Chi ha le camere più in alto deve fare una bella salita/discesa ma la struttura mette a disposizione una golf car per lo spostamento.

La nostra camera era in cima alla collina, davvero scomoda per raggiungere il mare e il ristorante. Inoltre, la mancanza di taxi rende molto difficoltoso muoversi sull’isola e gli spostamenti sono molto cari.

Überhaupt nichts!

Das Zimmer war ein Katastrophe, weil wir waren ganz Oben und Ewigkeit nach unten laufen. Die Klimaanlage konnten wir am Tag nie laufen lassen, weil wir keine Ersatzkarte bekommen haben. De Safe war auch eine Katastrophe, eine Schatztruhe aus der Piratenzeit, wenn man den Safe öffnen wollt, musste man die Karte aus komplett herausnehmen, so das die Klimaanlage und das Licht aus gegangen ist. Der Pool und Liegen waren absolut verdreckt. Der Pool war komplett über chlort. Der Strand direkt war auch überhaupt nicht schön. Man konnte nicht ins Wasser gehen ohne Schuhe. Bei ersten mal habe ich mir den Fuß aufgerissen. Jede Stufe war unterschiedlich hoch. Das Personal war auch unfreundlich. Beim Frühstück durfte man sich nur ein Teil von der Karte aussuchen, dass dann auch mehrmals vergessen wurde. Ich habe mir die anderen Hotels in der Bucht angesehen und es war kein Hotel so schlecht wie dieses. Für das Paddel wollten 100 Bath haben, wo überall anders kostenlos ist. Dieses Hotel sieht uns nie wieder!

Très bel emplacement, vue magnifique, personnel toujours souriant. Petit déjeuner varié et très copieux. En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

La posizione è incantevole seppur non semplice da raggiungere. La vista dal resort è splendida e la terrazza per la colazione è meravigliosa, svegliarsi così è impagabile. Staff gentilissimo, ottimo anche il servizio lavanderia.

Le camere hanno decisamente bisogno di una svecchiata. Sono vetuste, il bagno non ha il box doccia e pertanto si allaga tutto. In generale il bagno è molto vecchio (lavandino tutto Rotto e pigna della doccia nera semi ammuffita), allo stesso modo gli infissi e le tende. Nel nostro bongolow inoltre mancavano le prese vicino al letto e trovarne due è stata un’impresa.il buffet della colazione è inesistente. Una nota negativa anche per l’accoglienza. Avevo anticipato che il nostro volo sarebbe arrivato in ritardo e che pertanto saremmo arrivati intorno alle 21.30. Arrivati in albergo ci hanno detto che la cucina aveva appena chiuso e di provare a cercare se qualche ristorante nella spiaggia di sotto fosse aperto, dicendoci però che era dura . visto che eravamo in contatto via whatsapp sarebbe stato carino avvisarci della chiusura della cucina ed eventualmente tenerci da parte qualcosa o suggerirci dove andare.

Les cottages sont supers beau et super « cozy » avec une vue sur la mer. La chambre était vraiment bien conçu. L’hôtel donne directement sur la plage ce qui est super pratique pour aller dîner par exemple (restaurant également à l’hôtel)

Impossible de se baigner à marée basse mais comme partout sur l’île donc ce n’est pas dérangeant.

המלון ממוקם על צלע הר וקשה להתנייד בו. החדרים פשוטים מאד, וגם שאר הדברים במלון. למלון אין חוף משלו שניתן להיכנס אליו, צריך ללכת לחוף כדי להיכנס למים

Hotel e quarto a necessitar de uma grande renovação, WiFi e Tv no quarto não funcionaram apesar dos pedidos feitos, não conseguiram resolver. Pequeno almoço fraco

החדר שלנו היה גדול מאוד וליד הבריכה אז זה היה נוח. אבל אם רצית להגיע לקבלה למעלה יש עליה משמעותית והרבה פעמים לא היתה להם מכונית זמינה לקחת אותך. האוכל במסעדה היה טעים מאוד

