Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Egy éjszakára szálltunk csak meg. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Hamarabb átvehettük a szobákat, mindenben segítettek. A szobákban minden rendben volt, működött a légkondi, volt minihűtő, tisztaság volt, az ágyak kényelmesek voltak. Plusz pénzért volt parkoló a hotel mellett is, de van kicsit távolabb ingyenes parkolója is. Az árban benne volt a reggeli, ami szerintem választékos és finom volt. A strand nagyon közel van és szép a part, a víz tiszta, kellemes volt. Saját fizetős partszakasza van több kategóriában, de a tenger a legutolsó napernyőktől sincs messze, mert itt már keskenyebb a homokos part. Ha megunod vagy meleged van, be lehet menni a hotelbe. A nagy sétáló utca is közel van.
Talán a tusoló lehetne nagyobb, de ez adottság, a fürdőszobában alapvetően el lehetett azért férni, minden rendesen működött. Nem a hotel hibája, de elhelyezkedés szempontjából a nagy sétáló utca legszélén van, tehát a bentebbi részekre azért érdemes egyszer-egyszer kocsival elmenni.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026hotel bol velmi dobre situovany, velmi blizko plaze aj hlavnej vecernej promenady, nemali sme to daleko, auto bolo mozne parkovat zadarmo, nie vsak uplne blizko hotela o dve ulice dalej, ale bolo to v poriadku, slnecniky a lehatka si bolo treba kupovta aj ked na tzv sukromnej plazi sa dali kupit na hoteli za vyhodnejsiu cenu.
Ranajky boli dost slabe chlieb bol iba biely toustovy a male biele buchticky, zelenina bola iba velka masita paradajka, kazde den uplne to iste, ovocie nebolo vobec ziadne.jeden druh syr salama, sunka, parky a prazenica, ak vam nevadi to iste tak sa v podstate najete. Pre alergikov s obmedzeniami velmi slabe. Izba pre ludi s poschodovou postelou na tyzdne sme tam mali aj kufre no museli sme co robit aby sme si vedeli vybavit aj veci.

The sea is just nearby, and there is a huge choice of restaurants, plenty of souvenir shops, and several grocery stores within walking distance. Everything you need for a great stay is right around the corner.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Понравилось расположение, наличие бесплатной парковки (на отдельно стоящей территории, недалеко), завтрак. В номере проживали 3 взрослых человека, спальных мест-4. Для такого количества людей номер мал. Шезлонги и зонтик на пляже оплачиваются отдельно. В целом всё было хорошо.

Firstly in first communication via booking we were told that there is breakfast from 7:00, I was specially booking this hotel only because this option, since we had to leave really early. Also, in booking is stated, there is possible check-out from 7:00. When we arrived, we were told that breakfast is, and always was from 8:00. And the message we got, was automatic answer, but no. It wasnt. Or even if it was the case, its their issue. So... receptionist didnt arrive sooner than 7:55, so there was no check-out before this time even possible, and they opened breakfast 7:50ish also. The second and for us really big problem was PARTY in the lobby. We were in first floor and right under us was some party, people screaming, moving chairs soundly on the floor, and loud music untill 1:30 or something. Really great. If you want to have quiet night. And good sleep, I wouldnt reccomend at all.

Posizione coperta da altri hotels senza vedere il mare dai balconi, ma la spiaggia è vicina.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem sehr vernünftiges Personal Sie haben sich gleich Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen, als wir unsere Tasche vergessen gaben. Die Lage ist Super, das Mehr ist nur 2min entfernt sowie Supermarkt und Pizzeria. Sonst kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn wir nochmal in Jesolo sind werden wir auf jeden fall dieses Hotel nochmal buchen. Von Personal bis zum Frühstück alle war Perfekt
Parkplatz ist zwar nicht weit weg aber toll wäre es wenn es anschließend im Hotel wäre oder daneben irgendwo. Es hat alles gepasst außer Pool hat gefehlt😜

Non hanno un deposito bagagli, quando esci dalla stanza si stacca la corrente quindi non puoi lasciare nulla in carica ed anche il frigo non raffredda mai per questo motivo. Inoltre la spiaggia , che è a pagamento, non puoi riservarla.

