De accommodatie is zeker goed, maar het appartement is hier en daar wat aan vernieuwing toe. Zwembad en locatie was top! Michaela en Salva van de receptie zijn TOP, heel erg behulpzaam en hebben er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf fantastisch te maken!

lighting was terrible in the bedroom- only a tall lamp for main lighting, no ceiling lights. the bathroom smelt like sewers for the entire time we were there

Excellent hotel… this is our 8th time staying here. Spacious split‑level apartments with large terraces overlooking the pool. Great pool, Wi‑Fi, elevator, and everything you need inside the apartment. Parking is available within the hotel grounds. Just 10 minutes by car to the center of Catania. The children always enjoy it, and we will definitely come back.

Manque d'équipements, cafetière, micro onde... Un peu loin de tout, il faut toujours prendre la voiture.

O apartamento é grande, é bem equipado, permite realizar todas as refeições. O condomínio tem uma boa piscina. São atribuídas 2 espreguiçadeiras da piscina a cada apartamento, ninguém fica sem espreguiçadeiras. Mas é necessário efectuar reserva. Permite parqueamento de automóvel. Em frente( 10 metros) tem um supermercado Spar e aquaspon. O condomínio tem também um ginásio e mesa de pingpong.

O apartamento não tinha torradeira nem máquina de café. No entanto o condomínio tem uma máquina de café a pagar.

Sajnos gyalogosan nem lehetett a kapuból kilépve közlekedni egy szakaszon.

Nem működött a klima, kicsit fújt, de meleg volt a lakásban

Bardzo czysty i komfortowy obiekt, świetny basen, miła i pomocna obsługa oraz spokojna lokalizacja. Wszystko było na wysokim poziomie.

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.

La ubicació no és la millor perquè es troba en una urbanització privada allunyada del centre i també que durant la nostra estada ens han picat molt los mosquits que entraven en massa a l'habitació.

​The pool area was nice and clean! Apartment was nice and clean. The staff were very nice, and they did everything they could for the customers' enjoyment.

​Location, You need to have a car, or you need to use a taxi etc. You can't go anywhere by walking. Thankfully, there is a grocery store on the other side of the road.

Przestronny apartament, klimatyzowany, rolety zewnętrzne, przemiła obsługa na recepcji.

Nie zwróciłam wcześniej uwagi że obiekt jest aż tak duży, to kompleks ogromny hotelowy z wieloma przejściami, jak w bloku :) trochę zaniedbany, w okolicy poza sklepem nic nie ma Apartament dwupoziomowy to niestety piętro i piwnica. Niestety spotkaliśmy tu karaluchy- reakcja obsługi wskazuje, że wiedzą o problemie.

Czysty, przestronny i wygodny apartament. Widok na piękny basen i zielony, zadbany ogród. Cisza i spokój w każdej porze dnia. Uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. W trakcie pobytu pokój został dokładnie wysprzątany i dostarczono czyste ręczniki. Piękny basen i wygodne leżaki. Na przeciwko obiektu znajduje się dobrze wyposażony market, w którym można kupić nawet gotowe obiady przygotowywane na miejscu. Blisko hotelu znajduje się ładny park z małym placem zabaw dla dzieci. Fantastyczne wakacje. Polecam każdemu- rodzinom z dziećmi jak i bez.

Mikala at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal! She came out to the car and greeted us when we arrived. Personally gave us a tour of the facilities and took us to our apartment. Provided us maps and gave us information of places to go. Clean and pleasant.

Appartement vraiment spacieux, très propre (et je suis exigeante sur ce critère ) et très confortable. Immense terrasse dont une partie couverte. Un box fermé pour le véhicule, appréciable car il est très difficile de trouver une place de stationnement et gratuite de surcroît. Nous n'en avons pas profité mais il y a une belle piscine extérieure avec transats et une petite salle de gym avec quelques appareils. La résidence est grande et très bien entretenue avec de nombreux espaces verts. Situation géographique sur les hauteurs de Catane et excentrée de la ville animée, bruyante et grouillante de monde. Bonne communication en amont de notre séjour. Bon accueil et réactivité du service réception. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Mise à disposition de torchons et idéalement set fond de cuisine.