המלון מאוד ישן ולא מתוחזק, הרבה מהציוד באזור הבריכה שבור. יום אחד לא ניקו לנו את החדר או החליפו מגבות וזה היה מבאס. בסוף באו אחר הצהריים אחרי שהתקשרנו לבקש מגבות נקיות. לא תמיד יש הסעות לקחת אותך ללמעלה. בשביל להגיע למסעדות ברחוב חייב מונית אבל היו כמה מסעדות טובות במרחק הליכה על החוף.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet hôtel pour son emplacement, top pour les familles ou les couples qui veulent être un peu plus au calme. L’hôtel nous a aidé à louer des scooters (attention il faut vraiment maîtriser pour en louer un ici) et proposait aussi un service de laundry que nous avons pris durant notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est top et le personnel aussi !

Notre chambre manquait un peu de rafraîchissement/de modernisation notamment la salle de bain.

The location on the beach was great, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The rooms are looking a little bit tired and need an update- the bathrooms are a bit dark, our air conditioner leaked constantly and there was broken pipes in the bathroom.

L’hôtel est très vétuste, réparé et décoré de bric et de broc, les photos sont trompeuses sur le site, la chambre est tellement mal isolé que la Clim ne sert à rien à moins de l’avoir sur soi, le prix est trop cher par rapport aux équipements, nous avons été obligé de changer d’hôtel au bout de deux jours

We booked this hotel for 4 nights but left after just one night because it was nothing like the photos or description. While we were waiting in the restaurant for our room to be ready, we booked another hotel. Everything was old, broken, and poorly maintained. The restaurant, room, and swimming pool all looked neglected. The pool was very small, there were only a few sunbeds, most of which were broken, and the parasols were damaged. The room felt more like a hostel than a 3-star hotel. The bedding was dirty, and the shower was very old and in poor condition. When we told the manager we were leaving, she was very nice and understanding. She told us that we would receive a refund . Although we appreciated the manager being friendly and trying to help, the overall experience was very disappointing and the hotel did not meet the standard we expected from a 3-star hotel.

De ligging is leuk, het restaurant is goed, het is er fijn zitten en heeft een mooi zicht

De familiebungalow ligt eigenlijk net buiten het « resort » het leek wel een huisje dat normaal door het personeel gebruikt werd ofzo. Tussen afval en parking, kortom beantwoorde dit totaal niet aan onze verwachtingen. Ik denk dat ze het zelf ook beseffen want zij deed helemaal niet moeilijk over ons vroegtijdig vertrek en terugbetaling. Het personeel is wel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ik denk dat de andere bungalows wel ok waren. Het zwembad is verouderd.

Le personnel extrêmement gentil et serviable ! La chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec une très belle terrasse vue sur la mer, tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien ! La proximité avec la très belle plage de Salad Beach ! Le bon petit déjeuné ! Merci pour tout ! Nous avons adoré !

Hotel jest położony na uboczu i dzięki temu jest cicho i spokojnie. Personel był bardzo miły i pomocny.. W pokoju są wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko potrzebowaliśmy na taki wakacyjny wyjazd. Wokół naszego bungalowu było dużo miejsc typu leżaki, hamaki, huśtawki, na których można było spędzić czas i dla mnie to ogromny plus tego miejsca.

W łazience od strony tarasu jest duże okno. Jeśli korzystasz z łazienki przy zapalonym świetle to z tarasu dokładnie widać co tam robisz. To mało komfortowe.

Locatie, personeel en eten was top! Ook de poolbiljart waren we heel blij mee. De faciliteiten in en rondom het zwembad mag wat meer aandacht aan geschonken worden. Hygiene laat daar wat te wensen over. Maar we hebben zeker genoten!

Bed linen was old with stitched holes. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on old linens.

Нам достался самый лучший номер. Номер 1! Прям возле бассейна,ресторана и выхода на пляж Это собственно спасло весь отдых.в ресторане вкусная еда. В бассейне классная горка для детей и он не глубокий. Отель красивый, как в джунглях, очень много бабочек.

