Температура в номере не регулируется(были зимой),общая система кондиционирования работает в режиме печки. В номере +25-+27. На завтрак надо идти в свитере или куртке. Очень холодно. Интернет постоянно обрывался.

금액에 비해 침실의 사이즈와 시설이 너무 훌륭했었어요. 직원들이 친절하고 특히 일식레스토랑의 맛과 직원 친절이 환상적이었어요. 룸서비스도 다양하게 준비되어 있었어요.

조식의 전반적인 맛과 그레이드가 조금은 기대 이하였어요. 사우나 시설이 미지근하고 습식 사우나는 운영이 안되고 있었어요

Breakfast is prepared for locals, not so much to find to eat for foreigners. Can be much much better.

The worst think: they gave us room key envelope of different Hotel, which is 45km far away of our Hotel. When we come back to Hotel after tour in Downtown, taxi driver took us on the wrong hotel by mistake, he red address from the room key envelope. We drive 100km by mistake, wasted 2hours of our time, and make us additional costs. Front desk staff did not even truly say that their are sorry. Explanation was: both hotels are from the same owner. Really bad experience

酒店比较新，我们入住的家庭间非常舒适，房间很大，有一个小隔间，差不多感觉是两个卧室，房间很干净，负责客房卫生的员工非常好，点赞。总的来说前台餐厅员工都很专业，酒店早餐也很好，各种食品补充很及时，即使比较晚来吃早餐食品也很丰富。我们后来续了一晚，一共住了9晚，非常满意。酒店旁边是丽达购物中心，很方便。下次来青岛会考虑再次入住。

离景点有点远，周围没有地铁，出行需要打车。有人在走廊吸烟，酒店门口给客人开车门的员工，感觉有点多余，我们下出租车有被催促过快点。另外我们入住的家庭间挺大的，但是只有一把椅子可以坐，房间有足够的空间再加两个小沙发或者椅子，那样就更舒适了。

Great stay! So cheap for incredible value and service. We stayed here for almost a month. I can't speak higher for this hotel. 入住体验非常舒心，酒店非常新，房间空间大设计很好，服务也非常棒。淡季价格真的是非常物超所值。特别特别想感谢每天帮我们打扫房间的服务人员，我带小孩住了近一个月，孩子在房间时间多，多亏李凤荣、孙丽娟两位house keeping的阿姨，服务热情周到，每天都帮助我们及时整理，房间卫生整洁。不能更满意更感谢了。很棒的体验。

Hotel is beautiful and rooms are generally well appointed, but I hope you don’t arrive late or get hungry at odd hours. No minibar, no snacks, no nothing. Executive lounge is not of a traditional Sheraton or Marriott quality. Staff is helpful but doesn’t make up for lack of amenities

Excellent value for money. Very nice room. Quiet! Thick walls. I slept well. No grey colour. White and bright. Big windows. Nice bathroom. Big bath, with side handles! Very helpful staff! Pleasant and convenient location. Great food. Also the Western food menu is the best I have found in China. A definite thumbs up recommendation. 👍

My sojourn @ Sheraton Licang epitomised the first class hospitality of the hotel. On the occasion of Halloween enchanted dinner special orchestrated at Feast resident Restaurant by Manager Derek Yao , the whole galaxy of scintillating Food & Beverage stars were wheeling in perfect harmony at the service of delighted customers: F& B sales Manager Diana , Head Chef Frank Fan with Sous-Chef Eddie Yan and their highly skilled and dedicated Team , as well as Alan Jiang ( Lobby bar manager). The front desk staff was highly customer friendly oriented and recognised me gracefully as a Marriott member. They facilitated the activation of my room mobile key with great ease. Once again the ultimate satisfaction I experienced coruscanted in all the eating venues @ the hotel. I'm a regular gastronomic afficionado visitor, and particularly enjoy indulging into the simple yet highly sophisticated Japanese cuisine @ Miyabi resident restaurant under the houlette of Mr Eason. A total celebration of the senses . Spacious room, impeccable amenities and efficient room service😋👍 😇👏🙏🏻🫶🕊️Fabulous live Music & Entertainment from swinging sisters Jelif & Joan💃🏿🥳💃🏿

I would like to share my disappointment experience with Sheraton Qingdao LiCang Hotel this morning, bus driver mishandling my rimowa cabin luggage and cause my newly purchase rimowa cabin luggage scratches and damage. Hotel manager unresponsive with the incident and don’t provide any service recovery. Non of apology from the hotel about mishandling my luggage, disappointed with their poor customer service. Hotel manager trying to shifting the blame to avoid apology to customer and avoid the responsibility, poor management / service training.

