walk to tree town is 5 minutes, nice and quiet and good size room.

The room is nice and large. The bathroom is by far the best I have had in Thailand, mainly due to the sliding door separating the shower area from the toilet. It has a nice size balcony. The pool is of a good size. The only negative thing that we had was because we were located on the second floor, right behind where the motorbike taxi’s hang out at the entrance. Because of this we were frequently hearing noise from motorcyclists and from them talking.

Fistly this is a budget hotel, my room 504, was a good size, and the shower was excellent, room cleaned daily, and a balcony you could sit outside on, but thats where the good news ends. ANTS, everywhere, no matter what i did, in the bed, sink, bin, just everywhere. The air con made a noise, and after maybe 4 hours you could feel it taking affect, in my case it gave me a terrible sore throat. The bed was big, but not very comfy witch poor quality linen and pillows. The frisge either froze everything or just made a noise. I never ate there, or used the tiny pool, TV worked ok. WORD OF WARNING, make sure you identify anything in the room that is damaged, stained, ripped broken, as they will make you pay for it, in my case there was a small cut/nick in the duvet/quilt, maybe 1cm long, I was made to pay 1000 Baht for this, then all they did was put a 10 Baht patch on it, not amused. The girl on reception 6 days a week was pleasant enough, but you could tell that she was constantly thinking of ways tto get more money out of the guests. Location wise it was ok, 15 minute walk to Soi Bukhao, motor bike taxis just out front, laundry also and a little Thai shop for cold drinks. 10 minute walk to BIG C shopping, where you can get pretty much anything you need. I had booked for 24 nights, but left 8 days early as i was so uncomfortable staying there. Would i recommend it, for a few nights yes if your on a tight budget, otherwise no, not with the amount of choice you have in Pattaya.

Stayed for just over a week, staff all good but hotel rooms were dated, and location was the main issue for me slightly out of 3rd road a good ten minutes walk to my usual place soi buakhow.

Excellent customer services, staff very kind and gentle.

Very good

Very nice pool in the garden, calm and cosy surroundings, close to best little family restaurant (Grandma’s House), walking distance to several 7-11, Big C, Foodland (supermarket). Nice duvets, dirty floor in room, no bedside lamps. Not much service at reception but ok for independent travelers. We liked the hotel and returned for a longer period.

What I didn't like was that on the morning of my departure I went to reception handed my key back in to get my 1000 baht deposit back when the person I gave it to handed it directly to a colleague who left the area with the key and then the person I gave it to originally tried to make out I hadn't given it to her. When I insisted and implied I would go and find the colleague myself all of a sudden the point was conceeded. Then because that little scam hadn't worked the senior employee of the two I was dealing with implied that if didn't still have my copy of the deposit receipt she wouldn't be able to give me the 1000 baht back! Luckily I had the receipt that I would imagine most people would of discarded and got my deposit back. The whole above charade was in my opinion designed to cheat me out of the 1000 baht deposit. Not good business!

Everything was okay no complaints. Some little things needed to be fixed not major things stuff needs to pay more attention to customers when they have a problems with some little things to be fixed

夜はとても静かで快適でした。　ﾋﾞｯｸﾞＣまで徒歩7分（片道）で ソイブッカオまでも、約6分位でロングステイヤーには好立地な 場所と思います。

Hotel too far from anywhere, house cleaning was a joke, some days just didn't even see them. Would not recommend

Godt hotel til prisen.Beliggende i et roligt område.Man kan gå til barområde i soi Bukhao på 15 minutter.Ellers 5 minutter på motorcykeltaxi.Dejlig altan og stort værelse

なんつったって場所が分かり辛い。キャリーバッグを引いて汗だくになった。地図の表示が微妙なんだよな。間違ってないが、一本上とも一本下ともとれる。迷ったら一本下だ。 歩き回る人が多いのか、到着した客にはジュースを振舞ってくれる。この価格帯では珍しい。宿自体はよかったです。

Was exactly like I expected before I checked in. Not bad for a budget hotel. Clean, decent sized room and a nice pool. A bit far from the action but walking distance to Soi Buakhao and lots of decent reataurants in the area. A bit dodgy to get across 3d Road but lots of motorbike taxis right outside the hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a budget.

