Rooms need a bit of maintenance in few things. Is not infromt of the beach as it says u may need to walk about 3 mins.

We are not happy from first impression,from beginning.from first call but no response from receptionist

The place is farther than walking from Villa Market Department we were start to walk to The hotel And my husband 73 years old can’t walk too far like 4-5klm.and Hotel staff charge for extra money for the room can see Sea view but not see clear it too far and blocked with jungle instead in front the small window.

The staff were really helpful as I had hurt my back, they organised a therapist to come to the hotel, got Mr a cheap taxi to the airport and had great chats every morning 🌄 with the girls 👧 😀 I loved the way the concrete floors kept the room so cool ,very boujie. I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely nothing. I can't even think of one thing.

I had a king suite, a large room, king size bed and a single, huge bath and separate shower, The balcony was nice and faced the sea. No hangers, I went to Bluport and bought some. Breakfast? 2 eggs fried/scrambled or omelette, 2 small sausage, 2 toast, tea or coffee ( I bought my own milk as they only have creamer, the coffee is strong) and orange juice. Hotels com say buffet breakfast is available at an extra 500bht.. has to be the worse breakfast ever, sorry. Location is good for the beach, 2 minutes and Bluport, 10 minutes. This hotel has potential, it's small, it feels like someone had an idea but never applied it, it could be a cracking place to stay.

Nothing I liked about this accomodation

Room and bathroom was very dirty , shower outlet was blocked and would not go down faucett and sink broken shower curtain had dirty mould on it Six out of nine light fittings not working Adjoining room doors not lockable someone tried to access my room at 1:30am No basic hotel management in place and maintenance had not been carried out in very long time

Bra rum, mysigt och nära till stranden. Skön säng. Personalen inte särskilt intresserade av att leverera en god service

The hotel is in an excellent position to the beach and easy to walk to Blue Port mall. The property would benefit from a refurbishment and decoration because it is looking a little tired. Big rooms and a comfortable soft bed. The staff were helpful and very friendly. A nice place to stay but it could be so much better if it was refreshed.

The beach decor of the room was nice. The reminder left a lot to be desired

Advertised: Sea view. This was a lie. Staff were never available. Had to ring a mobile number if you wanted them. Booked for 4 nights. Only stayed 1. Very disappointed

Nice and secluded

Bra läge nära stranden och den stora vägen som tar en överallt i Huahin. Gångavstånd till både Market Willage och Blueport. Mysigt rum med skön säng samt utsikt mot havet. Hotellfrukosten var torftig. Katter och höns invid hotellet vilket jag uppskattade. Dock väcktes man kl 06.00 varje morgon av tuppen, inte lika positivt.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Run by a couple it is very clean breakfast was great and the roof top views were spectacular to see the local birds and wildlife

It's style is quaint and endearing, it's very quiet, except for occasional inconsiderate guests, the beds are soft and the beach and bar are so close.

Inadequate street drainage after rains so unless you have a vehicle, you can't avoid wet shoes. Maintenance and attention to detail is required but I still find it charming.

Concrete floors in rooms?rat or other animal poo up stairways.concrete hanging from the balcony and main building!bathroom window had a gap that you could put your hand through!air con blowing out hot air only?a dirt track leading to the 'squat'aka hotel?track was unaccesable after a bit of rain! Did not try the shower got up and left as soon as possible! Absolutely horrendous place!

Enclosed balcony/drawing room was very beautiful in the morning light. Excellent for for some photography.

The parking situation is a mess. They simply do not have enough space. And its tricky to get in and out.

Close to the beach, Room in good condition with the exception of the door which ill fitted its frame slighty. Unfortanatately no room service or gym. But staff were pleasent to talk too and pool was clean although rather small, probably as the beach was so close. Great budget hotel Ideal for short holiday, would stay there again. 24 hour check in not available.

The beach just at the end of the road. Night staff very helpful when we ordered food and supplied us with cutlery and bowls .

Swimming pool was green and never been cleaned for a long time. We booked because of the pool. Was told breakfast was from 8am until 10am on arrival and when showed up at 09.45am she said no and pointed at the sign which I never checked on arrival as I took her word that she had told us the correct times.

On arrival met by super friendly staff. The room had sea view Aircon . Outside you can walk to beach in 2 minutes restaurants every where. I would recommend to anyone staying in hua hin. And of course swimming pool on roof. You can see for miles. See you next year De pastel

Pros: - the hotel is located almost on the beach; - 7-Eleven, Market Village, Blueport mall are in walking distance - restaurants and bars are also in walking distance - guiet place - good water pressure in the shower - clean floors Cons: - general cleaning is needed incl curtains and all surfaces - painted walls was a bad idea in shower area - no seal under the door so we have met a big cockroach in the morning - very modest breakfast without veggies and fruits - bad shower drain - small shower curtain - leaking sink with cracks - broken lights - leaky bed linen

Det var ett pent lite hotell Enkel frokost men det var påfyll om du ønsket ingen luksus men rent og greit. 2/3 minutter til fantastisk Strand hvor dagsleie var 30kr for dagen med seng,parasoll og Håndkle . Meget koselige mennesker som jobbet der Leide skuter for 250 bath ( 80kr dagen)

it’s old and not maintained well. Noisy at night because it’s near the highway. bed is comfy but the frame has creaking sound.