Between 12 to 3 you should be fine for the pool, otherwise crowded during weekends, go for breakfast as early as possible, otherwise, you'll be seated outside, their AC didn't work well in the common areas, but all right in rooms. The rest was absolutely fine, liked the stay, and all was good. Breakfast was busy, and so was the Sheraton Club Lounge, everyone was friendly and supportive. Gym, most of the cross trainers defect and so where the slippers offered in each locker. Will definitely stay again, those were just small attention into detail flaws

Staying @ Sheraton Licang is a formidable experience in the sense that I always feel valued as a Marriott Member. All staff have obviously mastered the intricacies of first class hospitality, offering a second to none care for their guests. Miyabi Restaurant Manager Eason & Team - Staff at Club Lounge), Marketing / HR Co-ordinator Diana for the superb blending - social skills🤝This is sooo much appreciated🫶

The staff at check-in was very inefficient and rude they were not welcoming and they were taking too long to check in.

Breakfast is nice and everything is available to start the day. As there is only one coffe machine, people needed to queue up... The pool is really spacious and nice. Sauna and steam room was there but not working. The Japanese restaurant serves really good food.

the outside area has some sofas and tables, but there was no service, no real cleaing, no ashtrays, so people just needed to help themselves by using the floor... The outside sitting area was - although the weather permitted - not open and not well maintained and cleaned. There is no rooftop bar as it shows on the pictures and the executive lounge offers very limited softdrinks only during daytime and these are even not chilled. There are also no plugs available for charging your business gadgets. Staff can be a bit more active and show hospitality.

Great clean hotel with comfy rooms and beds. Nice breakfast where the staff was nice and helpful. Better than the reception staff that can't even great you when you pass them. The hotel lacks personality The restaurant closes early in the evening but there are many in the mall next door. I'd stay here on my next business trip again.

The air conditioning is not working in my room. I called the property manager and they sent the maintenance worker to fix it, but the temperature is still not going down. It’s warm and humid in the room.

Nice accommodation and clean room service are so much better, I enjoy it, and the location is also fantastic.

Clean and comfortable

Not much around, located out of town in a residential area. Interesting option while traveling for direct access to the North railway station (about 15min) - what I was myself looking for.

I was told last minute that Club Lounge was on first floor. Ididn't like it. Staff at Lobby bar were very nice though.

I stayed at this property a few times it has gone from good to very bad on all counts Service all around was bad most staff don’t speak English at all. Or very basic English. The room was smelly and run down with outdated equipment. And the cherry on top was the AC didn’t work and whatever they said they are doing to fix it it never went down under 25 degrees Celsius. The executive lounge had almost no fresh fruits and vegetables and no fresh juice. And no service. I think it will be my last stay at this hotel. This hotel is giving a bad name to the Sheraton brand

Very nice hotel located in Licang area. overall quality are excellent. great breakfast and really outstanding service. 24/7 store is next to the gate. There is also a shopping mall near by. Good choice for business trip.

This is our second stay in Sheraton in last 4 days . One need not to think about room size, comfort and cleanliness when the name is Sheraton. Breakfast was also good. It was very short stay but we could find staff members are also friendly

1주일 묵었는데 만족함.그러나 청소를 깨끗하게 하지않음. 다 그렇지만 대충함. 청소는 요구사항을 말하면 잘함. 말하지 않으면 테이블을 1주일동안 안닦음.

Infrastructure was once good; however, it is mostly dated and tired. Internet was bad, water pressure in shower low, and desk chair is nor comfortable. Worst of all was air-condition which was not well- functioning and temperatures would never go down 24°C. Bed quality was good, but due to heat I couldn’t sleep well. The only really positive in this hotel, is their service, which was very good, especially at their club lounge.