Отель расположен вертикально и если ваш номер ближе к ресепшн,то спуск и подъем могут быть опасными, так как лестницы очень крутые. Подъезд к отелю был настолько страшный, что я отменила все мероприятия, чтоб лишний раз не выезжать никуда. Я ставлю высокую оценку за номер, так как он был потрясающий!

Le petit déjeuner varié et à la carte. L'accès à la plage depuis l'hôtel avec quelques restaurants et bar.

Le café du petit déjeuner n'était pas extraordinaire. Pour un bon café il fallait payer. Fourmis dans la chambre et air co qui fuitait. En résulte de l'eau sur le sol, malgré une tentative de 'réparation'. Le personnel féminin de la réception pas très sympathique,on avait l'impression de l'embetter à chaque question. Pas d'etendoir à linge sur la terrasse. Obligé de pendre nos maillots et serviettes de plage sur la rembarde du balcon. Meubles de la chambre un peu vétustes, lampes de chevet qui ne fonctionnent pas et éclairage principal très brutal. Un employé passe avec un souffleur thermique chaque matin vers 7h pour souffler les feuilles. Bruyant et inutile à cette heure. Emplacement un peu excentré et loin des restaurants. Il faut un scooter, voiture ou payer le trajet pour chaque déplacement. Espace piscine peu entretenu. Transats sales et troués. Beaucoup d'enfants qui sautaient dans la piscine depuis le niveau supérieur. Aucune règle de sécurité pour garantir le calme. Bref, un hôtel qui a mal vieilli et qui mériterait un bon coup de refresh.

location is very faraway from everything, not possible to travel in the island without using hotel taxi service. The whole place is upheel, very difficult to move around between pool, loby and rooms. Toilets broke down in one of the rooms, doors were not closing well. overall maintanance is poor. the staff was not very welcoming

Prachtig aan baai gelegen. Fijne keuken en prima ontbijt (geen buffet). Prima huisjes. Schoon en goed.

Nog in goede staat maar onderhoud zit er wel aan te komen. Aparte barretjes worden niet meer gebruikt.

Fijne ruimte kamers en het uitzicht. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Wachttijd in het restaurant. Overvol restaurant waarbij het leek als of het personeel het overzicht/controle niet had.

I had a great stay at Cookies Salad Resort. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, making it a relaxing place to come back to after spending the day at the beach. One of the best things about the resort is its location—it's just a short walk to Salad Beach, which is beautiful and very convenient. The staff were also wonderful. Everyone was friendly, kind, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better.

The only small disappointment was that the room we received didn't exactly match the photos shown when we booked. It looked like the pictures were of a different room. However, our room was still quite similar and comfortable, so it didn't have a major impact on our stay

Espace en haut et bas de la porte qui laisse passer les insectes. Peu de choix dans le petitt déjeuner pas super bon. Uniquement du beurre salé. Accès très pentu pour aller a la plage. Pour aller au night market a pied c'est plus de 20 min et très dangereux donc impossible il faut un scooter voiture ou taxi qui coûte 200 bath par personnes

אהבנו את המיקום של החדר על החוף ועדין מרגיש בתוך הג׳ונגל- יפיפה! מהחלון נשקפת תמונה יפייפיה ושלווה, מלא פרפרים גדולים וצבעוניים. החדר היה נקי והקפידו על נקיון מדי יום. מספיק מרווח ונח למשפחה עם ילדים קטנים. בריכה נעימה וכייפית המשקיפה על החוף ולידה פינת מסאז׳ על החוף. מסעדה טובה. צוות אדיב ונעים שעושה הרגשה טובה של בית ורצון טוב לעזור. מיקום שקט, אך עדין יש מבחר מסעדות וגם מכולת קטנה על החוף.

היתושים! קשור לג׳ונגל אבל אולי גם לזה שהמי מקלחת מתנקזים למתחת לחדר. המרחב של המסעדה יפיפה ומשקיף לנוף, אך לעיתים הרגיש שהוא קטן מדי כדי להכיל את כל האורחים ובארוחת בוקר הורגש עומס (מבחינת המרחב, לא השירות).