Nicer area, easy access, garage space included, 10 minute drive to Aci Castello, a few minutes more to seaside Capo Mulini and Acitrezza.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Catania Hills. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und obwohl wir eigentlich später einchecken sollten, war das kein Problem. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen und ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer sowie eine riesige Veranda. Das Apartment hatte zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine abschließbare Garage, in der sogar ein SUV Platz findet. Besonders gut hat uns das Fitnesscenter und der Pool gefallen. Auch wenn das Wasser im Pool noch etwas kalt war, war es im Sommer sicherlich perfekt. Die Lage des Apartments oberhalb der Altstadt von Catania bot einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer, und die Umgebung war super. Ein Supermarkt lag direkt gegenüber, was sehr praktisch war, um alle notwendigen Einkäufe schnell zu erledigen. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass unser Zimmer zur Garagenauffahrt lag, und wir morgens durch den Verkehr geweckt wurden. Aber das war wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt. Zusätzlich gab es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die wir nutzen konnten, wenn wir unser eigenes Waschmittel mitgebracht haben. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Küchenbasics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl mussten wir selbst mitbringen, was aber durchaus normal ist. Die Anbindung war ebenfalls super: Der Flughafen war in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar, und zum Ätna brauchten wir etwa 45 Minuten bis eine Stunde. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt top, und wir würden das Catania Hills auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Heel slecht onderhouden, stopcontacten die los zaten, douchen (we hadden 3 badkamers) die of niet warm werden of te warm. Badstop werkte slecht dus echt in bad zitten was niet te doen. Afwas van personen werd niet gecontroleerd dus vonden we vies terug

Excellent apartments - strongly recommend Catania Hills Residence. A bit far away from the center- but if you use a rent-a-car that is the place for you- because it is very close to the highway and you have a garage included.

Soggiorno perfetto con un plus: quello di essere una struttura pet friendly, non solo di nome, ma di fatto. Noi e i nostri figli pelosi siamo pienamente soddisfatti! Lo staff è il top! Gentilissimi, super professionali e sempre a disposizione per ogni necessità.

Se proprio devo fare una critica, farebbe comodo uno sportello in più in cucina e una scarpiera in camera per non avere tutte le scarpe in giro. Ma è dipeso anche dal fatto che abbiamo soggiornato per tanto tempo (tra l'altro con 3 gatti) quindi avevamo parecchie cose.

Appartamento molto comodo per piu' persone che possono usufruire di due livelli di abitazione collegati da una scala interna e due ingressi separati. Da segnalare due bagni indipendenti , una zona cucina annessa ad un soggiorno molto comodo e un ampio terrazzino esterno molto gradevole per la colazione. Consigliatissimo.

Lokalizacja na uboczu Katanii, dobry dojazd samochodem. Darmowy, zamykany parking na miejscu. Otrzymaliśmy przestronne, dwukondygnacyjne mieszkanie. Miało 2 sypialnie, wyposażoną kuchnię i piękny taras z widokiem na Morze Jońskie. W łazience wanna z hydromasażem - fantastyczny relaks po trekkingu na Etnę!

Appartamento poco fornito due minimi essenziali. Letti molto scomodi.

La propiedad es fabulosa. Mi apartamento era muy espacioso y cómodo. El complejo excelente y la atención también.

Le faltaban algunas cosas de cocina, por ejemplo cafetera de filtro. ( solo había una de café expreso) pava eléctrica,etc. se necesita auto x elegir este complejo. El centro histórico queda a 20 minutos en auto.

M-am simtit in siguranta. Un loc foarte linistit, am dormit foarte bine. Masina a fost parcata intr-un garaj amplasat sub apartamentul nostru. Am avut la dispozitie tot ce era nevoie pentru a pregati un mis dejun: un aragaz, un ibric pt fiert oua, cafetiera, frigider, vase, etc.Peste drum este un Spar de unde poti cumpara alimente.