Bestilte rom med delvis sjøutsikt. Det var et spartansk lite rom med dårlig vedlikehold. Gammeldags dør med 3-4 cm åpning under til den knøttlille balkongen. Med vei rett utenfor så var det ett støvlag over det hele hver dag. Manglende varmtvann ble fikset på en dag. Nøkkelkort virket ikke når vi kom hjem på kvelden og ingen svarte på det telefonnummeret som sto i resepsjonen. Etter å ha endevendt alle skap i resepsjonen fant vi et hovedkort slik at vi kom oss inn. Rommene med sjøutsikt var mye større og hadde stor balkong. Dette må komme tydeligere frem i annonsen! Et malingstrøk og belegg på gulvene samt renovering av sanitæranlegget kunne gjort dette hotellet til betegnelsen "koselig lite hotel med god beliggenhet".

It was a nice place, convenient, clean room and good location could walk to the beach. We would love to back there again for the next opportunity.

The breakfast was far below expectations.

Great location: The hotel is a detached building on an empty plot of land. A narrow alley leads to the beach some hundred meters away. There are beach loungers for rent. Snacks and drinks readily available. In the other direction, towards the main road, there is a shopping mall about 350m away; for those who need. Great staff: Reception might not always be (wo-)manned, but you can always reach the staff who is very helpful and accommodating.

Wear and tear: the place must have been a “piece of jewelry” when newly opened. However, time is taking its toll with worn edges on furniture, stained metal surfaces and ageing plumbing. That is fine when considering the price.

Ett helt ok nära stranden. Rakt ner från hotellet finns uthyrning av solstolar, en av få i området .Där köpte vi vatten och blandad färsk frukt, rekommenderas. Frukosten ok men vi köpte till egen frukt som de skar upp till oss. Inget lyxhotell men helt och rent, rätt i förhållande till priset. Vi hade ett problem med rummet men fick byta direkt. Hjälpsam personal, hiss finns. Nära till Bluport. Gångavstånd till Market Village om man vill.

Wifi was very slow, pool not in use they should have mentioned it before booking, i mean its peak season why would you schedule maintenance, parking very small, why the concrete floors through out the whole building??

It was quiet, friendly staff.

Average. A little out dated. Close to the beach but definitely not beach front. Could use a good refresh especially the pool which wasn’t a place you really wanted to be spend time. I don’t think anyone used it really since a long time.

Location near to Bluport shopping mall

Narrow 1 car lane road to hotel, limited parking (max. 4 cars only). Reception service bad. Breakfast start from 8am instead of 7am. No hair dryer & hot water shower.

The location is fantastic - close to blue port mall and market village. It’s a 1 minute walk from the beach. It’s quiet, peaceful and quaint. The staff are so lovely too!

The pool area could be improved.

The room was tiny!! Very clean but for 3 people a joke! Granted my 12yr old looks 16 but one bed for 3 people!! Other placed I've booked don't allow this and make u book another room but not this place as maybe scared they'd loose your business. Pool was terrible,a big bath I'd call it. The staff were nice and helpful and the room very clean so I'd don't like being negative just an honest review if someone booking here.

Enkelt, men hyggelig. Grei frokost. Eurosport og SVT på TV. 150 meter til strand/cafe uten å krysee gater/trafikk. 5 min. å gå til 7 Eleven, 10 min. til kjøpesenter/matbutikk., 20 min. til sentrum, 25 min. til jernbanest. Langt fra busstasjon for buss til Bangkok Int.Airp. (300 bath m/taxi).

Very comfortable bed, powerful shower. The staff (khun Aom) was fantastic and very friendly, she helped us a lot. This hotel is located near the beach and shopping center. Perfect place to relax. Breakfast was simple but good enough, highly recommended for budget travelers.

- swimming pool looks older and dirtier than in the photo - There was a gap between the window and the floor ,allowing insects came into our room. It would be better to repair the windows properly.

I love the location, very close to the beach (and also to the Bluport mall with all its facilities) but on a quiet lane with chickens and cats. The staff (Aommy and Painun) were so helpful and lovely. The hotel is simple, comfortable and good value. Recommended.

Very cozy hotel, near the beach (2 min. by walking). There is a pool on the rooftop and breakfast was also included. The staff is amazing, very friendly and serviceminded. We can definetly recomend this hotel. Thanks for a great stay and great service! 🙏

-old and torn towel -Nobody until 2pm for checking in. Anyway you can wait at the lobby. - very narrow alley to the building - Room with sea view is meanless, you can't see the sea.

Hotel with character ,it needs a bit of maintance but it has character and felt homely ,staff were helpful and location good .Balcony to room was very nice .lovely sun area around the roof top pool
