Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur

Staff were very courteous and helpful, only one thing I would suggest that they should keep the amenities in the room as per 2 guests not one like only one toothbrush and slippers were available in the room.

Our stay at the Marriot Bilaspur was very comforable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.we enjoyed our staty at the hotel.

Set in a wide, open property right in the middle of the city, this hotel really surprised us. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained, and they work equally well for business trips or a family holiday like ours, since pretty much every facility you need is there. The food deserves a special mention: great quality and a good variety of cuisines, and the dining experience with Master Chef Subadip and his team was very unique from start to finish. We ate there three nights in a row and never got bored of the menu. Staff hospitality was warm and genuine, nothing felt forced or rehearsed. The ambience is peaceful enough that you completely forget the busy traffic outside the gate, which was definately the thing we appreciated most after long days out. Overall a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was nice, and is the only chain hotel in Bilaspur. There is no property to compare with.

I stayed for 10 days, lunch/dinner was pathetic. All gravies are are the same, they make one base gravy and uses them for everything. The hotel is falling apart and desperately needs renovation. I hope Mariott knows that they have Symphony air coolers in the the resturant. I have never stayed in a Courtyard property anywhere in the world which uses air coolers.

Located in a spacious environment with in the center of the city. Nice and clean rooms suitable for business and family travelers. With all the facilities. Food is great and with variety of cuisines. Hospitality is very good. Dining experience is ultimate with the Master Chef Subadip’s team. Pleasant ambiance disconnects from the city’s busy traffic. Overall great experience…

We love and like for foods, Room and staff behaviours. Chef and their entire team are serving fresh and delicious foods every time. Check in and check out so convenient as per our requirements. They accept all request for early check in and late check out. All day & any time hotel is clean like hallways, dining area & room immediately. Hotel is very big and large all kitchen , rooms, gym, swiming pool are large and comfortable to use for every one. All staffs are like familiar with you from day one and ready to help every time. Chef Suvadip is always ready to serve new, fresh and delicious foods to us. Cleaning staff Mr. Prashant is clean our room any time as per our convincing and help to stay comfortable in rooms.

Very disappointing experience. The hot and cold water mixer in the shower was not working. Only extremely hot water was coming, even from the cold-water line for nearly 30 minutes. I almost burned my skin. I chose Courtyard by Marriott expecting comfort and quality, but this issue made my stay very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, no effective solution was provided.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur was exceptional and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth setting the tone for a memorable experience. A special mention goes to Deepa at the reception, whose efficient check-in process and friendly demeanour made me feel instantly welcome. The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding, and Nandini deserves heartfelt appreciation for ensuring everything was perfect. Her courteous nature and proactive approach truly reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. The dining experience was another highlight. Chef Prem crafted some of the most delicious dishes I’ve had, with flavors that were both authentic and beautifully presented. Alongside him, Sagar ensured impeccable service, making every meal enjoyable and comfortable.10 on 10 Service by Prem, Sagar and Nandini. We were a party of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The hotel was very conveniently located next to the mall. The staff were courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. I had initially assumed that breakfast was included in the booking, but upon checking, it wasn’t. When I considered canceling and rebooking to include breakfast, the staff kindly offered it to us complimentary, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.

1] The staff were very courteous and the training department had done an excellent job on them . 2] The local humane touch was there and in good measure.

1] The front office had just one person to handle the desk and had to wait for quite long as the same person was handling phone queries, check in , billing .. 2] The hotel / chef being under a repute brand has not inculcated the multi cuisine food requirements even of other states of India. 3] Curtains missing, Lights with torn fabric, Table tops with scratches…. All signs of needing a major refurbishment/ overhaul.

Amenities were severely lacking , booked for triple sharing but had only two towels , only one dental kit given , too less coffee and tea powder sachets provided , non existent mini bar , old fittings

The service was good. The staff at the breakfast buffet, notably Sachin, ensured that our daughter was provided non-spicy food options. We were also very pleased with the prompt responses to our requests- either at the restaurant or room service. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur impressed me on all fronts, comfortable rooms, thoughtful amenities, and absolutely delicious food. The buffet and live counters were a highlight! A stay that combines great hospitality with memorable dining.

The food , cleanliness, staff everything is 10/10, I always prefer to stay here and I usually stay twice a year for 4-5 days and my experience is always on top.

A small suggestion, Buffet for the people who are staying with Marriot should be discounted for the weekdays like weekends. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Very good Chef Mr. Sagar met on day of arrival..greeted well and offered wonderful treatment during dinner.Thanks to him..He offered desert to kids also (penny cake specially).Food was delicious.Mariotte staff offered generously early morning breakfast packet to us as we have to checkout at 6.30am.Even allowed take fruits during breakfast to rooms..love the hospitality of mariotte.Thanks to make this wonderful time of us memorable.
