This a great hotel in the budget category, thought to beat for the money. I would give it 5 stars in the budget category. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again It's exactly as advertised and the pics are accurate. The hotel and rooms are clean The staff is amazing, the restaurant menu is limited but the food is good. The bar is a great place to hang out for a beer between the day's activities and not quite ready for bed. I did have a room facing the front street and street noise could be heard at times. I new this going in and it did not impact my ability to sleep at all. If street noise is an issue make sure you book one of the other rooms.

Great location...easy access to get to all parts of the island and close to Patong Beach. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was fine, pretty basic and I found the wi-fi not to be so great, but I used my phone to connect. Overall, for the price, it was a good deal and good value. If you don’t have to be at a full service resort, this is a good choice.

We very satisfy the staff there ecsecially name JO ,m at first we get the tripe room with half Transparent toilet so we asking the staff to change since got one guy friend with us. He so kind enough to check and change with us. The room are very big , as the big are worth to stay. 5 mins walk to bangla road

It is what it is. Just right condition for your pay. No Window in the small room. Smelled bit funky.

The hotel is at the center of Patong district, just 3 minutes walk to Jungceylon shopping center. The room is big and clean with basic amenities. However, the air-conditioner in my room is under maintenance which is not cool. The free parking is just on the street, the staffs were very helpful to move the motorbikes to make room for me to drive out.

Undeniable very friendly staffs, provided very good services during my stay. Very helpful from the hotel manager as well. I am very satisfied with the services provided by the hotel. Just a little bit comment, suspected someone is smoking in the room or at the floor, felt not good with some of the smoke smell into our room in 4th Aug morning. Overall I have a good time staying in this hotel, greeting from the hotel staffs and manager every time when we at hotel lobby, felt warm and homey. Definitely valued for money. Will stay here again in my next visit.

On arrival room was not ready however I had an apology from Peter the manager who gave me free homemade apple pie and coffee while I was waiting. Room was large and plenty of wardrobe space with comfy beds. Plenty of hot water for showers and air conditioning. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and I was made to feel so welcome I did not want to leave. Location is brilliant being close to beach and all the lively bars and shops. Will visit this hotel again if I return to Patong. A real gem led by a perfect host. Thank you Peter!

Upon booking, I was concerned whether this property was a good choice. After staying in the hotel for the past 5 days, I am happy to say I would gladly stay at the Patong Terrace should I again visit Phuket. As others have said, the property is well-located, has comfortable rooms and I found the owner (Peter) to be most helpful. While not a 5* hotel, it more then met my needs and exceeded expectations, particularly in light of the reasonable pricing offered. The wifi internet was very good.

Where do I start! Okay ,I'll give a go. Hotel is situated in a very bustling area of Patong, but that is what makes it sublime,is it's seriously entertaining to sit and watch the hustle and bustle of daily life, whilst enjoying a meal or just a drink. The facilities are second to none, the rooms are very clean, with an awesome shower, the Bed is comfortable,not soft, but not too hard. Sheets and Towels are changed daily,Fridge is well stocked,Safety deposit box in room,tv etc etc A serious MUST! have the Breakfast! it's seriously good. The Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the beach, and approx the same to Bangla. If you go to this Boutique Hotel, you will enjoy!

Simply stay here, wonderful staff, clean comfortable rooms, close to everything at a great rate. If I return to Patong this is where I will be staying, would not consider anywhere else.

The hotel near from patong beach , bangla road , and most of important places in patong area , stuff was good and helpful The room was good expect that the curtains were almost transparent and iam a light sensitive person , don't use any if provided facilities until u check it is free or not like brush teath box as it is not a complimentary like most of places but u will be charged

Great place to stay. Peter was so much help, and the rest of the staff provided great service as well. Jo in particular always had a smile on his face. It's right in the middle of Patong, an easy walk to Bangla Walking Street or Patong Beach. Everything was in good condition. Great WiFi and A/C. The only disappointment was that my room had no window. I don't know if that was bad luck or if all rooms are that way.

Overall I would stay at this hotel again. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The staff was very helpful and communication was not an issue. The rooms are small but we didn't spend much time in our room anyways. The taxi driver did have a hard time finding the hotel. This hotel is good value for your money!

Because I consider this hotel being first class this was my third stay.The hotel manager called Peter is very helpful to anything you ask of him,and all the staff welcome you ever time you return to the hotel making you feel very much at home.The hotel is very close to everything you need and the beach is only 5 minutes walk straight across from the hotel.My stay at Patong Terrace was excellent and the only fault was that I should have stayed longer.

I have stayed at this hotel over 50 nights!. The hotel is very clean and very well-maintained. Peter and his staff always do an excellent job. This is one of the few hotels in Patong that is very well maintained, and I am comfortable sending friends to. I look forward to my stay at this hotel every year!.

I stayed here only for one night. The room was small but clean and cozy. Staff were nice. I even got a day boat trip to Phang Nga Bay at a very reasonable price from the company they had a tie up with, and it was very very nice. Close to Bangla road and the market.

