Comfy stay when getting the ferry the following day. Far nicer than the Ibis (not the budget one) that we stayed at last year and smelt smoky. Pool was lovely and great fun with the kids. Arriving on a Sunday eve meant many resteraunts were closed. We went to Buffallo Grill, which was a really bad idea! Breakfast in the hotel was very good.

Easy and functional hotel. 10 minutes drive from the old town and the ferry terminal. I would have stayed in the old town but this was a cheaper option as I was only passing through for an early ferry

the hotel appears to be newish. everything was clean and in good condition.the breakfast was €15 but was excellent. not the nicest part of st malo but only 7 minutes by car to the old town,ferry and beaches..would definitely stay there again.

5–10 minutes from the ferry. Great breakfast. Clean functional rooms. We didn’t get to use the spa or the pool but that would’ve been a great bonus. The only downside is as other people have written , it’s McDonald’s or Buffalo Grill, if you want to eat on the doorstep.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable despite being close to a commercial business area and a supermarket. It was fairly clean. However, my only niggle was that I use my own mattress topper and when I removed the bottom sheet to place my topper above the hotel's mattress cover, I found some hairs, yuk!. So I had to remove those. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The remainder of the room and shower room were clean as were public areas. Check in was quick and easy with polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good, with dishes, juices etc replenished, tables cleared and cleaned quickly by hard working staff. We had a short stay of 2 nights before moving on. We didn't use the pool. Overall, the hotel is fairly good value for money

Perfect location for old town and ferry port... No issues ,big comfy bed ,but no UK tv stations...

Location was good for our needs. Clean and tidy , indoor swimming pool , Small Gym , Sauna , and Steam Room. Good Breakfast Choice available. Bed comfortable and rooms quiet. Free Parking.

We stayed here on 2 occasions in May 2025 and the hotel is excellent and is has recently be upgraded. Good location, we use it, before and after catching the ferry to/from Guernsey. Nice rooms, good breakfast an there is parking.

Quite far from Saint Malo. In the middle of nowhere. But clean and cheap.

We were a few lads returning to Guernsey and just needed a hotel for one night before early ferry next day. I would have loved to have stayed longer and taken advantage of the pool and gym. Lovely comfortable bed and great shower. I do miss my kettle in the room but you can get free tea/coffee at reception. Once they realised that we were checking out so early the receptionist arranged for breakfast to be available. Secure car park, short walk to bus stop for the old town.

Warm and welcoming check in staff. Nice clean new hotel with plenty of parking - and spaced big enough for modern vehicles which is often a problem in French cities. Towels were tiny and very scratchy. Shower head hose is designed in a way that means it never points where you want it. Other than those very minor issues, a great stay.

For the price there are better options. I did not use the leisure facilities and the only walkable restaurant was a McDonald’s. It certainly is not prestige for the price.

Great place to stay to catch the10.30 ferry from St Malo to Portsmouth on most days. Swimming pool looked very inviting.

Clean , quiet , good breakfast options ,Swimming Pool Gym Sauna and Steam room all good. Tea , Coffee and Cold water available near reception. Staff were ok but not very helpful when asked about places to eat out. They just said go into St.Malo Centre. Never said anything about there being a McDonald's within 5minute walk. Also there was a Buffalo Grill , Burger King and a few other places nearby. The best being Chinese Buffet The Panda Wok which was just less than a mile up the road. Absolutely Superb, with so much variety.

8 min drive from St. Malo. Very nice, clean and convenient. Great breakfast, pool, sauna.

The hotel was great, staff were very friendly, the room was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The only problem was that it is a long way from the old city (approximately 4 km) and the bus service stops before 10pm at this stage of the season.

Hotel exceptional friendly staff all round a lovely stay

Disappointing in many ways for a hotel which is labelled Prestige.The tea & coffee tray was in reception so nothing in the room, which isn’t ideal when you want a drink when you wake up!The bar snack food is awful don’t bother ordering!It’s all frozen & my croque monsieur was stone cold on one side.My wife’s pizza was of the frozen type & tasteless.Either have a proper restaurant or don’t offer food.

Good for an overnight stop, but 5 kms distant from the old town of St Malo itself.

Great to have use of a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Very relaxing after a long drive and the kids loved it.

Had to pay a deposit of 218 euros which we do not get returned until after we leave!!! Very poor. Never come across that at any hotel previously.

The staff is first class. They look after you, are helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The facilities make your stay perfect.

I have stayed at this property a number of times and have been very pleased with it. Comfortable modern property with very good rooms. Welcoming staff excellent breakfast buffet. For the first time, despite having paid in full for the entire stay in advance my credit card was authorised for € 100 presumably as a damage deposit. I was then asked to sign an authority to allow them to charge €75 if I should smoke in the bedroom. We don't smoke and we always leave the room in perfect condition so I found this rather a negative policy.

We arrived fresh from the ferry at 11.00 pm. Very fast & friendly check in . Clean & comfortable room . We were so tired we just fell into bed. We were very comfortable & Would definitely come again

Reception and personnel very helpful. Registration was a breeze. The room was comfortable and clean. The snacks were available at all times.

