It is modern and clean

It’s too James Bond. Too many panels for lights etc and they all stay on at night. Breakfast is all buffet. An omelette is charged at an extra for €11. Fried or boiled eggs available for free. It’s a business hotel really

The property is located in the beautiful town of Malgrate, which is ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay. It is close to the town of Lecco where you can use the train to connect to other major towns and attractions. The bus also stops in Malgrate which directly links to Belagio. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the views from the balconies and rooftop bar are outstanding.

Fantastic boat tour! Lisa and Mateo were amazing. Their English is excellent. They were great tour guides, extremely knowledgeable, and locals to the area. It was an absolutely once in a lifetime way to see Lake Como! 100% recommend.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view! The staff especially Lisa who was under training along side with Simoneta and Sara really helped me throughout my stay even when I gave them a headache about my transports to other cities. They were really calm and helped me a lot and also were incredibly kind and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel with the sea view.

If you don’t stay there during hot weather, or if you don’t mind sleeping in a warm room, this could be viewed as a four star TripAdvisor rating. They stick to a 22° minimum temperature. I appreciate the environmental issue with better air-conditioning but at least you could have a ceiling fan, which helps a lot in a warm room at night. The room and bathroom have dark decor. I gather that’s quite popular right now, but I’m much prefer a lighter room. The breakfast are very good, especially the pastries. The scrambled eggs are not overcooked. In the room I had there was very little room to put your things in the bedroom or in the bathroom. The shower is not enclosed so water goes everywhere. It’s a significant walk into town, so another reason to avoid the months of hot weather.

Great place for Dolce Vita :) Everything was perfect, hotel is very good, place is idyllic, staff is unbelivable.

Good location, clean and all nice but the most important is the attitude of the management. We’ve encountered a misunderstanding at the arrival but the way that desk manager handled the situation was tip top and for that I’ll give the place 100%.

The hotel is new/newly renovated, the design is nice, the room view to the lake was amazing. The room service was good, the staff were very cautious, helpful and my extra compliments to the breakfast staff. One of the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel 😊

It was scruffy, marks on the wall in the room and in the corridor. The bedside table was on a slant so things juSt slipped off. The finish was just really poor and not what I was expecting

Très bel hôtel avec de très bonnes prestations. Délicieux petit dej et bon restaurant au bord de l’eau et bar en rooftop . Personnel efficace et disponible. L’hôtel propose son bateau pour faire un tour du lac . C’est une expérience que je recommande. Merci à Matteo notre skipper.

Geweldig hotel, mix van modern en authentiek, sfeer is luxe! Goed ontbijt, mooie bar en heerlijke kamer met een buitenruimte. Echt een genot om te verblijven. Uitzicht op het meer, heerlijke barretjes en restaurants op loopafstand, top!

Eigenlijk niet echt iets op te merken, wat het perfect zou maken is een voorziening om aan het meer te kunnen liggen of zitten op een stukje eigen terrein met de service van een ligbed en parasols

The hotel rooftop bar was exceptional. The server Mamadou and Martino was so helpful and gave excellent service. They were an essential help to our amazing experience!

A wonderful 3-hour experience on the lake! We had a private tour as a couple to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We visited some of the most beautiful and iconic spots around the lake, with explanations from our boat captain at each stop — and he was really friendly too! The picnic was absolutely delicious and definitely worth it, especially after a refreshing swim in the lake! I highly recommend this experience!

The room (with the garden and lake view) was amazing, with great bed and enough storage space. Everything is electronic and perfectly clean. All restaurants (bar, rooftop bar, Lisander and Da Giovannino) were top quality of food and drinks as well as the service.

Underwhelmed by the gym and spa. Gym has dumbbells 10kg and heavier which is too much for a woman. No water in the gym. Spa is very small and add on for all room categories except the top one as well as bookable per hour. It would be nicer if the gardens had lounge chairs and not normal sitting chairs.

Breakfast was really good, and the room and bathroom were both a great size. Hotel staff were pleasant. We also really enjoyed the restaurant opposite the hotel - having pizza with a lovely lakeside view was a nice touch!

We arrived a bit late for check-in, but unfortunately our room still wasn’t ready and we had to wait around 20 minutes. However, the room we were given definitely made up for the wait - it had a lovely view of the lake and a nice outdoor seating area where we could sit and enjoy the view.

They want to charge money for everything, including their parking, and spa access costs 20€ per hour per person and they dont even have a pool.