Mi-ar fi placut sa am o oglinda mare. Singura oglinda din apartament era cea de la baie.

Tutto direi. Ho viaggiato parecchio in questi anni, raramente mi è capitata una struttura in cui il rapporto qualità/prezzo giova così a vantaggio della clientela. Mi spiego meglio, io e la mia famiglia (eravamo 6 in totale) abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nell'appartamento su 2 livelli in cui possono stare fino a 8 persone. Al 1o piano ingresso, soggiorno grande con angolo cottura, tavolo e divano letto; 2 bagni, 1 camera da letto. Al piano di sopra mansardato (ma bello alto) 1 altra camera notte con ulteriore bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Piscina, area bimbi, palestra. Posto auto interno riservato. Spazi esterni puliti e curati, compresi i giardini. Le facciate pulite. Staff cordialissimo e disponibilissimo per qualunque problematica. Costo 115 a notte per questa tipologia di appartamento, indipendentemente dal n. Di persone che vi alloggiano (quindi è ovvio che conviene si più per famiglie numerose come la mia, facendo un veloce calcolo procapite sarebbero poco meno 20 20 euro a testa per notte). Quando torneremo nelle zone di Catania, sicuramente torneremo qui.

Staff was amazing. Pleasant, clean and big apartment. Store across the street, parking at the location. A bit far from the center, but comfortable place to stay with a nice pool.

Mycket trevligt ställe om man vill bo centralt i Catania,eget garage,rent och snyggt. Trevlig personal, super fint pool område. Enda minuset att man inte kunde gå till nån resturang samt mycket hårda sängar.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The unit that we got had 2 floors. First floor had separate bedroom with 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one without. Second floor had a lot of space, queen bed with full bathroom and washing machine. Plenty storage space, big closets with hangers and big mirrors. We also had a ironing board with iron, which was very nice. Place was much bigger than we expected. Kitchen jad everything we needed. Dishes, pots, utensils, cooking top and dishwasher. Our unit had a very nice and spacious balcony with pretty sizable table for 6 with a view of the sea. Gated entrance and assigned parking spots were really convenient. Pool area was much better than it comes across on the pictures. The complex is very quiet and clean. The convenience of having a grocery store across the street was a huge bonus.

Ottima struttura, ben organizzata e accogliente, alloggio come da descrizione, comoda agli esercizi commerciali principali.

Segnalerei sono una migliore pulizia dei bagni (in particolare la doccia) e della cucina, per il resto tutto nella norma.

El apartamento es ESPECTACULAR! Muy amplio, limpio, silencioso, tranquilo y con todo lo que puedas desear en unas vacaciones familiares (piscina, hidromassje, gimnasio…) Tiene un super justo delante en el que puedes encontrar de todo y a muy buen precio

Es imposible moverse de allí sin coche si quieres realizar un poco de turismo por la zona

L'organizzazione dei posti auto e delle postazioni dei lettini in piscina.L'apertura della reception alle ore 09.30 conseguente l'apertura dell' entrata principale per quell'ora. Appartamenti in grado di ospitare più di sei persone hanno a disposizione solo servizi stoviglie di 6.

Me encantó el apartamento tiene las habitaciones grandes , la cocina y el salón estaba muy bien limpio y ordenado . Los cuartos de baño grandes. Me gustó también la piscina y el gymnasio. Y que hubiera un supermercado enfrente.

We didn't expect that much we've been given. Great thank you to all staff for your hospitality, patience and taking care to our needs. If I was in Catania again I definitely chose Catania Hills again.

Ottima posizione x muoversi fuori dalla confusione. Struttura confortevole, curata e pulita. Ci è capitato un appartamento in un punto molto comodo vicino a ingresso, piscina e palestra.

Forse l arredo potrebbe essere più curato e marittimo

La reception, le persone che ci lavorano, la casa era davvero spaziosa e accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort

La résidence est propre, calme et sécurisée, il y a même un box fermé pour garer la voiture. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue. Le personnel est très accueillant.

Il n’y a pas grand chose à faire le soir aux alentours de la résidence. Il manque de la vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine et torchons.