The hotel was clean and functional with helpful staff and good on site parking. However, our bedroom was on the first floor next to the entrance and car park where visitors congregate to smoke and chat into the early hours of the morning. This was very disturbing girl our sleep. I suggest a simple notice be placed in this area saying no smoking and you provide a designated area away from the bedroom s. Thank you

Location is 2 miles from town, transport links poor. Swimming pool, men need trunks. Staff very good, food extortionate. In non glamorous area.

Great location for us with self parking on the lot. Very clean . Almost new. Personnel very friendly and helpful. Short drive to historic St . Malo old city with walls. Easy access from main highway leading into city. Would easily stay again. Lots of extras.. pool, spa, and fitness center.

The hotel is clean and modern. The reason for rating it medium is that it doesn’t have a refrigerator or coffee maker in room. It’s just a plain hotel room, and a bit pricey for that reason.

I had a quick stop over after transferring from the ferry to a train. The hotel was clean, comfortable and good value for money. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. There was a great selection of breakfast available and a lovely swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to spend time in the swimming pool, steam room and sauna while waiting for the ferry even though I had checked out. The breakfast was excellent in choice and quality. I will definitely stay again when I am taking the ferry.

Everything is good. The only question I had was checking in time. The receptionist told me to wait until 3pm to be check in. However, when I sat at the reception area at 2:30pm, the receptionist already checked in for 3 couples. I didn’t understand why she did that while I had waited until 2:50pm to be checking in.

Room clean. Water stain on floor but not an issue. Thin walls (heard both neighbours snoring). Breakfast was basic but plentiful and tasty. Bathroom very clean. Staff were very nice and attentive.

Unlike Orbitz's description of the hotel location being within 2 km from the center, it is actually 4.5 km. It is situated in a place with nothing around, except McDonald about 300 meters away. Other that, it was a clean room with a comfortable bed and pleasant staff to address your concerns.Breakfast is OK, but 11 € price us a little steep for a continental breakfast.

Lovely Pool, open til late, everything great , only fault, we would have preferred a small kettle available in the room. However the hotel offered a helpful service and plentiful coffee, tea etc and urn downstairs with paper cups.

Amazingly clean, quiet and comfortable

The reception staff and hotel were very good, the hotel was in an excellent position for a stop over before catching the ferry, the room was comfortable and spacious and the shower was clean. Unfortunately at 2am we were woken up by the fire alarm, so we quickly dressed and went outside to stand in the pouring rain with the other guests. It became apparent that the security guard/ night porter had left the hotel when the fire alarm sounded, so there was no information regarding the situation of the "fire". Eventually the fire brigade arrived but they were unable to enter the car park with the fire engine as the gate was locked and there was not a member of hotel staff on the premises. We became more alarmed as we were locked in with no means of escape. Eventually the gate was opened and the fire personnel checked the hotel and confirmed it had been a false alarm. At about 3.30 am the Manager had been contacted and arrived at the hotel but was unable to explain why the security guard had left the hotel and guests in danger when the fire alarm had first gone off.

It's difficult to fault this set-up for the price. It's clean, comfortable and convenient and the staff is helpful and pleasant. It may not be in the hub of the city but as a safe, quiet overnight stop you can't fault it. The breakfast is exceptional. This was our second stay and we'll most certainly be back.

No family rooms available so we booked 2 rooms. On arrival no adjoining rooms were available, which was disappointing as the reservation had been made months in advance.

An excellent stop-over before heading for the ferry. Incredible value for money. Lovely staff, clean, comfortable. Air-conditioning an extra bonus after nights of not sleeping in the excessive heat. Excellent imaginative breakfast. There is even a pool which is amazing for a budget hotel. Kyriad Prestige really have got it right. Our only criticism would be the choice of furnishing in the restaurant area. It looked like a primary school canteen. Plastic chairs in garish colours really let the place down.

Good location, about 20 minutes walk to St Servan and shops, restaurants etc. Comfortable room, didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked really good, although the weather was really hot so not sure how refreshing it would have been. Didn't have breakfast so cannot confirm.

We were having an overnight on our way back home (England) after a holiday in France. The hotel was perfect in location and quality for our requirements. We enjoyed the breakfast immensely.

The property proved very easy to find on the main road into St. Malo. Reception staff were always helpful and then snack meals adequate.Breakfast fine as was the swimming pool.Everything clean and my only negative was that the seal at the bottom of the shower was broken and , unless I re-directed the shower head, water leaked out onto the floor

Great nights sleep, very comfortable bed. Enjoyed using the pool which was open until late, towels provided too. I would definitely recommend this hotel if catching the next day ferry as it was only a short drive to the port.

Check in at 330pm dont try earlier. We waited for 1.5 hours in the car to get our room here at the hotel. Yet I watched a group of 5 bikers go in at 3pm and got their rooms so 330pm should apply to everyone not just some! We used the gym and the location is great right across the street from a grocery store and mall. Another problem was no fridge or coffee maker in the room as we were here for 3 nights it was very inconvenient. My husband is a huge coffee drinker so he had to go downstairs often up to 6 times a day. I would stay here again as the bed was super comfortable and St Malo was beautiful! Also the hairdryer only worked for a few minutes at a time I forgot to report that upon checking out.
