area was also a great place to sit and watch the ocean while eating and enjoying outdoors. The Jet ski services were great. The banana boat was reasonably priced and quite fun! It would be great if they just tidied up their area, allowed for booking from the room so you could call the front desk and arrange it! Really wanted to use the sauna and the fitness room but felt that additional prices for those services were unwarranted and not inline with other hotels that offer those as part of the booking fee. Really wanted to try to BBQ but when we called to arrange it was told another group was there and it might rain. When we went down it wasn't raining and the group was about 8 people. We were saddened about that as the BBQ smelled so good!

The hotel really needs a more active manager. Someone who can come in, make sure windows and doors are clean, check the facilities and engage with guests. On our arrival we had a shower issue what was taken care of rapidly with a room change but it was kind of left up to us to move the room, with little apology or support. The grounds need a daily tidy up, the beach needs to be swept and make it accommodating for guests. The hotel rooms are nice but need upgrades like new flooring that works with the wet environment as lots of guests like to swim in the private beach. The shower facilities for the beach were clean but need a refresh to make it look updated much like the one in the lobby! The lobby restroom was modern, clean and smelled nice. The beds are firm, and I like that, but there should be options for those that don't want such a firm mattress. The sauna and fitness rooms are available for extra fees but in our entire time being there no one used them. I think this is an underutilized aspect of this hotel and a policy shift to free use of these facilities will help improve guest satsifaction and give more options for guests to stay onsite and enjoy the hotel facilities. The dinners there looked nice but was French cuisine. When I am on a trip to Okinawa I prefer local dishes and wished they offered those options at their hotel. Breakfast was outstanding! That said the staff helicoptered around taking trays and dishes too much, they need to give guests time to enjoy their meals and collect dishes in a more time sensitive fashion. The TVs in the rooms are huge but were a waste especially for non-Japanese speaking guests! They need Netflix, Hulu, Prime TV, Apple TV or Disney+ especially for those times when you come back into the room to chill but all you have are NHK and BS options or Japanese cable TV that are not bilingual. It's such a wasted opportunity for more guest satisfaction. The parking lot needs work too!

比較的安価で部屋も広々しています。 眺望も良くリゾート感が満載でした。

宿泊施設の紹介では「ベランダから美しい海の景色を楽しめる」と謳っているのに、ベランダのドアは故障しているようで、開けることができませんでした。設備が古いこと自体は仕方ないと思いますが、客に誤解を与えるような案内や、設備の点検・修理がきちんとされていない状態は納得できません。とても残念でした。 なお、施設にフィードバックしても、何も返事がなくて、無視されてしまった。

朝食のメニューが豊富

風呂トイレの匂いが臭かった。 カビとアンモニア臭がした。 部屋のマットがシミだらけだった。 ベッドが軋んでいて、音が鳴り寝られなかった。

Leider können wir über dieses Hotel kaum etwas Positives sagen. Wir hatten ursprünglich sechs Nächte gebucht, sind aber bereits nach der ersten Nacht wieder ausgecheckt, weil wir uns dort überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Von außen und auch im Eingangsbereich machte das Hotel zunächst noch einen akzeptablen Eindruck. Man sieht zwar deutlich, dass es älter ist, aber damit hätten wir grundsätzlich überhaupt kein Problem gehabt. Unser Zimmer befand sich sogar im neueren Gebäudeteil, von dem wir vorher gelesen hatten, dass dieser besser sein soll. Umso größer war die Enttäuschung. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers kam uns ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch entgegen. Das Zimmer war außerdem unglaublich heiß und machte auf uns den Eindruck, als wäre es schon längere Zeit nicht mehr benutzt oder gelüftet worden. Die Klimaanlage kühlte nicht richtig und funktionierte offensichtlich nicht so, wie sie sollte. Der Zustand des Zimmers war für uns allerdings das größte Problem. Der Teppich war voller großer Flecken, vieles wirkte schmuddelig, stark abgenutzt und heruntergekommen. Auch der kleine Balkon machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Auf den Fotos sieht das Hotel unserer Meinung nach wesentlich besser aus als in Wirklichkeit. Besonders schlimm fanden wir die Betten. Die Matratzen waren extrem unbequem und man hatte praktisch das Gefühl, direkt auf den Metallfedern zu liegen. An erholsamen Schlaf war für uns kaum zu denken. Das einzig wirklich Schöne an unserem Zimmer war der Ausblick auf das Meer. Dafür allein lohnt sich der Preis unserer Meinung nach aber definitiv nicht. Es gibt genügend andere Hotels und Apartments auf Okinawa mit schönem Meerblick, bei denen man für sein Geld deutlich mehr Komfort bekommt. Nachdem wir uns wegen des Zimmers und der nicht richtig funktionierenden Klimaanlage beschwert hatten, wurde uns angeboten, uns Zimmer im älteren Gebäudeteil anzusehen und dort eines auszuwählen.

All rooms face the ocean, with amazing views. Breakfast is really great, both Japanese and western options are good. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Location isn’t great, there aren’t many things nearby, but in Okinawa you need a car to get by anyways. Hotel needs some renovations, and the staff doesn’t speak much English.

