We stay in a wooden house, but they have upgraded their facilities to make the guest feel more comfortable. So a bit of kampung style, but comfortable enough for those who are used to city. Norma is very nice.

Очень уютные уединение домики, прекрасный вид на горы и джунгли возле бассейна. Спокойно и полное слияние с природой. Если возникают какие-то проблемы хозяйка сразу их решает. Завтраки вкусные.

Из пожеланий - было бы неплохо добавить полотенца для ног после душа. И надо иметь ввиду,что вокруг нет никакой цивилизации, лучше иметь машину

Room are very basic

Everything was wonderful. The host was very kind and welcoming. There were air conditioners in every bedroom and in the living room, which made our stay very comfortable. The place was not crowded, and we had the swimming pool all to ourselves most of the time. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

The road leading to the property is quite narrow in some places, especially on the bridges. However, we had no trouble accessing it with a mid-sized car.

We loved the tranquility, the size of the family villa was large, and a very relaxed bush setting. Norma and Viza were lovely hosts and we felt at home instantly. Norma was very responsive and informative and the breakfast was a nice bonus. We recommend however you definitely need transport which can be supplied by Norma.

Unfortunately the pool area lacks shade and the water just wasn’t quite refreshing enough.

We spent four nights at this establishment. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. They are truly very respectful people; thank you to them. The accommodations were adequate and equipped with air conditioning. The setting was pleasant.

Jest trochę daleko od turystycznych miejsc i plaży ale dla mnie to i tak plus. Jest możliwość wynajęcia samochodu na miejscu. Miejscowe restauracje w okolicy.

Mitten in der Natur . Wir haben so viele Tiere beobachten können. Ein Traum für Naturliebhaber. Am morgen habe ich meinen Kaffee auf der Terrasse getrunken und war jeden Tag überwältigt von dem schönen Platz.Ich habe so oft Tiere entdeckt das war wunderschön.Wir haben in dieser Umgebung wirklich abschalten können. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat in jeder Situation versucht es für uns so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Alleine mit dem essen gab sie sich sehr viel Mühe. Die Auswahl war nicht groß, trotzdem jeden Tag ein bisschen anders. Da wir in der früh abreisen mussten wurde uns sofort angeboten uns zum Hafen zu bringen falls wir kein Taxi bekommen sollten, das dann auch so war. Wir fanden das richtig toll.

Leider waren wir beim eintreten der Unterkunft geschockt. In der Beschreibung stand Villa . Unsere Vorstellung von einer Villa waren jedoch Lichtjahre davon entfernt. Man darf wirklich nicht pingelig sein, denn es waren viele Punkte die uns nicht gefielen, wir aber Gottseidank hart im nehmen sind . Zwei Sofas standen im Zimmer. Eines war mit einem Überwurf versehen und auf das haben wir uns setzen können. Das andere war so fleckig und modrig das es uns richtig geekelt hat. Die Wände waren zum Teil nicht schön gestrichen oder mit Spinnen weben besetzt. Nachts kamen Ameisen und kleine Geckos und liefen in der Küche herum. Ab und zu kamen Warane auf unser Hausdach in der Nacht weil wir direkt das Häuschen neben dem Fluss hatten. Das waren zum Teil Geräusche als ob ein Dino auf dem Dach wäre. Aber das ist mitten in der Natur und war okay für uns. Unser Waschbecken hing herunter. Kein Handtuch für die Hände im Bad ,Kein Geschirrtuch in der Küche, keine Messer zum Brot streichen . Der Boden war aus Bretter und man hat an einigen Stellen die Erde gesehen so minderwertig Wurde das Häuschen gebaut Wir hätten uns einfach mehr Komfort in unsere Unterkunft gewünscht und mit etwas Arbeit wäre das unsere Meinung nach leicht zu verändern. Da haben wir schon den Eindruck das das dem Besitzer völlig egal ist, Hauptsache das Geld kommt rein. Wir waren 8 Nächte dort und länger hätten wir auch nicht bleiben wollen weil es so minderwertig war.

Fabuleux, nous avons ete accueillis par Norma et Fouzia deux très belles personnes qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien Le lieu est magique de jolies villas dans la nature bercés par le chant des oiseaux tout le confort y est Proche d'une très belle plage La possibilité de louer un scooter sur place était facilitant Et des petits déjeuners variés préparés avec beaucoup de soin et de partage Merci à vous je recommande ++

Palimera is a true little corner of paradise. The place is green, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with charming small houses spread throughout the property. I stayed in a Deluxe Villa, which was modern, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is stunning, especially in the evening. Breakfasts are excellent and varied, with something different every day. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming. You can rent a scooter directly on site, and getting around by scooter is truly part of the experience and the pleasure of staying here. Everything is close by: shops within about 10 minutes, and the beaches around 20 minutes away. There is also a great restaurant right next door. A perfect stay. I will definitely come back

Absolument tout ! Personnel charmant, très agréable. Lieu d'exception. Très propre. Très jolie piscine bien entretenue. Lits hyper confortables pour une fois sur Langkawi. Le calme. On a adoré les petits nems verts au petit déjeuner qui sont en fait des pancakes coco roulés fourrés. Un régal !!!

Очень понравилось расположение, прям в джунглях. К бассейну лангуры подходили. Без машины или скутера будет неудобно. А так локация классная. Скайбридж близко, пляжи безлюдные тоже. Мангры 15 мин езды. Мы останавливались в 7 домике. Две спальни, зал, простая кухня. Нам понравилось

завтраки очень простые, но голодными не останетесь. Если приеду еще раз, то заеду однозначно!

