Totul a fost perfect. Am primit upgrade la o cameră deluxe care a fost superbă. Din cameră nu se aude gălăgia de afară, aerul condiționat face față, curățenie exemplară în fiecare zi. Situat la 2 pași de plajă, înconjurat de restaurante, magazine.

You charged 1 thousand baht for a damaged towel not appreciated… the Room i stayed has one two small window pane near bathroom there was not enough air circulating

Highly recommend this place lalo na sa may mga matatanda o batang kasama sa pamamasyal malinis maganda ang mga tulugan.malapit sa beach at mga kainan.kabilang kalye ay Bangla road.may 711 sa tabi ng hotel.meron itong elevator para dun sa may mga bagahe.mababait ang mga empleyado.malapit sa central at jungceylon mall.mura na sulit pa.

Very Good

The staff were Lovely in this Old traditional Thai hotel with the most mondrrn tv, lol. Great location for Patong beach clubs, about 5/10 min walk to walking street. Hottub was nice to have a beer efc. For the price the room was excellent for the location.

No problems go to the noodle bar round the corner. Get the Roselle as a drink :)

Very little outside of location Old. Out dated. Broken. Was clean. House cleaning team do a great job. But hard in those facilities

Lift holds 2 people. Not great with a family Toilets clog daily. Pool is tiny. Located in a separate building Zero aircon on in reception are & the worlds worst & slowest lift. Zero service. Zero understanding from reception staff Apparently management don’t work there “work offsite” we were told daily. The pour reception staff couldn’t answer / comment fix / explain one issue or question we asked.. as simple as that”where’s a good steak house or Restaraunt? We got sorry “ me not understand” -The shower filled the entire bathroom floor every use - Have to hire a pool / beach towel - After 10 visits to Phuket in 17 years I always like to try different locations/hotels.. by far the worst. Photos online are misleading

upon arrival you had to pay a 1000 deposit which was stated no where. we got 3 rooms one of which STUNK so bad and they refused any room spray or another room. one had blood on the bed sheets. they were not slept in, checked out an hour after checked in. staff were useless in helping, wouldn’t offer and condolences, no compensation, absolutely nothing. just laughed in your face. yoj also have to leave your key every time you leave the hotel. and at night time they allow their children to sleep on the hard floor behind the desk. when we were leaving they were chopping the trees down out the front of the hotel which were landing on pedestrians heads, no apologies, and made it extremely difficult for us to leave the property.

Good location and easy access to everywhere. Comfy beds and very clean rooms.

Room 205 does have a spy hole but people can look inside as l the glass was missing, so had to place tissue in it. We reported it to reception.

Es gibt kein Frühstück keine Geatronomie, das Personal sollte besser Englisch können und besser wissen,wo Taxis sind was rund um das Hotel gibt. Sie können nur das nötigste.

Very poor service. No breakfast, or bar, or restaurant. Rooms which provided were in a different building (not from pictures). Room was cleaned once in 3 days. AC very noisy. On the balcony there was trash from previous people. It felt like we were renting a room from somewhere.

Beste Dusche seit langem. Super Duschstrahl! Super Lage, Seven eleven gleich unten dran. Ruhige Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir waren zwar im anderen Building des Hotels, dennoch sauber, nahe, gratis Parkplätze, Rollerverleih in der Nähe. Massagestudios gleich beim Hotel an der Strasse - seriöse Studios. Balkon vorhanden

Das Bett war mir persönlich zu hart. Für 3 Nächte ging es aber. Der Pool ist eher klein. Wenn man das Schild „roomservice“ nicht raushängt wird auch nicht geputzt. War aber unser Fehler. Man hat auf dem Klo nicht unbedingt Privatsphäre wrnn man das braucht, da zum einen Tür und von der anderen Seite dann ein Schiebefenster das so Lamellenhat und nicht Luftdicht ist.

Staying there always in Patong Beach. Staff is amazing friendly. Cleaning is perfect (Daily Till 3 pm) and the location is just around the corner from the Beach. Street-Food-Court, across the street, many Restaurants, Bars and massage shops. 7/11 next door. So perfect for a nice Stay in Patong! Can Highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

Дуже привітні та милі працівники на рецепції. Чисто, дуже зручне розташування. Поруч з готелем є 7/11 що дуже зручно. До пляжу 3 хвилини пішки.

Може бути трохи шумно з вулиці, але це не провина готелю.

They want extra money if you have a visitor. Even your guest wants to go to your room for 5 mins. Rooms have lots of ants. Showers are poorly designed. Everywhere is getting wet.

Honestly, this hotel was not good at all. The staff were very rude, and our room was awful. It was extremely small, cramped, and uncomfortable. There was also a lot of noise in our room every night. Overall, we are not satisfied with this hotel.

pictures of hotel misleading as we and other people we talked to thought we were booking the hotel next door. only a hot tub on the the roof of main hotel, the small swimming pool was on the roof of an annex. beds as hard as boards

La propreté de la chambre et la gentillesse du personnel à l’accueil. Le gros avantage a même pas 100 m de la plage. Nous avions pris une chambre deluxe qui était très très spacieuse très propre.

The hotel has limited statf. They are very good but it feels like itnis run on a shoe string.

We booked a family room so two rooms. The main room was very very smelly, smelling like intense 80's warm plastic and made me feel light headed, it was very unpleasant indeed. I think it was emanating from the AC unit. Needless to say for the two days we were there, we did not use this room at all, staying in the small children's room next door. Hotels refused to give any refund. The staff are great but they seem run of their feet. The place has not been updated since at least the late 90's and it certainly feels that way. Do yourself a favour book a decent Hotel. I was in Thailand for 3 weeks? staying in many different hotels across the country. This was by far? the worse and not the cheapest!! .