시설, 서비스 좋습니다. 침대도 편안하고. 다만, 칭다오에서 유명한 관광지에서 조금 멀어요. 택시로 약 30분 정도 이동시간 감안해야합니다. 여유있는 일정이라먼 추천. 호텔 맞은편에 한국인이 운영하는 가게가 있어요. 한쪽에서는 라면, 김밥등 한식을 팔고 다른쪽에서는 편의점 비슷한데 한국산 상품 위주로 파는 슈퍼가 있어요.

Very nice room, food at restaurant is amazing

The wifi here is excellent and so is the location. There is a mall just across the road. The staff are helpful and the dinner buffet is value-for-money as it includes all-you-can-drink Tsingtao beer and has a small but decent selection of seafood. The prawns I had were fresh.

Hotel is about 20-30 min from the airport. Has a great breakfast and is near to some shopping and restaurants. The rooms are very large and well appointed. A great place to stay to explore Qingdao.

Excellent service provided by Tara Dai. Buffet spread is acceptable consisting mainly Chinese dishes. Star dishes are from the tapas menu. Relaxing atmosphere and nice room at affordable price. Will come back again.

Room had heavy traces of cigarette smoking, the central air conditioning was either turned off or not directed to them room making the room really warm and stuffy. The toilet floor was full of dried urine splatters. If only the management can clean up its act, the hotel is actually not bad. Everywhere smell of cigarette smoke even though we are on the smoke free floor.

칭다오 관광지에선 좀 거리가 있지만 택시로 이동하는데 문제 전혀 없었구요. 호텔 깨끗하고 서비스 좋구요. 넓고 수영장 헬스장도 깨끗해서 이용하는데 최고였습다. 바로 앞에 슈퍼마켓있어서 물건 구입하는데도 편했어요. 호캉스 하실 계획이면 강추입니다!!

Sherlock Zhang was helpful in assisting me with my delivery orders. He accompanied me to the pickup area (near the hotel) and help me retrieve each item patiently. During the retrieval process, he demostrated a good command of understanding English numbers. After which, he carried some of my items and brought it back to the hotel. I'm thankful and grateful for his assistance.

Awfull customer service, limited staff Members with knowledge or understanding of English language. Food selection very limited and boring.

Stayed in the hotel for one night on a business trip. Great room with kingsize bed with excellent firmness, lovely strong shower with separate bath. We did not enjoy breakfast as we left early for the airport which is only 18km from the hotel. It is a good location if you need to fly early in the morning. Will book again when next I visit Qingdao.

Indulged every morning, then get ready for the day, and after busy hectic busy work schedule go for Shine SPA and then Sheraton Signature Sleep makes my business trip, more relaxing ever. Specially thanks to Mr Derrick from Foxx restaurant, nice hospitality

It was a nice stay at Sheraton, never failed me and gave best service wherever I go. If I ever come back to Qingdao, would choose this hotel for sure. Should try the spa, it’s worth the money to go. Next time will go with my boyfriend for the spa ;)

시내에서는 거리가 멀지만 호텔 바로 앞 쇼핑센터도 있고 식당도 있고 호텔 내 스파와 수영장시설도 너무너무 좋아서 하루정도는 호텔에서만 충분히 즐길 수 있는 곳이였어요! 특히 호텔 앞 훠궈집 있는데 훠궈가 진짜 맛있어서 여행기간에 두번 갔어요!!ㅎㅎ 공항 셔틀 버스는 없지만 호텔직원들 모두 친절하고 전망도 좋아서 너무너무 편하게 잘 쉬다가 갑니다

Stayed 5 nights at the hotel which is very nice. The room was on the 19th floor and included Sheraton Lounge access on the 21st floor where you can eat small buffet and tapas before dinner and also breakfast. The hotel lobby was somewhat chilly in the evening and on the morning. There is also a good Japanese restaurant located at the ground level. Some 15 km distance to the city center and 23 km to Qingdao Lieuting Airport.