I have stayed at Cookies several times and it's always my first choice when on Koh Phangan. The staff are super friendly, food is great, rooms have everything you need and it's a great location.

Nous revenons pour la 2eme fois après 8 ans dans cet hôtel magnifiquement situé et avec un personnel très accueillant, souriant … Le resto est également bien ! Le petit dej plutôt agréable mais pourrait proposer un buffet.

L’hôtel vieillit très mal. Grosse déception quant à l’absence d’entretien général. Chambres bungalow presque vétustes (salle de bain vraiment vétuste/ voir photos), abords de la piscine qui partent en lambeaux (carreaux décollés, trampolines percés).. quel dommage !

Super personnel gentil et toujours prêt à répondre à vos besoins sans oublier Néné qui assure le service taxi 😊. Tout était bien, emplacement de l'hôtel (sur côté nord-ouest là où se trouvent les plus belles plages + à quelques mètres de la plages et des restaurants/bars/market qui la bordent), le confort des chambres, le petit déjeuner et le restaurant qui propose de bons plats à des prix raisonnables et enfin pour les enfants la piscine qui était propre.

Hôtel au cœur de la nature et en bord de plage. Les petites maisons sur pilotis individuelles sont géniales. Nous avions une chambre familiale numéro 2 en bord de piscine et du restaurant. Équipements parfaits. Il manque juste une plaque de cuisson ou micro-ondes dans la cuisine. L'hôtel est excentré et si pas moyen de locomotion, obligation de manger au restaurant de l'hôtel qui est super. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Le personnel aux petits soins. Attention si jeunes enfants ou personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite, l'hôtel est à éviter car très en pente. Nous avons loué deux scooters sur place, vraiment très très appréciable Hotel à recommander

L’emplacement fabuleux sur la meilleure plage de Koh phangan toutes les chambres ont une vue sur la mer. Le personnel est très gentil et réactif ils organisent tout. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très bon mais légèrement plus cher que dans d’autres îles comme Koh samui et Koh tao. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Il manque des rideaux occultants. La lumière extérieure s’allumait toute les nuits à 3h du matin face à la fenêtre. Attention très escarpé et difficile d’accès. Il faut des scooters pour se déplacer hors de l’hôtel obligatoirement sinon prendre taxi avec l’hôtel car trop excentré. Beaucoup trop de famille avec jeunes enfants, merci aux parents de laisser leurs enfants sans surveillance à courir, escalader et crier partout pas du tout apaisant les petits déjeuners dans ces conditions, nous n’avons pas pu non plus profiter de la piscine les cris et les pleurs continue sur un temps de relaxe non merci, malgré le cadre nous ne reviendrons pas à cause des clients.

Le lieu est très isolé (pas de grab sur l île, coût de déplacements exorbitants pour la Thailande, supérette à l extrémité inverse de la plage mais très peu de produits) Pas de transats dans le sable, la partie devant l hôtel est rocheuse Fuite d' eau en cas de pluie qui coule sur le lit de ma fille

De locatie is prachtig en een leuk restaurant en zwembad. Ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht.

We moesten erg lang wachten op het ontbijt. De kamer is ruim maar wel verouderd. De badkamer kan ook echt een update krijgen en was ook niet heel schoon.

La piscine est un peu vieillissante et l'eau est trouble. Ce n'est pas un problème d'hôtel mais Salad Bay n'est pas très jolie à marée basse ce qui rend le séjour moins idyllique

Roller kann direkt beim Hotel gemietet werden! Schönes Restaurant! Der Transferservice zum Pier ist top, man bekommt es nicht günstiger.

Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Handtücher müssten mal erneuert werden. Unser Bett war sehr hart. Außerdem hatten wir viele Ameisen im Zimmer.

