Everything went very well. The hotel was quiet, with no hallway noise to disturb our sleep. The room was spacious and spotless, and the location was convenient, being only a 5- to 10-minute walk from the mall. Additionally, the staff was very approachable and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While the rates are a bit pricey compared to other hotels, we felt it offered great value for money. Thank you for the excellent service.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. It is a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, approachable, and proactive. The environment is very quiet, and no noise from the hallway disturbs the rooms, ensuring you can definitely rest well.

Seda Nuvali 's location is self-contained with a lot of restaurants and other activity outlets within walking distance from them. Check-in was a breeze, but checking out was a bit too long for an overnight stay. there were only 2 staff manning the front desk with mostly checking out guests as it was almost 12nn. Otherwise, we'd love to come back with the family.

Hotel is located in a nice and safe area. The rooms in the old tower is a BIG NO. It felt old and if you're lucky - you might get a room with no working AC. Their breakfast buffet is the highlight of our stay.

It was a very good, happy & memorable stay, family loved the food. Enjoyed swimming & use of the gym, also playing in the gameroom. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

I requested a room change due to several defective amenities in Room #5xx. The bathroom power outlets were not working, making it impossible to charge my hair dryer, electric shaver, and toothbrush. Additionally, the TV displayed prominent pixel lines, the shower heater barely functioned, and the water pressure was extremely low. Even after a hotel technician evaluated the room, these issues could not be resolved. I hope management addresses maintenance in Room #5xx to improve the experience for future guests.

I loved the orchids which were all over the lobby. Beautiful! The staff were very attentive especially housekeeper Jim on the 7th floor. The service was generally commendable. I also enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. Thank you for the free valet parking.

Room needs refurbishing, furniture and fixings shows signs of age. Room also needs better cleaning. Wifi in the room is very slow compared to standard fiber internet at home, also limited to 5 devices only. View is only not good due to ongoing renovations in the area. Overall stay is ok but room and amenities in the room is not at par with other hotels with similar stars.

Absolutely no complaints. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The masseuse was terrific. The breakfast had me looking forward to getting out of bed.

1.Very high cost-performance ratio. 2.When you enter the restaurant for breakfast, the staff will proactively ask if you want coffee or water. I ordered a cappuccino, but it often never arrived. I had to get the order form and fill it out myself before it was brought to me.

Firstly, would like to commend Ken of F&B. I believe he was assigned in the velvet room or 2nd floor during breakfast this morning, July 5. Not only was he doing his job well but he was very observant. He noticed I was sneezing in a corner and he automatically made the initiative of coming near me asking if I needed assistance or medicine. He subtly informed me there was a clinic as well without me feeling judged of my condition. I loved that! Anticipatory and sensitive. As for Emanuelle, I believe he’s either from concierge/transportation (wearing black uniform) - I know it wasn’t his job but he assisted me as well. I already raised this concern to another front desk officer but the lines became busy so maybe that’s why it wasn’t ffed up anymore but when I was standing near the desk, Sir Emanuelle made the initiative of approaching me and asking if I needed assistance. Right then and there, my concern was resolved in under 10 minutes. Great instincts! We encountered a few hiccups during our stay and we’d love to share more feedback if anyone can reach out to us from the team. Thanks!

Seda Nuvali has always been my home away from home whenever I travel. I consistently appreciate the hotel's cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and the attentiveness of the staff. One area that could be improved is the availability of ironing facilities for guests, particularly those traveling for business. Having access to a flat iron and ironing board is often essential for maintaining professional attire during meetings and events. During a recent stay, a colleague requested an iron and ironing board but was informed that there was a time limit on its use. While I understand the need to manage shared resources, providing more accessible ironing facilities—or perhaps placing ironing boards in selected rooms or on each floor—would greatly enhance the experience for business travelers. Overall, Seda Nuvali continues to be one of my preferred hotels, and I look forward to returning. With a few enhancements to guest amenities such as ironing facilities, the hotel could further elevate its already excellent service and hospitality.

Ideal location for a quick work weekend. Far enough from Metro Manila for a change of scenery, near enough for easy travel. Lots of food and entertainment options within walking distance. Wifi was good, was able to get a lot of work done.

As always, Seda proves to be an excellent choice for unwinding and recharging after a busy, full day. The overall ambiance is both relaxing and inviting, making it easy to transition into rest mode. The gym and pool facilities further elevate the experience, offering a refreshing and energizing atmosphere that helps boost your mood and keep your energy levels up.

Great stay for a family with a 1-year-old! Staff are incredibly kind and considerate. It was a plus that they have suction plates at the restaurant for a child to use while eating.

Did not meet our expectations in staying in a Seda hotel. The room had a great size but some amenities were dated. The Ref was broken? The exhaust was not working.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Seda Nuvali. The pools and garden were beautiful, and there were plenty of activities for the whole family. My son and husband enjoyed the PS5 game room, while my youngest loved the indoor playroom and computer games. We also had fun playing badminton and soccer in the garden. The live acoustic band by the pool made swimming even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we loved dining at the tables beside the pool. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Special thanks to the staff for being so accommodating—they promptly provided our requested extra pillows and blanket at no additional charge. Overall, we had a relaxing and memorable stay. The staff were friendly, the facilities were excellent, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

I was the bride and booked 77 rooms at the hotel for our wedding guests for 2 nights. Despite clarifying at least three times if I was assigned the biggest room/bridal suite, the staff repeatedly insisted that my 1-bedroom room was the largest and was the bridal suite. This turned out to be untrue. Because the room was too small, I had to cancel doing hair and makeup with my bridesmaids, which was very disappointing on my wedding day. For a booking of 77 rooms for 2 nights, I expected far better coordination, transparency, and customer service. Unfortunately, the hotel did not make us feel valued at all.

