The hotel was well kept and had a nice casino attached to it. The staff was nice and the room was clean.

The breakfast lacked a bit of variety and options.

Hated the location, will not be back. Town it’s in has no service and WiFi was terrible. Also hated that nearest laundry facilities were 45 minutes away.

Upon my arrival at the hotel in the early afternoon, the clerk at the desk said we could not check in until four. So we left drove 45 minutes to get some dinner because there was not a good place to eat close by. When we returned, it was six or 615. A different clerk was at the desk and he said we did not have the room reserved. They had moved us to a room that was not suitable for three people. The excuse was given that there was a plumbing problem. It’s hard to imagine that there was not another room or two clean beds in it that they could have moved us too. The clerk at the desk said the clerk at 4 o’clock was new so she didn’t know and that he had just gotten to work and found out about this. The blame was shifted everywhere when I asked for a manager, he could not get a hold of one supposedly the experience was horrible and we had to drive another hour and a half to find a hotel that had an opening. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would not recommend the area to anyone as there is no good dining and no entertainment at all. This was a terrible experience.

The location is beautiful.

Don’t expect much from the staff. There were eye rolls and excuses for why the store wasn’t open, the bacon was burnt, and when we arrived an hour before check in I had the most awkward conversation with the woman working the front desk, who basically looked at me blank faced and then said rooms weren’t ready and I could come back later.

The breakfast was surprisingly abundant, with good quality and varieties! Our room was clean and spacious, with a sofa that was super comfortable. The staff was helpful and the location was perfect for us to explore the parks!

The staff was nice and the breakfast was ok not great but ok.

Everything was broken or not available. The pool was Not a heated pool. The casino was closed the whole three days we were there. The fire pit area was not usable due to the fire pit being out of propane. The beds were not comfortable. Every time we wanted to do something there was a problem or a reason we couldn’t get what we asked about. I was over all not pleased with my stay.

The location was nice, especially since we were stopping in the area to see the Redwoods. It’s a close drive to one of the visitor centers of the park, and about 6 minutes away from a cool museum/tourist attraction called the Trees of Mystery. I love that it is heavily surrounded by indigenous culture, as I believe this location is in or near a reservation. I enjoyed how different this hotel was, they have a section that looked like a mini casino area, and they have their own little gift shop. The staff was friendly upon check in, and throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was very spacious, and it was clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to see the redwoods🙂

Seemed like they were running low on supplies. We only got 3 towels/wash clothes at a time for a room booked for 4 people. Sounded like housekeeping was supposed to be every other night, but it was only every 3rd night.

The location was great for visiting the redwoods. The rooms were big and the fitness center was good. I really appreciated the staff! After driving through the unexpected winter storm, I arrived frazzled and Amanda, who checked me in, gave me a hug after I asked her to. Thank you!

Frühstück sehr rudimentär, Industrie-Rührei, Saft aus Konzentrat, Pappteller, schmutzige Tische und Hochstühle, wenig Platz Personal hat sich nicht um eine dritte Decke gekümmert im Zimmer für drei Personen Schlafsofa war nicht bezogen, mussten wir selbst tun, zunächst mit war die schmutzige der Gäste vorher noch da... Das Hotel ist ein halbes Casino

It's in a very good location to see the redwoods.

Old and tired - not as I imagined from the online photos. However, it was the only hotel available in the area and we were grateful to get a room at the last minute. The carpets are plain awful in the rooms, thankfully I brought some slippers to wear. The restaurant is adjacent to the hotel and it's a bar menu so not the best. No breakfast is served.

The pool was a little chilly

I reserved two beds room for 2 nights and it was pre-paid. When I checked in it was not available. I slept on a rollover bed the first night and it was very uncomfortable. I changed room for the second night, and the two beds was available.

We stayed at this hotel after visiting the Redwoods and we had the best stay. The location is great for right near the Redwoods, There is a restaurant on site that has great food and great drinks. The beds were so comfortable, the staff were fantastic and the breakfast was great too. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again

Breakfast is good, and we appreciated the to‐go bags. The location is convenient for heading either north or south in the national park - and the gas station next door was pretty cheap!

The WiFi wasn't very stable. At breakfast we would have preferred non‐plastic knives and forks. The walls seemed a little thin, as we could hear people talking next door (but not a big problem).

Clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff. This hotel is centrally located to explore the Redwoods and near the cheapest gas in the whole area. This is the perfect place to stay!

They have a late check in at 4pm. Usually check in is at 3pm. That hour can make a difference on convenience and planning your stay.