We had a home looking straight at the beach with a balcony that is secluded and a bath that was just so spoiling and just right. The service was just amazing and they were always doing the extra mile for us. If it’s the clothes we hung out to dry and after room service we arrived to finding them all folded. When we forget something in the hotels taxi service and the next time we arrived in the room it was waiting for us there. We enjoyed everything second of our stay and are thankful for the time being there

Not necessarily about the property, but the beach was quite rocky. It was also set on a massive hill, which I knew in advance and wasn’t a big issue for me, but it can be tricky to some people. The was also a lack of entertainment after 20pm, as everything in the area was closed by 10pm.

Great location and property was simple but exactly what I wanted and expected.

Not necessarily about the property, but the beach was quite rocky. It was also set on a massive hill, which I knew in advance and wasn’t a big issue for me, but it can be tricky to some people. There was also a lack of entertainment after 10pm, as everything in the area was closed by 10pm.

Stedet er indrettet med charme og hygge. Restauranten har et stort udvalg af retter og drinks. Restauranten er hyggelig med de mange forskellige møbler.

Stedet trænger til en opdatering. F.eks. var flere parasoller i stykker, madrasser ved poolen var slidte og beskidte og flere møbler trænger til en udskiftning.

Loved the location. The beach has just enough going on but still very mellow. The staff was all so friendly. We had an issue with the room and it was addressed immediately. Loved the little coworking area under the restaurant. It is on a steep hill, but it didn’t bother us at all. Beautiful views, and the restaurant is pretty good too.

The hot water heater was broken and the ac wasn’t really blowing. We let the staff know and they came to fix it right away. The air conditioner worked fabulously after but unfortunately, the water heater didn’t work for more than an hour after they fixed it. Luckily, it’s so hot. It didn’t bother us that much.

Boendet va fantastiskt !! 😍 Rummet va över all förväntan! Städningen va wow! Sköna sängar o lite lyx när man hade tv med Netflix. Så vackert överallt och utsikten över havet va underbart! Personalen så trevliga å hjälpsamma och maten va suverän och prisvärd! Vi ÄLSKADE verkligen detta hotell! Ett av de bästa vi haft när vi rest runt i Thailand !

Tyvärr va stranden inte alls speciellt bra. Otroligt vacker att titta på men inte alls badvänligt. Mycket koraller å sten. Hotellet låg väldigt avskilt också. Perfekt plats om man hyr moped men med barn så gjorde vi inte det. Även mycket trappor å backar men absolut INGENTING som störde oss alls. Men är man äldre eller har problem att gå så kanske de blir jobbigt

We booked an apartment with balcony (302) our family traveling with us booked 4 identical rooms ,the sea views were breathtaking. Spotlessly clean,great restaurant area with sea views

Not for those with mobility issues. Lots of kittens,which I fed, likewise the staff,however a sterilization program needs to be implemented. Perhaps a donations box at reception. This is not a complaint,merely an observation and comment

Hôtel très difficile d’accès : il est indiqué qu’une golfette est disponible pour faciliter les déplacements, mais elle n’est proposée qu’à l’arrivée. Ensuite, l’accès se fait uniquement à pied avec une très forte montée, ce qui est vraiment contraignant. Il n’y a pas d’accès direct à la plage, contrairement à ce que l’on pourrait attendre. La salle de bain est très rustique et malheureusement pas propre, avec de la moisissure visible. Un réel effort devrait être fait sur le ménage et l’entretien. Slabša wifi povezava. Vellika oseka, kar pomeni, da zjutraj skoraj ni možno kopanje v morju, a na to resort nima vpliva.

Le petit-déj’ était bon et la localisation est bonne

Our stay was deeply disappointing due to several significant issues. We requested an early check-in with no response, and upon arrival, we were told to wait in the restaurant and would be notified when the room was ready; however, no one informed us, and we were forced to track down staff ourselves. Furthermore, the room door did not lock properly, creating a major security concern for our belongings. When we requested a room change, the staff were unhelpful, difficult to communicate with, and ultimately attempted to move us to a lower-category room than what we had booked. Beyond these service failures, the room was extremely dark, and opening the curtains meant sacrificing all privacy as it faced a communal guest walkway.

Wonderful place to stay with a real Thai family atmosphere. Great breakfast with a lovely view and friendly people, especially enjoyed the passion fruit jam! Thanks for a great stay.