Hotel staff is nice. The location is good, near to the shopping mall and about 10minutes to paying beach. The only thing is the room don't provide the hairdryer and toothpaste

I had a wonderful time staying at the Patong Terrace from the moment you walk through the doors you are welcomed with very happy and polite staff that are there to take care of you. The room was Awesome value for money I was expecting less to be honest but was presently surprised with the room and the whole hotel as a whole. If you are reading this and are thinking i'm still not sure if this hotel is the one... then i'm here to save you some time, After close to two days researching for the Best Value for Money Hotel in Patong that is walking distance from Bangla I concluded that the Patong Terrace was the one and after staying there for 2 weeks I now know why they are rated so high in trip adviser and other rating websites. Thank you again Peter and your Staff for making sure I had a great time whilst in Thailand you guys really know how to look after your guests well, I will be a return customer for sure.

Nicely located near bangla road. All sort of tourist services are at stone's throw. Comfortable rooms. One might miss a clear view of the streets/outside from room window, as the design of the hotel makes it somewhat invisible from the surrounding

Our stay here was fantastic from the moment we arrived through our departure. Incredibly welcoming staff, easy check in, nice room, great wi-fi, in a very central area near Patong Beach. i had a very happy time in the Patong Terrace,a lovely clean comfortable room,great staff and close to everything you wanted.If i return to Patong i will be staying at this hotel again.

Peter the manager was amazing and very helpful with everything. Ask him questions he knows a lot about the area. Speaks great English! You can rent motorbike thru the hotel for 300 baht a day. Two bottles of water free every day.

Honestly, the hotel staff here is the worst I have ever experienced. Rude, unprofessional and totally incompetent. When we arrived it took us over two hours to check in because they could not find our file. Keep in mind that I had brought a copy of the reservation with me. We finally get up to the room and within 5 minutes we wanted to leave. There was construction happening on or around the building and we could here (and feel) the jackhammer pounding away. It was horrible. We asked to be moved, but the staff refused to accommodate us. Their only response was "it will be over at 5!" We asked to speak with the manager, Peter, and he was even more rude than the rest of the staff. Instead of listening to us, he was defensive and he told us to leave. Well, that is exactly what we did. We left, and never looked back. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very good budget hotel, clean, well managed and with helpfull personell. Good location.

Greeted with cool towels and refreshments on arrival which we have never gotten in a 5 star resort. It's a great budget hotel and it's kept clean. The owner/manager is very professional, he was correcting one of the staff members in front of us in such a polite and professional manner and it's great to stay in an environment where you see staff get treated kindly.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. The reason is that it's walking distance to the beach, the mall, restaurants, and Bangla Road. But most importantly, the service is superb. As usual, Peter, the manager, greeted us upon arrival and even recalled that we stayed here a couple years before. He's always available for us to ask any questions, and if there's any issues with the room, he's quick to address them. The staff are friendly and accommodating as always. Being a small hotel, there's no free breakfast, pool, or other frills, but you're not really experiencing Phuket if you don't venture out your room (not that it's not comfortable to stay in though).

Everything was good, staff was quite helpful, rooms were clean, a bit small but sufficient. Only thing I was expecting better is that my linens have not been changed during my stay. I would expect them to be changed everyday or at least once in 2 days.

Loved the hotels staff very nice and friendly, will recommend to anyone traveling to Phuket. Rooms we're clean and fresh, also want to say a bit thanks to Joe he was very kind and so helpful to us during our stay. Wifi was good aswell in most hotels this is a problem but not hear. Close to beach and right in the action of the city, I will see you next year for 100% as I enjoyed my stay to the maximum.........................................................................

We fell for the basic room with no window deal. Make sure you don't do the same. That being said, the hotel was in a great location with great staff, very friendly owner and a clean room

The receptionist named Jo was very friendly and politely speaking. He recommended us nice food places and always served our needs.

Will never use HOTELS.COM EVER AGAIN.Would not help us to cancel this booking after we arrived to the shock of this place. Absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at, The room stunk like a sewerage pond.Mould and mildew everywhere with No ventilation May as well have slept on the floor as beds were harder than concrete.Construction going on next floor all the nights we stayed.I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.How it has ever won awards i will never no.

Good hotel for an overnight stay. Room was ok, but there was some maintenance work outside of our room, so didn't catch any sleep after 7am.

Awesome service. Only downside was the toilet flush spoiled twice. I had a really nice stay and this is one of the very few hotels that I feel they really clean the room. The floor was immaculately clean. And when the battery for the aircon controller was empty they immediately came up and gave us new batteries. Everytime we walked in or out, they are always ready with a smile which makes us feel comfortable. Would love to stay here again

The best thing was the location! It took only 5 minutes to walk from hotel to Patong beach main street, and the street was very safe even until late night. The bathroom was not that great, but overall okay with affordable room rate.

We stayed 3 nights here. The location was good enough, walking less than 5 min to the beach. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Recommended for those who has little budget. The hotel offered reasonable price with such a good service.