Love this place we will definitely come back the staff the overall experience was great although it was a holiday it was not packed definitely a great experience for our family.

Peak season travel is always a challenge for properties, but the staff here handled things magnificently. Friendly, but as efficient as they can make it.

•The check-out time is 12:00 PM, which allowed us to relax and enjoy a slow morning. •The breakfast had a nice selection of Seda-style Filipino dishes, and the omelets were freshly made on the spot, which made them especially delicious.

Room •The refrigerator temperature control was broken, so it couldn’t be adjusted. •The bathroom mat was moldy. •There was no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. •The toilet paper holder kept falling off, which was very frustrating. Breakfast •The table was dirty, and even underneath the table had not been cleaned when we were seated. We were told it would be cleaned while we got our food, but it wasn’t properly taken care of. •They offered taho, which is quite rare, but it tasted terrible. It was the first time I’ve ever had bad taho. Pool •Many guests were behaving inappropriately, but the staff did not intervene at all. •One person was swimming laps alone, blocking others and even bumping into people. •There was a child washing their shoes in the pool. Activities •There was no shade, so it was only possible to stay for about 15 minutes. •Most of the activities are highly dependent on the wind, making them unusable even on a sunny day.

We recently had a staycation at Seda Nuvali with our wife and child, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable and relaxing experience. Breakfast was a standout—great selection and quality, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having kids’ utensils and dining ware available. It made things much easier for us as parents. Our child absolutely loved the outdoor play area, which kept him happily occupied for hours. The staff also deserve special mention—they were very helpful and accommodating, especially when we were having a bit of difficulty feeding our little one. We also tried the food by the pool, and it didn’t disappoint—good quality and perfect for a laid-back afternoon. Overall, a very family-friendly stay. Definitely a place we’d consider coming back to.

I want to give credit to the entire staff — everyone was very respectful and professional. Manager Maritess Peralta went above and beyond; she introduced herself and offered the Seda Edge, which was a great touch. Overall, the team was excellent. I can’t wait to book another stay the next time I’m in town. It appears that the pricing on third‑party platforms such as Tripadvisor, Expedia, and other booking sites is currently cheaper than the rates shown on Seda’s website. If Seda can match those prices directly on its own site and improve visibility in search results, it would make booking—especially from abroad—much easier and more convenient for guests. Additionally, offering special discounts or coupon codes for local residents of Santa Rosa could help encourage more local tourism. Once locals experience their stay, they are more likely to recommend the hotel to friends and family, which can help expand Seda’s reach both locally and internationally.

Had a pleasant and memorable Valentine's weekend staycation from brunch buffet, early check-in to buffet breakfast. Ayala Malls Nuvali is walking distance and had a nice night stroll around the hotel vicinity.

It’s a very family-friendly environment—my kids had such a great time that they didn't want to leave! The hotel itself was fine and the food was excellent, which was a real highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by inconsistent service and significant noise issues. Cleaners were extremely noisy every morning from around 8:30am, with doors slamming repeatedly, which completely spoiled what should have been a relaxing visit. Being woken up daily by housekeeping noise is not what you expect when staying at a hotel. With better attention to service consistency and housekeeping noise levels, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

Hotel is skeaky clean. Food is great. But confusion in the head count for buffet only rectified by Joyce in Misto. I confirmed with Allison upon check-in re: buffet count and she said 6 since we have 3 rooms. The following day, people from misto are saying that I only booked for 5. Nonethless, we still booked for 3 rooms so what the heck? only Joyce rectified the situation,Pet treats not given as promised. Thanks to Joyce who responded fast. Very late check-in as the two other rooms out of 3 when we arrived at past 3 pm.

Location - walking distance to landmark/solenad. Good location but very few hotel options in the area. Parking in the hotel property is limited, but there is free parking in the lot next to the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean. Bed was comfortable. Ameneties - unable to use them, but there are two pools and they seem to be quite large. Check-out experience: Very very poor. They will not care if you left something in the room after you have checked out despite stressing how important what you had left is. Followed-up multiple times face-to-face at the front desk. Zero assistance and effort was given to resolve our issue - the best they could do is: "Nothing was turned over by housekeeping". All follow-ups to the issue had to be initiated by us - no initiative from the staff to update us whether via email or text or phone call. Every time we went back to the front desk for an update, they just seemed unaware and uninterested. I wish they could extend an ounce of hospitality to a guest even though they have checked already checked out. Extremely disappointed and will never stay at any Seda property ever again.

The facilities

Great, posh hotel in the Santa Rosa area. For those travelling to the nearby area south of Manila, including Tagaytay, this hotel is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly, the amenities are solid, and the rooms are great as well, especially the ones with a view. My favourite part was the breakfast, which featured an incredible spread of dishes that were all fresh and delicious. There were some inconsistencies in the size of rooms that appear to be from a similar class/category and also their cleanliness, but overall it was good. The interior of the building is very nice and made for some great wedding party photos that were taken inside the lobby.

We stayed here to celebrate our 1st born's 6th birthday but there is a stuper typhoon that is why we didn't get the chance to use their beautiful swimming pool, but overall seda is seda, the service, amenities, room, location and food 10/10. Walking distance to nuvali malls, the room is well maintain and clean. They have a kids club and a game room. Will be back soon.
