Reviewed Sep 4, 2026We had a lovely stay at this hostal. The location is excellent—very centrally located and within easy walking distance of Gran Via, the metro station, main attractions, restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The rooim was comfortable and convenient, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The woman at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. She explained everything very clearly, and when she realized I wanted to practice my (still very basic!) Spanish, she kindly switched between Spanish and English to make sure I understood everything, while also giving me the perfect opportunity to practice my Spanish! :) Thank you so much for your patience and kindness. I really appreciated it. The room service was excellent, and the cleaning staff clearly does a great job as well. The entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and felt very secure. I especially liked the way they manage access to the rooms it gave me a real sense of safety. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely be happy to stay here again!
