Very clean and staff were helpful and friendly.

The food replenish is slow.

breakfast is very suitable for everyone and delicious. location is also suitable.

I don't like rooms that are a little dusty.

Perlu penambahbaikan,ganti tilam yang dah terlalu uzur, senget sana sini, cadar Dan sarung bantal y tak sanggup nak tengok....tapi staf baik hati ganti towel yang ok.....pihak pengurusan hendaklah lebih peka terhadap peralatan bilik hotel yang perlu diganti ....saya tak rekomen hotel ini.

Excellent base for exploring Kuala Selangor and the mangrove nature park. Decent on site gardens for birding also.

Price is reasonable. Sahur food was delivered on door step. Pool also good for kids.

During check-in, need to carry luggage as arrive during night. Even staff help, it not nice for women staff to carry luggage. Hope to improve that.

it was a good weekend getaway from KL. Secluded but still near to most places of significant. Resort is big, a bit of a challenge for my father who is old w knee pain. The buggy service is great. He gets 5* rating

Quiet place. Good breakfast. Can be a nice family getaway for a reasonable price. Just remember to put on some mosquito repellent.

Tempat menenangkan, fresh air from nature, dapat tengok wild life mcm monyet & kambing. Monyet berlegar bebas di resort. Bilik bersih, ada hair dryer, iron, sejadah, kettle. Swimming pool ada gelongsor utk kanak2. Ada aktiviti berbasikal, badminton, bola tampar yg boleh dipinjam kena deposit RM10.00 dan wang akan dikembalikan. Utk ATV ride kena bayar. Staff friendly. Sarapan nasi lemak sedap.

TV tak boleh connect internet tapi ada beberapa channel TV 1,2,3 dan Astro seperti AXN.

The villa should not called villa, the chalet is better

Location is peaceful, clean and tidy, not much facilities inside room. Although the room is big and spacious. There is no restaurant nearby. You should have your own transport. Hotel restaurant have minimum options but food is good. Can manageable. Many facilities are there to spend time like cycling, ATV rides swimming, badminton court, etc. ample of parking available. Overall it was a nice stay at this resort.

the staff during breakfast did not set up the table for us. she insist us to do it ourselves, "kami banyak kerja lain lagi, boleh ambil sudu di kaunter'. there is no manager available for us to report this.

Pool need to be properly maintained and some of the pool parts were broken. There are trees by the poolside and during hot day, guests tend to sit under the tree's shade while watching their kids at the pool. So, I suggest a caution signage should be there so guest can be wary about falling branches especially during windy days.

We loved to come here due to kids love the swimming pool

i do love th environment, it quite far from city so that we can experience the nature feeling. quite far but not too far just nice location. The pool was decent, the breakfast was nice variable choice and delicious! i love their omelette so nice.

nothing much but the price for ATV ride, Bicycle is quite expensive. RM 45 for 20 minutes. make us think more. The monkey is too many but its okay its just nature.

Nothing special, maybe this place is more for historical value.

Walking distance to the room is very far. No service carrying luggage and showing the room location.

What i like the most about my stay is that it is peaceful. Located in kampung, not far away from pekan. The room also is clean, suitable with the price. Hope the hotel can upgrade the facilities in the nearest future.

The cleanliness and maintenance were excellent. Nice swimming pool and in house dining. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

The location was remote and internet reliability was abysmal. The staff were pleasant but lacked initiative to keep us informed such as the dining facilities not available one day and the shuttle service not operating. There was no shade at the pool or shaded space to relax outside. As a Muslim operated resort there was no alcohol available but this information was absent from any promotional literature. The chalets did not have any lounge or dining facilities and were impractical for anything other than sleeping.

Grundsätzlich großzügig angelegt, naturnahe. Viele Parkplätze.

Pool mit fehlenden Fliesen und Algenbesatz; Zimmer abgewohnt, teils schmutzig, Ablagen und Lampen Locker; kein Vorhang zur Dusche; Frühstück war kein Buffet, Essen war generell eines der schlechtesten in 2 Wochen Malaysiaurlaub. Early Check-In war trotz vorab Bestätigung über Booking.com nicht möglich.

Location and ample parking on weekdays

Too many monkeys and the can be dangerous. One tried to attack my and myself as we walked to our room. It was trying to grab a tissue my wife was holding. When I turned to ask it to stop it tried to confront me with threatening posture until my wife threw down the tissue. The were jumping on our roof on many occassions. Very frightening really

The environment of the Resort, houses, pool

No bellboy present to help with luggage, Coffee House closed at night due to a support event. Two staff members were present during check-in, but only one staff member assisted with registration.

Nice place, greeny place. Huge parking space Really tired after my mother follow up at GH tanjung karang, I'm ordered dinner from cafe, they sent till my door room. I'm excidentally sleep, they try to catch me thru window..tq ya cafe staff,

Staff not offered for buggy, I'm with my mum using wheelchair, a lot of things need to carry. Room far from lobby. A lot of lalat, at cafe also got lalat. Still thinking for next booking. Maybe will repeat or maybe not.

Breakfast awesome. Very delicious.

Restaurant staff especially superior and supervisor more courteous to guests.
