It was a great hotel & the staff was very friendly & always happy to talk or help

The pool was amazing, it was very clean and staff were lovely

The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful.

There was nothing we disliked. We were always made very welcome by all the staff and they took great care of us. We will return to TS Suites for our next visit.

Fijn dat er een shuttle naar het strand gaat. Ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid, ontbijtzaal ruim en prettig. Zwembad op het dak is prettig met daarbij een bar. Personeel doet alles voor je, zo lief! Kamer werd keurig schoongemaakt. Sportzaal is ruim, vele attributen.

Kamer 162 hadden wij. Klein balkon, in een hoek, voelde niet fijn ivm balkon van de buren, die om de hoek zaten er direct naast zat. Bank heeft een kapotte naad. Erg gehorig gebouw. Lopen over de gang met de rolkoffers en karren klinken behoorlijk door, zeker als je probeert te slapen. Naast en boven ons leek het wel of er olifanten waren, wat een gestamp en andere geluiden. Vorig jaar hadden wij een andere kamer, hier nu ook om gevraagd maar niet gekregen. Maar daar hoorden wij niets. Dit verbaasde en ergerde ons dan ook behoorlijk. Mis bij het zwembad een paar parasols boven de lig kussens/mattassen. Nu is het steeds gaam zitten bij de tafels om in de schaduw te komen waardoor de kussens nat worden voor de andere gasten, die daarna aan tafel willen zitten. Vertel bij het inchecken dat als je bij B9 aan the beach wat gaat eten/drinken korting krijgt als je daar doorgeeft van TS Suites te komen. Nu hoorden wij dit pas de laatste dag toen wij voor het eerst de shuttle naar het strand pakten. De dagen daarvoor hadden wij al een paar keer hier gezeten, zonder korting. In de douche zit schimmel. Wat schrokken wij afgelopen zaterdag op zondagnacht. De elektriciteit ging viel even uit en tegelijk daarna weer aan. Maar ook alle lampen en tv sprongen aan, wifi was ook afwezig, duurde even. De volgende morgen doorgegeven en kregen te horen dat het een test was. Dat begin van de nacht waarbij daarna alles aanspringt op de kamer, lijkt ons niet slim.

The rooms were huge, clean and comfortable. Pool was great. Excellent Spa centre next door and discounted for hotel guests.

Late afternoon we got a lot of noise in our room from the upstairs villa. Maybe the pump from the spa or something similar. Was most days we were there. But only for 2-3 hours and not at night time.

The facilities were great.The location was pretty good.The pool area and bar were really nice.

We really didn’t have a view from the balcony and it only had one chair to sit on.There was also work being done on some of the property which was quite noisy in the morning when some members of our family were trying to sleep

Handy location to Seminyak and Legian shopping. Staff were very helpful especially the concierge. Rooms were well cleaned and spacious. Good amenities available in the room. Right across the road from 3 minimarts. Decent breakfast.

Located on a fairly noisy road so ask for an internal facing room. Bed was hard and would have benefited from a mattress topper. I personally don’t enjoy the rain shower, meaning I had to opt for a hand held rose. It’s not somewhere I’d stay for more than 2 nights but it was very convenient for what I needed. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans une villa deux chambres. La villa est très spacieuse et bien organisée. Les boissons soft sont fournies gratuitement tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et convenable. La salle de sport aussi. Le service navette est pratique pour déposer à la plage. Le personnel est très cool comme partout à Bali.

Des lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre auraient été un plus car nous avons voyagé avec deux adolescents. Les boissons chaudes autres que le thé et le café basique doivent être payées en supplément lors du petit déjeuner. C'est dommage pour un hôtel dit 5*.

Ontbijt buffet niet heel bijzonder. Dingen waren vaak op. Daarnaast kon je alleen de koffie of thee van het buffet drinken (de thee zo zwart als koffie) als je cappuccino of zelf een thee wilde bestellen moest je hier voor bij betalen. Dit vind ik niet 5 sterren waardig.

Breakfast was amazing. It had everything you could want to start your day.

Overall the hotel was excellent. The only downfall I would say was the location. It is half way between Legian and Seminyak (about a 20 min easy walk to Legian) however the hotel does offer a shuttle directly to the beach at Seminyak but perhaps a shuttle to Legian would be helpful.