Klima defekt/keine Klima, 26C° im Zimmer Tag und Nacht. Mehrmals gemeldet. Kühlschrank defekt/kühlt keine Getränke. Seife keine im Bad, grosse Handtücher immer mindestens einer fehlt. Frühstück immer das selbe, keine Abwechslung.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Compared to the price/value, the value is really-really great. The beach is super close and that is what you arrive for to Jesolo. The price of sunbed/umbrella is reasonable. A good supermarket is also 30m close, the walking street is 100m. The rooms and the hotel is clean. Everyday cleaning, moreover, really through cleaning is present, which is very important for a family. The renovation of the rooms were done recently, doors and electronic locks are new, so overall feel is good. Communication and helpfulness of staff is very good.
Initial feel was a bit interesting, with a lazy, underdeveloped hall/entry room. The simplicity is apparent compared to other EU city 3* hotels. But this is a budget beach hotel, so it is understandable. The rooms are relatively small. The matrasses are new, but the old pillows definitely need ASAP changing. Restroom is also small, with old shower box. (Others were new). The walls are thin and due to the price lots of young people stay at the hotel. I'd introduce more strict rules for being loud after 11pm. The hotel has a rule for groups (so some deposit could be taken from the group if they behave badly), but i'd push comms for "being silent" on printed signs on more places. A larger wardrobe was missing, but the relatively small room could not take more... (It's okay overall from this side). AC could be maintenanced to reduce noise (maybe improve efficiency/reduce costs ;). AI slop is also taking over commercial hotels, most printed communications are AI slops here, too. 10 EUR was charged for parking, however website states that it is 5 EUR for local parking next to the building (the premium parking). After some discussion, staff said, that their website was hacked two years ago, they are not using the official site anymore, and this 10 EUR is stated in Booking.com site (i did not found it in my booking documents, nor at the main page at Booking.com). Anyways, this is again a small letdown after the overall good comms with the staff. Checking their website, it is hosted by Keytel, "08/28/2026 11:19:49" was the last modification after tinkering with the header of the site and it looks that even the booking is working with payment options... so ? :)

Struttura sembra ristrutturata sui punti dove visibile e sulle camere no comment. Bagno da dimenticare con una doccia piccola (piatto doccia antico 70x70) Camera che dovrebbe esser bianca era strisciata ovunque almeno un po’ di manutenzione…. Ma anche se era discretamente pulita sembrava lo stesso sporca. Almeno aveva il balcone spazioso. La cosa più fastidiosa e che non sono delicata nel sonno ma il rumore dell’aria condizionata era insopportabile e tra l’altro accesa alle 20 e la camera si sarà rinfrescata alle 3 di mattina. Il piccolo di un anno e mezzo era sudato per tutta la notte spesso si svegliava. Dormito male e poco. Colazione prodotti discreti e il salone andrebbe sistemato per renderlo accogliente. Scatoloni ovunque, una persona che povera faceva tutto. Mi dispiace ma lavorando in hotel posso capire diverse dinamiche e standard ma tutto ha un limite

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Ottima posizione a 2 passi dal mare e comunque vicina alle principali vie della "movida" serale. Struttura penso ristrutturata di recente e quindi moderna e accogliente. In particolar modo ho gradito l'enorme terrazza (quasi più grande della camera stessa) dove poter asciugare senza problemi i vari teli mare, costumi ecc..., piuttosto che godersi qualche minuto di relax. Personale gentile e disponibile.
L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto è che qualsiasi servizio extra (ombrellone e lettini nella spiaggia convenzionata, acquisto dei biglietti a prezzo scontato per il parco acquatico Caribe Bay ecc...) erano da pagare esclusivamente in contanti (cosa che io in genere ne porto pochi perché preferisco i pagamenti con carta)

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Die Nähe zum Strand vorallem da es ca alle 200-300 Meter freie Standplätze gibt. Zimmer sind nach der Reinigung immer sauber gewesen.
Sind früher angekommen als gedacht, haben dann nachgefragt ob es denn möglich wäre den Check in um 11 Uhr zu verlegen und wurde dann per Email bestätigt, im Hotel angekommen hieß es klar & deutlich NEIN. Was ich frech fand und unverschämt das wir natürlich 8 Stunden Fahrt hatten und uns gerne hätten ausgeruht aber dadurch verwehrt war... Auch als wir die Bestätigung vor gezeigt haben durften wir nicht einchecken. Als wir dann nach Stunden wieder ins Hotel zurück kamen um wiederholt ein checken zu dürfen hatten wir endlich das okay, wir haben die Schlüsselkarte bekommen & sind dann voller Freude richtung Zimmer. Naja das Ende vom Lied durften dann vor dem Zimmer ca 15min warten da das Zimmer geputzt wurde. Sehr schade dass der Kühlschrank in den Zimmer unnötig war, denn kaum verlässt man das Zimmer wird automatisch der Strom abgestellt, somit war der Kühlschrank nie wirklich kühl & die Klimaanlage aus. (Klimaanlage ist auch sehr laut ob bei Tag oder Nacht) Auch das Frühstücksangebot war sehr eintönig. Das Hochbett in dem Zimmer hat sich nach jeder kleinen Bewegung zu Wort gemeldet.