Nádherné místo s krásným výhledem. Díky hotelovému personálu za vstřícnost s rezervací pokoje s balkónem i s výhledem z okna. Výborný plážový servis, užili jsme si vyjížďku na skútru :)

本館と東館の鍵のやりとりがめんどくさい 朝食を食べに行くのに建物を移動しなくてはならず、室内の通路がないし、傘の貸し出しもないので雨に濡れた

朝起きて目の前に広がる沖縄ブルーは最高！

ホコリや汚れが目立つ。 水周りの変色などは多少仕方ないにしても、ベッド周りのパネルやテーブル周りに溜まっているホコリは、簡単に取れるだろと思う。

Everything! I recommend this place ! The breakfast was incredible. The facility was very clean, the view of the sea from anywhere on the hostel, be it our own rooms or the common areas were breath taking !

The private beach was good but the space where we could swim was very limited

設備が古く汚かった 冷蔵庫の温度調節のつまみは取れて無い状態、ベットの土台の布は破れている、床の絨毯にはシミが複数あり汚かった

Free car parking and access to the private beach were real positives. We weren't able to go down to the beach on this occasion, but it looked like those at the beach were greatly enjoying swimming or sun bathing on the sand. It looked very well maintained, and I believe it's possible to do extra activities such as surfing too.

The photos don't align with the reality of the rooms. Between the stained, thin carpet and the overall feeling of 'tiredness' in the room itself, in light of the price it didn't quite meet expectations.

I liked the fact that you can leave your room, take the elevator directly to B1, and step right onto the beach. It’s ideal for anyone looking for extremely easy beach access in a quiet environment. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety and quality. Sadly, those were the only positive aspects of my stay.

The hotel is extremely old. The public areas are still acceptable, but the room… gosh, it was horrible. A beachfront resort with carpet throughout the room is a terrible choice—just imagine how much humidity it absorbs. It also looked very dirty. The kitchenette and the bathroom were okay, but the rest of the room was in very poor condition. There were also two large sofas that I couldn’t understand the purpose of. They were filthy, covered in stains, and the upholstery was peeling so badly that the foam was exposed.

The private beach, if it didnt have that it would be properly miserable

Dirty and stained carpets, dust everywhere and no balcony furniture. It felt like a time warp from the 1960's.... even my grandparents would be dissapointed! Beds were extremely hard

This property was incredible! We wished we stayed longer and would 10/10 recommend to anyone staying in this island.

ビーチに直接行ける。

障がい者（車椅子使用）駐車スペースが無かった。駐車場からエントランスまで急勾配で介助者がいても上がるのが大変だった。2日目フロントに依頼してエントランス前に駐車させてもらった。チェックイン時に配慮頂けたら良かった。また館内でスタッフが挨拶も会釈も無いことに驚いた。

Loved everything except the location! For a view and scenery. This is your best option in location, if you plan to go anywhere other than some food, the aquarium and pineapple park, it is quite a drive

The property was good, and I enjoyed my stay. However, after I checked out, I asked for my receipt and the staff refused to provide one. I was upset and disappointed because I believe it is my right to receive a receipt since I am the one paying for the accommodation. I would appreciate better service regarding this matter in the future.

Unique location directly on the beach and Amazing sea view! Breakfast is good but you need to be flexible to eat Japanese breakfast as selection is much better than continental. Fresh fruits and good coffee selection are available every day. We fell in love with the room and the beach so we were happy.

The hotel looks and feels unused, most of facilities are not renovated and beach bar is not always open. When it is open it has good food and very good whiskey. Hotel provides no beach chairs or towels but the beach is so unique we enjoyed it very much. There is nothing near the hotel no stores or restaurants so get some food/drinks before arriving. Also you can get everywhere w the bus or if you rent a car. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel and takes you to aquarium or Kuori Island.

東館に宿泊したが、チェックイン、アウトどちらの時間帯もスタッフが不在で、「本館に問い合わせ下さい」等の表示、案内も無く他の方も困っていた。

スタッフがとても親切で良かった。

トイレとお風呂が別々の部屋で別れているともっと良かったと思います。

Great view of a gorgeous sea and beach.

The hotel seems very old. Furniture is old and not in a good condition, with many scratches and stains from long-term use. Beds could be more comfortable.

スタッフの方々が優しかった。部屋が広く、目の前が一面海でとても良かった。

ホテルの廻りにコンビニがなく、また、ホテル内に売店、カフェがなく、朝食の有無の選択、夕食は18時～の予約、自動販売機のみだけで食事に大変困った。また本館のシャワーカーテンに黒カビが生えていた。キッチンが使用できないことが残念であった。

Good location great view Tattoo friendly for Japan

Near the beach, only a 5-10 minute drive to Nago city with many restaurant. Only a 25 minute drive to the aquarium.

Faint smell of cigarettes in both buildings and in the rooms even if it was a no smoking room. Old facilities and rooms and outdated. Service wasnt the most welcoming.

Our room was very outdated. I think so have been updated but ours was not. Breakfast buffet could have been better

This is an older hotel, that has not been well maintained. We dont often stay in budget hotels so perhaps we expected too much. It is also a long way from nearby restaurants etc so difficult if you don't have your own car.
