Great view

Staff was impolite, no client service, bed and pillows were uncomfortable

The entrance was amazing. The food and cocktails were lovely. Spa was decent but could do with little upgrade. The wee shop was great for gifts!

The outdoor pool was dirty when we arrived so we never got in it. Some tiles coming off the inside pool area.

במשך שני לילות היה רעש בלילה. בלילה הראשון העניין טופל.בלילה השני נערכה מסיבה ב 2 לפנות בוקר באחד החדרים מבלי שהצוות טיפל בבעיה למרות שהיה מודע לרעש

La vue et le personnel sont super

Pour un 5 étoiles ,on s'attend à une cuisine plus travailler . Domage que la piscine intérieur ne sois pas en accès libre (systeme de privatisation jusqu'à 18h) Les verres utiliser au niveau du bar sont en mauvais état( trace de calcaire et rayure ) La porte des WC ne tien pas fermés La baignoire et le meuble vasque n'était pas propre

Great hotel with lots of nice view of the area. Breakfast and bar were also very nice.

The hotel fills like living in a high humid air. Serauded with bed smell. The retaurant is highly expenciv and yet. not so eatable.

Horaires strictes de la piscine intérieure. Il faut réserver en avance des slots de 30 minutes. Piscine extérieure très froide ( max 20 degrés) Sauna et hammam payants ( 25 euros par personne pour 30 minutes) Les parties communes ne sont pas très bien entretenues ( l’accès à l’extérieur depuis la piscine intérieure est assez délabré)

Η τοποθεσία και το ξενοδοχείο εξαιρετικά, το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό, ίσως μια ευγενική επισήμανση σε όλους τους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου να μην διαταρασσουν την απίστευτη ομορφιά και Ησυχία του τοπίου.

Несмотря на малое количество людей в моей период посещения , отель не сократил спектр услуг . Завтраки также были в огромном ассортименте. Отличный отель и весь персонал

I am sure it was once a state-of-the-art resort but now it looks dated and worn out. It could do with a renovation.

מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד. שירות יוצא מגדר הרגיל, מתקנים ברמה הגבוהה ביותר ונוף עוצר נשימה. האוכל מעולה כולל הבר והמסעדה. רמת שירות נדירה כולל עצות וארגון טיולים באזור. כל הצוות מדהים ובמיוחד Tolis.

Stunning views from the hotel! Very welcoming with friendly staff, comfortable room & the spa was lovely. Restaurant was outstanding!

The property was beautiful , and the views were beautiful. The room was great. The spa was wonderful! The breakfast was delightful. Most of the staff was great.

The choices for dinner were very limited. The prices were extremely high. And although the location was beautiful it was difficult to get anywhere. The bathroom easily flooded from the shower. The trash can in the toilet is very small, smelly and unsanitary.

ארוחת בוקר מעולה, מגוונת מאוד וטעימה. מיקום מצוין, מחוץ לעיירה הסמוכה, שקט, נוף מדהים, חניה. שירות מעולה !!

רצפת חדר האמבטיה נרטבת כי מים זולגים מדלת המקלחון. מיזוג לא הופעל כי עדיין לא עברו לתכנית קיץ.

Hotel modern, curat, ospitalier, dejun excelent, peisaje de neuitat, recomand cu grag.

Views, services (staff were excellent), concierge (Tilos was fantastic, great suggestions etc). The bar was vg.

מלון ספא מהמם!!! נמצא לבד על הר ומשקיף אל נוף מדהים של העירה מצבו. אווירה רגועה מיד כשנכנסים למלון. יש בריכה וג'קוזי פתוחים לשימוש בשעות הערב, גם באווירה מרגיעה ונעימה. החדר ממש גדול ועם מרפסת אל הנוף המהמם!!! אם אתם מטיילים באזור ממליצה.

The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially Mr. Tolis, who was extremely kind and professional. Also the young man working at the bar in the evening was also very polite and helpful, and he made amazing cocktails. The location is also stunning and truly beautiful. Their hospitality really made our stay more pleasant.

The room did not have good sound insulation, and we could hear noise and water from other rooms. We also found an insect in the room. Additionally, it was quite tiring to have to use three different elevators to reach our room. The room itself was large and comfortable, but overall it was nothing particularly special.