超安、築浅の様ですが？！安物買いの銭失い！！至る所壊れてたり、故障してたり…5ヶ所以上めんど臭いので省略。 夜は玄関施錠してあり、電話番号とタイ語で注意書き…横の窓が半開きで、事なき終えました。

De kamer was heel goed alleen veel overlast van andere gasten die laat in de nacht lopen schreeuwen in de gang. Geklaagd bij receptie maar die deden er niets aan volgende nacht was het weer hetzelfde. Ze moeten bepaalde groepen mensen gewoon niet toelaten. Hebben geen manieren.

Very nice staff but no one to help us carry luggage. The hotel lobby and elevator are hot no air conditioning. Room is decent. Need more cleaning. Will stay again

Loved the right resort, tucked away in the perfect spot. The room was a nice size.

Easy to go to everywhr , stop of motorbike taxi is juz outside the hotel, and its alot of shop around the hotel.. walkable for 7-11 / massage shop / hyper market / hair saloon / mini mart / eat shop / bars / lounge/ beach ....if want to take car taxi juz catch it at the main road , its really convenient location...

Perfect place to stay with family or friends.nice and quiet street but not really far from anything. restaurants all around. Lots of street food everywhere.1.2 km from beach.we walked to the beach everyday.but u can hire a scooter from reception for only 150 bth a day. Nice and clean room,nice staff,nice swimming pool. I would live there again and again.

Room was plenty spacious, clean, a/c ran strong and cold, quiet location. Two disappointments were the poorly locking door which took me forever to figure out and the presence of micro ants on the wall in the washroom. Shower was big and tue hot water ran strong and plentiful. Transportation to center of town i.e. central road was infrequent with the baht bus so must use the slightly more expensive Moto taxi option. At $25 CAD per night I recommend for a budget option that gives a clean and spacious room.

Et fint hotel i centrum 20.min til strandpromenaden gående.Ingen støj eller larm fra nattelivet.Utroligt nemt at finde rundt i for gående.morgenmaden fik vi i nærheden på Johns Badehotel og det var godt.

Quiet room, near Big-C, helpful staff, small but clean pool, I enjoyed to stay this hotel several times.

Quiet neighbourhood, Great reception staff, Bathroom cleanliness could improve slightly, Lovely rooms and comfortable bedding. Good range of tv channels, kettle facilities and a pleasant pool area.

A nice hotel in a quiet sleepy area,taxi bikes handy,away from the busy hype of Pattaya,Was about a 1.5 km walk to the beach,about 10 min felt a bit far too walk, and off the main taxi truck route so if you don't like walking you can catch a motorbike taxi about 50 bhart to the beach. Big C extra Supermarket was near,not much in the way of food and bars near by,but some about 1km away on 2nd rd .

The staff at the hotel were always pleasant, but didn't go out of their way to help or provide information. I was disappointed that although they advertise having a restaurant and the tables were set, it wasn't operational. If you wanted food the nearest facility was 200 yards down the road. Would advise other people to take their own tea and coffee, as although there is a kettle and fridge only drinking water is provided. Although the hotel itself and the surrounding outside areas were kept clean, the room service could have been better. The maid came every day and cleaned and mopped the floors and also changed the towels; however, in 13 days my bed linen wasn't changed at all. My overall impression was, that the hotel operated more as a room hire service, for single night stays, than as a longer term holiday service.

On a pretty quiet st. Super tv.movies that just played in theater, can be seen on there system, free. nice hotel not far from everything. will stay again.

Hotel reception is asking 50 baht for towel using pool or beach, this is not good. Other side the hotel is ok.