Wir reisen beruflich und privat sehr viel und übernachten regelmässig in Hotels. Umso enttäuschender war unser Aufenthalt hier. Gebucht hatten wir ganz bewusst das Superior-Zimmer mit 5 m² Terrasse, genau so, wie es sowohl auf Booking als auch auf der Hotelwebseite beschrieben wird. Ich habe die Beschreibung vor der Buchung sogar extra auf der Hotelwebseite überprüft. Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir jedoch ein völlig anderes Zimmer – ohne die gebuchte Terrasse und nicht einmal in der gebuchten Kategorie. Auf meine Reklamation hin wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, das uns noch weniger zusagte. Anschliessend hiess es, wir hätten ein “Upgrade” erhalten. Ein Upgrade auf eine Zimmerkategorie, die wir nie gebucht haben, ist für mich jedoch kein Upgrade. Später wurde uns erklärt, die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie sei ausverkauft. Besonders ärgerlich: Das Zimmer mit Terrasse war am selben Abend auf der Hotelwebseite weiterhin buchbar. Beim Check-out hiess es dann plötzlich, es habe doch noch ein solches Zimmer gegeben, dieses sei aber wegen eines Mangels nicht verfügbar gewesen. Diese widersprüchlichen Aussagen hinterlassen keinen guten Eindruck. Obwohl wir nicht das erhalten haben, was wir gebucht hatten, gab es keinerlei Preisnachlass oder Entgegenkommen. Für rund 400 Euro pro Nacht erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Auch das Zimmer selbst entsprach überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Einrichtung wirkt kühl, lieblos und erinnert eher an eine günstige Hotelkette als an ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel. Die Fotos auf Booking und der Hotelwebseite vermitteln einen deutlich hochwertigeren Eindruck als die Realität – der Fotograf hat hier ganze Arbeit geleistet. Weitere Kritikpunkte: * Das Zimmer roch unangenehm nach nassem Hund, obwohl wir selbst mit Hund reisen und deshalb nicht empfindlich sind. * Die Touchpanels zur Lichtsteuerung leuchteten nachts so hell, dass wir sie abdecken mussten, um schlafen zu können.

We went on the private 2 hour boat tour and had a fabulous time! It was a great way to see a lot of the lake and cool off with the breeze. I would highly recommend it!

We had a boat trip around Lake Como, expertly guided by Mateo our boat captain. Excellent views of the lake and villages on its shore. Highly recommended.

Stayed for three nights in a top-floor executive suite. The views were stunning—nothing I’ve ever stayed in compares. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally gracious. They even came to the room to show me how the air conditioning worked. The bathroom was larger than most I’ve seen in Italy, with plenty of counter space for toiletries. The on-site food was quite good relative to the area. Overall, a very nice hotel—highly recommend!

Wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hinten zum Hinterhof. Das Zimmer ist recht dunkel und ständig kalt, trotz abgeschalteter Klimaanlage. Im Badezimmer gibt es kein blickdichten Vorhang. Auch fehlt hier eine Ablage. Ausschlafen morgens nicht möglich, da das Service Zimmer der Reinigungskraft direkt nebenan ist. Diese haben sich bemüht, sehr leise zu sein aber man bekommt trotzdem alles mit im Zimmer.

The hotel is great and service is wonderful. Their breakfast is outstand. Very close to Lecco. Give them a try.

It is the place to stay in Malgrate! Modern, right across from Lake Como, helpful registration staff. Room balcony facing the lake was lovely BUT they need to add a small table between the 2 chairs! Also be forewarned that they do not provide towels for sun bathing on the premises or to go across the street to enjoy the lake. One other caution- if you go over to Lecco for dinner, it is very difficult to get a taxi back to the hotel. In general, it is hard to get taxis.

Otel yeni ve oldukça temizdi. Manzarası çok ama çok güzeldi. Sabah kalkıp Como Gölü kenarında oturmak çok keyifliydi. Personeller fazlasıyla yardımsever ve nazikti. Lecco meydanına yürümek keyifli ve kolaydı.

Sevmediğim bir şey olmadı. Odadaki tüm ışıkları açmamıza rağmen fazla loştu bundan dolayı zorlandık çünkü kardeşimin görüşünü çok zorladı. Sadece odadaki her şeyin dokunmatik olması bazı misafirleri zorlayabilir. Özellikle yaşlı veya görmede problem yaşayanlar zorlanabilir.

Malísima atención, nos dieron una habitación sin mampara en el baño y se mojaba todo . Salvo una chica que estaba un training , el resto de los funcionarios estaban de muy mal humor.

A localização é excelente. Tem um café da manhã muito bom, servido por pessoas extremamente gentis. Do roof tem-se uma vista espetacular do lago e montanhas Restaurante bistrô Da Giovanino muito simpático na beira do lago com serviço primoroso Destaque para Aléssia.

Recepção um pouco confusa, talvez por falha dos sistemas Não conseguiram imprimir o extrato de minha conta na saída.. Isso transmite insegurança

Good place in Como, next to Lecco. Nice breakfast. The receptionists were nice and supportive.

Everything require additional cost: parking, omelet in the breakfast. In our room we had tears in the curtains, and noise coming out when opening the door room sounds like in prison.

