Crown Palace Hotel Ajman

It was fraud...i never found a reservation yet the hotel acts extremely negative about it and never tried to give help or support. Looks like no one from your side is reading this...as i claim my mone back...and no responses from your side

OK. Not quite worth the price.

Very dirty Internet connection slow and not stable there is no tawles and to much insects

Average clean, room is big but only one socket is there which is used for the fridge!! Bathroom is small and shower box is very small and very old. No maintenance was done for a long time. This hotel is old and i think it was one of the best in Ajman earlier but now they don't even make maintenance, most of the facilities are there but not working (pool, spa, massage, restaurant, cafe shisha lounge). Huge Lobby with limited furniture. They can't afford furnishing this huge area! Breakfast is veryyyyy poor. You are really having the breakfast same as hostel or 1 star hotel. Location is great, many restaurants, Cafe, ATM, Laundry are all around.

The Hotel was running a big scam on 21 February, i stayed in the Lobby for 3 hours waiting for my booking they said did not receive it, and now they're refusing a refund

Small room , no towels in the bathroom, ceiling is not painted, unclean room , the air conditioner is so noisy I couldn’t sleep and if i turn it off its soo hot , I recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel

I don’t think it’s a 4 star hotel. No cattle no water. Very slim shower ver difficult to use. Service was terrible request blanket for 5 days but didn’t get it. Towels were supplied after 2 days.

I got the worst service in this hotel! I booked 6 nights and I only got 3 times housekeeping! And whenever I ask for slippers, towels, dental kits or whatever they never got me what I want!!! The corridors are always dirty Today I spoke with the manager to make a complaint and ask why they are not cleaning my room and she told me because you’re drunk!!!! First am a muslim a don’t drink alcohol, second even if you have a drunk guest you don’t clean their room!!!!????? I WANT A REFUND NOW!

Not to be recommended to anyone Very bad service and staff No water or coffee in the room , you have to buy them yourself or pay them . Very disappointing hotel . Never go there.

Reception staffs no good behave to online guests, before same attitude. I booked one bedroom,but i got narrow studio...

You got what you paid it’s not bad at all but in end you got what you paid

It was excellent stay at Hotel. Really appreciate the attitude and support of Mr.Vinod. He was so much helpful and superb. Clean Room, Warm welcome at reception,Ambience of the hotel will attract any one. House keeping was on time and thanks for all their support. You can enjoy a peaceful and happy stay at an economy rate.

So bad experience. The room was not clean at all imagine!!!! Especially now with COviD time. We left drinks in the fridge and somebody took it and never return back to us when we changed the room. I don’t recommend at all.

Telephone not working as always. No milk at the coffee box. No toothbrush, toothpaste and everything. The towels are old.

Enjoyed the stay but they REALLY need to warm their swimming pool water, its like swimming in the fridge I couldn't stay for 3 minutes there and the sauna condition is poor.

I arrived around 9 pm and was so tired. All I wanted is to take shower and sleep. First when I entered the room I noticed that the toilet was broken I couldn’t flash it was broken and no water. I went to take shower closed the cabin and when I turned around I saw water on the floor like about 3 inches.. I couldn’t finish my shower I called the reception. They sent some guy to fix it. He was fixing it about 1.5 hours . Than some guy from management came and he was keep telling me in 2 minutes they’ll fix it. The cabin were leaking. I really wanted to use toilet and sleep. So finally they gave me another room. When we came I was very surprised with the smell it was so smelly with smoke. Turns out it was smoking floor. I told them cigarettes smoke makes me sick and I can’t sleep in this room. So they took me to third room. I turned on the sink to wash my hands and discover than it’s leaking too. I was too tired to keep changing the rooms . So I just didn’t care and went to sleep. Was uncomfortable though since I couldn’t use the sink. And no one cane to fix it even thought they told me someone will come fix it the next morning. I had the feeling that everything in that hotel was broken. Although hotel looks not bad from first sight and rooms look nice and spacious. Too bad they can’t manage it properly.

Front office staff shuould be trained on how coordinate among be thelmselves to make the in house guests feel more relax and tension free

It's written there is a bar but there isn't any. In general it's not clean and I'm not satisfied with the accommodation. I forget, they have issue with a hot water I couldn't take a shower and when I ask for a tooth brush they said it's 10 Durham Wow!

nice hotel according to the price. such a low price and a good hotel . transport easily available for various location. nice restaurents nice place to spend holidays

The welcoming is very bad. Long time for check in. Even they refuse to give us 2 door keys (and we are 2). The reception is not clean. The room its not c lean. Old furniture. Evrything is bad

The reception staff will insist in keeping your passport, they are not allowed to keep passport! Also, there was a lot of noise, even at night. They don’t have coffee, room service has instant coffee for affordable price.

I have visited a lot of countries and stayed in a lot of hotels all over ranging from three to seven stars establishments. The Crown Palace Hotel in Ajman I don’t know how is this place is licensed in the first place mind rated as four stars. - Check-in was slow and unfriendly - Room is not clean - Furniture was broken - Toilet was broken and no water is available in the evening - No towels - TV remote not working - Room service don’t do anything you call and ask for

Cheap and best hotel. But not suitable for vip guest .

Foyer impressive. Registering was easy, but rest of hotel needs refurbishment. Room was adequate but small compared to some other similar hotels, particularly the shower. No balcony & unable to open window which was dirty. Also I wanted to use the coffee shop but found it was shut down ;-( Gym had all equipment but needs revitalising. Pool area needs some shade & suggest some pot plants to give it ambience. Great location to see Ajman city area though. The price was reasonable.

Staying experience was not bad , didn't meet my expectation but still it's ok for the money I booked the room. Room is spacious and front desk staff was quite approachable. If there was provision of warming water in pool will be great.
