Reviewed Jun 21, 2026門口服務人員沒有引導，連停車場在哪裡也沒有指示，進入大門後標示也不清楚，還要看小小的地圖才找到僅存一個的停車位。 每個活動都要再加錢，以2人房9千多元的房價，實在太離譜。 服務人員普遍沒有禮貌，設施老舊又都間隔遙遠。 隔音太差，無法充分休息。

戶外設施建議要多維護，雖然是森林遊樂區但是設施過於老舊以及例如上面很多蜘蛛網之類的

設備略顯老舊，且冬季可使用的設備與設施與夏季比吸引度明顯有段落差，不過老渡假村要改善可能有點困難就是

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025戶外設施都還蠻好玩的，很消耗孩子們的體力，飯店員工都非常親切，辦入住時有提供迎賓餐盒，退房後可以繼續玩戶外設施，下午大廳還有免費的爆米花可以吃
房間的床偏硬，不太好睡，房內的電風扇很陽春，雖然很實用，但與房間風格很不搭，外面下雨的話，館內設施，真的算無聊，沒什麼適合幼兒園年紀能玩的設施，溜滑梯超迷你，只適合嬰兒玩，室內泳池不大，池內無有趣的設施，借不到電動時只能泡游泳池打發時間

Reviewed Dec 24, 2023飯店整體裝潢設備看的出年紀，但給小孩的設施和活動真的很多，聖誕節還另外安排了闖關活動跟禮物，建議飯店能設備更新（ex:加裝浴缸，木地板） ，小朋友度過了歡樂的時光，會想要夏天再次回訪。

Bed was mega hard. Climbing wall only open to groups of 20 or more which was disappointing. Food at dinner was awful. The play room could have more fun things and smelt pretty bad. Whole resort is over priced.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2021訂房前看了一些評價 , 有一顆星的~所以有點猶豫 , 考慮了幾天. 但因為小孩喜歡照片裡的設施 ,最後還是決定下單. 住完後的心得 , 除了廁所清潔度若能再用心一點會更好. 雖然是飯店跟設施比較舊 但環境清潔度與設施豐富性都蠻不錯的,玩兩天不是問題,小孩玩得很盡興,早早就躺平睡覺了 餐點方面口味上也算不錯 , 種類上比一般商務型飯店再豐富一點 ,算中上水準 服務人員方面~沒有評價說的那麼糟~我們遇到的都蠻不錯的 有機會會再訪的