Lakeview rooms not exactly lake view without work. Rooms were not really worth value and then paid for parking with our large van and they gave us a space that wasnt large enough. We scraped the van side which made us unhappy and could have had larger space.

We had a fantastic stay here and would happily return. The quality of the property was exceptional. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from the design and finish to the comfort and facilities. It genuinely felt like a luxury stay, and the standard exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent too – close enough to enjoy everything Florence has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The standout, however, was Eric. His hospitality was first class from start to finish. He was always available, incredibly welcoming, and took the time to recommend authentic, understated local restaurants that we would never have found ourselves. Every recommendation was superb and gave us a real taste of Florence beyond the usual tourist spots. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines a beautiful property with genuinely outstanding hosting, I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Thank you, Eric, for making our stay so memorable.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. It’s been renovated and is modern. Its common spaces and roof top bar are very nice. There are lovely views across the water to Lecco. Quite a long walk around but a bus will take you some of the way. I did not enjoy our room which in my view was badly designed. Poor use of space. The common problem of having to redecorate to open suitcases. Bad bedside tables. A hanging metal tray. Things slid off. The towels etc were on a shelf under the basin in the passage. Not easy to access. The toilet, bidet and shower were in a separate space with an inadequate shower screen so the room was soaked. None if this worked well. The lights were controlled by a panel with multiple small symbols. You had to study a manual to work it out. Really not a comfortable space. To make things worse it was hot and stuffy with the air con fixed at 22 c.

Location and calm and peaceful ambience

This hotel is fabulous! Located on the quite side of Lake Como in Malgrate - it offers an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing lake-side experience. The hotel is modern and the rooms are clean and cozy. Our room had a balcony - and the view across the lake was spectacular. The hotel is well-located. There are quite a few restaurants along the lake promenade just steps from the hotel front door. There is also a nice public beach about 100meters from the hotel - so you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake! The town of Lecco is within walking distance, affording a wider selection of restaurants and shops to enjoy. The staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and engaging. Alessandro - the Front Desk Manager was THE BEST! He went above and beyond - to help us resolve an issue with our rental car. He is a very caring and compassionate hotelier - truly a remarkable individual. Simonetta, Sarah, and Lara were very pleasand friendly front desk staff, who made us feel at home. But the stars of the hotel are in the breakfast staff. Monika, Sabrina, and Serena are wonderful hosts, especially Monika - who carefully attends to every need! The service they provide is remarkable - attentive and personal! A nice feature of the hotel given its location is on-site parking. And their bar and roof-top lounge are relaxing venues to enjoy a relaxing reprieve from a day of touring.

Not in a convenient bus route so we had to walk into town and to the boat port. 25 minutes in the 35 degree heat! We could have got a taxi but it’s only a 7/8 minute drive and around 20 euros

Feuchtigkeitsschäden außerhalb des Duschbereiches Fenster zum See sehr klein und Schlafzimmer kein schlichten Akzente gesetzt damit man sich wohl im Zimmer fühlt.

Towels were changed each day and no option in room not to have room cleaned. This is the only negative comment, that towels should maybe not be changed unless requested.

The location is a walkable area on Lake Como with lots of restaurant options. But the hotel feels institutional with very little storage. Make sure you get some type of view! We were there in May 2026 on a post Viking Cruise trip. Not impressed with the hotel choice since it wasn’t up to Vikings standards, especially our room “without” a view. But the location was good.

This hotel is fairly modern while appearing to match the natural beauty of the area. We had a room on 2nd floor facing the lake and our view was lovely. Our beds were comfortable, amenities were excellent, including an amazing breakfast buffet. We were in the area with a tour group. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Only note, dinner options are limited if you lack transportation. The rooftop bar has excellent drinks and an amazing view.

Great service, amazing location, very good breakfast, clean and new room with amazing view. It was the best hotel in our one week trip through Italy.

I only wish the spa was open a little longer so we could use it, since we came back from our como lake cruise a little late around 8.

The shower had no door. No space for belongings. Very small room. Reveption staff not helpful , lying about the taxi staff start at 8.30 when we needed to catch a flight. In the bfast room paying 8 euros fpr a plate of oats. 50 euros for stuff in room. No milk avaulable in the room. I paid nearly 900 euros. All down the drain. For that money i would stay in New York. !

הזמנו חדר עם נוף לאגם אך לא מצויין שהחדר יושב על כביש די ראשי. בנוסף המזגן נדלק רק במידה ויש בחדר יותר מ 22 מעלות ובפועל עבד כ 2 דקות וכל כמה שעות. היה מחניק וחם ולא היה אפשר לפתוח חלון בגלל הרעש.

Excelente serviço, junto ao lago, com um execelente pequeno-almoço, dos melhores e com um restaurante mesmo em frente também excelente.