Nel messaggio di benvenuto si parla di "all day breakfast". Purtroppo un giorno siamo usciti molto presto per un'escursione e al nostro rientro in hotel h.17 avremmo voluto usufruire del servizio colazione. Il personale ci ha ha risposto che la all day breakfast è intesa fino alle h.16. Inoltre all'arrivo è richiesto un deposito cauzionale che non è menzionato chiaramente in fase di prenotazione. Oltre questo il deposito non viene restituito immediatamente al check out ma dopo qualche giorno in base alle tempistiche di accredito bancarie.

The staff were friendly

Have been there 4-5 times and each time it gets worse. Will not be going back again. The quality and selection of the breakfast has significantly declined and is equivalent to 3 star hotel. Making matters worse you are forever waiting for them to replenish what little food is available

Great rooftop pool area. We upgraded our room to a suite for only $20/night (promotion) that was a huge room. Staff were really friendly. Very clean room. All day breakfast option & free drinks in mini bar were a bonus.

Very busy street in front of hotel. dangerous to cross. Too far from the beach. Room views were average. Balcony was small.

The smoking smell while eating breakfast,even though they had a special area for smoking the area is enclosed.The Pool area was worse we only used it once as the cabanas were roofed so the smoke built up quickly.The paving outside the pool area extremely slippery. The balcony had no table and chairs,so you didn't use it,no towel rail outside to hang wet bathers.Aircon in gym was poor.Had to change the room key card 3 times as it didn't work.

Room was a little noisy, as it was on the street, but you adjusted soon enough. Bed was hard. No gardens like a traditional Bali resort.

This is an amazing hotel. Huge suites for $200 aud a night! Huge bath and buffet breakfast. The rooftop infinity pool was insane with views over legian and a rooftop bar!

Beds were not as comfy as I would have liked. A little hard. The plug in bath tub wouldn’t work properly as a push one? Breakfast eggs Benedict was weird. All you can eat/ drink mini bar did not include alcohol or snacks. Transfers to airport a little pricey.

Lovely facilities, both in the room and throughout the hotel. Staff were exceptional, friendly and incredibly attentive. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The food menu felt a little boring, as well as some of the buffet breakfast options being slightly mediocre for the price you pay.

Pool area was gorgeous. Breakfasts very good with lots of options. Our room was enormous and the bed and pillows so comfy. Laundry right across the road. Super friendly and efficient staff. Many thanks 🙏.

Best holiday ever visiting Bali for the first time with my partner. Hotel was excellent - 10/10 and staff are so friendly which made it even better!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel offered a shuttle bus service to double six beach hourly to and from the hotel each day. Our room was a great size, and its great the mini bar is free and topped up daily, Breakfast was ok, eggs were made fresh infront of you daily. The pool was great on the rooftop with lots of seating, It's a great size where you can watch the sunset from. Overall we did enjoy our time at the TS suites but there is room for improvement.

Our bed was hard and not the most comfortable. The rooms are not very sound proof either as you can hear people talking as they walk past and slamming of the doors as they shut. We could also hear things being moved from the floor above us. Brrakfast could be better, Pancakes were cold even when they put "fresh" ones out they were still cold.

Me and my son had to leave ts suites early cos I started to feel my tooth becoming infected and if I didn't fly home that morning and get my antibiotics I would have ended up in a Bali hospital. My issue is I really would of expected some compassion they could see my face wswollen and I was in a lot of pain. We paid 1300$ to fly homeit hurt financially. I would of appreciated some reimbursement considering the issue was genuine we had 3 nights remaining.

Lovely suites to stay in and all very clean rooms

As I checked out they told me that I had left a stain on the hand towel and bedsheet, they demanded $500 Australian or they wouldn’t let me leave. Very disappointing end to a nice stay at the hotel. I’m not sure if this is how they usally operate to scam a few extra dollars. Keep that in mind before booking here

Location is edge of end of Legian and beginning of Seminyak so depends where you want to be!! There is a shuttle bus to the beach though an we were happy with walking, hiring a scooter

Service staff very helpful and friendly

We found everything about TS suites Seminyak excellent. We shared the 2 bedroom villa with our daughter & her boyfriend. Our private pool was a handy luxury. Food was delicious & the amenities , such as the Infinity pool, bathrooms & spa for a relaxing massage was 10 out of 10. The staff were respectful & very helpful, at hand for our every need which made our stay in Bali memorable.

The only thing we did discuss was the dim lighting but that may be the Bali electric supply I would take a makeup light in the future.

Everything! Beautiful room, great pool, nice breakfast buffet, quiet, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and beach. Great price and wonderful staff.