The Cookies staff were absolutely lovely and could not be more helpful. The location was gorgeous and our family pool room villa was very comfortable for our 3 night stay. The pool was clean and provided loungers both in the sun and shade depending on what you needed. The restaurant was great too, with stunning views!

El personal, muy amable.

Bra service, trevligt personal. Dem hjälpte oss med ett problem vi hade och det var utöver vad som ingick. Väldigt uppskattat få en service långt över det vi betalat för. Frukosten var bra med olika val man kunde göra, prisvärt. Rummen var väldigt fräscha och fint städade. Vi bodde i rummet "Mountain view" och visst det låg högst upp på kullen en liten bit från restaurang och strand men det hade vi inget emot, vi tittade på ett alternativt boende som en uppgradering men denna planlösning på MV gilla vi mer.

Inget. Boendet översteg mina förväntningar. En sak som verkligen inte är hotellet fel är i så fall stranden som inte var så badvänlig vid lågvatten.

L'endroit était beau avec une vue sur la mer magnifique. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et la piscine super pour les enfants

C'est tout de même bien décentré mais il y avait quelques petits restaurants ou autres hôtels ouverts sur la plage pour les repas du soir (malgré le fait que c'était la basse saison) avec coucher du soleil.

Belle chambre avec terrasse sympa . Le deuxième jour nous avons failli être très déçus car ils refaisaient les toits des 2 cottages autour de nous et il y avait beaucoup de bruit, tronçonnage , coup de marteau , vissage .... On voulait faire la sieste Impossible. Ça allait durer plusieurs jours. On a été le signaler et ils nous ont changé de chambre sans problème et sans insister , nous avons eu un cottage surclassé, encore mieux pour le même prix. Donc rien à redire . Scooter nécessaire.

Abbiamo trovato di notte un serpente esattamente fuori dalla nostra camera che aveva le porte scorrevoli a vetro, abbiamo scritto e chiamato più volte il numero fornito del personale ma essendo dopo mezzanotte non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Diciamo che in una situazione di bisogno/panico avremmo voluto essere supportate da chi sicuramente sarà abituato.

Super tolles Hotel mit wunderschöner Anlage. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich unglaublich. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Ebenso die Zimmer. Wunderschön eingerichtet, groß und komfortabel mit tollem Ausblick. Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und eine Unterkunft, die man nur weiterempfehlen kann. Es war wirklich herausragend!

O quarto era grande, a vista do restaurante do resort era incrível. O restaurante tinha um menu com muita escolha e a preços razoáveis. A equipa sempre pronta a ajudar.

No quarto, o chuveiro não dava para regular muito bem a agua quente e fria. Não é um ponto negativo, mas quem for com bebe ou se tiver algum problema de locomoção, poderá ser dificil, pois o resort na colina.

Wat een prachtige plek! Het hotel ligt aan een heerlijk rustige baai. Als je even een stukje zwemt, kan je prachtig snorkelen. Het personeel van het hotel is ontzettend vriendelijk, het eten en drinken is heerlijk en ons huisje was fantastisch. Een klein paradijsje.

Ons matras was lekker zacht maar daardoor ook een beetje doorgelegen. Dit zou wat eerder vervangen mogen worden. Verder helemaal niets te klagen!

We were simply delighted with the accommodation. The location is perfect, the view is incredible. The room itself and especially the terrace are beautiful (although unfortunately we did not use it too much due to the heat at that time). Also, all praise to all the staff, through them we booked the best tour of the entire trip to Thailand and were delighted, the cleaning staff also did an excellent job and we were surprised every time we entered the room, and many greetings and thanks to the hotel driver Nene who helped us a lot. Prachtige gelegen , sfeervolle houten bungalows met een buitenkeuken en een prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Zeer goed restaurant en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel

De zee was niet aantrekkelijk om in te zwemmen. We waren er eind mei en dat bleek low-tide season te zijn , weinig water, veel stenen. Het was geen probleem want het zwembad was heerlijk
