I always book in this hotel whenever I go to Muscat. The location is amazing its just beside City Centre. I also love their friendly staff and the fact that they are pet friendly. They even have resident cats and dog.

Amazing and wonderful staff with the best management team! Always super helpful and organised, really professional, highly recommemded and will come back

Very helpful and friendly staff. Likewise with our room and the amenities provided for the overall price : ) The resident cats and little dog were an added bonus along with the hotel's support to a local animal charity/ shelter.

Nothing ! All good

Outstanding service! The team was super fast to respond and very friendly.

Unacceptable Cleanliness: The overall level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable and far below basic hospitality standards. Worn-Out Beds: The beds are ancient and severely unsupportive, causing actual physical discomfort and back pain. Foul Odors: There were recurring, foul smells emitting from both the air conditioning system and the bathroom drainage. Substandard Towels: Towels provided were old, threadbare, and frayed—they should have been discarded long ago. Unsafe Drinking Water: The quality of the drinking water provided was questionable and appeared improperly stored, posing a potential health hazard. Defective Swimming Pool: The swimming pool was completely non-operational and out of service. Urgent Renovation Required: The furniture is old and visibly degraded. For a hotel positioned as a gateway near the international airport catering to global travelers, this lack of maintenance is unacceptable. Immediate, comprehensive action and top-to-bottom upgrades are urgently required.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff demonstrated top-tier professionalism and prompt assistance throughout my visit.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff demonstrated top-tier professionalism and prompt assistance throughout my visit.

Cleanliness Issues: Overall cleanliness was poor and fell well below expectations. Uncomfortable Beds: The beds are outdated, rigid, and caused significant discomfort and back pain. Unpleasant Odors: There were persistent bad smells occasionally coming from the air conditioning units and the bathroom. Worn-Out Towels: The towels were old, frayed, and visibly worn out. Drinking Water Quality: The quality of the provided drinking water was poor—likely due to improper storage—which is a concern for health and hygiene. Outdated Furniture & Missed Potential: The furniture is aged and urgently needs replacement. Considering the hotel has a beautiful facade, a strategic location near the airport, and serves as an international gateway for travelers from all over the world, it deserves a much higher standard to match its potential. Non-Functional Pool: The swimming pool was not operational during my stay.

Location

The spoon for coffee was used/not washed. The mugs look dirty as well. They are not washing properly.

Good sized room with all facilities. No road noise. Spacious airy light reception. Next door to City Centre shopping mall. Plenty of eating places around. Proximity to the airport - 15mins. Fuel station nearby.

All good.

Clean, modern, quiet and convenient

Still struggle trying to find English TV stations

the location

one staff accused me of smoking last time which made le surprised because i never smoke at all...

Good value for money and a very good location, close to a mall. Well located near iconic landmarks in Seeb. Comfortable bed. The staff were accommodating and allowed us a slightly later checkout.

The bathroom wasn't always perfectly clean and could have been better arranged/equipped.

It is located exactly next to a City Mall … and not far from Masqat international airport

Not allowing smoking at all

The hotel is very clean and exceptionally quiet. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, especially Mr.Kumar, who provided outstanding service. I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

Accessible to the places I need.

Bed

The toilet is old and there is no socket near the bed.

The location was excellent. It was close to the souq and the airport, but it was a bit far from the city center.

What I didn’t like was the view from the room window. The refrigerator was not well stocked—even upon arrival, there wasn’t even a bottle of water in it. I stayed for three nights and four days, but the refrigerator was restocked only once. There were also no dishes, cutlery, or utensils available in the hotel. In addition, the hotel did not have a good buffe

Le personnelle est super sympathique.

الموقع ممتاز، المعاملة جيدة.

عدم وجود ادوات تنظيف كافية حتى مياه شرب لا توجد في الثلاجة.

The overall room was a good size, very friendly staff, good location right next to the mall and close by to the airport, really would recommend to anyone who stays, and I will be staying no doubt again

هدوء

الوصول للفندق لا توجد كل الأحتياجات

The location is close by a mall. The staff are welcoming along their hotel mascott, Maxi. They are pet friendly and overall good experience. Will definitely come back.

The pool was closed or didnt have, they dont have room service as well, so the only way to get food are the restaurants outside which closes after midnight.

Close to the mall. Staff were great.

Room was dated and far from the airport.

I had a connecting flight at Muscat Airport for about 12 hrs. I checked in at this hotel at 5:30 a.m., while the check-out was at 12. I asked the reception if I could have a late check-out, and they were very flexible and offered to let me stay until 2 pm; that was very helpful for resting and sleeping more before going to the airport.

When I arrived from Muscat, I went straight to the hotel and was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Mr. Qumar. He was very kind, friendly, and made me feel welcome right away. In fact, all of the receptionists and housekeeping staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. They always greeted me with a smile and made sure I was comfortable. Their excellent hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful service!