המלון מדהים, המיקום והנוף עוצר נשימה. קבלת הפנים הלבבית של מיכאל שמדבר אנגלית עברית ורוסית הייתה חמה, מסבירת פנים ושירותים. הבריכה הפנימית המחוממת והג׳קוזי שוריינו עבורנו לשחייה פרטית של שעה. חדר הכושר גדול ומלא במכשירים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאד עם ירקות פירות סוגים שונים של מאפים, חביתות מיוחדות ושתייה מסוגים שונים. החדר היה ענק עם נוף להרים המושלגים מהמרפסת הגדולה. בחדר המתינו לנו חלוקים מפנקים כפכפי בד שמיכות צמר להתכרבלות במרפסת, מכונת קפה וקומקום עם תה וקפסולות קפה. החדר והמלון נקיים מאד. הזמנו את החדר שעה לפני שהגענו וקיבלנו שדרוג לחדר עם נוף להרים. הכל היה פשוט מושלם.

Lovely hotel with beautiful view from the terrace, great breakfast and amazing team. Tolin was very nice and helpful.

The views are absolutely beautiful. The staff are so kind and helpful. We loved our stay. Our room had a beautiful panoramic view over Metsovo. We visited Meteora, the Zagori stone villages, beautiful lakes and forests. An amazing stay.

We loved the hotel. You need to remember to book the pool and jacuzzi and then you have them for yourself. A few areas needed some work but the beauty and people made up for this.

צוות מקסים. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת. חדרי גן חסומים ע"י המבנה הקדמי, ואין נוף כמעט בכלל. ביקשנו ביום הראשון לעבור לחדר עם נוף, נאמר לנו שהמלון מלא (לא ברור כי בארוחת הבוקר היינו כמעט לבד...). למחרת הצוות היה יותר קואופרטיבי והציע חלופות טובות יותר, חבל שלא עשו זאת קודם.

בריכה לא מספיק חמה.

Great retreat resort with spectacular view of Metsovo, very friendly and attentive staff and impeccable cleanliness. Amazing view of Pindos mountains. Very comfortable rooms.

Restaurant configuration and atmosphere needs an upgrade, not so compatible with the rest of the Hotel's identity/feeling.

Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό, όπως και η θέση του ξενοδοχείου. Μέσα στη φύση με υπέροχη θέα.

Πολύ ζέστη στο ένα δωμάτιο λόγω κεντρικής θέρμανσης. Μας άλλαξαν άμεσα δωμάτιο και εκεί όλα ήταν τέλεια.

Absolutely stunning property. I had not appreciated how snowy it would be and was a wonderful surprise

The only thing I can say I didnt like was the limited time the children could use the pool. Given the fact that the hotel allows children, I didn’t realise they could only use the pool from 10-12 am. This is very limited if you only have one night stay. Meaning they can’t use the pool when you arrive/check in. And have limited time to use before you have to check out. Should be more obvious when booking. Otherwise the hotel is glorious.

Everything but the facility the sauna the hamam .. it coast more money and it’s not cheap also the treatments.. Everything else was perfect

We hope the cost for the sauna and hammam will be cheaper than 25 EUR, especially if it is only for 30 minutes. Most of the places I know offer free access to these facilities. Other than that, the hotel and staff were wonderful.

Was not the best value for money given access to spa and pool was limited i.e. with bookings, some of the rooms were not up to par (our bathroom had some paint pealing from the ceiling)

het ligt toch wat afgelegen zodat voor het bezoek aan de meteoren kloosters er naar heen en terug je teklkens een berpas overmoet, reken toch minstens op één uur extra. Als je voor de natuur omgeving zelf gaat is het wel perfect

1. Severe Health and Safety Hazards (Immediate Danger) • Extensive Black Mold: There is widespread black mold throughout the swimming area and a heavy mold odor in the Hamam. Exposure to these spores is a documented health risk. • Structural Hazard: A massive crack in the glass directly above the pool area poses an immediate physical danger to anyone in the water. • Sanitary Neglect: The water line in both the pool and jacuzzi is lined with green algae. Furthermore, the stainless steel interior of the jacuzzi fountain is corroded with rust, and the enclosed pool area is infested with insects. 2. Misleading Property Standards & Operational Failures • False Advertising: The photographs on Booking.com are entirely inconsistent with the current status of the property. The facility is in a state of decay that is not reflected in your listing. • Restricted Amenities: Despite being a 5-star hotel, pool and jacuzzi access is restricted to once per stay by reservation only. This was never disclosed during the booking process. • Poor Maintenance & Staffing: The room cabinet was broken, and the property is severely understaffed, rendering it incapable of providing 5-star service.