I like it as it is quite spacious.

Floor wasn’t that clean and the other side there’s a sharing toilet. The water flow was quite bad and it was making a lot of sound. Maybe need some plumbing works there.

- great staff, really kind people - unlimited hot water + heat adjustable - aircon works fine, not much noise - good bed, slept fine - no noise from others; it's a standalone bungalow - peaceful environment between the mountains - rent a scooter for 40- 50 R a day; very safe to drive, even for first timers - very clean + daily cleaning - toilet does not get wet after showering - 8 min from Sandy skulls beach (best beach for relaxing; white sands and clear water) - good and diverse breakfast incl. fresh fruit, vegetarian options as well - was not even once bitten by mosquitos - came there for 3 days, extended with 6 more days I was in villa nr 10 -> if you like to party, stay in Cenang beach area; this is not for you then

A wonderful peaceful location and perfect for exploring Langkawi's best sights and beaches away from the crowds. Breakfast was freshly made and the menu changed each day. It was a lovely place to stay with pleasant grounds and pool.

The shower and hot water were a little tricky at times; it is rustic with some fittings in need of a little tlc, but these were very minor.

Very friendly people. Convenient bike or car rental on site. Nice breakfast and peaceful location short ride from the sights.

Bed sheets should be changed during longer stays. Cleaning in general was not the best and maintenance should also be improved.

The property is beautiful in the jungle nice calm place the stuff very nice and they always say please come back again the room in comfy the swimming in normal the food is normal nothing special , I went there because it is close to waterfalls and crocodile adventures I was exploring this area

Beautiful Villa surrounded by gorgeous scenery and local wildlife. Very sweet and friendly host Norma and her lovely staff Fizzy. Always goes out their way to help with friendly advise. Delicious breakfasts with western and local food to choose from. Lovely clean swimming pool on site. Will definitely come back and stay here next time when we in this beautiful island.

Lovely self contained villas which had comfy bed and chairs - outdoor patio space was where we watched hornbills, monkeys and alsorts of wildlife - fabulous peaceful location and great pool. Breakfast was top notch and Norma (host) and Fizzy were brilliant and so kind

Die Bungalowanlage liegt ruhig inmitten der Natur, man sieht Gänse, Schafe, Kühe, Wasserbüffel. Sehr grün, Vogelgezwitscher, Grillen & Co. Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Person, wirklich toll!

In der Gegend braucht man ein Grab um bspw. am Abend in ein Restaurant zu gelangen. Bei der Anlage selbst gibt es kein Restaurant, auch fußläufig haben wir nichts gefunden.

It’s centered in the valley , beautiful nature around ! Very close to the main attraction (cable car, sky bridge etc..) Loved the pool and the calmness! And above all Fiza and the owner were just amazing!

The property is about 5km from Skull Beach (Pasit Tengkorak) which is beautiful and in my opinion the best in Langkawi Good value for money We loved Ezatil, our host. She went out of her way to make our stay something to remember. The property is somewhat remote, but Grab was freely available, and you can have a wonderful supper delivered to your room Nice pool

Super near the famous Datai resort, beautiful beaches, langkawi cable car. Property is really nicely placed in a kampong area. Quiet and away from commercial places. The villa was spacious for two, clean and has most ammenities.

Not a dislike, but it would be advisable to have a car to access to the property.

There were some gaps in windows, since it was in greeny area it was scary as some insects, reptiles can creep in

We left very early so we were not in time for breakfast. The hosts were very kind and accommodating.

We arrived during Ramandan and as a result we were not able to eat at the accommodation as they were not serving lunch or dinner because of fasting. After a long days travel with small children in an isolated location, this was not ideal. We could not even get drinks except for water. Another issue was the AC was only in the bedrooms and as a family of 5 this meant one of the children would have had to sleep in the lounge with no AC (it was CRAZY hot) so we had to have our youngest in our bed with us. The other issue was that the curtains in the rooms blocked ZERO light they were see through and did not even cover the windows and so we were all woken up the second the sun came up.

Make sure you get scooters or car before you come. However the owners are happy to drive you to get some.

Huge and clean apartment, with air-conditioned rooms. The host was really helpful and kind. For us the location was also good as we have been at the Crocodile Park and went for kayaking, which weren't that far.

Our apartment was a bit old, but for us it was OK.

The actual remoteness of it is really lovely. There are farms around the area and it's great to take a walk around the area and enjoy the peace and quiet and wonderful calming surroundings. The village itself is charming and great for families. It's good value for money. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The staff are really nice.

The location is a bit further from kuah/cenang (closer to berjaya/lanna) so it's more remote. Wouldn't recommend without a vehicle.

Great location! Beware of the nearby mosque with loudspeakers at 6:00am! It was unexpected, otherwise a great location

Hidden germ of langkawi.. freindly staff, nice enviroment, beautiful landscape.. suggest for honeymoon.. you can do whatever you want here.. the pool also awsome and very2 clean.. very suggest for the long tourist

Beautiful, clean, professionally managed place in the heart of the rain forest, surrounded by green hills, coconut trees, farms, and wildlife, close to waterfalls, boat tours, sky cab to top of the mountain etc. Safe area to walk, and the amazing manager helped us arrange transportation as needed. Kind staff brought in my laundry from the line when it started to rain while we were out sightseeing. Oct 2023

Wouldn’t change a thing. The staff made breakfast every morning, and had water available. Bring some snacks until you get settled because the location is quiet. No complaints, was a joy to stay here.