Номер очень маленький для 4 человек. Расстояние между кроватями у двухъярусной кровати очень маленькое.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026DAS Zimmer war für uns 3 völlig ausreichend. Obwohl das Hotel in zweiter Reihe war, konnten wir von unserem Balkon das Meer sehen. Frühstück war reichhaltig und das personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher.
Es gibt nix zu bemängeln!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026A szállás közel volt a parthoz, ár-érték arányban remek választás akik nem a szobában szeretnének tartózkodni, hanem fürdeni a tengerben, várostnézni.
A központi klíma működése vagy működött, vagy nem, a hűtéssel nem voltunk teljesen megelégedve, valamint a zuhanyzó mérete (kb 70x70cm), egy felnőttnek azért szűkös tud lenni.

Erste Eindruck Lobby nicht sehr ansprechend Zimmer sauber aber das Kissen ohne Bezug war einfach nur ekelhaft braune Flecken und Ränder so etwas ist mir noch in keinem Hotel passiert denn ich schaue mir immer die Matratze und den Polster an allerdings war die Matratze wie neu. Bin zum Reinigungspersonal und habe sofort einen anderen Polster bekommen. Beim Frühstück gab es vom Gebäck nur Toastbrot und kleine Aufback Weckerln es wäre ja nichts einzuwenden wenn das Gebäck nicht so hart und trocken gewesen wäre kein Schwarzbrot ,kein Obst Wurst zwei und Käse eine Sorte ist für mich okay aber was für mich total ärgerlich war ist das harte trockene Gebäck wir sind zum frühstücken woanders hin gegangen was eigentlich nicht Sinn und Zweck ist und zu guter letzt konnten wir schlecht schlafen weil die Klimaanlage sehr sehr laut war .Waren eine Familie mit neun Personen (Erwachsene und Kinder)und trotzdem hat das Hotel Potenzial

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026La colazione andava benissimo in base a ciò che abbiamo speso, se ci fosse la possibilità avrei aggiunto qualche crepes o pancake. Trovo la posizione eccezionale vicinissimo alla spiaggia, tranquilla, a due passi da tutti i servizi negozi e locali e anche molto pratica per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti in auto.. Una valutazione assolutamente più che positiva va al personale , dalla reception alla sala colazione, tutti molto disponibili gentili e soprattutto sorridenti che per me è una delle cose più importanti! Ringrazio soprattutto Abbu per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità
Arricchirei un po' di più la hole del hotel perché la trovo un po' troppo spoglia, basterebbe anche qualcosa alle pareti e qualche divanetto in più.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Das Personal hat überhaupt kein Deutsch gesprochen. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe und eine Frechheit. Sehr unhygienisch im Offenen Joghurt Haare………. Eine Frechheit. Der Raum schmutzig und überhaupt nicht einladend. Also alles im allen nicht zum empfehlen.

-Frühstücksraum -Strandservice nicht inkludiert -Lage der Liegen und Sonnenschirm welche man über das Hotel buchen kann, sind zu weit weg und wir wurden vom Personal nicht darauf hingewiesen, mussten selbst suchen, wo unser Platz ist -Fahrräder auch nicht inkludiert

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Soggiorno davvero piacevole! Staff gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Hanno accolto con attenzione anche le nostre richieste particolari. L’hotel è curato e la posizione è davvero strategica e comoda. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, grazie di tutto!

das Bad für kurfige Menschen nicht geeignet (Duschkabine und die türen).. Das Frühstück war auch nicht besonderes jeden Tag das gleiche keine Abwechslung kalte eier und sehr hart gekocht

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Hotel molto bello, posizione buona è all’inizio della via piena di ristoranti e negozi. Camera pulita, spaziosa e un balcone bellissimo. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Disponibilità di aggiungere la spiaggia a pochi metri dall’hotel ad un ottimo prezzo. Ottima anche la disponibilità del parcheggio.
La colazione un po’ limitata nella scelta, le brioche in particolare non ci hanno fatto impazzire. Inoltre mancava la descrizione dei prodotti (come torte o brioche), consiglio ad esempio di aggiungere con le classiche targhette. Secondo me un po esagerato il costo della bicicletta a noleggio, 5€ all’ora

Die Türen wurden erneuert und wurden nicht richtig eingestellt, man bekam sie fast nicht auf.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Bardzo blisko do morza, świetna i pomocna obsługa. Codzienne sprzątanie. Dostępny darmowy parking w pobliżu hotelu. Mini lodówka w pokoju i balkon ze stołem i krzesłami.
Słabe śniadania, budżetowy hotel ale cena za wysoka. Pokój za mały jak na 3 osoby, bo przydałoby się więcej miejsca na przechowywanie (brak szafy, tylko wieszaki i półka bez drzwi). Niestety balkon wychodził centralnie na właz od szamba i trafiliśmy na dzień jego wybierania.
